Does anyone know the current daily limit on withdrawals from Kiev ATMs?I think that limit is set by your card issuer.

I've found a few machines that will let you take UAH8000 but it varies a lot from trip to trip. Sometimes ATM's that would let me get 8 k on one trip will only let me get 2 k the next time. As mentioned your card provider will have a daily limit assigned to your card. A few times I had to hit several machines to get the amount I was seeking.

Sometimes ATM's that would let me get 8 k on one trip will only let me get 2 k the next time.Yes, exactly. At least a couple times over the past two years the amount you could withdraw has changed, not based on the normal limits set by your bank, but instead apparently ordered by the national bank regulator. It seems like things are 'normal' these days and the regular daily limits currently apply.

Just google for "Odessa Arkadia". And you will see. Also check on youtube. Arkadia is the outdoor scene, at the beach, during June / July / August / Sept. At night, super discos or bars, during daytime
like cafes, with private beach.
Cheap accomodation in Odessa during July / August might be difficult to find, though. Better try to book a hotel on the web in case of Juyly/August.

I tried to get into SkyBar around 10, it was not possible. You need a table or invitation. For me that was not true its age. So no report to tell.
I then moved to Famacus, the guard at the Skybar told me to go there. The are linked and stay away. The are 2 price classes one for local and one for tourists. Everything there is 50% higher price then other bars. There ware a lot of working girls there. Most of them I now from the Mamba page. But none of them was interested to come and talk. All was sitting at tables, and they where there with local boys.

As reports have been rather thin of late I thought I'd come out of the shadows and post some info having just got back from a weekend in Kiev. Although this is my first post I have been visiting Ukraine since 2009 and even managed a visit to RP before it was towed away.
The most obvious thing to say is that the falling price of the hryvnia is making restaurants and clubs pleasingly cheap. It also seems to have stopped any increase in $ prices for P4P.
I should also emphasize that Central Kiev seemed to perfectly safe and indeed extremely quiet.
Mamba.
I have used Mamba in the past and collected a long term girlfriend in consequence but I find the site increasingly less helpful for weekend warriors like myself. Pros can no longer blatantly advertise P4P and freebies seem to have become so cynical of western men that you have to genuinely enter into a relationship to get anywhere. Many if not most of the photos are also deceptive. I am sure those more long term residents of Kiev are more successful but for me Mamba only seems to result in rejection or girls who genuinely do want to enter into long term relationships.

I know Gia has few fans on this site but the prices charged by some of the girls are getting increasingly close to the prices charged in Rio or by some girls in clubs. I have had at least one 9 from this site and all of the girls I have seen have been punctual, presentable and passionate. After all the brickbats received by LittleJoey I decided to check out Rio for myself on my last night. Suitably suited and booted I was immediately ushered into the VIP lounge. Entrance was 200 hryvnia, private dances 400 hryvnia and the drinks were similarly priced to my hotel. The establishment is extremely well run and safe. The manager Andrei could not be more helpful. Indeed the reception compares well with most clubs in Kiev.
I was impressed by the line up and by just how nubile the three girls I took for a private dance were. They were as fresh as any girl I've ever taken from a club.
The girl I took out ($300) was simply lovely. She had the most perfect skin and was tall and thin as the best Ukrainian girls always are. We had a great chat over dinner (she was of course at university) and then she simply fucked my brains out. DATY was allowed BJ was covered but was so seamlessly performed that I didn't really notice the difference. As I lay there exhausted she picked up my phone put her number in phoned her phone to see that it worked and then told me she would love to see me again and rushed off for the 5 pm deadline at Rio. Now we are exchanging emails and arranging to meet next time I am in Kiev.
Everyone's experiences are different but I'd like to thank LittleJoey as without his post none of the aforementioned would have been possible.
Conclusion.
Kiev is still alive and kicking as a monger destination. The falling value of the Hryvnia is making most things cheaper and in the light of the current crisis, Russians are no longer as popular. Hi! You can buy Viagra or Konagra at any pharmacy in the Ukraine without restriction. (At least to my knowledge and I have bought it an many, many different places). You simply have to ask.
Viagra will be expensive (like $12 a pill) - Konagra will be about $3-4 for 50 MG. (Although I did find a place that was selling Konagra with a 2 for 1 special a couple of months ago. .

I have visited Kiev for more dozens of times and here are the rules:
- Be gentle and nice to the girls, they really deserve the best of you.
- Mamba issue: immediately ignore any girl who will ask for money (to buy a ticket to come to you in Kiev), I can not see any reason why should I pay any money for someone I have not even seen yet!

You really have to ask. Its tempting to think that its only the "poor, third world" countries that don't, but you never know. Costa Rica has potable water. I believe Medellin does as well. Whereas tap water in a modern city like Mumbai is dirty as shit.
In countries where the water is not potable, then don't eat anything raw. Lettuce in salads isn't "infected," its the water that its rinsed in. But it should be fine to eat any cooked vegetables.
In a country that shall go unnamed, I once saw a worker in the back of a restaurant, filling up water bottles from the tap source outside. I saw him, said what the hell, and he just shrugged his shoulders.
Now when I buy bottled water overseas, unless it looks like a reputable large supermarket, I only buy sparkling water -- aqua con gas.

I know it's bad form to start off in a forum by seeking advice, but I promise a detailed trip report when done. I'm planning a 10 day trip to Kiev between August 21 and September 1. I have stayed in both the Podil area and in the center. If you want convenience and be close to all the nightlife, then stay near the center. Kiev is safe for Americans, but it does help to learn some basic Russian and Ukrainian. If you would like a contact in Kiev, then send me a PM. And around a lot of the other major cities too. Just act normal and all will be good.

I think Basseina is convenient, but Podil is nicer as FiddyCent suggested. Expect heavy traffic to / from Podil at certain times. This will mean delays for girls traveling to meet you. A friend told me the tram could be a shortcut to get over the hill if the traffic is congested.
There are other areas that one could consider for an apartment. Cheaper ones. It boils down to budget and the objective of your trip.
And yes, Kiev is a safe city relative to many other European cities. Try walking in something similar to the undergrounds of Kiev in any of the western European cities and see how long you will be left alone. Despite the corruption there is still a sense of law and order in many parts of Kiev. I have even noticed that storekeepers can actually leave parts of the display outside the stores in the underground during night, without having it vandalized. Impossible in our "liberal, loving and understanding" parts of west Europe. Kiev is a great city!

Partner Guesthouse has quite a lot of apartments in Basseina st. Reasonable prices for ST rent. Try the Georgian food in Khinkali on Shota Rustaveli 4, next to Oscar. The Georgian house red wine was surprisingly good. They claimed it is home made. I did not ask in what home it was made. Good hookah in a rather simple cafe just next door. Both places has outdoor serving in the summer.
If you're a Canadian and considering a visit to Kiev but you're dreading having to buy American dollars from your local bank to take with you, have no fear. Plenty of places in the Center take Canadian currency. Not only in the Center as I saw just last week a few booths in Shuliavska offering to buy CAD. I was once told by a contact in Kiev it's better to bring USD as few places will exchange Canadian but this is completely false.

Areas to avoid (for example) are Troeschina (in the east of Kiev on the way from Kiev to Brovary) - Borshchahivka (in the west of Kiev on the way to Zhytomyr) - Vinogradar (in the north of Kiev near to the Antonov Airport). But even in the center you are not really safe. Last year me and my girlfriend prevented two men to attack a Turk. That was in the night and on Khreschatik. Near to The Turk had not realized the dangerous situation. Even after we saved his life. And I'm sure: he would still swear that Kiev is safe. 100 % !
And a taxi ride in Kiev in the close center costs about 2 Euro if you call a taxi and if you call the cheapest company. But already the way to Zhulyany airport is more expensive. AND avoid to call a cheap taxi company during the rush hour or when there is a strange weather situation (much rain, much snow). They will not come or after 10 minutes you will get a message that they don't have a free car.

Greetings. I was there in May. Sorry for the delay in reporting. Instead of doing a play by play, I will instead just deal with a few key points. It will be less salacious, but more informative.
SOME ROOKIE MISTAKES.
Things I have learned from experience:
-First timers might have some trouble adjusting to this new reality, where most of the women look and dress like fashion models, are actually flattered by male attention, and can be had for a reasonable price. When you arrive in Kiev, do not be constrained by behavioral norms or feminist-dominated societies. Feel free to approach women, to propose to them, to chat with them, to look, to make eye contact, to smile, to act like a man.
-Do not go to see the girl's place. By the time you get there and find the place, you have wasted an hour or two, the taxi driver has ripped you off, and the girl might be disappointing, or you might decide that you have already spent so much time and money that you will agree to anything (Concorde fallacy).
-Do not agree to have sex with a girl who is not even close to the one on the photo.
-Do not agree to too much without talking specifics. One of the fun aspects of dealing with professionals is that you can be open about sex, what she likes, what she will do, and for how much. If you want to gamble, you can try a non-pro.
-do not drink too much, and do take performance enhancing pharmaceuticals, just in case. It is NOT the Olympics or the Tour de France, so it is okay. Actually, it is always, okay, or so it seems.
-use an apartment, not a hotel. Cheaper, no hassles, etc.
-use public transport when feasible. Negotiate with the taxis. A 50 UAH fare is a quarter of the way to the airport, not 4 blocks.
-avoid the scammers, girls who want to meet you at a restaurant of their choice.
PREPARATION.
As usual, I had done a lot of preliminary work both scouting some pro sites (top models, GIA and others), and actually making contacts on dating, semi-pro sites (lucky lovers, Elena's models, mamba). The pro sites carry some of the same pros, and the non-pros are also found in several sites. I was interested in the whole range, from potential marriage material to just really good sex (actually, you cannot have the former without the latter). I was open to meeting full-time pros, semi-pros and hard core amateurs, if there is such a beast.
As it turned out, the marriage-oriented girls, and I had a list of at least 10, who had been so eager to meet me in weeks before, were suddenly too busy. Suddenly, they had to go out of town, the mother was sick, the dog needed medicine, etc, etc. I think that maybe they were not really interested and they were just doing their patriotic duty by enticing foreign men into visiting Ukraine and spending much needed hard currency. A couple of them suddenly turned into virgins, and wanted to "get to know me" before doing anything interesting. I figured those just wanted a few expensive dates.
Mamba turned out to be the best resource of semi-pros.
MY GENERAL PHILOSOPHY.
Briefly, in my opinion, an airport bus is preferable to a taxi, an apartment is better to a hotel, and the much talked about Rio is too expensive. If I were willing to pay 300 USD, I would just stay at home. On top of the usual venues (bars, clubs, cafes, and the street), I shall add conventions (there are many, some to your interest, and maybe you can get your employer to pay for your trip), English teaching forums, and when the weather is favorable, beaches and parks.
MONEY AND PRICES.
While I was there, the USD was at about 20-21 UAH, and the Euro at about 23-24. Oddly, there was little variation between places. I usually found a difference of 0. 50 UAH on any given day. Also, the rate at the airport was the SAME as the rate in the centre. I usually exchange a small amount at the airport, but this time, it was an unnecessary precaution.
When I left, I almost got stuck with a significant amount of UAH in my pocket. Everyone is willing to take USD or Euros, but it is a lot more difficult to find places that will give them out. Maybe it was too early in the morning.
If I wanted to pay 200-300 Euros for one hour of sex, I could easily just stay home. In the past, I had used GIA as my upper limit. This time, their discounts started in the 2000-2500 UAH, but I hoped I did not have to use them. They are okay if you do not have enough time, and at least you are guaranteed to get the actual girl in the photo. By the way, if you ever use them, make sure you adhere to the Russian version, where the prices are in UAH, not USD, and the prices are slightly lower. My desired price range was 600 to 1200, with 1500 as my upper limit. I think this is more than fair.
In most regular jobs, girls get paid no more than 4000-5000 UAH per month, which yields 1000 UAH per week, or 200 UAH per day. So, they earn in the range of 10 USD or 10 Euros per day! In North America, jobs pay $3000 to $5000 per month and sex goes for $200-300, or about one to two days' wages. In Kiev, that would be 200 to 400 UAH. Sure enough, ads start at about 300 UAH, and local men would never pay more than 500 UAH. Of course, professional girls would never agree to that much money from a foreigner, just because they know we can pay more. However, double the normal rate seems more than reasonable.
I ended up getting a some semi-pros for 600 UAH (plus some food or a couple of drinks), several at 800 and 1000, a couple of girls at 1200, and one at 1500. I almost broke form and took a girl for 2000 UAH, but luckily, I prevailed.
Are these prices fair? For example, I had a phone number of a girl, a semi-pro, from a previous trip and I asked her to come to my place. A different girl showed up, but she was okay too. Did the other girl retire and passed on her number to a friend? I do not know. In any case, she was already sitting on my bed before she remembered to discuss prices. She started with 200 Euro! I smiled and told her that 20 year old university students, just across the street earlier in the day, can be had for just 600-800 UAH. We eventually settled on 1000 UAH. She seemed to be quite happy with that. She stayed chatting for a long time afterwards, and came back for more a few days later. I doubt it was just because of my great sexual prowess.
PROS AND SEMI-PROS.
I get the impression that nearly all normal girls are potentially semi-pros in Kiev. As we know, Ukrainian women are very sexually confident. From a young age, they learn that their sexuality is a valuable commodity. Unlike some North American women, they are not offended by the fact that men find them sexually desirable. They know that sex is part of any friendship with a man. I call them facultative pros.
In a few occasions, I found myself talking with what in North America, would be considered "amateurs". In North America, that means that you spend $200-300 on 3 dates, so that MAYBE you end up having sex on the third one. Yes, the price for sex is about the same, whether you pay for it directly or indirectly. Well, in Kiev, they know that sex is part of the deal and it will happen soon enough. They would rather have the money than have you spend it with them. So, if they like you, even a little, they can easily be persuaded to have sex with you for a little money.
After several minutes of conversation, and if I saw her responding appropriately, smiling and giggling, I suggested going back to my place for some private fun, paused for a second to gauge her reaction, and then added that I could give here a "gift", or "show some appreciation for her", or "help with her expenses", and "make it worth her time with you". They all understood what I meant. If they are really offended and walk away, just talk to the next girl you see. If they pretend to be offended and keep talking to you, apologize and withdraw the money, but say that you only have a couple of weeks to get to know her. Eventually, she will decide to take the money, at least for the first few times. The third option is when they give you a counter offer. Then you know you are talking to a pro, and you can be open about prices and details. Negotiate her down to about 1000 UAH.
Oddly, young university students can be easily seduced by very little money. Maybe they do not know how cute they are, or maybe they do not need as much money, or maybe they are surrounded by so many other beautiful girls in school that they figure they better take what they can get or someone else will. In any case, twice, after just chatting for 20 minutes, I persuaded two pretty girls (on separate occasions) to come to my place for some fun for only 600 UAH. One of them came back for more 2 days later, and the other one sent me her friend later in the week. I tried to arrange a threesome, but the timing was not right, or they just did not want to go for it. Nevertheless, where else in the world can you get sweet, beautiful, 20-23 year old students for about $30 ?
On the other hand, some of the pretty young babes I "met" on Mamba have figured it out and turned pro. They have realized how valuable they really are and want to charge absurd prices (200 USD) and refuse to even negotiate.
I should also add that that with semi-pros, your mileage might definitely vary. They must like you first, at least a little. I happen to be a fit, good looking 40 year old man. If you are an ugly, fat, 60 year old guy, things might be different. Money is no substitute for charm. For that, there are always the real pros.
THE ART OF THREESOMES.
Actually, this has nothing to do with Kiev, but I will throw it in anyway. During this trip, I had 4 threesomes, two of them with the same two girls. Do not agree to a threesome unless you already have had a mind-blowing experience at least one of the girls. Ask her if she has a friend, and tell her to bring her for you to meet or to send you some photos. If you like her, go for it.
Actually, if there is not girl-on-girl action, a good threesome is hard work. Okay, the double BJ is great, but after that most of us have a tendency to focus on one girl at a time. Also, I practice safe sex, but not for oral, and it can become troublesome during a threesome. Every time you switch you have to switch condoms. VENUES.

I went to the famous Buddha bar for the first time There is no cover, so I recommend you at least check it out. It is huge. By the way, the Buddha is painted gold, not gold. That much gold would be too heavy to move, would break the floor, and would solve the Ukrainian financial crisis. In any case, the action occurred on the second floor. There were lots of tables, occupied by lots of girls and their sponsors, and stools by the bar. However, the place did not really facilitate any interaction. The girls at the tables were already with their sponsors (why would you take a pro to an overpriced bar? Well, just to show off, I suppose). The interaction at the bar was minimal. There was not any natural movement of people, or a dance floor, or any way to interact naturally.
I thought fondly of the old River Palace. I remember that scrimmage are by the end, near the bar, where you would not help but physically interact with lots of lovely breasts, shapely asses and beautiful faces, close up. The prices were lot and the selection of girls included secretaries, nurses and beauticians, along with the hard core pros. That kept the prices reasonable, and the prices for food and drinks were also quite good. It was a stark contrast with the pretentious attitude of the Buddha bar. I talked to a couple of girls at the bar and they wanted 300 USD, and refused to even flirt a little or negotiate. Sure, eventually some idiot foreign sex tourist will pay, maybe. I just had one drink and moved on. I night return next time to check it out. After all there is no cover and the girls, I must say I must say, were immaculately dressed and strikingly beautiful.
Mostly, I spent the day at tourist attractions, ate at McDonalds, and spent the early evenings at sport bars (particularly one across my apartment) and my late evenings at Caribbean. I also went to a couple of English teaching forums, gave a talk at a a university, and sort of attended a conference. The key is to maximize your exposure to non-pros, which are actually facultative pros, or semi-pros.
TRANSPORTATION.
I arrived in the early afternoon, exchanged 10 Euro (ONLY) at the airport, took the bus to the Train station for 60 UAH. That is the cheapest airport shuttle I have ever seen. The escalator ride takes several minutes, so it you position yourself beside a hot babe, you might have time to extract her phone number and set up a date during the ride down (or up).
I got off the metro and walked to the apartment, They were waiting for me. If you are willing to pay more, stay at home.

Greetings. I was there in May. Sorry for the delay in reporting. Instead of doing a play by play, I will instead just deal with a few key points. It will be less salacious, but more informative.
SOME ROOKIE MISTAKES.
Things I have learned from experience:
-First timers might have some trouble adjusting to this new reality, where most of the women look and dress like fashion models, are actually flattered by male attention, and can be had for a reasonable price. When you arrive in Kiev, do not be constrained by behavioral norms or feminist-dominated societies. Feel free to approach women, to propose to them, to chat with them, to look, to make eye contact, to smile, to act like a man.
-Do not go to see the girl's place. Briefly, in my opinion, an airport bus is preferable to a taxi, an apartment is better to a hotel, and the much talked about Rio is too expensive. If I were willing to pay 300 USD, I would just stay at home. On top of the usual venues (bars, clubs, cafes, and the street), I shall add conventions (there are many, some to your interest, and maybe you can get your employer to pay for your trip), English teaching forums, and when the weather is favorable, beaches and parks.
MONEY AND PRICES.
While I was there, the USD was at about 20-21 UAH, and the Euro at about 23-24. Oddly, there was little variation between places. I usually found a difference of 0. 50 UAH on any given day. Also, the rate at the airport was the SAME as the rate in the centre. I usually exchange a small amount at the airport, but this time, it was an unnecessary precaution.
When I left, I almost got stuck with a significant amount of UAH in my pocket. Everyone is willing to take USD or Euros, but it is a lot more difficult to find places that will give them out. Maybe it was too early in the morning.
If I wanted to pay 200-300 Euros for one hour of sex, I could easily just stay home. In the past, I had used GIA as my upper limit. This time, their discounts started in the 2000-2500 UAH, but I hoped I did not have to use them. They are okay if you do not have enough time, and at least you are guaranteed to get the actual girl in the photo. By the way, if you ever use them, make sure you adhere to the Russian version, where the prices are in UAH, not USD, and the prices are slightly lower. My desired price range was 600 to 1200, with 1500 as my upper limit. I think this is more than fair.
In most regular jobs, girls get paid no more than 4000-5000 UAH per month, which yields 1000 UAH per week, or 200 UAH per day. So, they earn in the range of 10 USD or 10 Euros per day! In North America, jobs pay $3000 to $5000 per month and sex goes for $200-300, or about one to two days' wages. In Kiev, that would be 200 to 400 UAH. Sure enough, ads start at about 300 UAH, and local men would never pay more than 500 UAH. Of course, professional girls would never agree to that much money from a foreigner, just because they know we can pay more. However, double the normal rate seems more than reasonable.
I ended up getting a some semi-pros for 600 UAH (plus some food or a couple of drinks), several at 800 and 1000, a couple of girls at 1200, and one at 1500. I almost broke form and took a girl for 2000 UAH, but luckily, I prevailed.
Are these prices fair? For example, I had a phone number of a girl, a semi-pro, from a previous trip and I asked her to come to my place. A different girl showed up, but she was okay too. Did the other girl retire and passed on her number to a friend? I do not know. In any case, she was already sitting on my bed before she remembered to discuss prices. She started with 200 Euro! I smiled and told her that 20 year old university students, just across the street earlier in the day, can be had for just 600-800 UAH. We eventually settled on 1000 UAH. She seemed to be quite happy with that. She stayed chatting for a long time afterwards, and came back for more a few days later. I doubt it was just because of my great sexual prowess.
PROS AND SEMI-PROS.
I get the impression that nearly all normal girls are potentially semi-pros in Kiev. As we know, Ukrainian women are very sexually confident. From a young age, they learn that their sexuality is a valuable commodity. Unlike some North American women, they are not offended by the fact that men find them sexually desirable. They know that sex is part of any friendship with a man. I call them facultative pros.
In a few occasions, I found myself talking with what in North America, would be considered "amateurs". In North America, that means that you spend $200-300 on 3 dates, so that MAYBE you end up having sex on the third one. Yes, the price for sex is about the same, whether you pay for it directly or indirectly. Well, in Kiev, they know that sex is part of the deal and it will happen soon enough. They would rather have the money than have you spend it with them. So, if they like you, even a little, they can easily be persuaded to have sex with you for a little money.
After several minutes of conversation, and if I saw her responding appropriately, smiling and giggling, I suggested going back to my place for some private fun, paused for a second to gauge her reaction, and then added that I could give here a "gift", or "show some appreciation for her", or "help with her expenses", and "make it worth her time with you". They all understood what I meant. If they are really offended and walk away, just talk to the next girl you see. If they pretend to be offended and keep talking to you, apologize and withdraw the money, but say that you only have a couple of weeks to get to know her. Eventually, she will decide to take the money, at least for the first few times. The third option is when they give you a counter offer. Then you know you are talking to a pro, and you can be open about prices and details. Negotiate her down to about 1000 UAH.
Oddly, young university students can be easily seduced by very little money. Maybe they do not know how cute they are, or maybe they do not need as much money, or maybe they are surrounded by so many other beautiful girls in school that they figure they better take what they can get or someone else will. In any case, twice, after just chatting for 20 minutes, I persuaded two pretty girls (on separate occasions) to come to my place for some fun for only 600 UAH. One of them came back for more 2 days later, and the other one sent me her friend later in the week. SUMMARY.
For crying out loud, do not pay so much. One thousand UAH is already double the local price. Two thousand ought to be more than enough for anyone. For those who want high prices, I recommend using Gia, where most of the girls go for about 3000 UAH (150 USD, or 125 Euros), which includes a cut for the site, of course. If you are willing to pay more, stay at home.
For those who like to keep count, I was there for 11 days; I met 15 girls, 3 of them one than once, and on 4 occasions with more than one at the same time. Three or 4 were not so good, mostly because they were complainers and did not really get into the act, despite the fact that I always try to treat them like I would treat a very new girlfriend. The rest were good, very good, or mind-blowingly good. Of course, the repeats and threesomes are included in the latter group.
I told all the girls that I would be there for 2 weeks, even up to my last day, and that I would return in 2-3 months. There has been a lot of dialogue concerning how safe Kiev is right now. I believe only those who actually live and spend long amounts of time here can really give an accurate assessment. I mean, you could get pick pocketed in Ottawa during a three day visit, does that mean Ottawa is unsafe? Of course not. I have been all over the city, even to parts of the city a traveler to Kiev would have no reason to visit (Akademmistechko, Dorohozhychi, Nivki, for instance) at all times of the day and night in the 18 months that I have lived in Kiev. Never once has anything happened to me. Even during the Maidan revolution, which I lived here for its entirety. Does that mean Kiev is perfectly safe? No, of course not. Just don't make yourself a target, like in any city. I feel perfectly at ease in Kiev and I'm an average white male from North America. Now if you're non-white and coming to Kiev, you might have a different experience. Someone mentioned they saved a Turkish guy from getting jumped. On another note, someone asked about whether they should bring foreign currency with them or rely on ATM's. My advice is to bring foreign currency with you. ATM's can be a pain in the ass and they seem to be only allowing withdrawals of 6000 UAH maximum at a time, at least in my experience. If someone knows different, please enlighten us.

Somebody might take you up on your dinner offer, but if you only have two days, I would suggest you spend that time wisely and start working the Mamba pages. Go to Mamba dot ru and setup your profile. You actually needed to do this weeks ago, before your trip, as it is a long process. If you are already there, you may be limited to nightclubs or visiting Rio for an expensive take out. Without knowing who you are and what your budget is, it is very difficult to make recommendations. I did read your one other post on German FKKs. You did not like the selection there because the girls were older. I will let you know that there are plenty of girls to be had in Kiev, but younger girls a bit flaky. Just as you'll find some of the most genuine, enlightened, friendly and charming people in Kiev, you'll also find ignorant, aggressive, racist fucktards. I once walked past three guys on Maidan getting their photos taken throwing up Nazi salutes at 8 pm.
It's been said a thousand times on this very thread, Kiev is a "big" city and you should act accordingly. Idiots are everywhere, and you shouldn't make travel plans based on worse-case scenarios, otherwise there aren't many places you can go in EE if you're not white.
I used an agency called "Private Tour Agency" last month, you can find it on Google. I tried out 2 girls, both outcalls to my hotel. They only have 5 girls and all are real, no bait and switch.

I'd have to so no go, unless the store will let you return the perfume if it doesn't pan out. Otherwise you're stuck with a pretty expensive paper weight. If you are really hot for this particular girl and no other, you can viber her (once you're in Kiev) that you forgot / couldn't find / bought but forgot to pack, the perfume. However, you did bring her another "gift" if she'd like to come by your place and pick it up. If she's a semi-pro she'll understand and play along. If she's a user then better to know it before spending too much money.

It is also wrong of her to ask you, whom she has never met in person, to bring such thing.
Besides, as soon as she learned that you were coming to Kiev, she answered to your message and asked you such. It sounds like the perfume is more important to her that you are.
Meet her in person, and if you still like her, offer her to bring the perfume in the next trip. She should be able to live without it until you return.

Thanks for all contributions. I don't know but I am more in buying side because perfume in Paris is really cheaper than in any other countries. And it is not available in Ukraine so it is normal for a friend to ask for. but the bad possibilities are:

2) when I had arrived in Odessa she has a sick mom or a bad accident and we never meet with her.

This is a fantasy of mine. To get picked up at the airport by a GFE type guide and taken back to my flat for sex. However when I tried booking this agency they said they were only interested in four hour bookings for $50 an hour and that the guides were strictly for just guiding and nothing else. I read the response later on, and it seems a familiar tactic. It goes as follows. She acknowledges you before you show up, but otherwise does not spend much time on you. However, as soon as you arrive, and immediately after you arrive, she wants to meet you, desperately, at a place of her choosing. Actually, it is no an expensive place; it is a place where they have made an arrangement already. She will refuse to change venues! Try it! If she vehemently insists that she has walked far already, really likes the place, is waiting for you, and wearing high heels and tired of walking. All bad signs. This advice is kind of round-a-about and not sure if it will help, but here is one thing you can try. There is a language learning website called iTalki. Basically you sign up for lessons with a teacher and communicate via Skype and you can learn pretty much any language. You can look for a Russian / Ukrainian teacher who lives in Kiev and ask him (you are probably better off with a male instructor for your purposes) he might not know anything about the mongering seen but he can at least write an ad for you in Russian and help you post it. And he may know someone who knows someone who can act as guide. It's a shot in the dark, but you will only be out the price of a couple of language lessons if it doesn't pan out. Something like 10 $/ hour or less.

For example, the office I use to work at here in Kyiv was located on Kreshchatyk Street but was subsequently moved when the war at Maidan hit its peak. The economy is far worse, crime has risen and there is a war in the country following a bloody revolution. Plenty of pretty girls on Kreschatyk but there are plenty of pretty girls all over Kyiv, if that is what you mean. Don't limit yourself to Kreschatyk. Branch out. As for clubs, I have no idea as I avoid them like the plague. If you want your hard earned money quickly removed from your wallet with a poor return, then definitely hit the clubs, as friends of mine in Kyiv would say.
Kyiv is beautiful in summer! You won't regret a visit here but I'd line up girls beforehand instead of relying on chance encounters exclusively.
