Ru, can simply read this thread and find out. And of course those newbies who are too fucking lazy to read the thread, will post the same question over and over again, as did the poster you responded to. But better to not respond at all, than to clutter the thread with info that isn't grounded in personal knowledge and experience.
Yes, there was a change in mamba. Ru from the situation in previous years where in the "I am Looking For:" section of their mamba. Ru profiles, p4p girls used to list openly "Sex for Money", to the current situation which began earlier this year (2012) in which mamba. Ru underwent something of a "clean up", and now the "I am Looking For:" section provides for only three possible options, namely,"Friendship, Relationship / Dating and Travel". Despite this change, it is not so difficult to find all the p4p girls you may need. Here are some reliable factors:
First of all, despite the above-mentioned mamba. Ru changes, some p4p girls and agencies with profiles on mamba. Ru still continue to insert some overt statements in their introductory remarks on their profile that indicate their interest in "intim" meetings for monetary compensation. So these profiles are obviously p4p.
Second, young girls in their teens and early 20s who list age ranges of the men they seek to meet that are far above their normal dating age range of about 10 years older than themselves, are usually projecting thereby an interest in meeting older men for sponsorship type relationship or p4p. For example, a 23 year old girl seeking to meet men up to age 50, is most likely signaling her availability for sponsorship or p4p. However, if the same girl writes she is seeking to meet men up to age 35, then she may simply be a regular girl, not p4p.
Third, girls with naked photos in their profiles, can safely be assumed to offer sponsorship or p4p, as well as that their photos are fake, and most probably it's a girl apartment or agency, and not an actual individual girl. As I've stated many times in the past, fake photos should not deter you, because, often enough, a hot girl will show up anyway. And if the girl is not satisfactory in the looks department, you can simply send her away, with taxi fare.
In general, I'm not able to tell much of great insight based upon the photos. Although some mongers on this thread have professed greater talent in this area, I regard these types of observations as hypotheses, not conclusively proved. There does not seem to be as much of the photos that are too good to be true being used lately. I have seen many profiles with attractive photos, but mixed in to the pretty photos, are one or two photos of a girl who is much plainer, fatter and less attractive. I don't know if it's a correct conclusion, but I have made the assumption that the pretty photos are the bait, and are fake, but that the photo of the less attractive girl are the real girl, who includes it, so that later she will be able to say she posted her real pictures. Some girls maintain multiple profiles. I met one girl through mamba. Ru who told me just before our meeting that the photos of the profile I was writing her on were not her true photos, and she agreed to email me her true photos. The funny thing was, I recognized her real photos as from a different profile that I had also corresponded with. Fourth, naturally we want to avoid sending a regular girl an overt proposition of p4p on a social website such as mamba. Ru, lest such girls complain to management, and we soon find our profiles blocked, as well as simply to avoid the indignation of such regular girls whom we might like to try to date anyway, if they are receptive. The approach most useful for determining whether a girl is interested in p4p, or not, is the sending of an innocuous "safe" message, that does not overtly suggest a p4p proposition, but allows the p4p girl to respond with her actual proposition, while simultaneously allowing you plausible deniability, if challenged by the girl.
The formula I have generally used for an initial message that works best for me, is to begin with some nice complement to the girl in the way of any man seeking or courting the favor of a woman, and to conclude the brief initial message with the invitation that "if you are interested in meeting, please send your telephone number and your conditions."
Any p4p girl will respond by telling you that her "conditions" include you paying a certain amount of money. If a girl writes back,"what sort of conditions do you mean?", you can maintain the charade by responding, any conditions for a meeting that she may require, as some girls have conditions, but that if she has no conditions, then that is great, and it would be nice to meet her when you are in Kiev, if she is interested.
The key point here is to understand that a girl who is interested in sponsorship or p4p, must necessarily say it before she goes to meet with you. The onus of bringing up the requirement of you paying her money for her time and companionship, is entirely on her. She does not want to inconvenience herself with going to a meeting with you, at your apartment or elsewhere, without it being crystal clear that you will be giving her money. Otherwise, she can end up going through all that inconvenience of going to meet you, only to find that there was a misunderstanding, and you are not prepared to give her the money she wants. Therefore, a p4p girl will necessarily need to make sure you agree to her fees. So, you can ever remain the gentleman, while giving her the easy opportunity to state what she wants. This principle holds true whether communicating with girls on a social website, or in a nightclub, that you can remain very guarded in what you say, overtly communicating your desire to be with her, but only subtly hinting that you would be interested in fulfilling any conditions she may have. Let's not kid our selves, people the same all over. It's natural for all women and men to attracted to the same level of attractiveness and even if you or I are attracted to women who are much more beautiful then us you definitely need a lot money or be famous and great personality or even all of these. Any assistance would be appreciated.$100 a day is entirely possible for a legitimate English interpreter such a student or out work individual looking to make spare cash. Just don't expect any "extra's" and some might offended if you want them around all day to help you negotiate sex so you might want to discuss that in advance. Make sure you negotiate has well as the going rate $15 to $25 per hour especially more for late at night so I'm assuming a 10 hour day.
I had limited success with Craigslist but with Robota I had a lot of response, so see my previous posts on that as it not easy to navigate and you need a corporate e-mail address and website to get on.

I am NOT looking for someone to negotiate sex or even to provide extras. I am going to Kiev to explore a business opportunity. I want someone to help me improve my Russian skills (I know enough to muddle by but not do business) , act as a "cultural adviser" for the young adult culture there, and act as an interpreter when I speak to some business contacts when necessary. I also have some text that I want help translating.
Being introduced to other young people and anything beyond work would be a bonus but not expected. I would want to share meals and maybe go to a club together to get "cultural" advice. While this is mostly business, improving my "game" is never a bad thing.

Here are some reliable factors:
LJGood review. My 5 cents:
- Look at the Reply rate at the bottom of profile screen. In general the girls who offer 4p4 tend to reply more often than normal girls. For example, let's say you see that some other factors mentioned by LilJoey Distinguish a profile as one which belongs to p4p girl. If you read the posts I wrote, a good number of which are referenced in the Reports of Distinction thread, you will have plenty of background information and ideas about methodology and how to function best in the strip club, to simply go and have a good time even by yourself.

But I kept reading the FKK threads and I realized soon enough that truly all the necessary information was in the threads, in very detailed form. Even things like instructions on which train to take to a particular location and how many stops, etc, and I ultimately discovered a map referenced, with all the places pinpointed on it, as well as many posts with advice on how to function best inside the clubs. So I ultimately decided to plan and prepare for a solo trip with no tour guides. And I realize how foolish it would have been to spend money on such a tour guide. Every bit of necessary information was available on this forum, or the Internet. I just had to put the time into properly investigating the facts. And it was truly more of an adventure doing that mongering trip solo.
So my advice to you is to prepare for your Kiev trip methodically, by reading this thread going back at least two years, and extracting the usable information you need into a summary document that you can use for reference. And using the Internet tools available to help you learn about your destination, in order to have a nice trip. You don't need to spend money on a mongering tour guide, when the info is all here in the thread. Just have the patience to read and use it.
If, AFTER you have read the info on the thread, you still have questions, you can raise them here on the thread, and you will get thoughtful answers to any good question.
Before you conclude that Rio is the best option for you for take out, make sure you familiarize yourself with the cost hierarchy of the various mongering options that exist in Kiev, and their various pros and cons. I have written a lot on the various options and how they compare to one another in various aspects I thought might be significant to a monger. Those prior posts will be helpful to you.
You might be a newbie, but you can be an educated newbie.

Tunang, You really do not need such a thing as a tour guide to get a girl out of Rio. If you read the posts I wrote, a good number of which are referenced in the Reports of Distinction thread, you will have plenty of background information and ideas about methodology and how to function best in the strip club, to simply go and have a good time even by yourself.

So my advice to you is to prepare for your Kiev trip methodically, by reading this thread going back at least two years, and extracting the usable information you need into a summary document that you can use for reference. And using the Internet tools available to help you learn about your destination, in order to have a nice trip. You don't need to spend money on a mongering tour guide, when the info is all here in the thread. Just have the patience to read and use it.
If, AFTER you have read the info on the thread, you still have questions, you can raise them here on the thread, and you will get thoughtful answers to any good question.
Before you conclude that Rio is the best option for you for take out, make sure you familiarize yourself with the cost hierarchy of the various mongering options that exist in Kiev, and their various pros and cons. I have written a lot on the various options and how they compare to one another in various aspects I thought might be significant to a monger. Those prior posts will be helpful to you.

- Look at the Reply rate at the bottom of profile screen. In general the girls who offer 4p4 tend to reply more often than normal girls. It seems to be a site that advertises independents of sorts, but I am a little leery of the photos- they all seem too professional.Escort-models. Com and many other escort websites for the Kiev market have been discussed a number of times within the last year or two on this thread. There are several lists in the thread of such escort websites. They have relatively cheap prices around 800 UAH ($100) /hour or even lower, and they have in common that the photos they use are of remarkably beautiful girls. Too good to be true? Unfortunately, yes. The pics are fake and bear no relation to the appearance of the girl you saw in the photos on website. If you look back into the prior reports I have written a report on specifically this agency you asked about. But as I wrote recently in another post, just because they use fake pics doesn't mean you can't use them to get cheap P4P girls to come to your door. If they don't look good enough when they arrive, just send them away with 50 UAH taxi fare (about $6. 25 USD) and ask the agency to send a few more girls, maybe you will like the next girl better. In my case, I complained to the cute blond girl who came, but was utterly too emaciatingly thin for me to keep, that I had asked for a girl who looks like the girl whose photos is on their website, and then I showed her her own agency's website and how the girl I was supposed to look like. She called on my behalf and then turned to me and said in a little while I will get a pretty girl. Ultimately, a gorgeous girl did show up. So you can use that agency and realize you're dealing with fake pics, and playing the odds of getting a hot girl by accident. Or you can refrain from using them. Your choice. Same goes for the other escort websites that exist and use fake pix.

But of course I realize that few newbies will ever read that post because they don't read the thread even a few days going back before posting their initial questions.
I guess newbies get excited when they first find this thread and pop their questions before understanding the nature of the ongoing conversation here on the thread.
The only way out is to gently flame them with the encouragement of the benefits to be had by not being lazy to avoid the tedious task of reading thread going back a significant way, and spoon feeding a little to get them going. After that they usually catch on and some, in fact, turn around and start answering the questions of others even newer than themselves, after they have learned a bit from their reading or experience. So on it goes.
I guess the only real way to confront or change the phenomenon is to create that FAQ page that was discussed from time to time. I've thought about it, but didn't have the time to invest in doing it. Perhaps you're up to the challenge? Anyways, I'm sure that even if there was an FAQ page, it would still be necessary to flame newbies who failed to read it before posting a silly repetitive question, since they even now don't read the ROD thread first before posting. Only a system requirement preventing new member posts until after they certify they have read the FAQ page, could perhaps change some of the problem, but I don't know if it's possible to get the cooperation of the website administrator on such a thing.
So things will remain as they are, and veterans will continue to have to choose between answering, flaming or ignoring, or a combination thereof, into the future.

But if you don't want to deal with the fake picture "bait and switch" hassle and time waste of the Internet websites, then the higher priced nightclub and strip club scene is where you will find hotties that you can see in advance of picking your girl.
Some members have stated that they find girls in nightclubs who are better looking than the dancers in the Rio strip club. I remember Irish Lad's rant some time back on this point. It could be. But so what? There are obviously some very good looking girls in Rio strip club available for take out. Besides Irish Lad lives in Kiev, has plenty of time on his hands to find the best girls he can, and is more interested in freebies than P4p, so he loves going to Nightclubs like Shooters, and has a great time there, but his approach may or may not be applicable for you. So by all means go to Shooters and follow his lead and try for the same results. But don't be intimidated from trying out all the options available in Kiev to find what suits your personal needs and assets best.
Some will debate whether the atmosphere of the nightclub or the strip club is more conducive to finding a good p4p date. It's a matter of personal preference, I suppose. A nightclub is certainly a more fun and free atmosphere in general, but on the other hand, in a strip club you can interact with the p4p girls better than in a nightclub. In a nightclub, a p4p working girl might give you a few moments of conversation, including any negotiation, before requiring a decision on your part. But he has this opinion based on his experiences in other places in the world, and does not have personal experience at Rio strip club. So his opinion is not based on personal knowledge of the situation in Kiev. Other members may hold the opinion that the type of girl known as a semi-pro to be found in some nightclub, is probably a nicer type girl to have sex with in a p4p type relationship, and more potential for GFE. It may be true.
But these are all just opinions. And if you are not a mushroom that cannot move from where your ass is planted, you should man up and go try out all these situations and see for yourself what is possible. But don't be intimidated from your own investigations by someone else's opinions. And That's good advice.

I've never seen IL rant, except for that time we were talking about whether Boston was a hard rock or pop band.
Stripclubs are fun for sure and I spent more then my fair share of time at RIO (before it became so well known, $200. All night). RIO and River Palace made for a fun night when switching off between p4p and non p4p. IL himself went through a brief phase where he was showing up at RIO quite a bit. I've never seen IL rant, except for that time we were talking about whether Boston was a hard rock or pop band.
Stripclubs are fun for sure and I spent more then my fair share of time at RIO (before it became so well known, $200. All night). I enjoyed my trip to Kiev last year in Jan / Feb period. I plan to be in Kiev again for President's Birthday Weekend February 15. 18, with a one night stop in Frankfurt Feb 18. 19. Yes, it is so fucking cold in Kiev that the River entirely freezes over and people are ice skating across it, walking across it and fishing while sitting on it. Beautiful sight. It's not really that much colder than New York sometimes gets. So you'll be fine if you just bring the same Winter gear that you wear back home during a cold Winter when temperature is slightly below freezing. Last year I was warm enough wearing a shirt, sport jacket and winter coat. Layering is a good idea, since you can add or remove one layer of clothing as the weather conditions dictate. I feel a shawl to protect your neck from wind is indispensable. A good idea is also to wear shoes with a good tread on them to keep good footing when you walk on icy sidewalks, and for those occasions you are planning to wear dress shoes with a smooth sole, you can perhaps take along rubber galoshes with some tread on the bottoms to put over the dress shoes if the ground conditions require. If there is snow, it's actually better in Kiev than a place like Manhattan where every street corner is a disaster of ice, slush and water to navigate, chiefly because many intersections in downtown Kiev require going down steps to a passage underneath the street. So I really don't think cold weather should intimidate a monger from having a trip to Kiev. Since it is off season, many travel related expenses will be lower.

What in fact I recommended is that newbies, before posting a simplistic question that common sense should tell them must have been discussed before RECENTLY on the thread, take a bit of time to read the thread conscientiously going back a reasonable amount of time depending on circumstances, especially when they have several months before a trip, or a trip to Kiev is yet unscheduled. How much reading of the thread is reasonable depends on the circumstances and the amount of time one has before a scheduled trip, and is therefore variable depending on the situation.
Your position that newbies shouldn't bother to be considerate and try to know the conversation here on the thread before joining it in a relevant way, is the problem.
Don't forget. I have been there too. As a newbie, I mean. And what I thought is reasonable behavior for myself to do, is what I would hope other reasonable and considerate people wanting to converse would do. My method was that with respect to any new mongering location I intended to visit, I attempted to get a handle on the situation there by reading the last half a year of reports on that location's thread. As I read through all the stuff posted, I came across posts which contained specific information that I knew I could find useful in visiting that locale for mongering, and I copy / pasted the portion of the post containing the information I considered relevant into my own summary document. I intended to later organize and review my summary document so as to be able to refer to it and use the information provided at the appropriate time, as the case may be, as for example, info on which hotels were "girl friendly" to be used when making my hotel or apartment reservations for my trip. If a half year of reading the thread did not yield enough solid info, I read further back and read the last year of that thread. My assumption was that the vacation and travel cycle would complete itself within one year and most common situations would have been discussed by someone during that one year time span. I read the last one year of the thread because it was obviously going to be the most relevant in terms of the possibility of changing conditions and older information on the thread sometimes becoming obsolete.
I felt it self-evident then when I was a newbie, as I do now, that reading of a half year or a year back on any thread, should certainly allow one to come across one or more evolutions of the perennially relevant questions of where to find good pussy in each locale, how much it should cost, and where best to stay while mongering there. So my opinion that this approach should be taken by others is based on logic and experience. To the extent you agree with this reasonable approach, well and good. To the extent you disagree with something that was never said or written by me, I leave you to pursue your needless argumentation in the fantasy land of your own creation.
(2) your second paragraph about veterans who "can't stand newbies" and get upset with newbies who merely post questions, and want a forum just for their own small group of veterans, and. Achhhh! I can't even bring myself to write out the rest of the silliness you wrote even for the sake of refutation.
Suffice it to say that, of course, this is a forum, that while not actually a public forum, since membership is required, is a forum for all members to express themselves with equality. Your attempts to imply anything was written that disagrees with this is an even more crass example of the type of fallacious argumentation that appears to be your chosen style.
Every newbie is wanted and is welcome to participate and join the party. What is unwelcome and annoying is boorish behavior at this party, just as at any other. And it is boorish and inconsiderate behavior to join a discussion of adult men, and ask silly questions that you could know the answer to if you read the thread even a few pages back, before posting something that contributes nothing, and calls upon those participating in the thread to write information over again just for you, that they just wrote recently before. It's simple consideration that is being asked for. And it is a reasonable expectation for etiquette of newbies who want to join the discussion.
You are obviously one of those people who has not read this thread. If you had bothered to read this thread, you would have seen the mountain of reports and responses I have posted responding with patience to questions of newbies, and compiling information and writing reports just for the sake of being helpful to newbies just coming to appreciate the exciting mongering destination Kiev is. I have been offering this guidance to newbies over the last two years since I began posting, and have even taken flak for it from the veterans who get irritated by the repetition of the same basic information. So you have chosen to lecture the wrong member about patience and helpfulness towards newbies. Hell, if anything, I should be nominated for being the posterboy of patiently writing reports to benefit newbies and answer their questions. I myself am a quasi-newbie having been coming to Kiev since 2009, while there are veterans who have been coming to Kiev for many more years than that.
But at the same time, I also want to sometimes educate newbies to the best way to benefit from the thread on Kiev and the forum in general, which is to READ it, and so I ocassionally chide a new member about the laziness in not reading the thread, and the benefits of doing so. Sometimes at the same time I provide a detailed answer, not so much for that newbie, but for all the newbies who may be reading the thread, and would benefit from a comprehensive answer. My hope is that they realize that the thread is full of such detailed answers to all sorts of questions, and they hurt only themselves by being too lazy to read the thread. And sometimes I just let a silly question pass without any response. It depends on how much time I have and how I feel at the moment. I figure that if a newbie who hasn't read the thread sufficiently posts a very basic question and gets no response, he will either give up on Kiev and be a loser for it, or he'll stop being lazy and hunker down and start doing his homework. And sometimes others will provide an answer, oftentimes members who but a short while before we're asking newbie questions. So that is a good thing. My only goal in the post to which you responded, was to open the eyes of some newbies to why they owe the courtesy of reading the thread before posting questions, and to explain why they should have realized that it is somewhat inconsiderate behavior to post a question just answered.
What you should have taken away from my words in the previous post is that the veterans who post reports on this thread with good and usable information, do so because they WANT to help the newbies have a good time in Kiev and have the information needed to do so. And that, that desire on the part of the veterans to be helpful to newbies, is being abused by that minority of newbies who don't bother to read what was written, and ask for it to be written again.
What you concocted about veterans "can't stand newbies" and want their own private little forum, shows the disappointing place your mind is coming from. It has no basis in anything I wrote or feel. Veterans on the whole, have always been very helpful in answering newbies on the Kiev thread. That is a fact. You are apparently ignorant of those facts. I hope you will read this thread and become more knowledgeable. You seem to be an intelligent person. Imagine how good a post you could write if it were based on facts and knowledge, rather than on ignorance.
I put to you a challenge: before you respond to this post, if you choose to respond, click on my username to access the link "view prior posts", and read my prior posts, mostly geared towards providing information that will be helpful to newbies (the veterans know most of the stuff I put in these detailed reports) , and also read my reports referenced in the ROD thread going back. Then, if you still feel you have a bone to pick with me over the issue of trying to be helpful to newbies, I will certainly like to hear about it. Because that truly was one of my goals in writing reports, the other being to entertain, as well as provide analysis of various mongering options, their pros and cons, that had not been written about in the recent period.
But don't argue, just for the sake of arguing.

I have read more than 90 pages on this thread, and I am interested in the apartments. No one has posted any addresses of apartments in Kiev.
