As I was supposed to remain only a few nights, I discarded the possibility of looking for freebies (too short time of stay) and of browsing into bars (easy rip-off, as reported in the forum). Generally in all websites you can select girls by districts: as normally you go to their place you may want to select those girls who live near to you.
Some websites are very informative giving all types of info, like age, height, weight, type of service, service hours, languages spoken, etc. . Others just give short description, mainly in Hungarian, and phone number. In some websites there are reports about girls, unfortunately only language is Hungarian, so not many clues even using a translator.

Had selected some girls, particularly those showing face.
Obviously I skipped the “model type” (I thought pics were fake) but chose “almost model type” and “girl next door type”. In some cases websites guarantee pics are true: they clearly mark “fotogarancia” on pics or at the side.
Then I started to make homework by calling them to understand the system, which is basically this: you go to their place for 1 hour service at HUF 10.000<->15.000 which includes CBJ and FS (a couple of shots are possible). In case you want some extra like DFK, BBBJ, CIM, COF or DATY you have to pay extra, which is HUF 3.000<->4.000<->5.000.

Before writing my report, I want to confirm what Albert has wrote about taxis.. Zona Taxi are perfect to/from the airport, but, as usual, pay attention to change (the only way for them to take some more money from you due to fixed rate). I also had the same "strange" experience of same travel = differen prices two times.. I understood that it depends by two main factor:

I did not put any references about Agency and prices because I posted a report on the 04-17-07 at 19:54.

My old Report

I wanted to arrive in Budapest with already some contacts (due to my short stay), and I started to write to 3 agency from home.

My advice (which you can choose to ignore) is to simply not get involved. This can all be a seedy business. Although we only like to think of the good times, beautiful women, etc. there is an ugly side to this business and it's best for you not to get involved. You yourself could have been more discreet. I've been viewing these reports for some time and now I feel an obligation to share some of my own observations and experiences. I am here in Budapest for awhile. Long while, but very busy. So I will start slowly over the next week and add to my reports.

Thanks for your reports. I would add and suggest that instructions to the girl/agency to meet you in front of the Hotel - outside - is a good method and usually very understandable by all. You go down say 10-15 monutes before ETA, wait outside unless it is pissing down and then stay under the awning or just inside the door and say hello there as greeting a work colleague. Iccl88: I have many more encounters to write about, but for now to answer your question. I have called dozens MANY of the girls who claim to speak English and I have yet to consider any of them conversation worthy except a few. Most speak enough English to get the basics across if you listen well, but some can barely give you the info you need. These calls end for me with a polite goodbye. A few will ask if you speak German if the conversation is hard in English, but I don't. I arrived to Budapest yesterday from London. A very easy flight from London. I flew on British Airways. I was surprised the flights are so expensive. I booked months ago online and it was still you$s 600 from London direct to Budapest. I know there are budget discount airlines but I hate hassling with going to one of the out of the way airports and my last experience with EasyJet was so bad I promised never to fly them again. Also, last time I found that Easy Jet charged me 3 X the cost of my ticket just in excess baggage fees so they get you one way or the other.

British Airways is so good. The flight was delayed and they were apologizing every 5 minutes. The airport at Budapest (BUD) seems to be renovated as it's modern compared to the airport in Prague. I had some Euros but I changed over some dollars just so I had some local currency. I knew the exchange rate would be bad but I still wanted some local currency before I took a taxi. The current rate is $1 US dollar = 182 HUF. At the airport they gave 175.

It's very easy outside to catch a taxi with the Zona Taxi stand. They seem very professional. There are many signs that say €19 to downtown Budapest. You get a receipt from the girl at the stand but you pay the driver directly. My driver was nice and didn’t try to charge more. I gave him a tip. I suggest that you either have smaller bills like maybe a €20 note or get some local currency near the luggage retrieval area.

When entering, people came to me and asked what i wanted to drink

I believe you are mixing land line numbers and mobile phone numbers.
As you well say, when you call Budapest from abroad, you always have to dial exit code (011 from US), country code 36, and area code 1 (only one for Budapest).

When on websites you see numbers starting with 0630 or 0620 or 0670 or ... followed by 7 digits those are mobile phone numbers. In this case it is puzzling a little bit. As when calling from abroad you have to dial 011 from US (or whichever exit code from your own country), country code 36 and 20 or 30 or 70 or ... , so you don't digit 06. BUT when calling in Hungary you have to dial 06 too, so you dial the number exactly as reported on the website.

b) English speaking

It is a hit or miss. However, generally every apartment as a girl who speaks English who can give basic infos. That was the case with Alexa.

After 3 days in Budapest I can say that is one of the worste city I visited.

There are several things to know BEFORE you get to Budapest that will save you time, money and possibly a wasted bad experience. I LIVE here so I know all the tricks and games. Since you live in Buda-Pest I can only assume you are conversant in Hungarian which I am not. There are some good networking websites out there but these are not usally going to get you sex, but rather just people to hang out with in a city you are visiting. Most of these are for folks under 30 though.

Thanks to this board, I found a provider that is a known quantity, had a great time on short notice and paid only $35, 000 for a good time. First of all I was shocked about the current exchange rate. 1 EUR always used to be around 250 HUF, but now it is 230 HUF only.

I went to Budapest during F1 from 1..4th of August. As I was there with job collegues it was important to keep a low profile, however some of these share the same interests so to speak.

Just came from budapest, where I visited 4Play for the second time.
