One more thing. I have found a spot on the same street as my hotel. Which would be ideal if decent. However when researching, I have gathered that this spot is both a small brothel with some nice (Spanish) reviews but it also appears to be a gay sauna (!). Anybody know the truth?

I don't know the truth. But my feeling is that they are completely different businesses. The gay sauna is in Bruc 65 Ground Floor, direct entrance from street, and the Girls Brothel should be in the same building but in an upper floor. Re the out of town locations, if you drive out of Barcelona some 10-20km in any direction which isn't a main 'autopista' youll start to see converted hotels with big neon signs. Also around the industrial parks (but still on the main roads) youll see women standing or sitting at the side of the road waiting to get picked up.
I've noticed a lot of both the SWs and the hotels in the stretch between Barcelona and Granollers/Valls going north towards Vic, however I was in the wrong company at the time so I couldn't even write locations down, let alone get a GPS fix.

Dont know which orientation is your map, but Tarragona is definetely west of Barcelona slightly west-south bound on a compass, whilst Granollers, Vallès (and not Valls) is a clear North-East.
So, in a few words, to go to Granollers you can take the A7 highway heading to France (East), whilst to go to Tarragona, you all along hte coast heading to the west.
Vallès (Valley) is an area east of Barcelona, plenty of locations named after it.

I visited Felina this afternoon. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the Hilton on Diagonal. I was shown 7 girls nearly all doable but a couple on the heavy side for my taste. I should have heeded to the recent post but the low price got the better of me. The rooms are not as bad as I expected. I only saw 3 girls; Isabela, Maria Jose and Dayan. I opted for Maria Jose. There are 4 price levels:
20 minutes for 50
30 minutes for 60
45 minutes for 90
60 minutes for 110

They have a good mall (Diagonal Mar), with restaurants and movie theaters. But besides that, it's a no-go area. Nothing. Zilch.
In terms of regular clubs your best bet is to go to the Olimpic Harbour (look for - puerto olimpico; barcelona - in google maps). It's a five minutes cab drive. There you have dozens of great clubs with a very cosmopolitan crowd. Specially good ones: Shoko and Carpe Diem. Also plenty of restaurants and night life. Even on a Monday they will be fun.

One approach could be to hit the bar-style clubs where you can go in, meet a dozen girls over a beer and have no obligation to stay. The girls always seem to be happy, free to move between the clubs and theyre all at street level with neon lights which means theyre pretty much legal and above board.
Theres a large concentration of them all within a few blocks/10 mins walk between plaza francis macia to the west, maria cubi to the north, balmes to the east and down to corsega in the south. That area, some 5 blocks by 5 blocks will get you over 20 bars with girls charging from 30euros a drink or simply 60euros half hour. Your own beer will usually cost less than 10euros so its no probs to go for a wander around a few places. Note that some dont open until 6 or 7pm and most stay open at least until 3pm.

After the comments about 240 Aribau, I decided to pay it a visit last night.
I'd have to say that I cant compare it to other similar places in Barcelona but the reports here are pretty accurate.
I've been to similar bars in Portugal, and to me it was very similar to the Gallery.

Thank you!I suggest you read my report on 7-25-09 titled "Clubs near Barcelona similar to Riviera Club" in this Barcelona thread. There are several smaller clubs on Avenida Sarria you can check out, though they are much smaller, and with only rare exceptions the girls are nowhere near as attractive as those I used to see at Riviera Club. Still, I did occasionally get lucky and find a truly pretty girl in the clubs on Avenida Sarria. Take a taxi to the Melia Barcelona hotel and go for a walk down Avenida Sarria.
Haven't been since a year or so, but prices are around 70 per hour. Don't get too excited by the photos.. However, service is usually very good. All in all, a very good VFM.

To be honest I don't remember if the 70 are for 30 or 60 minutes. If you want a specific girl, just ask for her. If not, they will, like in any other brothels all over Europe, introduce you to the girls. They will come to you, one after each, introduce themselves, shake your hands, and go. I've been to 240 Aribau a few times, although probably all 6-9 years ago, and Riviera Club more recently. After I discovered Riviera Club I stopped the usually futile search for a pretty girl in Barcelona's downtown clubs, including 240 Aribau. There were always beautiful, thin, young women at Riviera Club, none of whom appeared to me to do illicit drugs. I never found anyone to even tempt me at 240 Aribau. Some girls at Riviera were assertive enough for me to take refuge in the men's room, but the problem was always so many wonderful choices making it hard to chose.
Speaking of Aribau, however, Club New Aribau at Aribau & Diagonal can be worth a look. It's far smaller than Riviera, Privee, Madam's Club, Lady's Dallas, or Club La Torre Park, but it's probably the best in downtown Barcelona. The web site is clubnewaribau.com.

I once had a night at Riviera that I shall remember fondly all of my mongering days.
It was a very quiet weekday evening, with maybe 50 to 60 girls desperate for business . And me.
The aggressive propositioning was tiresome at the time, but in the soft-focus mists of hindsight, the memory of having that many beautiful girls chasing after me was awesome. Nothing in my years in FKK land has come close. I have never been to Rio, maybe the aggressive sell is the norm there. On other occasions with a normal ratio of clients to girls Riviera was fun, but that night I felt like the last man alive.

Whatever Exec Talents opinion on Barcelona is, I had a fantastic experience last week at Top Damas with the lovely Diana from Brasilia, Brasil: , FK, BBJ, a killer body with natural boobs, 100% GFE worth every € (110 for 45 min. +10€ tip in advance). Living within less than 1.5 hour of some of the top FKK clubs in Germany, and knowing the scenes in the Netherlands, London, Lisbon, Belgium, Berlin, Romania and Spain, I prefer Spain by far and Barcelona specifically.
Yes the atmosphere is much more liberal and that is why we all liked Riviera + Bailen22, and most of us like Kiss Me and the Fiestas Colombianas in so many clubs. Yes coke is part of the scene, and tolerated more so than elsewhere. But I personally never experienced a situation where it was a problem for the girl or for the client because it was never the problematic use you think of when reading ET's statements.
Yes there is photoshopping but some of the girls have it done to their pictures to remove tattoos that otherwise would make them recognizable to their friends and families. I met with several girls from girlsBCN.com and can testify that they looked as attractive as on the site. There is also much confusion as to the names of the various floors, especially in older apartment buidings.
The Planta Baja (PB in the elevator and intercom) is the ground floor, at street level. Sometimes it is designated simply by the letter B (for Baja).
Primera Planta or Primer Piso (first floor) is the first floor above street level.
Sometimes between the Planta Baja and the Primera Planta there will be an Entresuelo (Mezzanine).
The Primera Planta is sometimes called Principal (Pral on the intercom), but sometimes the Principal is between the Planta Baja and the Primera Planta.
Sometimes there will be an Entresuelo AND a Principal between the Planta Baja and the Primera Planta. So the "First Floor" is actually the Fourth Floor!
The top floor is often called Atico (attic) and has a roof terrace.
Piso and Planta both mean Floor. Piso can also mean Apartment.
Tip for locating streets in Barcelona:
Stop at the department store Corte Ingles at the Plaza Cataluna and purchase a "Guia Urbana" of Barcelona. It's a little book (4 by 6 inches) that you can carry in your pocket. It has detailed maps of every street in the dity. They also sell it on Las Ramblas.

The best bang for the buck is still the Chinese brothels. If you're into Chinese girls, there are plenty of apartments in Barelona with a selection of girls. GKThrough the year Barcelona is an amazing place with huge fiestas and loads of life. However Christmas in Barcelona is a big anti-climax. Big catholic family tradition means christmas is spent behind closed doors at home and the 15% immigrant population tries to make it back to its roots. Regular night clubs go quiet until after midnight on 31st December and a huge amount of non-spanish working girls head back to their families to spend your hard earned money with them. I know a few clubs say theyre open 24/7 365 days even christmas but you still have to think how many girls would be working their.
Looking at the calendar the 25, 26 and 27th will all be holidays so most shops will be closed, a few restaurants closed too but there will be some "clubs" open. Monday 28th onwards should be fairly normal.
From the start of December til christmas itself, the town is crazy with tourist shoppers downtown and loads of life with almost every company and group of friends having some kind of christmas party in the bars, clubs and restaurants. This means that the "clubs" are rammed full and the girls make a huge stack of cash to take a holiday with the family.
January is the post christmas dive, walking into deserted clubs, full of girls back from the christmas break and no punters. First time in Barcelona. I went Top Damas right after midnight. I decided to walk since I was already on Avenida Diagonal. The place is around 10-13 mins away from Av. Diagonal by foot, and the area seemed pretty clean and secure I would say. There are some suspicious looking bars (rip-off?) along the main street going up from where I was. But they looked harmless to me.
I entered the apartment in the small street without problems. The mamasan showed me into the waiting room and asked me if I'd like to have a drink. She offered me whiskey but I opted for some water. I was shown around 7-8 girls. I believe all from South/Central America. There were a couple of mulatas. They come in, give you a kiss on the cheek, introduce themselves and then the next one... The experience is quite funny. A member here once compared the quality of the TD girls to the ones in Rio termas. Well, I would not rate any of those girls more than 6, if I saw them in a Rio terma. But they all looked cute nontheless. I took the only 6 to the room for 45 minutes - 120 euros.
The room was very clean. The girl was really passionate and cute. Sex was great. A true GFE in my book. I will definitely go back, to BCN and to TD!

Well maybe it was not a very good day/time of the day when I visited the place. You should definitely go to Brazil if you want to experience something breathtaking for a couple of hundred dollars. Once a South American girl moves abroad (especially for professional reasons), she'll never be quite the same again. But as I mentioned earlier, Barcelona (TD) is a very good option if you want to have some fun and don't feel like spending 12+ hours on a plane.

Tough choice... Barcelona top escorts are expensive. In general as a tourist, it's a very expensive place also. But, culturally the city is pretty amazing. Local Catalan girls you can forget about. But foreign women that live here are an option (as non-pro's).

Well, as far as I know, the distance from Toronto to BCN and SP is pretty much the same. In this case I would definitely opt for SP. But I would not spend all my time in SP either. Barcelona is the PhotoShop Capital of the World. Do not expect the girls to look anything like their pictures. As I've had enough positive feedback by PM, here goes....
After discovering it last time, I booked in at the 'Barcelona-Ramblas Hostal', which is on the cnr of C. Nou de la Rambla & C. St Ramon. I had only booked a single non-ensuite for 25 euros. The main disappointment to me is the reduction in numbers of Spanish women there, as well as a small reduction in S. American women.
On Sat I just shopped around and found generally that very few women were prepared to go to the hotel room. Dollar club (Calàbria 224): big club with a stage for dancing performances. Very established on the local scene, but seems to have had its time. I've spoken to a very friendly Peruvian lady with wonderful eyes and smile, but she looked and acted like she could have been my mother (almost), so no thank you. Diamonds club (Carrer Mariano Cubi – side street from Aribau): club looks nice, very clean, modern, but small. Quality of the girls is excellent! Like most of those places, it is often hit or miss. The best girls are often with clients or on outcall. I went there several times during my visits to BCN and found no one worth the time.
