It's fair that you highlight your option and represent your business interests. Still, a word of caution, as: COVID treatment in Serbia may not always be up to the medical standards some would hope for, and even if successful it means getting stuck in the country for weeks at least.
Belgrade is far from being a Covid-19 hotspot..It indeed is. Figures have dramatically risen again (or, as some argue, may have never been as low as stated before the elations). Serbian government (who initially and actually quite successfully introduced extended periods of curfew) wanted to re-introduce curfew this weekend, which resulted in riots in Belgrade. So they stopped that for the time being, however public gatherings have been limited to max 10 people, many shops have to be closed at 9 pm etc.

Yes, difficult to trust; and indeed there are a lot of loud and clear and presumably very credible claims that politics influenced media to report too-low figures ahead of elections. Meanwhile both the government media and the more government-critical media agree that figures really worsened.
Belgrade "riots" are joke comparing to those in America or some other countries. If you are a normal law abiding citizen everything will be okay. People who are normal law abiding citizens have no business going to protests, same like in America. Those have been the most violent riots and protests in Belgrade for quite some time. Don't expect Belgrade police to kindly bring you to you hotel when you coincidentally get between the front lines. That hope won't become true in many countries, even less in Belgrade.
There is no curfew in Belgrade.If government wouldn't have pulled back, we'd just be in curfew. And looking at the figures (and unfortunately, riots are also great for spreading COVID), there are good chances that at some point curfew, travel restrictions etc. May be reintroduced. That's when visitors will get stuck. Now, in many regards not a bad place to get stuck, but still.
Also be aware that many European countries consider re-introducing travel restrictions for countries where COVID19 figures are bad, with Serbia always high on the list; and similar thoughts in the US. So with a bit of bad luck, the visitor will be put in quarantine when returning. And just flying back to China. Won't work this easy nowadays.

I visited Belgrade just before the protests. It was cheap, around 130 euro return and it's only a 2 hour flight for me. Belgrade was a nice city, food was really good and accomodation and most stuff was cheaper than any other place I have been to in Europe. Situation has completely changed in just a 2 months. Official government statiscs shows that there are over 900 new cases in Hungary every day, while in in Serbia there are 70. Very strange. However, it seems that situation in the region is the best in Serbia. The decision of the Slovenian government proves that. As of today, September 28, Serbian citizens can enter Slovenia without any restrictions. I will leave freedom of choice to everyone to think for himselfm. For myself, I am traveling between Belgrade & Budapest & vice versa freely whenever there are reasons, business or private ones. I read yesterday through this thread, I went a few years back, and I am not seeing any concrete info about good services in Belgrade, beside Il Drago's. I will contact him and ask for help. I cannot see that he is a fraud, because there is no negative reviews that are describing that. You are claiming that one person is behind all good reviews, but if that's correct and this guy is a fraud, why is there no negative reviews?

Of the four or five strip-bars in town, I could find very few internet reviews (even with google translate). Most of the ones with reviews talked about scams involving hundreds of euro, or putting pills in drinks. The one that seemed fairly safe was 'Lotos Gentleman's Club'. However, after I left my wallet, Rolex, hotel key and everything at home except a few hundred in cash. I found the place barred and chained shut, with 1/4 inch of dust on the place with tons of mail sticking out of the slot. Guess that's long shut down.
Failing that, I did find 3 sex shops. Hoping there might be something going on, but they literally look like storage units with one dude selling toys you could buy on the internet for half the price.

For a while now there have been a number of "agencies" bringing Russian (and sometimes Ukranian) girls to work in Belgrade. They advertise mostly on Eurogirlsescort using pictures of hot girls that aren't actually in Belgrade. When they have a hot girl working for them they get her to record the verification video needed to get a verified sign on their Eurogirlescort profile, and they will then use that to endlessly create new profiles on Eurogirlsescort to advertise their agency long after the girl in the pictures is gone. I know this for a fact since I have fucked two very attractive Russian girls over a year ago, and to this day their "agency" uses their pics to create new profiles. If you browse through Eurogirlsescsort you will see a large number of hot "verified" independent escorts and a dozen "agencies" and the reason for this is that a "manager" will bring some girls to Belgrade and take a cut of their earnings in exchange for advertising them and having a few operators communicating with clients since the girls rarely speak English. They will then spam escort websites by creating dozens of "independent" profiles using the above method to get them verified. Additionally, each of these "managers" has 5 or more escort agency profiles on the site with tons of listed escorts using pics of girls who are not even in the country and probably never will be. In reality, out of those hundreds of profiles and dozens of agencies, there are only 4 separate "managers" who consistently bring Russian girls to Belgrade for a few weeks at a time, usually they each have 2-4 girls working at a time so I would say on average there's 10 Russian escorts working in Belgrade at any given moment and they rotate quickly. No matter what phone number you find on Eurogirlsescort, you will end up texting an operator working for one of the 4 managers I mentioned. Online you can't see pictures of the girls who are actually working, with the exception of one manager who sometimes creates profiles with pics of girls who are actually present, although they are heavily photoshopped. That's the bad news.

For a while now there have been a number of "agencies" bringing Russian (and sometimes Ukranian) girls to work in Belgrade. They advertise mostly on Eurogirlsescort using pictures of hot girls that aren't actually in Belgrade.Great post, thanks for sharing, and agreed.
