I am an expat coming to Belgrade few times a year. Have tried with some local girls from the websites and did not have much luck. As mentioned in this forum very often the pictures are fake and the girl that comes has not much to do with what is on the picture. I have experience in punting around the world (Prague, Bangkok, China, etc). As coming original from Belgrade I always get a bit disappointed with what I get here knowing the potential that is available. I have been in Belgrade twice, one time near the end of July and then I decided to come back to Belgrade at the end of my euro trip, and that should tell you how satisfied I was with my experience in the city and the girls. Il Drago really helped me with my success here in Belgrade, and girls like Mimi and Nina who have been in Belgrade scene for a long time really provide you one of the most amazing experiences you can ever have. A couple of months ago I was in Belgrade and stayed there for a week. My cousin hooked me up with a couple of really hot women that I met one by one. Here is a late report on Belgrade, I spent 2 weeks there about a month ago. Lots of beautiful girls in the city but a very difficult P2P scene. You really need to be well connected to get some. Luckily I know a local guy who helped me out a lot so I got some decent experiences.
The only relevant website for ads is http://www.seksi-adresar.com/ona-trazi-njega/ but it is pretty useless since ads fall into one of 3 categories: old, fat or fake. 90% of the pictures are fake, and most will even light up regular reverse image search. Some at least put in a bit of effort to alter the pics to not show up on searches but are still fake. There are a few legit ads but they are fat, old, gypsies, or some combination of the above.
When you call one of the fake ads a secretary will pick up and pretend to be the girl in the pictures. She will give you directions and even though all the hot ads are fake, there is a small chance you will actually meet an attractive girl waiting for you there, but mostly you will get an old and / or mediocre looking girl. Also the girl you meet will have no idea what her add actually looks like, it is usually a pimp advertising 3-4 of his girls with 20 different ads all with different pics and numbers.
That being said I still found some ok places with help from a local friend. Prices are the same almost everywhere, 70 euro for half hour and 100 euro for 1 hour incall. I found an apartment where 7 girls work, 3 are there at the same time usually. 4 of the girls are really hot, but only 2 agreed to BBBJ and service was mediocre. Seksi Adresar could be hit or miss, your mileage may vary over there.
So, here's how you do a research on Halo Oglasi:
From the Home Page, go to Lični kontakti Avantura Ona tražI njega.
This is how you enter the section with girls only.
Now, pay close attention, this is something few people know:
Whenever you open the ad on Halo Oglasi, look for the big title "Kontakt" on the right.
Right below the "Kontakt" there will be the username of the company who posted the ad.
If you open many ads, you will suddenly realize that many different girls are working under the same company.
That "company" is the actual apartment where all these girls are, and it's located in New Belgrade in 95% of the cases.
So. Whichever the number you call from the same company, you will always end up at the same apartment, and you will get to choose between those 4-6 girls.
And when you look at the things from that perspective, you will realize that on "Halo Oglasi" there are actually max 10 apartments (companies), and every girl from the ad is actually working in one of these apartments.
The quality of the girls in these apartments is mostly good, they are somewhere between 6 and 9 in looks. Seen even a few 10's. The images are usually real or close to reality.
The price is usually 40 eur for BJ, 60-70 eur for half hour, and 100 eur for an hour.
There are some "lone wolves", girls who work on their own, but that's very rare. You can recognize a "lone wolf" if the company who posted the ad is not repeated anywhere else in the ads. Those "lone wolves" usually work only outcalls, they do not have an apartment. They could be hit or miss, but most of the times these lone wolves turned out to be super hot girls who come to your door. You can always give her 20 euro and send her back if you don't like her.
Now as for the other website, Seksi Adresar. That's a different story.
If an ad on Seksi Adresar has a price of 2000 dinars, that's a specific kind of "massage apartment" that advertise only on Seksi Adresar. Those are kind of "massage places", where they have a massage table and everything. They will offer you a massage with hand finish for 2000, oral finish for 4000 dinars, and full sex for 6000 dinars. They usually have 3-4 girls to choose from, but ask how many of them are there at the moment, as it might happen only one of them is available and you will have no choice.
On Seksi Adresar you have a much higher chance of stumbling upon a chubby older woman, so beware. Read what the ad says. Reverse search images on Google.
Sometimes the images may be fake but the girl is still amazing, she just didn't want to post real ones.
There are much more "lone wolves" on Seksi Adresar, but some of the apartments from Halo Oglasi also advertise there.
This is everything you have as options for mongering using Internet ads in Belgrade. It's not much, but quality can be great sometimes.
If you're in this part of Europe, than my advice for you is to go to Budapest and use websites Rosszlanyok and Beszamolok, it just cannot be compared to Belgrade, or any other city.
Outside the ads, there are things happening in Belgrade, but you have to "know a guy who knows a guy." Frankly, I know a lot of people, but still it was extremely rare and hard for me to find that kind of contacts.

My advice for MeseCar369 is, be careful what you are doing. If you are from Serbia than you should know what the situation is like over there. If you are not careful your project might be over before it even starts. In Serbia is all about who you know & how well you are connected. Also, you have to respect local unwritten rules. There is no strip club in Belgrade. How do you mean "There is no strip club in Belgrade"? I know and have been in at least three of them (one very recently with some foreign guests). Of course, the quality is bellow any level, but still those are strip clubs for those interested in strip clubs. I wouldn't recommend any of them in Belgrade. In most places, males need to pay for entrance (10+ eur) and one drink is for the same price. If you just sit, drink and watch, you won't get anything more than what you can get in a regular club or pub. Just a girl in panties and bra playing on the podium. And in most cases the picture you see will be so annoying that you'll try to watch in the other direction. Belgrade does not have a very elegant escort scene. By this I mean that all the escorts are women in the age of 35 yrs and above. This means that about 75% to 80% of the online profiles are fake or are not of the "What you see is what you get" types. I have had weird experiences in Belgrade like.
- A woman (Reference from MR) visiting me during her periods and claiming that it began the same instance we were about to have sex. That freaked me out. Did a mistake by paying her the full amount first.

You won't find many WG's out there as they all prefer to transact online. In clubs its normal girls that you would have to play and convert.

This is my third time in Belgrade / Serbia. The more experiences you have, the more you realize that in Serbia / Belgrade it is really about connections and familiarity. Let me just list 2 examples outside mongering: I was asking hotel whether they could make food for me to take out (due to limited time), they said no even after I tried negotiating with them, yet when Il Drago talked to them, the hotel staff changed their mind. And another experience: on the day when I checked in with the landlady, the moment I switched to Serbian (basic conversations at this point), she changed her attitude and became super nice to me.
So the reason I gave the examples above? Connections and familiarity brings you advantages. And when I booked the apartment in Belgrade this time (not AirBnb), Il Drago managed to negotiate and cut the price down by 10 euros per day due to the conditions and change of apartment by staff. For 7 days, 70 euros is not a small number. As an foreigner, it would be extremely difficult to do so. And as I started making other Serbian friends, most of what I heard is pretty much like: if you have the connections, you got the advantage.
During this trip, I have met 6 elite girls so far and majority of them are young / attractive. Again, without the connection, you might be able to pick up hot Serbian girls on the street sometimes as someone mentioned, but to do it a few days in a row, it would be impossible. And the prices range from 200-350, without Il Drago's help, I would certainly not be able to meet beautiful girls and fuck them consistently every day.

I'm new member and thread is quite long so excuse me if anything I say is already said before.
Mongering scene in Belgrade is not great if you're not connected. SA is the main site everyone uses, but it's full of bait and switch ads. Number of ads might fool you to think that there are lots of girls working, but that's not actually true. Lots of them use multiple ads, and there are couple of agencies that cover most of the market. Although I always come extremely prepared, availability of the girls is the main issue. Even if you try working hours during workdays, you'll run into unavailable numbers. Scheduling a date one hour in advance is an issue, let along day ahead. So, they mainly expect that you show up on their doorstep immediately, which would suggest that you need to be in the part of the city where that girl is located. Every girl schedules multiple dates at the same time, so who ever comes first will cum first. If you're not fast enough, you'll wait on the street. Incall is a much better option, but is rarely offered. Another issue is that most available girls are well over 30, average looking at best. Belgrade is full of beautiful women but, in mu experience, you won't find them on SA. If a rare stunner shows up, and gets good reviews on forums, she is immediately overwhelmed with calls. This all comes from someone who speaks local language. If you're a foreigner, save yourself time and look for help. Usual rates are 50 - 80 euros for 30 minutes, to 80 - 120 euros for an hour. Another big issue with the scene is that girls lie a lot. You agree for one thing on the phone and that gets changed during date. BBBJ are rare, but can be found. Drinks are very expensive, compared to Serbian rates, so be prepared and don't order more than one, which is obligatory. You don't need to pay drinks for girls, you don't need to invite them to sit with you, you can go straight to room. There are usually around 10 girls, more on weekends, but it can be busy during Friday and Saturday night. Rates are 60 euros for 30 minutes, 120 for hour. Girls are not stunners but there's something for everyone. Everything is with condom.

Cheapest drink is beer, around 5 euros or 500 - 600 in local currency. Red Bull is 10 euros or 1200 in local currency. Like I said, it's pretty high compared to local prices. No need for announcement. As soon as you arrive in front of a large gate, it will open after 10 seconds or so. Parking lot is huge. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face but it's heavily guarded, so forget about causing any kind of trouble here. It's same when you leave, guards are polite, no one bothers you. Someone monitoring the gate opens it as soon as you approach with your car.
Rooms are clean. Every time I was there girl remained in the room to change sheets as soon as we were done. Bring smaller bills as that might be the issue. Most foreigners I met are staying in Belgrade for very short time & very often they have come on business. So, to rent a car or use a taxi to travel 30-40 minutes for ugly overweight gypsies or below average Serbian girls is not such an appealing idea. You will be "welcomed" there by security guards & the whole place is covered by security cameras. I know for a fact that for most foreigners privacy is very important. That is why elite girls are ideal. You rent a room in some good hotel or in some good airbnb apartment, elite girls will come to you & nobody will know about that.

I was there in the end of November with a friend and the large billboards you mentioned looks like disappeared. When you get that kind of a place you want at least to drink something with a girl but it is so expensive. Girl's drinks are about 10 euro. When we get there we were the only customers inside so all girls wellcomed us and they started to dance for us. It was funny but overall it is not a place that you can spend a few hours like the typical strip clubs in Ukraine or Russia. 70 Euro is the half hour price for girls. Quality of girls not so bad. There are fat ones but also there are young and nice ones. I was not sure of service quality so I didn't take any girl. But for Serbia market I agree it is the far best choice for a foreigner. All other options will cost you double or triple cost and quality not specified.

From an experienced Belgrade monger. It is arguable what you said about Ukrainian girls. I personally think, Belgrade girls are more beautiful. You are correct about English language though. Lots of Serbian girls do speak it. Percentage of girls speaking French is significantly smaller, but plenty of girls speak English language. I really like Serbian girls, you should try them.

Staff goes above and beyond, the food is amazing, the same goes for the rooms. There are armchairs & sofas in the lobby where you can sit & have a drink. Hotels in Belgrade are known not to be girl friendly, but if there is a hotel in Belgrade that could be girl friendly, Square Nine is the one. Your idea is actually good & it might work. If you enter a hoitel's lobby together with a girl, sit there for a while, you might get to the elevators that are close without anyone asking her to show an ID. From my experience, even if the girl enters the hotel alone, is well dressed & goes straight to the elevators she might get away with it. But, it has to be earlier in the evening while there are other people in the lobby. If it is late in the evening than it is almost sure guys at the reception desk will ask her to show her ID. Belgrade is not dry. Yes, it is difficult, but if you are connected it is actually a very good mongering city. It is wrong to expect Belgrade to be as easy as Bangkok or FKK's in Germany. If you expect that you will be bitterly disappointed. There is simply no other way. You have to be connected. Once you are, you will have access to amazing beauties. In addition Belgrade has probably the best night life in Europe. Definitely the most unique. That is why this city is my favorite place to monger along with Budapest, of course.

That does make him connected. I have been offered to visit, but I have not taken him up on his offer. I did have a Serbian girl at FKK Artemis just this past year.
