Sorry guys .... I was waiting to see if there is any interest before writing all those info cos I am sure these girls change quite often.
However Shamira seems to be there since long time. Let's try to explain it .... I recall that there was a BUS STOP (probably 715) and I mean the first/last stop of that line.
It is on a parallel of Via C.Colombo, going outside, right side, very near a park. If you remember with your mind the point when that road turn right and goes into Viale Marconi. Now go back from there until the point where you have the last building facing via Colombo, there is also a gas station and a traffic light. This is the last crossing where you can turn left and cross Colombo street. After that you can go only straight until you find Viale Marconi.
Now from this traffic light (I repeat you have a building on the right and a gas station) you drive straight on Colombo, you drive along a park that is on the right and you reach a traffic light where you can turn right (sideline with the park). You turn right there and you turn right again on the first corner (you are now rounding the park). Now you drive straight (you are parallel to Colombo but going in the other direction). You cross a square (driving around) and you go straight. The first corner on the right you find .... that is the sweet spot. There there might be the 715 bus stop. Shamira is standing there and some times there is an other dark haired girl there around.

Discos/ discopubs are around the Monte Testaccio area. There are plenty of bars around Campo de' Fiori as well as some clubs. The weekly guide "Roma C'è" is available at any newsstand and lists nightlife and cultural events etc. It has a section in English.

i think this project will be abortive or short-lived. there is too much money in street prostitution for it to be stamped out. cameras will most likely be vandalized, or the prostitutes will simply move to other areas. there are plenty of streets in the city of rome and the municipal government can hardly afford to install cameras on all of them. even if they could, who would watch them all? the messaggero even points out that a similar program in ostia was defeated when punters started to ride bikes, which police don't typically hold to traffic laws, to meet with prostitutes. i bet this will blow over in a few weeks.

I was in Rome a few months ago and have been in Florence and elsewhere in Tuscany three times this year - most recently last week.
When I was in Rome, I walked all over the city, day and night. I don't know where you get the idea that the area around the Termini is dangerous. I was there twice on my most recent trip and have never seen anything to be afraid of.
I have never, ever run into anything resembling a threat of violence anywhere in Italy from Rome north. I know people who have had things stolen from their cars - but that happens in the States as least as often. I'd like to talk about via Polense. Not so long ago the place swarmed with nigerian SW, you could find there not less then a hundred of them all along the road from the very beginning until the right turn for San Gregorio, from early in the morning to sunset, even in winter. There were nearly no other passer-by but those who were looking for outdoor sex; there were many places to park the car safely and no LE had ever been seen.
Unfortunately the local authority declared war to the SW, a long wire has been installed on the left side of the road, closing any access. The cops control are more frequent: I got a 75€ fine in July. In spite of all this, SW are re-conquering the place and I can swear that they have no time to rest! The cops only stop when they notice a car parked on the blacktop across the white line. If you manage to park entirely off of the blacktop pavement (if there's room enough roadside) they can't do anything. Anyway, the best thing to do is to park the car in some backroad and approach the SW on foot. After 14 o'clock you can ask for Serena, she stands not far from the junction for San Gregorio and she gives bbbj for 15€ (only to well known costumers).

The middle of the scene is the part of Tiburtina street above the G.R.A.(the expessway that goes around the city)Once you get down to Tiburtina street from the g.r.a. just follow the indications to TIVOLI(outside rome) and turn left into a dark street(about 500 meters from g.r.a.) to find some very sweet africans.but they don't are there every nights.all along the tiburtina there are white sweet girls.

was having an overview of the situation last night (between 23:30 and 1:30). i just checked via salaria and via tiburtina and the situation was not that good but also not too bad. very few girls overall compared to 1 year ago.
on via salaria you can find a few (i guess from romania) driving toward the gra, on the right side 1-2km before the gra. few very close to the gra as well. but not as many as used to be along that street.
on via tiburtina you can find some rep001tered on the usual areas but then again nothing to mention and very few overall who might be worth trying.

As you describe the U-Turn overhead, that is the place. If you are driving from the city centre then use it to invert your direction. If girls are present you should see them at the extreme of it or something ahead near via di Villa Troili. I always pass there on Friday night round midnight. They look to be very young and almost thin. If not 8 they are 5!!! Let us know.

As I am very exact in my researches it takes time.
THE DAY TIME JORNEY. It's a circle which you start at 12. 00-13. 00 You start from Lido di Ostia, turn where via Litorania starts towards the famous nudist beach Capocotta. They do operate in this time of the year which was a surprise for me. As soon as you turned to Litorania from Ostia sea side, just after several meters you approaching the bushes on your right hand side. You drive slowelly and look right. In the bushes there are mostly local girls your stile. Athletic, some mature with a nice tits. Some of them even in a comuflage dress, kind of military stile. You drive the whole Litorania through, after Capocotta beach appr. 1 km you will see the sign Via Tognazzi. That's the beggining of the little town Pomezia, which is belonging to Roma suburbs. You continue to via della Architettura. Nice squear, then Quadrato della Concordia. Strange place but intriguing. Then you finish the Colombo circle on the Piazza Pakistan. That's a very relible place where all kinds of females and even trances could be in presence. Very different choice and till very late like 4 am, 5 am.
FIFTH SPOT, MIXED. WHITE AND BLACK GIRLS the spot you know more or less. That's via Aurelia. On the right hand side just form the first petrol station and then watch carefully all the way from the end of Roma immideately. They stand as well on the marks as 8th, 9th, 11th km from Roma direction Ladispoli. You know that in Rome they often mark the streets per kilometres as an addresses. 11-th would be the last they stand. That's where the bridge we both know. 25 December morning: the DESERT around Rome. Nobody african girls on the street during the holy christmas.
