Nice report Gamasto, as you I find Budapest can be very hit or miss and not being able to speak Hungarian really adds to your chances of a miss since quite few girls can speak decent English. Well ok, if you want more details it both surpassed my expectations and was a little disappointing. Last year me and some friends went to the sister club of the Palace club (same setup, just different part of town). To be honest I think these places are just strip clubs, we went to P1 and started to chat with some of the girls there, they said that some girls used to offer something more than a lap dance, but it was seldom done these days. Ok, as you can tell from my title I was unimpressed and disappointed with Budapest. This place is not worth visiting if you are just going to hobby. The city itself is beautiful and very reasonably price except for girls.

VonI lived in Budapest in 2006-07 as an English teacher and I use to return their yearly for vacations. I haven't been to Budapest since 2010 but I think my info is not outdated.
First, be weary, nay, avoid the girls on Vaci utca. They are trouble. One trick is to ask if you have a map and if you do they pretend to be from Slovakia (if I recall correctly) and are tourists like you. One girls is invariably pretty and the other an older woman who seems to be her mother. Then they ask if you would like to go with them to a favorite cafe of their's.
