OK. I tried to tell you guys this same thing (that Barcelona was the Photoshop capital of the world) over a year ago but got a lot of flack.
Barcelona is a nice city to visit as a tourist. Subway is great and I had good luck with the local Spanish girls. So, if you are there by all means check out the brothels, etc. But, to make a special trip for sex it is just not worth it.

A swift update from a recent trip. Pub240 is cheek by jowl with Yuma Sauna and New Aribau ***** club. I suspect that the ladies circulate all three establishments. Don't go early, they all open around 19. 00 local and even then the girls were just arriving. I would have gone with perhaps 1 in 5 of the girls, so a fair choice. First, let me say that I found it very helpful to stay near the airport. It's only about a 15 minute drive to downtown, cheaper, easier to park, and most importantly – whenever you venture out, to get back to your hotel you just follow the signs for the airport. There are so many airport signs you can't get lost.
Regarding SWs. At night, there's a big bunch of good looking SWs near the Nou Camp Stadium. I drove through in the daytime and didn't see anything, but every night, they were out in full force.
To get to the Nou Camp Stadium area. From the airport area, follow the signs for "Ronda de Dalt" and you will end up on highway B20. Take Exit 11 for "Avinguda Diagonal". Stay on "Avinguda Diagonal" and turn right on "Carrer de Martí I Franquès". It's about the 4th possible right turn. At the bottom of the hill the street ends (you will see the stadium. Camp Nou / Estadi del FC Barcelona). Turn left onto "Avinguda de Joan XXIII" and stay to the right. You can't miss them. Also, the side streets along "Carrer de Martí I Franquès" are good, but be warned. There are Trannies out there also, some standing out there completely naked! I've never seen anything like it. Also, so many decent looking SWs in such a small area. It's strange because "Carrer de Martí I Franquès" appears to be the center of a University and I would not have expected to see SW action there.
For 30 euros they will do covered half & half in the car. No back door access. Another strange thing is you park right along the streets (or on a nearby dirt road) which are walking distance from where you picked them up. After the session, they just exit the back seat and walk back to their post. All the girls that I picked up were Eastern European. Not sure about the past, but I know that about 4 weeks ago I was going from downtown to the airport and saw 2 gals in short skirts and heels sitting in lawn chairs on the side of the highway to the airport at about 4 pm. They would stand up and wave when a car passed.
The airport closed because of the volcano and they were still there on the way back to town, or at least 2 ladies, it was hard to see if they were they same ones or not. I smiled the entire trip!

This is my first contribution for Barcelona, but actually, I travel to this city a few times a year, both for business meeting and mongering.
Actually, I found downtown clubs in Barcelona very expensive and overrated. A few years ago, I was frequenting Garage at Bailen 22, very expensive place. I don't wonder why they turned them into a bank, now.
After Bailen, I have discovered Riviera at Castelfeldes. This was one of the biggest club as far as I know, across Spain, every day with more than a hundred girls. It is a pity, that the authorities turned them both Riviera and Saratoga club, just on the opposite site of the motorway.
This was all old stories and they are all history now.
But I have also some update information about the action on downtown and the surrounding areas such as El Vendrell, Tarragona, Reus. I have done five different trips since the beginning of 2010 to Barcelona downtown and environ towns. I will have at least one more trip next month to discover the clubs in north of Barcelona, towards Girona, Figueres, La jonquera.
An ISG friend of mine proposed me to share those information as a trip report, in dedicated threads. I actually post mot of my reports in Germany FKK forum, but I believe someone could find those informations useful, for Barca. So, you may find a few following posts on this threads, describing the scene in Catalunia. This was my first trip to Barca, in 2010. It was at the ane of February.
I was with colleagues but I get rid of them and choose one of the three Asian house. I just gone to Muntaner 14, buzzed in the first floor, get in. It was 9.30 pm so a few time to closing time. If you don’t know this place and if you drop by by mistake, you can think this is a normal bar. The rules is like that here; every girl approach you, one by one. If you like her, you go along with her. Your second drink gives you an allowance of 15 min of BJ, right on the spot, in the middle of the bar. With her third drink, I guess she strips, and the with the fourth drink, you fuck her, either in the middle of the bar or in some more hidden place nearby. When I was there, I saw only a guy from Texas, with two Latina girls, but they were just drinking (I suppose they all went down from a room, upstairs. This guy should pay more or less 300 Euro for two girls).
All the girls was nice and young and beautiful Latina girls but as the bar was small and dirty with utilized papers, condom packages, I didn't offer the girls even a drink, I didn’t give this place a try, just I had a beer for 9 Euro and get out. The girls also proposed me we can go directly to the upstairs apartment for 160 Euro/hour, I didn't buy.
Later, I met some buddies and we all went to Club 240, in calle Aribau 240. It was 20 Euro to get in (this include also your first drink). Very expensive club, actually a take away pub for girls. There were lots of international classy girls. The takeaway to hotel starts from 300 Euro, it can be bargained till 200 Euro but still expensive. I know they want to leave after one shot and you also had to deal with their taxi money (50 Euro, which is not true. Taxi is really cheap in Spain), you had to deal with the security of some hotels (still some 20-30 bucks to their pocket). Not for me and didn't buy.
Later, we gone to Top Damas, there were very beautiful girls, some of them really top tier. But not a club atmosphere, just a private appartement. My buddies didn't like the atmosphere although they like the girls. The price was 90 Euro/30 min. Actually, I liked this house and I liked the girls they provide. Next time, I should try it out one shot there.
Then, the taxi driver brought us to a new club which names escapes me, maybe “Sweet 21”. This was still very expensive. The guy in the front door told us this is one of the Top Tier club and the entry was 40 Euro (2 drinks). We declined, then he says entry can be done 20 Euro (one drink). We get in, checked the atmosphere. This is a small place, dark inside and the line-up wasn't good. They asked 150 Euro/30 min. It was bloody expensive, we had our first drink and run away from there.
We actually in a search with a club named "New Riviera" (actually there is no such club named New Riviera. This is a misinformation, the real name should be “New Aribau” but I found out the real name in my later visits). As the old Riviera in Castelfedres is closed, there suppose to be a new one in downtown Barcelona, near La Ramblas but we couldn't find it. The total damage of the night was 150 Euro, with a fuck in Asian House, some taxi and some club entry and drink. The rest of the group spend less but didn't had any luck and fuck.
SUMMARY
At the end of that day, I saw, one more time, that the clubs in downtown Barcelona were not providing a good value for your money, like the clubs in suburbs, does. But the private houses like Asian Houses (Muntaner 14, Balmes 74 or Enric Granados 66) or some more luxurious like Top Damas were really worth trying and gaving better value for your bucks.
My next visit to Barcelona was in mid of March.
This time, I wanted to sample some of the private houses, to find out which one provide better selections.
I went first to Rosellon 328. There were two or three different brothels, in each floors. I just buzzed the one in the first floor. The bell was marked with red, the next brothels bell, on the upper floor was marked with blue. I sampled only the one in the first floor and that was enough for me to see the conditions. It was a midweek, and in the afternoon time. The place was not that clean, I saw 6 or 7 girls. the line-up was poor, I found only one nice Brazilian girl, Barbara, the rest of the line-up were from Latina girls and some black girls. The service of Brazilian sucks, I am happy that I bought just 30 min/50 Euro (if I recall well, 1 hour for 90 Euro possible, with also two shots) I won't return Rosellon.
After Rosellon, went to Arizala 74. It is a bit far from downtown, still you may reach there with a taxi fare of 10-12 Euro. This place is very close to Nou Camp stadium. Inside, there is a really strong line-up, with lots of South American chicas, and some Russians. I had a Braziilian girl from Sao Paolo, Angelika, she is a really nice girl. That is a pity that I hadn't enough time, and I had to buy her only media hora, 30 min/60 Euro. I wish I had more time and went with her 1 hour/100 Euro (2 shots possible). After my first time in March, I repeated Arizala, several times but this Brazilian girl disappeared. They have a big turn-over in this house.
In the night time, after a social dinner with business colleagues, I went to Felina BCN. It is more expensive and the line-up is not much better than Arizala, so Felina is not a good value for me. I only see a nice looking girl from Buenos Aires and went with her for 45 min/100 Euro (only one pop). You should pay an additional supplement of 30 Euro for a second pop. It was a really nice session with lots of DFK, DATY etc. After 45 min, phone ranged but I hold it myself, so didn't popped yet. At the end, she requested my juice in her mouth but I know this was an extra (50 Euro) so I prefered to pop into her hands.
SUMMARY
Barcelona downtown clubs may be expensive but there are some nice and cheaper options with full of beautiful latina girls. Nowadays, Latina chicas is hard to find in the clubs, but the private houses is full with all of them. From now on, Arizala 74 was my favorite place and the safest bet in downtown Barca. I visited there many times, on my next trips and always find good choices. I believe morning shift is stronger than the night shift. The girls tend to change shifts at 9 pm, so I could see more girl when I visited the place twice a day, first in the afternoon, then after midnight.
In my third and fourth time, I ventured again Top Damas, Felina and Arizala. I found Arizala best of all, regarding either its price structure or the variety of the line-up.
I would like to repeat Top Damas, only if they have more flexibility about the rules of the house. For an hour of service, you should give nearly 140 Euro (which is still fine) but you can only pop once. In order to have an extra pop, you should pay something like 50 Euro, which some up your hourly rate to 190 Euro. On thing, I like in Top Damas, they have lots of local Catalan and Spanish girls, all together with some South American and some Russian girls.

It was a Friday night, there were 30 girls in the club and the only punter was me. I though I was a kid in a candy shop. Soon, I was approached by behind, by a Spanish girl, she says she was from Costa Del Sol, Marbella. I had nice memories there, but I am not going to a room at the first initiation, so I asked the price and the service. She informed me, this is 120 Euro forhalf an hour (media hora), the service was standart and asks if I want to have some special service. SUMMARY:
I was searching a good club, to replace Bailen 22 or Riviera. New Aribau is no way near to Bailen, nor Riviera, very small compared to both those old establishments, but could be still one of the best option downtown for some guys who like to spend for champagne.

A swift update from a recent trip. Pub240 is cheek by jowl with Yuma Sauna and New Aribau ***** club. I suspect that the ladies circulate all three establishments. Is the truth not something between the two? Clearly some of the brothels imprison the girls and they are prevented from leaving and work in terrible conditions as virtual slaves. No, I have NEVER met a sex worker who was kidnapped and forced into an Australian brothel. (I have met, and was close friends with, a sex worker from Bulgaria who went through that ordeal in her home country, but she came to Australia by choice). I have met a few migrant workers who were tricked into thinking they would be doing waitressing, etc in Australia and when they got here, they were told they had to work in a brothel. HOWEVER...they were not FORCED to work in the brothels, with violence. They were just told that if they didn't agree to the work, they would be sent back home. Sure, it was a tough choice for those women, but it WAS a choice.
What I do meet, all the time, is migrant sex workers who came to Australia on contract (or "debt bondage"). This happens because our Govt treats all international sex workers as 'sex slaves' and makes it hard for them to come here independently, even though it is lawful for them to work in our sex industry. Instead of finding their own work and applying for their own visas, they are forced to employ agents (traffickers) to do it, who charge them thousands of dollars for the service, which they have to work off. People often confuse these contracts with people 'buying and selling' kidnapped and abused women. That is not the case. These contracts, while horrible, are freely entered into by sex workers...usually they are already working as sex workers in their own countries, and contracts are the only way they can get into my country to work.
I am NOT saying that forced prostitution doesn't exist. I'm just saying it isn't as common as people think it is. As you may know from my posts, I am part of an Australian sex worker association that runs large-scale projects in the Asia/Pacific region, working closely with international sex worker groups. We also run a trafficking prevention project in Australia. All our migration projects are staffed by international sex workers with personal experience and I have met thousands of sex workers in the twelve years I've been involved with this stuff.

So gentlemen, while we should, of course, take appropriate action in defense of women by reporting the facts to appropriate authorities if it appears to us a woman has been kidnapped and forced into prostitution, we should at the same time not be made to feel guilty by misleading news reporting suggesting any man who spends money on prostitution is supporting violence against women, because that is rarely the case.

Does she really believe a moment that a Russian, Brazilian, Rumanian or Chinese country girl back there in a remote village one day suddendly decides: OK, I 'm going to Barcelona to work in a club or a piso, I know what they are, where they are and how to contact them (they are more knowledgeable than most members of this forum who always have to ask where to find a club, maybe they learned it at school...). They speak fluently Spanish to negotiate with different potential employers (wonder why they then forget this language once they arrive). They know all about visa procedure (do you? just try to get a visa to go to work in Russia or China and see how it works.... and if you're in Russia or China, there is no Spanish consulate some thousand km around), they have relatives in Spain who can send them an invitation and a guarantee letter that they will bear all their costs while they are in Spain and provide proof of sufficient lodging space. Their dad is so proud that his daughter will be a hooker that he will gladly give her the money to buy her air ticket (it's probably only 10 years' savings, if not more), etc..., etc..., etc...
Do you know what administrative formalities a girl must go through before she gets a visa, and what other formalities she must comply with once she arrives before she gets a valid work permit?
Most of the girls CAN'T find their own work and apply for their own visa. They didn't learn at school that, for prostitution, they better go to Spain or Germany than to France or Sweeden.
Sorry to say this, but what Rubber Nursey wrote sounds also like just plain propaganda.

You're absolutely right...they're not just going to forget about it! I'm sorry if my message appeared to suggest that. The debt would have remained if they returned home. The choice was to work it off (fast) in Australia - or go home with a massive debt hanging over their head, which would have been near impossible for them to ever pay off (and probably would have seen them or their family members eventually turn to sex work, anyway). There's no doubt that it's coercion, but it's not physical violence, which is what I was specifically asked about.
As for sex workers not being able to find their way to other countries on their own...I don't think you're giving these women enough credit. They're not stupid. Also, I'm not suggesting that an innocent small-town girl in Thailand would suddenly decide to apply for brothel work in Australia. It's a process. The girl might find work in her local regional city, where other sex workers tell her about work in the capital city, where other sex workers tell her about work in other countries, etc. I *know* this is the process, because a) I've met heaps of women who did exactly that in SE Asian countries and ended up in Australia, and b) I followed the same process myself. I was a naive farm girl who started working in my local city and I quickly gathered contacts in other states and around the world, from other sex workers who had travelled extensively. I never took advantage of the offer but, if I wanted to, I could secure work in Europe, the US, Canada, etc with one email.

You can look up websites of sex worker unions and groups in developing countries if you think I'm just talking from a privileged white chick perspective. The fact is, current policies are encouraging, rather than reducing, trafficking. If migrant sex workers had the same rights as other migrant workers, it would put a huge dent in the trafficking business. Many changes need to occur before this problem can be properly addressed - not least of which is worldwide decriminalisation and the recognition of sex work as a legitimate occupation. But visa equality and accessibility would be a good start.

Thought I should just add: When I met these women, they had (obviously) chosen to stay in Australia and work off their debts in a brothel. There's no way for me to know if the other option was genuine, because they didn't chose the other option. Maybe if they'd asked to go home instead, things would have got nasty. I can't say for sure.

I'm afraid you haven't read my posts before making these recommendations, as well as what this debate is about.
I have no doubt that you have much more experience than myself for prostitution in Australia, but this thread is about Barcelona and the question raised by members relates mainly to Chinese girls working in pisos in Barcelona.
So my questions to you are:
- Have you worked in a piso in Barcelona?

Again, if you have read this forum, you would have known that I’m Asian, half-Vietnamese, half-Chinese. So I can speak to them in their own language. Most of them don’t speak any other language than their own, not even Cantonese, only Mandarin. What they told me are sometimes not nice to hear. Neither do the way they work.
Just an example: I really like a girl I just sessioned and wanted to take her out on escort. Her "Mama" said they will deliver her to my apartment. I said I want to take her out and enjoy a meal, going to a disco before. They said “Why do you want to do that, you can’t have social time, she doesn’t speak Spanish. Just go home and have sex”. Well, I can speak Mandarin. It doesn’t matter. I said “OK, I go home now, she comes with me”. They said “It’s better that our driver takes you”. I said “I need to stop by the grocery to buy some drinks first, and some other things, so we’d rather have a walk”. They said “OK, give us your address, our driver will wait for you with the girl at xxx pm”. I have tried several Chinese pisos, most of them have the same procedure.
My experiences stopped there. Other members of this forum have already confirmed that the driver brings the girl to their doorstep and specifically asked them that, when the time is over, to wait in the room for the driver to come back and pick the girl. In fact, when the escort is only for a few hours, the driver is waiting outside in his car.
And I'm not talking about pisos who do not allow escort at all. Everything on site, please.
Not to mention the fact that there are absolutely NO Chinese girls working in clubs. Only in pisos, behind locked doors (the "s" at doors is not a typo). In the whole Spain. Can you give me an explanation for that?
So what does this make? My answer is “I don’t know”. And my advice to you is also to say “I don’t know” instead of giving advice on a general basis for a place you may have never been to.

Those of us patronizing these businesses should be vigilante about observing facts suggesting girls are being held against their will and, if sound reason for suspicion is found, report those observations to law enforcement agencies.

This is my first contribution for Barcelona, but actually, I travel to this city a few times a year, both for business meeting and mongering.
Actually, I found downtown clubs in Barcelona very expensive and overrated. A few years ago, I was frequenting Garage at Bailen 22, very expensive place. I don't wonder why they turned them into a bank, now.
After Bailen, I have discovered Riviera at Castelfeldes. This was one of the biggest club as far as I know, across Spain, every day with more than a hundred girls. It is a pity, that the authorities turned them both Riviera and Saratoga club, just on the opposite site of the motorway.
This was all old stories and they are all history now.
But I have also some update information about the action on downtown and the surrounding areas such as El Vendrell, Tarragona, Reus. I have done five different trips since the beginning of 2010 to Barcelona downtown and environ towns. I will have at least one more trip next month to discover the clubs in north of Barcelona, towards Girona, Figueres, La jonquera.

ThanksWent there a few weeks back and relying in memory. Get off Metro at Universidad (or similar name). With the back of the square in front of you, walk to top left and take the left exit. One block down take the right exit, first door, red button. Like say, from memory but if all else fails, ask one of the many police around in the area.

To go anywhere in La Jonquera, you'll need a car. I'm fairly sure there are no public transportation options, and if there are, they're probably inconvenient and expensive.

So my question to you my fellow mongers is there anyplace in the Bcn region that is something close to the Riviera?

Returned to Barcelona to visit Felinas. I think the prices were lower than last year-currently 30 min for 80 Euro. 45 min for 100 euro, and 60 min for 130 euro. I had 3 nice sessions-none perfect, all with strengths and weaknesses:

Nothing going on Sunday night, so I decided to stop by and see if there was any talent. The receptionist spoke excellent English and asked if I wanted to see all of the ladies available. Sure. This club is located in Jonquera along with several other clubs. It is about a 1.5-2 hour drive from Barcelona, close to the French border. It opened in October 2010 and claim to be the largest brothel in Spain. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot which is surrounded by a wall and well lit. Near the entrance, there are about 5-6 security guards walking around. Entrance is 10-12 euros. 12 euro gives you a ticket for an "alcoholic drink". But the regular 10 euro tickets gets you a beer or a soft drink.

I arrived at around 7:30pm and there were about 70-80 girls and maybe a dozen men at the time. I took a quick walk around and sat down by the bar. Within a few minutes, a girl approaches. She starts the conversation in French as most of the men are from France. I would say about 60-70% of the girls started conversation in French. 20-30% in Spanish and 10% in English. Some of the girls will ask you to buy them a drink which is 30 euros. I don't know how much the cost of the drink for the men as I only used my one free drink voucher. The sessions are 70 euros for 30 minutes + 5 euros to the club to get a room key. The girls usually suggest a tip of 1-2 euros to the girl working at the desk that hand out the keys and the maid that opens the rooms and cleans up afterwards. There are ~80 rooms. Half of them a floor above the bar area and the other half one floor beneath the bar. Each room has a bathroom that includes a toilet, bidet and a shower. Most of the girls actually stay at the club and use these rooms to sleep in when the club closes at 5am.
The only thing about staying for a while at this club is that there is no place to just relax after a session. A girl will constantly come by to talk to you and try to get you to a room. You can leave the club and come back but then will have to pay another entrance fee. You can step out for 10 minutes for a smoke or to grab a quick snack from a convenience store down the street, but if you want to go out to eat at a restaurant, then you will have to pay the entrance fee again. The bar area is smoke free, although you can smoke in the rooms or outside by the club entrance.
The girls are mostly in their 20s-30s and are from Eastern Europe or South America. There were some 8s and 9s in the mix.
The 2 girls I sessioned with did not provide BBBJ or DFK, but they both stayed the entire 30 minutes and we talked a bit in the room after the session.
Overall, a different set up compared to a place like Felina, but there were definitely more attractive ladies with the 100 girls working there.

Dropped into Felina's based on ISG recommendations. Pleasant and helpful reception showed my into a nice room. The lineup came through 1 by 1, with around 12-15 girls to select from. Having sustained a really bad sports injury to my ankle and knee, I've only just began to walk again, but cannot walk for very long distances.
I was wondering if anybody could help provide any advice as to where might be a good location to stay in Barcelona. I need advice centred around my inability to travel much on foot. I'm attending a trade show in the Autumn at the Fira de Barcelona, and need a hotel around the area that would provide me the possibility to:

Girls line-up changes regularly. Some may be busy at that point of time. They are not duplicated from a common mold so you can't expect to have the same all year long. And even with the same girl, service can vary depending on chemistry. Girls are not machines, they can have bad days too. I have more than once an outstanding session with a girl one time, and a so-so one another time. Every experienced monger should know that.
Judging a piso and criticizing other members based on a single visit is not very constructive. It had nothing to do with the line up. I there was 15-20 girls there. The problem is that places like Top Damas are set up to be an assembly line fucking service.
That might do it for some but a wholehearted general recomendation should be about service, looks and attitude. I think the sessions in places like this are severely lacking in the latter category. If I had found a stunner and brought her out, had night with her maybe including dinner or drinks where she is using her time wisely picking up on your personality and what you like in order to adapt her performance in the sack to your taste. I went to Nightbeach again last night and chose another great Brasileira. I did however make the mistake of agreeing to taking her to a room inhouse. The bars and the beach are great fun and I always have a great time there on my many stays in the town. To have some have a meeting in a piso or brothel I always get the train into Barcelona.
