Direction: From Sants Station to Vilanova G or St Vicenc it will always stop at Castelldefels.

The last train back is at 10.37, but there is a Night Bus (nitbus) that runs at ten to each hour from 10.50p.m. to 4.50 a.m. (I think). You can get on at the bus stop opposite the rail station.

This should probably go in a "general information" thread, but anyway, just to clarify once more and add a bit of information to what Chivaz very correctly stated: in Spain, prostitution is in a legal limbo. There is the national police, the civil guards, an autonomical (does it make sense in English) police in Barcelona and Euzkadi, and local police bodies in most towns/cities, the last ones having probably authority to control minor things and issuing parking fines etc. The situation is far from clear and well organized, different bodies often having conflicts as to who is responsible / gets the medal for something.

However, I was refering to the "local policy" meaning "what the major thinks should be done with the working girls and the clients". Local police can certainly ask for documentation at any moment - e.g., if they think one is causing traffic problems. However, pulling off a 4 am in a 4-lane street does not usually cause traffic problems. If instucted by some major, policeman may not share this opinion.

BTW, for all of you who come to Spain often, or live here, or come now and then, and are puzzled about Spain (as I, as Spaniard, am), I'd like to recommend you a book: "The New Spaniards", a second edition of "The Spaniards", by journalist John Hooper, Penguin Books. Took everyone's advice from the boards and went to Top Damas last week while I was in Barcelona. I agree with every that has been said on this board. The place is a dream come true!

I think you are referring to "Pub 240", it is at Street Aribau, no. 240. It has a funny sign at the door: a frog playing a guitar. It's rather small, with a classy feeling, and usually there is a live music show (a little professional band). You have to pay around 20 euros at the door, it includes an alcoholic drink.

Girls are professional (they charge about 200 euros an hour). Most of them are independent escorts around 30 years old, high class. At the end of a long European tour I managed to have a free Friday night in Barcelona. So what to do? Well thanks to the valuable info on this site I had little trouble in getting to Top Damas like so many others.

Yes, it is a top class establishment with many staff speaking enough english to get by.

I don't know about Getopardo, but I paid 160€ for 1 hour, because I asked for a double session (and I also got a nice massage in between). 130€ for 1 hour only includes 1 session (and a massage if you like).

Othe possible extras: greek (80€) and CIM (50€), at least these are the rates that Diana asked for. During my second visit to her I decided for a 45 minutes session, but added an amazing greek.

Thought I'd share back some of my experiences on a recent trip to Barcelona.

First night, I tried Club Aribau. There's a 20 euro entrance fee (which includes a drink). The main area inside is a large room with a rectangular bar in the middle, and seating around the sides. There were about 10-12 girls, mix of eastern european and south american, all attractive and mostly 6s and 7s, with a couple of 8s. Well, as previously promised, I wanted to report on my recent trip. First off, I need to thank all of you who provided information. Just thought I would update with my experiences from my recent trip. This only relates to the street scene around C. St Ramon & Robador. I got there on Sat around 6pm. Just thought I would report my experience on San Ramon. At first this area seems a bit shady and the girls are pushy. An unusual experience can be had at Kiss me, (closed weekends, I believe). See relevant posts. Not cheap after all, but original. Thanks to everyone who submitted experiences and information about club riviera; you all convnced me I should go, and I had a great experience.

While reading the reports, I noticed a lack of practical information about the club which I always find useful; so I'll start by putting some of that in first.

I highly recommend staying in castelldefelds. I rented an apartment on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea at a 4 star hotel for only €70/night. Much cheaper than Barcelona, you save the €30 cab rides each way, and you get to hang out on the beach all day; what could be better. The club is an easy 15-20 minute walk from here, and the streets are very safe.

You enter at the front door where there are a few bouncers to be seen. You pay €12 entry fee at a little window on the outside of the club (though I have read that it varies according to the day and time you go). This also gives you a ticket redeemable at the bar for a drink (my scotch cost me an extra Euro, but it was a really big shot. At least a double)

The club is divided into two rooms, both with bars. The large one is just a bar, and the small one is a smoking bar. There are no seats at either, so you stand at the bar and watch the talent. There is no shortage of beautiful women here. In my books, quite a few stunners could be seen.

Prices and services are totatlly negoitable with the women. Be sure you ask for what you want, or you'll probably get the minimum amount; and watch the clock; both of the girls I sessioned with live in a world where time seems to move faster than reality. I had to remind both of them what time we entered the room. Unlike other venues, no one calls or knocks on the door to tell you your time is up; it's up to the girls when they are finished.

The going rate seems to be around €150/hour, but I was able to negoitate for €120/hour, and €150/90 minutes including BBBJ's and with CIM on the second. Iw as quoted €80/30 minutes, but I like to take my time and it's easier to negotiate with longer sessions.

When you have chosen you girl, she leads you to a cashier where you pay €5 for towels, sheets and soap. The towels are more like bath sized napkins. Totally useless. If you are paying by cash, you proceed upstairs; if you are paying with credit cards, you move over to another cashier. Make sure you bring ID with you or you can't use your credit card (I found this out when I was considering a third session)

When you head upstairs you pass another security guard who writes down which room you're going into. The rooms are bare bones. 2 beds per room and a full bathroom with a TV/Stereo that you have to pay €1 for 30 minutes of entertainment. You will also see suitcases in the rooms, because this is where many of the girls stay. What I find funny is that the girl I was with sessioned on her roomates bed, not her own.

When you are done, you can wash up and put your clothes back on, and then the girl leads you back down and points you in the direction of the exit. Or you can go back into the main bar for another round.

Overall, one of the best mongering venues I have seen. Rates as high as the best termas in Rio. I'm returning tomorrow and will post about the girls then.

This report is a few months old, but still wanted to spend some time on it.

I was staying at a nice hotel across from the convention center on Avenue Dioganal. Barcelona is a nice place. 2 main areas I visited were Club Felina's and Riviera Club.

Club Felinas: Most cabs will have no idea where this is. I had listened to the advice of a poster here (thanks) and instead found the nearest metro station. Google their address on the map. I went there at night time and the roads were empty. It was really eerie.

Felinas is on this road, and it's very easy to miss their number. The first time I missed it. As I was looking for it, a taxi pulled up (the yellow and black taxis of Barcelona). A large black girl stepped out. I figured this could be it. I followed here. I even joked that this is what I was looking for and she laughed.

Going in it's not exactly spectacular. A lady greeted me at the door and walked me down a corrider to a room on the left hand side. Small room. Neat and Clean. Shower right there. Than the girls knocked on the door and started coming in.

To be honest I am not sure if I like how they do this. Girls knock on the door, come across, give you a hug & kiss. You get to see them. The problem is after 9-10 girls you forget the name of the one you want to see. Finally the lady at the door comes and asks who you want. I chose a colombian girl.

Some of the girls can be real clingy and pain in the asses but just ignore them. They tend to jump on you the minute you have eye contact with them, so wait up.

If you like the chick negotiate. Don't take what she says. She'll take you in the back where you will pay a cashier behind glass window. (I used my credit card here too. Not sure how smart that was, but little brother was thinking).

You go upstairs, there is security on the top floor. You go to your room, do you thing and come back down. One night I did this about 5 times. But all those beers don't help.

When you are coming out, plenty of cabs that will take you back into town. Definitely go to Riviear. You can skip on Felinas if you like. You won't miss anything.
