I agree with you, thats also the experience I had. Its suck a dick-killer to be forced to negotiate prices all the time during the act. For gods sake. Why can't they understand that prices are arranged before hand and not in the middle of the act!
I went to the Red Light District last Monday since all flights going into Frankfurt were cancelled due to ice and snow.

This place is easy to get to on the tram lines, like most privates. 50 yard from the building I recognized that I have been there before. Overall a let down. There's the all famous RLD, mainly a tourist thing, but not much else. YabYum was a prime option, but on the expensive side, I never made it there. For a mongering trip in Europe some areas in Germany (Hessen, NRW) , Spain (Barcelona, South Coast, Madrid) or Ukraine (Kiev) are certainly way better options. I have actually found that the level of activity here on ISG is a pretty good indicator on how good a spot is for mongering, it matches well with my own observations. However, since I will arrive from a much worse mongering destination where I'm now I hope I will have some fun in AMS. Apart from mongering I actually always liked the city though, much better than, say, Frankfurt, where there's not much to do except for mongering or meeting boring people in the local nightlife. Here are the two Private Houses that I might try:

7. Look decent, act decent: don't be a drunk or under the influence, loudmouth fool. Security is tight in AMS. U will be hassled and questioned if you are acting improper.

I promised a report below, so here it is. But be aware, this is going to be my lamest report ever, sorry about that. But maybe there's a tiny bit of useful info in it, and I'm going to make up for it by posting two club reports when I find the time, see below.

There is a lot of sounds leeking through from the outside, so I can only assume that the other way also goes, not ideal for an encounter.
For an hotel outside the more controlled transit area, there is a hotel on 3 minute walking distance, called CitizenM, which I used for many fuck dates already. It is about 90 euro's a day and has rooms, nicely set up for fucking: huge beds, free porn and no real reception to keep an eye who comes in or out. And what can you do if the restaurant scams you? You could go to the police and file a lawsuit. Theoretically you could do the same with that girl. Of course, you wouldn't want to do that for several reasons. You know, the law is one thing, how well or if it is enforced at all, is a different matter altogether. Don't know where you are from but in some areas of the world you realize these things better than in others. And the government wants to see these things receding from the city anyway, so they could not care less. It has long been recognised that the RLD offers little to no insurance to customers, you should know the name of the game of choose to participate.
Sorry for your experience, but you should know that tourists being trapped is quite a common occurrence all over the world, not just in this trade.

But seriously: did you go to a comparable RLD in Germany? One with as many tourists as Amsterdam? I don't think so. As far as I know Germany doesn't have such a RLD. Maybe the Reeperbahn in Hamburg comes close but I've never been there.
If you go to another RLD in Holland like the ones in Alkmaar or Den Haag (The Hague) the chances of getting scammed are much less. Hardly any tourists there. And the girls have better attitudes anyway.
However I agree that in general Germany is better for P4P than Holland. In Holland it has gone down hill a lot lately.

BR.It's the first I've heard about this and honestly, I don't believe this exists in Amsterdam. There is a reason so many Dutch guys (also from Amsterdam) drive to Germany for FKK and pauschal clubs. On Dutch boards there are often discussions on the reasons these kinds of clubs (FKK) seem to struggle to be succesful and the consensus is that Dutch laws and law enforcement make the business model difficult to uphold (fixed prices, club rules). That's why few people go to Yingyang and if you do go, the front desk is hesitant in naming 'house prices' for extras and prolonged sessions. All this would be far more difficult for a pauschal concept (ie All in).
I'm Dutch BTW and less than 50 km from Amsterdam. I only spend my money in Germany.
Quality is much better in FKK's but of course I am not sure a real and fair comparison can be made or not because both are different systems.
But I can simply tell you that if you have the opportunity to be in Germany, you should one hundred percent be in Germany.
Just a 2,5 hours and 30-60 travel cost for you (Per each train) to Cologne. For quality thing I think 20% of girls that you will find in FKK's is will be much more beatiful than you find in RLD.

Visited here early on Friday evening. Was short on time and this seemed like a straightforward option. Could probably do with some redecoration but generally ok. Very discreet. Take the train to Den Haag. There is a place called Casa Cherda. Look for my previous posts. It's a hoof from Den Haag CS, but I have walked it in the height of the Dutch winter. They have a website.
