It's technically illegal to smoke outside of a coffee shop, so during may prove problematic, I haven't tried. 1. windows can be a rip off some are good. Some are not but I am older and choose not to waste a pop on a bad experience.
2. the Privehouse specifically 118 provides good service in the 5-6 times I have used it. It's easy to find. The girls are not 10's. (6-8 mostly) but if nothing appeals to you, just leave. No one is ever insulted. 65 euro gets you 30 minutes a CBJ and CFS. 95 Euro gets you two pops. That included undressing and dressing up again. So, I only did that once. For many years I paid 100 euro for half an hour. Half an hour meant just half an hour and it was the same during the day or evening / night. Now 100 euro during the day still gets you half an hour but with limitations, like only 2 positions. It might be 3 positions and no blowjob if you prefer that. Some girls in the day crew will quote you higher than the 100 euro per half hour. Leave them alone, please. They only ask money and don't give anything back. Giving in to them means as much as you want to be deceived. And you surely will be deceived. The night crew sometimes quotes 200 per half hour, sometimes they ask 150 for half an hour. But there still are some that ask 100 for half an hour. So the uniform prices have gone. You might try to negotiate that down but I advise you not to. I have never heard of negotiations in RLD Amsterdam going all that well for the guy, as you negotiate down price and service. And I cannot say this often enough: upselling is almost always only about the upselling, not about extra service.
Day crew often settles the day around 17:30 or 18:00. Night crew often starts after 20:00.

One source is the guys who visited Amsterdam RLD before appr 2010. The 2008 financial crisis took some time to settle down. Before that time most windows were taken during the day. There used to be a very much frequented English site with much more comments than the local Dutch one. Girls in the daytime made money like they couldn't believe. Some punters here complain that it is not like the old days. Some complain because it is not like FKK. And surely both are true. The coronavirus has forced people around the world to stay at home. Images of deserted city streets have taken on a familiar, threatening feel. But the Oudekennissteeg bridge in Amsterdam lays bare another threat by virtue of its sudden absence: mass tourism.
So far, the city of Amsterdam has only announced that sex work would be prohibited until Sept. 1. People who work in other so-called "contact professions," such as hairdressers and masseurs, have been permitted to work again since mid-May. "It is completely absurd that we aren't trusted," says Rosie Heart. "Health and caution are our job. It's an old stigma that prostitutes spread disease. We have a lot of ideas for how to continue our work safely."
These days, Bert Nap has to hop on the subway anytime he needs to buy a loaf of bread. "There's no bakery in the neighborhood, but there are waffles with Nutella and souvenirs everywhere," Nap says. Possibly not as busy as I have seen it in the past, but definitely very busy (and a lot of girls in the windows too, but again did not seem as many as there would have been in the windows pre-Corona).

Firstly, I have to say that this forum as a guide specifically for Amsterdam is extremely poor compared to the guides for other cities and places on ISG. I went back and read posts here in the Amsterdam section from the past year just prior to getting to the city last weekend and gained very little useful information (I know a few months have been lost due to Corona, but even still!
So, I found myself in central Amsterdam and in need of some form of erotic massage, and realised I was short on options. It's also very easy to get to from Amsterdam Central station, so very centrally located.
The venue itself is fairly decent. Nice and clean and was possibly refurbished in the last few years at some point. I paid two visits to Love Club 21, one last Saturday and one the day after (last Sunday), with both visits occurring probably around 5 or 6 pm.

SERVICE
On each of the two visits, I went with the women who answered the door each time (as they were very friendly with the greeting and explaining how everything works). The strange thing that happened was the "upsell" of services in each case. On the first visit the girl informed me (after perhaps 15-20 minutes or so into the massage after she was done massaging my back and asking me to turn over) that she would do body to body for an extra 30 or a BJ for an extra 30 (I assumed covered but I didn't ask) or would do both of these services for a combined 50. I really wanted to lick this girl out as I found her thin body and personality very cute, however she informed me quite politely that this was not possible, so I opted for the body to body for the extra 30. I think it was at this point only that she stripped off fully naked as possibly before this she was just in her underwear, but I cannot really remember so do not quote me on that. She did inform me though before the B2 B that there was no kissing, I could touch her body except for her pussy during the B2 B massage. To be honest, the B2 B wasn't really worth it financially as it only lasted about 5 or so minutes, and was a poor body to body considering it was a Thai girl doing it as they are usually really good so overall it was just an average quick body to body massage, with a decent hand job at the end to finish it off. Not value for money at 30.
On the second visit the day after, the same upsell thing happened around the same time into the massage, however this time the lady stated 45 for a body to body massage (as opposed to the 30 the day before) and this was the only service she quoted. I had a chat with her that it cost just 30 the day before and that 45 was a bit too expensive, to which she told me "different ladies have different prices". She wouldn't move on the price by the looks of it (plus I was not too keen on the body to body with her after the disappointment the day before and due to this lady not being petite) so we ended with a nice long hand job which was decent (the lady remained in underwear for this, and was not naked).

Well yes. And I did two days running! The place is expensive for what it is, however, it is central and easy to get to without any hassle, and when short of time in the centre of Amsterdam it definitely helps scratch a much-needed itch. Next time I would probably try and arrange a visit to one of the places a bit further from the centre as I am sure they are better value for money (like "Sweet Thai Massage", however there is not a lot of recent / reliable information on any of the massage places in Amsterdam which I could find).
**** Regarding pricing, from my research on Love Club 21 both on this forum and on Google prior to visiting, full service at this venue DID seem to be on offer. However, I am fairly sure that only a massage with hand job was on the written menu when I was at the venue (and I am sure this was also the case on Love Club 21's website too last weekend you can find this website easily on Google). However, when checking Love Club 21's website just now to get the address to post in this report, in addition to the pricing for the Thai massage with happy ending (as I outlined above), they also have additional pricing on there now too for Thai massage with sex for 100 for 30 minutes and 150 for 60 minutes. Now I may be wrong, but when I checked their website last weekend and also when I looked at their written menu I do not recall seeing the sex option at all like I said I may be wrong on this) as I was a fair bit intoxicated) but I don't think I am (given that no sex was offered at all during the upsell stage of either of the two massages themselves) I am thinking perhaps the sex option may have been put on hold at that time due to Corona and has possibly now been relaxed.
TIPS:
1) In terms of the point above regarding sex, if you are after this option then maybe best to call them in advance to check if this is possible (tel: 020 341 6828 according to their website).
2) Given the discrepancy from one day to the next over how much the body to body massage would cost (which I was told the price was dependent on how much the girl decides), then I would highly recommend having an idea of what services you want before going, and then on arrival in the reception area make it clear before picking your girl the services you are after and agree the price at that point to avoid any ridiculous upsells later on.
If anyway reading this report does visit this place, then please post a report as it would be interesting to see about the full service aspect for next time I am in Amsterdam. A majority in parliament shot down a CDA proposal to ban paid sex. According to multiple parties, making prostitution illegal is no way to fight abuses in the industry. CDA parliamentarian Anne Kuik argued that prostitution is by definition unequal, and that the sector is full of abuses. "You cannot first regulate a profession and then ban its patronage. " The VVD sees more value in prosecuting criminal pimps and brothel owners.

So far the the efforts to curb prostitution are more local than national. There are some differences now. This proposal to ban prostitution is national and Government too is working on a new bill. The government wants agencies and prostitutes to work with government licenses. Anyone who pays a prostitute that has no license is punishable by law. So, licensed prostitutes would follow the current Dutch model. Unlicensed prostitutes would follow the Nordic model. I think this government bill is very likely to pass the process of legislation. For the customer of the RLD there is no real problem. A girl has to get the key to her room and will have to show her license then. Of course the christian parties will try to hand out fewer licenses. I do not think that RLD's will grow much smaller in the future. They only succeeded when there were real problems with other people around the RLD complaining about them (Arnhem and Utrecht). In Amsterdam it was the leader of the Social democrats that used tax money to buy property in the RLD. Their money ran out. They made a pact with a large insurance company to buy property in the RLD (Achmea). But so far there have been no new acquisitions. The favors the city council of Amsterdam wanted to grant Achmea in return were questionable. But I do not know the current state of this agreement. Then the current mayor (female) of Amsterdam seems to have only one objective: the safety of the girl. Her party is all for the Dutch model, not the Nordic one. So, most likely nothing much will change in the near future. Except for the fact that you might have to ask the girl for her license.

If the RLD would be closed you would not notice a significant drop in the number of tourists I think. Also because the number is growing rapidly each year (pre Covid anyway). If the coffee shops would be closed as well, then it might be a different story LOL.
