I just want to report back regarding my experience at Oaza (Senec, SK). Really NOT worth the effort to go there. The place is VERY isolated without any restaurant and the girls are NOT all that attractive. Their attitudes don't make up for this lack of beauty either. Overall, not an ideal place.

I had two experiences. Here my report.

It was written at the entrance that the opening hours are from midnight till 8:00 am. But on the site of that club (www.tropicanaclub.sk) it is mentioned that the club is open from 9:00 pm till 4:00 am. I thought that I can wait in the lobby of Junior Hotel. Oh my God !!! What a gloomy lobby and hotel. I even don't understand how people could pay to stay at that hotel – but it's another point. So I decided to go to the other club I have selected : the Casanova. Not easy to find. You have to take a cab because it's a villa not in the center of Bratislava. It's about 15 to 20 minutes by cab (around 8 to 10 € for the cab). While looking for the ring the door opened. A few stairs to get in the villa. A guy was at the entrance to show me the room where I should select the girl I want. He was not able to speak English – I understood that German was OK but I don't speak german. I was alone in that room for a few minutes. Then 2 girls entered : the first one wasn't young enough and real not a good looking. I tried to talk to the second one – Andrea. She told me that she speaks a little English. When I asked her what are her services I understood that she doesn't understand a word in English except saying "I speak a little English" as she learnt that by heart. I was in Bratislava last weekend, in fact I had brief excursion to Golden Time in Vienna, the best club I have ever been to.

However there are five good brothels in Bratislava, Kotva, Babylon, Evita, Royale and Bellevue.

Taxi drivers all know where they are and usually charge you around 10 Euros to drive you there from the city center, I always stay in the Crown Plaza Hotel and stay there an hour with you and drive you back. I have found out that they get a 10. 20% commission on what you pay the club depending on the circumstances. This commission however does not increase the fee you pay.

Kotva and Babylon probably have the best looking girls. Babylon was very good in 2007, horrible in 2008 and is now very good again, although the best looking girls are in Kotva. Kotva, Evita and Babylon have spectacular decor and rooms, some of which have whirpools. These are clean and well decorated brothels. An hour will set you back around 120 Euros and 45 minutes around 100 Euros. Although Babylon operates on a 30 minute, one hour option.

Royale, which many taxi drives insist have great looking gils (I beg to differ I think the above three places are all better) and Bellevue are very close to the city centre, however the decor and rooms and satisfactory but not fabulous like in the previous three locales.

Bratislava is full of brothels, but I would avoid any other places. A great feature of Bratislava brothels is the fact that the drinks for you and the ladies do not cost so much.

I was in the castle, nothing special, you have better view of the city, for example to take some pictures, from UFO, the so called restaurant over the new bridge. There you have a 360 degree view of the city from a real high point of view.

Psycholygy of taking a taxi in Bratislava + Escort

Took for a 1st time a taxi in Bratislava from station to www.hotelkyiev.com (25€ via internabooking, 35€). I

The taxi was a grey Volkswagen van. (Plate BA556 SK)
RULE 1 Be aware the taxi driver will cheat you. Try to find out in advance from a tourist office etc how much the fare might be.
Have small change with you, Try to remember or better write down Taxi plate number, color model and face of Taxi driver. Have small money with you to pay him exact fare.

The taxi meter started with 3,6 €, (should have been 1,5€) well in other Europe countries the meter starts with this amount too, how can a know the right starting fare?

Rule 2 Insist to the driver to push the zero meter again. before starting to drive. In my case he was hiding the meter with has fat hand, leaving his hand on the gear knob.

Rule 3 Be aware there are night and day tariff in some cases. There was the number 0,04 on the meter, but unfortunately i was not knowing about it meanings, you can only compare with the next taxi u take.

Rule 4 Don't talk just tell him your Hotel name. So the taxi driver will be unsure how much you know language and town.
Did not work in my case, as he tried to involve me in a discussion convincing me “how nice he is to me by putting on the chair-heating for me”.

Rule 5 Pretend to be informed.
I had my print out of the hotel direction in the hand.
Did not work in my case, as he used a small lane with a slow tram which he did not overtake.

Rule 6 Speak loudly the money you give to him, so u r sure yourself how much you gave.
Did not work in my case, i placed a 10€ bill to him on his fond visible. The meter showed 14€.(should have been about 8€) I went getting the luggage to get the missing 4€ in coins for the driver.
We stood outside he made big eyes when getting the missing 4€, he showed my the 5€ bill lying on the fond of the car. I was dazzled myself. I gave him 10€ now its 5€, was not sure about myself?
Only when he left- it was clear for me that he switched the 10€ to a 5€ during the time i went for the luggage.
Best thing keep you money together and give it to him in one time.

Later at the hotel reception they told be the fare would be 8€. I paid 19€ including the cheating.

But when using the taxi with luggage, you are in an endangered position, you can not just jump out from the taxi and damp him the money, as you depend getting safely your luggage. Also when arriving 4 the 1st time at a Hotel you are depending to get a (nice) room, or a room at all, so you feel uncomfortable arriving with problems from the taxi, threading calling the police, etc.

In city center, just around the corner from the bus station you will find zilina relax and about 5 min with car from city center there is Divoky Anjeli. All taxi drivers will know where it is.
