Not my first time in Kiev. I have friends on facebook and we are all going to get together. These friends know a lot of women that I can score with, if I want to. I guess if you're only going to be in the city for a day or two, maybe. However, there's a lot less professional-attitude ass and better prices to be found in the city. It only takes a little time and effort to find it before you get on a plane and even after your are in the city you can find it quite unexpectedly.
I remember being in Kyiv during the summer of 2010. It was on my fourth day in the city when I was venturing into Globe Mall to find a bookstore that sold English books when I met a young woman who was handing out flyers in the underground leading to the mall. RIO: the reason it hasn't been written about recently on the thread is because it is unchanged for a long time and has been fully discussed in prior reports on the thread. Have you looked at the references given to my prior reports on the topic on the Reports of Distinction thread? It's all right there. It's not buried somewhere inaccessible to you. The basic prices at Rio have not changed as of my last visit in May 2013, and as JoeBi remarks, the "take out" fee for 3 hours is $300. The private dances are 200 UAH ($25). Admission is 100 UAH, I think. It's included in your drinks bill and I never paid attention to the exact amount of this nominal charge. The "take out" fee for "all night" was $400. The club opens at 8:00 PM and closes at 5:00 AM. Some girls insist on returning to the club by 5:00 AM closing time. Others will stay with you into the later morning hours. It depends on various things, so YMMV. Some girls have taken to demanding a higher "all night" take out fee, when the "take out" begins before midnight, such as $500, and only accept $400 if the "all night" session begins after midnight. I presume such girls intend to end the date at 5:00 AM. So with such girls, the maximum hours you will get for $400 is 5 hours. If you want to take her out before midnight, for example, at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM, those girls that demand $500 instead of $400, feel that for 7 or 8 hours the fee should be higher than for a date of 5 hours or less. RIO. No changes. Minimum and non-negotiable price is $300 or 2400 grivnas. 2-4 hours depending on the girl. Private dances are 200 grivnas inside the club. Other clubs or individual ladies are charging for one hour 180 TRY/$97 USD and some 200 TRY/$108 USD.
LOW PRICES LIKE KIEV:
This price range of between approximately $80. $108 USD in some of the North Cyprus clubs, is similar to the low prices available in Kiev with some girls on mamba, or top-modals. Com or other low priced internet sites.
However, the difference is that in the North Cyprus clubs you can see true photos of the girls in advance even before entering the clubs, and inside the club you can check out the talent with your own eyes before selecting the girl.
That is the major drawback of the low cost internet p4p scene in Kiev. The fake pictures, which make playing the game there a pure game of chance as to whether the girl who shows up is good looking or not.

Visiting Kiev is not rocket science. You do not need to spend a lot of money or employ anyone as your talent scout / guide. Here's what you do:
1) Read this forum. Go back 100 pages, read, learn and enjoy. Other people have made mistakes in Kiev so you don't have to (unless you really want to).
2) Read the forum again! Just to be sure you know what you expect when you're there.
3) Book a flight and an apartment somewhere central (for less than $100 per night).
4) Decide where you're going to source your talent. Are you going to use Mamba or actually go out to clubs / bar?
(If you use Mamba, do the ground work and most importantly, be prepared to be disappointed, lied to and cheated, it's all part of the fun).
It's that easy, all the information is here. Kiev is a beautiful city, full of adventure (good and bad). Go have your own, then feedback here.

Arrived Monday and was picked up from the airport by driver from rented apartment on Khreschyatyk. The place is pretty nice but advertised as a two-bedroom when in reality is only one. It is cheap, however, and on the main street in city center.
Bit of a culture shock on first arrival of first trip to Kiev. A bit confusing as a non-Russian speaker. I am becoming more acclimated by the day. For those thinking of hiring a guide, don't waste your money. I learned 25-30 common Russian words / phrases, and this goes a long way. Communication has not been a big problem. Everything that you could have expected at Red Lion has been written about by others earlier on the thread. So it doesn't need to be a guessing game for you. Others have tried the various strip clubs and given the correct information so that you can know what to expect for your money. See the reports of TheKnight on the various strip clubs, and my own reports about Rio, Mandarin and Dolls strip clubs posted in the last two years, and so relatively current. As far as I know the $300 USD (2400 UAH) take out fee for three hours available at Rio and Mandarin is the lowest take out fee per hour amongst the strip clubs that have take out.
Your best bet for lower cost p4p in Kiev is Mamba. Ru and also try out some of the nightclubs to see what you can get. Obviously in the night club you will be able to see what the girls look like before deciding to spend time talking or negotiating with them, which is an advantage. But I, and many others, have had good luck with mamba girls, so it is worth trying to meet a bunch of them and you may get some real hotties for $100 / hr or less.

Visiting Kiev is not rocket science. You do not need to spend a lot of money or employ anyone as your talent scout / guide. Here's what you do:
1) Read this forum. Go back 100 pages, read, learn and enjoy. Other people have made mistakes in Kiev so you don't have to (unless you really want to).
2) Read the forum again! Just to be sure you know what you expect when you're there.
3) Book a flight and an apartment somewhere central (for less than $100 per night).
4) Decide where you're going to source your talent. Are you going to use Mamba or actually go out to clubs / bar?
(If you use Mamba, do the ground work and most importantly, be prepared to be disappointed, lied to and cheated, it's all part of the fun).

Click on online and it will display profile that is login. Depend on the time of day and week, you may get a few pages to 100 whom are all online. Not everyone goes through all the pages and the back ones are most likely non-pro.

I just looked at their vkon page and their homepage: None of these people are known in Kyev, most photos (except for the party photos) on their vkon page are stolen (run a tineye search for the proof) , a photo studio with a jacuzzi, bedrooms, bar, strip area and son on. And then Arabs as managers and that old Chinese guy in the photos, this is just a scam to lure ignorant girls to this flat to give them the option: sex now or no career. These scams are all over Ukraine. Either sponsored by rich Arabs or Western European Escort services. The road they declare to be their London office at is some industrial road outside of London and when you run a search as to what photo studios are there a "Erotica Photo" company comes up. In the bottom of their homepage it says "Company Registration Number: 1857612 Hong Kong". And lines like this "We have our own night club and fitness center, as well as other amenities. The area of the penthouse is 260 square meters, and we have every right to property valued at more than $ 2 million.". Brilliant professionalism here. And they have just 10 models on their page (!) ugly ones too and even from these the photos have been almost all been stolen from other sites!
There are a few dozen scams like this in Ukraine (some claim to look for singers for girl-groups, all you need to do is to send a topless shot of you to their email so they can asses your voice.) , so don't bother to get into touch with them; they will just take your money and not let you close to the girls as they need the girls for their scams / sex business.

Rampant in the Ukraine. They don't spend all their time thinking about it but it's there, as I discovered on my travels. This seems to be because the Ukraine seems to be a very homogeneous society, surrounded by like-minded countries; and also because there is a great historical fear of the invasion from the east (Mongolians etc). I can assure you that you will walk off with their telephone numbers and a dinner meet for the next night. Basically a "24 hrs cooling period". This is what I did and I had to cancel 2 other dates as I did not have the time to take them all out due to my limited stay. It seemed quite mixed to me and I had a really good time at there. I find Vodka much more disturbing with hordes of cave men that set a really low standard of how to behave. IQ test takes longer than face control, so Shooters are probably just using a crude methodology they think is required to get the visitors they want.

Strip clubs are much more efficient environments for seeking p4p, with decided advantages in seeking a GFE girl for p4p.
Of course, I'm sure you have read the thread here thoroughly for two years back, before posting your brilliant question. So I will write the following for all those others who were too lazy to read the thread here, because they don't want to be burdened with the knowledge and insights that will make their trips to Kiev better and more successful.
If you go to a bar or nightclub with a DJ blaring dance music, then you should expect that loud environment. There are many people who consider that to be a good point about nightclubs, and the fun, loud music, dance environment is more to their liking, than the atmosphere inside most strip clubs. But you are right, that the loud, noisy environment is not conducive to having conversations. Nightclubs were made for drinking, dancing and minor chit-chat between boys and girls, not for conversations of any length or depth, such as in trying to get to know a girl, and assess her GFE potential.
But what is this big conversation you want to have with P4P girls in a noisy nightclub? None of the p4p girls going there has any intention of having a long conversation with you anyways. Their agenda is to get from you a "yes" or "no" answer to their price demand. Are you ready to pay their amount demanded, or not? They will tolerate only some ancillary conversation devoted to a bit of negotiation leading to the same conclusion. After that, if you have not said "yes", they want to move on, so as not to possibly lose out on a better paying client. Regardless, of what type of prolonged conversation and interaction with them that YOU may want or need in order to assess the girl's potential for a GFE, that is not the girl's desire or intention.
This is one of the factors upon which my view is based that a nightclub environment is a more difficult and less efficient environment for getting good p4p and assessing GFE potential, when compared to a strip club. In a strip club you can sit with a girl you want at your table and talk with her for as long as you want with no pressure whatsoever to proposition her for "take out". The music is not too loud, and does not interfere with your conversation. In fact, If a girl's turn comes up to go dance on stage while you are talking to her at your table, you can even pay 100 UAH to her to have her skip her turn on stage and stay with you to continue you conversation (at least it works this way at Rio strip club, and presumably at their sister club Mandarin). So insofar as these two factors: (1) the loudness of the environment as it affects ease of conversation, and (2) the amount of time you can speak with the girl and take your time to assess her chemistry with you and her potential for giving you a GFE, the strip club is a superior environment in which to operate for seeking p4p.
In other factors too, the strip club comes out ahead of the nightclub as the better operational environment. For example, in pure efficiency of time in finding and locating which girls are available for p4p, the strip club is an easier environment. In a nightclub there are many regular girls there, just out to have a nice night out, and who are not p4p girls. It is not always an efficient and quick process for every monger to identify which girls at a given nightclub are available for p4p, since you can't very well just go up to girls and ask them if they are p4p working girls or not. So the advice given is to hang out by the bar area and to wait for the girls who are p4p to catch your eye and give you a certain kind of look, or prolonged stare, not typical of a regular girl etc, etc. This is entirely a passive approach where the monger waits for the p4p girl to identify herself to him. Another suggestion once made about how to find out which girls are open for p4p, while avoiding getting your face slapped for soliciting p4p sex from a girl who is a regular girl and not a hooker, is to ask a benign enough differentiating question, such as,"I really like you. Are you interested in having a good time with me tonight?" A regular girl will take this as a normal proposition, nothing to do with sex for money, to which she can either say "yes" to, or blow you off. But a p4p girl will use this as a springboard to ask for money. This is not a passive approach. It is an active approach designed to help you find p4p girls in a nightclub faster and more efficiently, without having to simply passively wait until a p4p girl decides to hit on you.
But regardless of whether you adopt a passive or an active approach to finding p4p girls in a nightclub, you still need also go through a "negotiation" stage with any p4p girls you manage to meet and start speaking with. And after their "high-ball" demand and your response, and any back and forth that may ensue in negotiating, you may find there is an impasse on the price, and no agreement. So back to the drawing board to begin again with trying to find another girl who is p4p, who also looks good enough to you, and who agrees to your price. There is a loss of time and inefficiency to this approach.
By comparison, a strip club is much more efficient operational environment in these two areas. Because there is no price negotiation, as prices for "take out" are usually set by the strip club for most basics in advance, and it is usually possible to identify which girls are p4p by simply asking the floor manager or even the girl herself if she goes out with customers. In a strip club, no girl who is dancer-only and does not provide "take out" will be upset with you, if you dare to ask her out for p4p. You are in no risk of getting your face slapped for soliciting when you are in a strip club.
The only time waste and inefficiency in a strip club, is in the time it takes to see the line- up come out on stage.
The advantages of a nightclub over a strip club, is that sometimes there are girls who are very beautiful to be spotted in a nightclub, on a higher level of beauty than usually seen in a strip club. That doesn't mean you can get them, or that they are p4p. Just that they can be spotted sometimes. Also a nightclub is a more fun and normal environment to pass your time in than a strip club, and also that p4p in a nightclub is possible at a lower price. Nightclub p4p has been reported in the $200/2 hours and less, even $100. This is not something to expect in the nightclubs that consider themselves high-class, like D'lux, or Buddha Bar (a restaurant / bar more than a true nightclub) , but is reported as possible in other nightclubs in Kiev.
There are probably other factors that affect the search for p4p in nightclubs versus strip clubs, which I didn't think of, but you basically have to pick your poison.
If you want lower prices and a more normal environment to monger in, then try your luck in nightclubs, and put up with the loudness and inefficiency in identifying p4p typical of a nightclub. But if your goal is to have the easiest and most efficient environment for trying to find p4p then consider the strip club environment.

A friend of mine was taking a female friend of his one night to D'Lux and the manager asked him "Are you sure you want to bring her in? We have beautiful girls inside".

Bars in Dublin don't allow stag nights or football shirts.

I rented an apartment from him (Brett) once, but did not take part in the dating service. I saw the operation when I went inside to pick up the keys. It looks legitimate. Some of the women were there to enter in their profiles for the database. They were in their late 20s or perhaps early 30s, but still very attractive.

TBI have very similar features and look as the actor Blair Underwood. I was in Ukraine for a month and overall I did not experience any Racism. The only thing that I experience and to this day I do not know if it was racism or stupidity on this Ukrainian guy. The guy was a waiter at the italian Restaurant we were eating dinner that evening. I asked him for Pasta with Meat Sauce. He bring back spaghetti with sauce. My girl and I tell him that this is NOT Pasta with meat sauce or basically what I order. He come back late with the same pasta and he threw a little bit of ground beef back. We just ask for this other girl who had waited on us previously to take care our table. By the way, this girl was a clone to the Super Model Anne V and she was making the eyes for me, but I could not get away from the girl from Poltava that I was with. My experience. As I rent car every time I go to Kiev, to avoid all the taxis waiting and scams. Plus it is a kind of plus for you with girls to have a car in Kiev to make a round with them or go for one day tour. Or to pick them home (freebies). Or for any other activity with the girls.
I rent usually form Sixt company, they have an office in center (Dimintrisjy street 46). Better to rent a car fromm town, as you have to pay extra in aiport for parking and some other taxes. Driving in Kiev is not a problem if you have a GPS (you can hire from the office for an extra 5 euros. Or with your Iphone as I do). And no problem with police as you respect the the rules, but 10 or 20 euros resolve any problem. The only problem, if you live in center is to find a parking for car during day.
Look the Sixt company site in Kiev, avoid private Ukrainian rent a car company (I mean not international ones) , they have cheapest prices but they will scam you as it happened with me the first time (they ask a deposit in cash, then they didn't give back). Good luck.

Misc1) Renting from Airports and train stations are always charged at a premium as it is prime location for people to rent with the need to get going immediately.
2) I would never rent a car in the CIS unless I spoke fluent Russian, which I don't. Especially considering all the risks of accidents where the other side might claim it was your fault.

This was my first time in the Ukraine, although I've been on adventures in other EE countries. I did my homework on ISG and went out to see Kiev in action. Here's my summary of the week.
