Yeah, your posting just proves what a worthless place Buddha Bar is to find a girl. When you wrote "the cheaper the better" it gave me to understand that you are looking for P4P (pay for play) Working Girls. But when you wrote "easy scoring" "with relatively nice. I would also recommend for you to put the FKK clubs of Germany at the top of your list. At the FKK's in Germany you can meet many Romanian and Bulgarian girls who are very beautiful and will give you very good service, with none of the treachery and deception rampant in the escort scene in Bucharest. And I cannot imagine an easier "scene" than that which exists in an FKK club, plus it is an environment where you can see what the girls look like before choosing, so it is easier to get a nice looking girl compared to situations where you can't see the girl in advance because you are calling an escort based on Internet website pictures which are usually fake, both in Ukraine and Poland.

I like your proposal but I prefer to stay in one place specially if it's my first time to visit. So I chose Berlin and booked a hotel already at a very good rate ($45 / night) its called Azea Novum Centrum hotel. If anybody stayed there is it in a good location?
I've also wanted to visit Berlin, I heard its an interesting city to see. Also seems there is a lot going on there with regards to mongering. These women were girls when the USSR was still alive and well and English was neither a major nor important subject. COMPUTER / LAPTOP: if you're using Internet Explorer as your browser, you should download the Plug-In for Google Translate so that it's part of your Google Toolbar, or whatever it takes to get it set up to do automatic translation of web pages into English. The translation should begin automatically. When it is set up properly, you will be able to right-click on any passage in Russian in a profile or in a chat message, and one of the choices to come up in the menu that appears should be "Translate into English", which if you select and left-click it, should cause the translation to occur. I'm not a "techie" so I don't know if this explanation is precise from a technical standpoint. But I do know that somehow I got my laptop set up to perform exactly as I described. Typically, when I open a message on mamba. Ru and the chat box opens up, the automatic translation feature installed causes the translation of all the Russian text in the chat into English. I figured I would share my Kiev experience on this board. I will first say that Kiev was a bit more pricey than I would have liked. It cost me almost twice as much to hobby in Kiev than in other locals such as the DR, Thailand, and Costa Rica. I will say, however, that Kiev is a beautiful city with wonderful people. I found the Ukrainian people to have a refreshing and unpretentious charm. I will most definately return to Kiev ASAP.
I paid a visit to Bhudda Bar the first night of my arrival. This was an impressive and stylish place. I loved the relaxed lounge style atmosphere and hookah bar. I also enjoyed watching the bevy of beautiful 10+ model type freelancers. One freelancer offered me an hour of fun for $300. I couldn't believe my ears. Many of the international boards reflect a significantly lower price for fun in Kiev. I might as well have stayed in Philly and paid American prices. I told her that I would accept $300 for all night. She agreed and said that she would see me when she was finished partying with her friends. I waited for about 20 minutes for her to return and left for another local.
I took a taxi to Avalon. Avalon was also enjoyable. I enjoyed a seafood dinner at the restaurant. The meal was pricey; but tasty. I then hit up the disco on the third floor. I enjoyed watching the PJ dancers on the sound stage as well as the beautiful working girls hanging around the bar. Dam these Ukrainian women dress to kill. Personally I think he has average skills at best. Anyone could do better than him, at least based on what I have read. He should study what for example someone like Stephane H (ideagasm) wrote and partly still writes. Forget the chrystals and try to see the real messages. And some psychology, including fundamental knowledge about cognition. I could name many guys here on ISG who has evolved several levels higher but just do not have to time to write books about it. Or simply do not have the skills in writing. His index of how many you need to approach to score is an index of his own disability in a specific cultural setting. Highly unscientific and probably related to him (look and person) more than the place he is writing about. Some observations are relevant and maybe other publications are better, but from what I have seen (including some newsletters) , I am neither impressed nor enlightened.

Next time I would try a bit harder on negotiating. 100 USD, no matter how long time she stays, is a level that works reasonably well for me in Kiev, but I rarely take a non freebie directly from a club. In Kharkov 100 USD is high. From what I discovered, some Avalon girls will agree to 1000 UAH if you catch them out of the club. The overhead is high for them in Avalon. I found some local review threads where locals pay 300-600 UAH for full service, including anal. I fully understand it does not matter much when visiting just a couple of days, but it is always a sport to negotiate a little. You seem like a nice guy who enjoy to socialize so in just a few trips you will probably have girls that treat you like a king and ask for no money in return.

Many of the international boards reflect a significantly lower price for fun in Kiev. I might as well have stayed in Philly and paid American prices. I told her that I would accept $300 for all night. She agreed and said that she would see me when she was finished partying with her friends. I waited for about 20 minutes for her to return and left for another local.

Such an observation seems completely oblivious to the obvious difference in the level and type of female beauty that is available in these comparative locales. Don't you perceive a difference in the level of girls you can get in Kiev as compared to the other places you mentioned?
Yes, you are correct that prices are different. In DR the prices were 3500 DOP (about $85 USD [as currently $1 is about 40 Dominican Pesos DOP]) in the casas in Santo Domingo for take out for two hours as of my last visit in 2012, whereas a few years back in Sosua, depending on your negotiating skills you could get a girl from the Classico's discotheque for around 2000 DOP and some really hot girls asked 2500 DOP (which was about $70 back then when the US dollar was 36 Dominican Pesos) while the Puerto Plata strip club take out fee was $100, if I recall correctly. My visits to Sosua, Blackbeards, Puerto Plata and Santiago go back a few years, so the numbers might have changed a little, but it is essentially the fee structure in DR. In San Jose, CR, at the Delrey Hotel the asking price has been $100 / hr and $300 / night (todo la noche) , but has become ever more negotiable downwards and in my trips there in 2012 it was easy to score a hottie for $70 or even $60 an hour, especially during daytime. The fees in the casas around San Jose are in the $40 / hour range. I can't speak as to Thailand prices, but everyone knows they are lower and they are for Asian looking girls.
In comparison, for the EE type beauties you can get in Kiev, the basic price is 600 UAH / hour ($75 USD) or 800 UAH / hour ($100 USD) , depending on the girl, as advertised on a number of websites, and as routinely experienced on mamba. You see, some girls get it fixed in their heads that they want a certain price, like $200, for example. Maybe they see themselves as better than other girls, and therefore they feel they need to command a higher price than other girls getting only $100 / hour. Whatever their reason, they have set as their goal to get $200 for their pussy. So they will fight you and will not give in so easily to a reduction of that $200 number.
However, the secret is that TIME is far more easily negotiable! And the more time you can get, the LOWER the hourly price ends up being. Just getting the $300 / hour girl at the Buddha Bar to agree to an "all night" for that fee, was a win! If you had actually taken her out and she stayed with you many hours all night, then $300 is not a ridiculous price.
Similarly, Just getting the $200 / hour girl to agree to two hours, lowered her price RATE down to $100 / hour net. So, you won! If you got even more than two hours out of the girl you took out from Night Bar, and who gave you GFE service, then you got an even lower price. For example, if she stayed with you three hours for $200, then your net rate paid was only $66 / hour. That is a price equivalent to what you might get in DR or CR!
Anyways, even though you stuck to nightclubs, and didn't try the social website mamba. Ru or other low cost escort websites like top-modals. Com, you still negotiated successfully to fairly good prices for Kiev.
I am definitely of the opinion that the few dollars more per hour paid in Kiev for a beautiful blond or brunette with an amazing hot shapely body, as is typically found on EE girls, is well worth it, in comparison to going to DR or CR where thebgirls don't look even half as good. In Kiev, what we are after is the gorgeous Eastern European hotties. One of the chief changes was the elimination of the "sex for money" and "sponsorship" option in the "I am Looking For" section of the profiles. Now the website allows only the options "Looking for": "Friendship","Relationship / Dating", and "Travel". Along with these changes, there seems to be a definite effort on the part of the Administration of mamba. Ru, to purge from the website the profiles posted by girls or agencies with a "business" purpose of seeking money for sex, and one sees a relentless cascade of profile deletions on mamba. Ru, evidencing this struggle of the Administrators to purge, versus the girls who continue to try to do business and get customers. Due to the ever-constant deletions of profiles of p4p girls on mamba, when you do make contact with one that seems interesting, endeavor to get the phone number quickly, and use the "print screen" option on your computer that enables you to make "screen shots", to copy the girl's photos from the website and paste them into a Word document along with their name, phone number, price, language skills, and any other particulars you want to have handy, so that you can still use this girl's contact and photos, after her profile is soon deleted.
Instead of telling you to simply read my prior posts on the the thread about how to monger on mamba. If you are a younger guy in your 30's, and you are looking for p4p, you can still use this idea as a way of discerning whether a girl is looking for p4p. If she says she is interested in meeting men more than 10 or 15 years older than herself, you can take a chance on writing to her a subtle message that does not mention money or sex. Soren60, I assume you approach them in a polite manner and make then read between the lines, especially if you want just sex? I suggest you never ask a woman to admit to what she really is. i don't have time at the moment for a "full" response, but just to get at the main points, here are a few observations.
i also have encountered resistance to provide their phone number. it makes absolutely no business sense for a p4p girl seeking bookings to withhold her contact info and thus frustrate her own business. but these are ukrainian girls. so in their twisted stupid minds they have outsmarted the foreigner if they don't give him what he wants, which is their contact info, and it doesn't seem to occur to them that they are the real losers.
two mistakes i feel you are making:

You will find that many of the numbers you collected will not result in a date, either because the girl does not answer, does not speak English, is not available etc. So you need to develop many more contacts than you could possibly ever date, in order to have a chance to get a date or dates when you finally arrive in Kiev. Overkill is good preparation. As soon as the girl gives you her telephone number and thereby becomes a legitimate "Contact" that you could call for a date, make sure to use the "print screen" function on your computer to capture screen shots of her photos and paste them into a Word document or the like that you will use for your Contacts, because there is a very high likelihood that the girl's profile will be deleted within a few weeks, and often much sooner. The response rate if the girls on mamba is quite low. So you should try to send out 20. 25 messages EACH DAY, in fact send out the maximum messages allowed by the system (I think it limits you to 30 new contacts each 24 hours) each day if you can.
Secondly, It's confusing as to your goals and the strategies used to achieve them. The idea of looking to see whether a girl is seeking men more than 10 or 15 years older than herself was a litmus test indicator for p4p girls, since that is not a normal dating habit of young girls.
Therefore, If, as you say, you are hoping for "freebie gems", you should not be looking for p4p indicators. It's a confusion.

july? rule one: cis people do not plan the future. they take a million now and do not wait until next week to have two.

I agree with you about the timing of my trip being unfortunate since Rent is just paid. Maybe some girls that are REAL late on rent will be more desperate!
Great advice on not negotiating the menu. I assume that some of these may be agencies posing as girls on Mama, and in that case I would want to know what I am getting. However, if it is a regular girl just go with the flow. Really, CBJ is not the worst for me, but DFK is a must. The reason why it is a bad idea to go to Buddha Bar is because 1) It sucks. 2) The girls are there looking for desperate / naive foreign men who are going to pay $500. Kiev is indeed a buyer's market when it comes to P4P. To an extent, there are a lot of things that factor in. What you look like (and how you present yourself) , what the girl looks like and mutual chemistry. Slavic girls are very vain and 'proper', the better looking and more in demand she is, the higher that factor will be. Moderate to high level of Russian language skills can tip the scales in your favor. It's a huge game of YMMV.
But while Kiev might to an extent be a buyer's market for quality P4P it is still very expensive to live there, if you live like a westerner. Factor in the expense, if you are someone on a budget then it makes sense to stay home or go to a cheaper P4P destination, such as SE Asia, Central, South America or even the non FSU Eastern Europe. Or as our resident bad boy and heavy hitter Pro likes to do, go to some isolated, remote province or FSU country.

I understand a lot of this has been talked about, but also there is lots of conflicting information here as well as many differing opinions, not to mention a lot of information to take in as the Kiev scene seems to be much different than anything I have experienced. Going to send a lot more Mamba messages in the coming months and try to cultivate many contacts. I don't even really know what I am looking for yet. I want to make sure I have hot girls each day, not too expensive and not extremely hardened / jaded pros. This is probably not too difficult with some good legwork.

Honestly, I do feel like typing RTFF sometimes when I see a newbie asking a question in such manner as it's obvious he's making no effort in that direction. Then often enough I ask myself why I even need to post an RTFF message, and simply remain silent. But this fellow did PM me and looking at his detailed questions and his mistakes in trying to get results I felt he was a guy that deserved a good response and some guidance. Look at his post below, and give some of your mamba tips too.
Mamba has been changing in interesting ways, and as it morphs new possibilities and challenges come into existence. I think it is a real primary mongering source in Kiev. Take for example the new options in the "I am looking for:" section such as "meet up" etc. These new choices are only on the Internet site. They do not seem to be available in mamba's iPhone application yet. I like using the iPhone mamba application as the picture display is so much better and easier, and I can do Google Translate application messages by jumping quickly back and forth between these two iPhone applications. Yet if I want to translate the other comments a girl wrote in her profile, I can only select and copy the portions written in Russian on the Internet site, because the iPhone app will not allow copying of profile comments. Nor regrettably can I copy photos on the iPhone app, and that must be done on a regular computer with a screen shot capture capability.
So mamba, being a primary mongering source in Kiev for lower cost p4p, definitely does deserve attention and comment when one sees other members struggling and lacking in some of the finer points.
So please have a look at Jeremy's post here reproduced and perhaps offer some of your own operational insights. Or did you feel he deserved an RTFF?

If my previous post came across as promoting Budda bar it was not my intention, I agree that the place is shit I was simply trying to say that although the girls their ask for lots of money you don't have to pay what they want if you are prepared to put a little time and effort in. As I wrote before the best place to find p4p in Kiev is everywhere. I have found girls in every pub and nightclub I have been in, I use Mamba and some of the escort sites mentioned on this forum. Talking to girls in the street and coffee shops also works. As for your quote about slavic girls being very vain and proper I have to agree, (I was married to one for 5 years). I would have to describe myself as fat, bald and fugly. I dress ok but I'm not a dedicated follower of fashion. (Maybe this is the secret to success in Kiev because I do very well there) with both freebies and cheap p4p. My Russian language ability is around 10 words and Ukrainian 0. But I do understand women. Regarding Kiev as being an expensive place to live as a westerner I would say that apart from the accommodation it is no more expensive than living at home.
