I just came back from the Istanbul. I did stay in there for 1 week for business. First 3 nights in Aksaraya area and the last 4 nights in the Taksim.

Yes Oase is heaven compared to Istanbul but just for one visit all that effort and money not necessary. I have been there. I suggest you to check the flight tickets again. Further to my last post, I thought it was best to share some more info and a trip report.

So I am based in the UK so always compare the pricing to local GBP and make an assessment of value. I compared the rates and found a few agents who where charging 700-800 TL an hour which equated around £100 which was not too bad. Agents were less likely to negotiate but some had specials on girls who were going to leave. It seems the agents are usually based somewhere else and the girls stay in hotels as guests, you can book a girl but they need to ping the girl and see if she is there. I found some independent / numbers of the girls who also had agent but again some were expensive but some were reasonable and actually up for a good time. Ella was an option I explored, Ella does seem to have an attitude of some sorts but again if you are asked 10 times a day. She has a few girls who seems cheaper compared to Escort News since its usually two hours, but they were all outcall and it was for you to ensure that guests were allowed. So regarding mongerfriendly hotels that don't charge extra, I am really struggling.
The hotels (4-5 stars) I contacted so far all emailed back saying they'd charge extra for guests who visit my room for even 1 minute a day except for the proper Hiltons (not Hilton Garden).

As a foreigner your best bet is escortnews, period.
There are Turkish escorts out there, but you won't be able to reach out to good ones without reference from their other customers. I am turkish and even I don't bother with that.
My suggestions from escortnews as of now:
Margo. Europe side. She was voted best escort on that site. She is more expensive than other options but it is well worth it. You can read pages and pages of positive reviews about her. She is definitely independent, meaning you are talking to her rather than to an agency.
Alina beauty. Europe side. I was not able to visit her due to a last minute change, but I read a lot of good reviews of her from reliable members of that side. Yes, there a lot of fake reviews (especially lately) on escortnews. She is independent as far as I know.
