I wouldn't travel with the girl I never met. Maybe I would consider a trip with the girl that I know real well, that proved herself in great situations as well as under stress. Even then, it is easy to kick her out from apartment in Kiev and get a new one. Different story while on the plane or train, etc.
Her taking 3500 and not showing up at all could be a blessing in disguise by saving you money in a longer run.

Moscow is great, love the City, People and girls. 30-40% more expensive then Kiev, but 100 times better. No were near as any big city in the states.Moscow is one of the best cities in the world I have been to. Nice infrastructure, beautiful cathedrals, stunning museums, magnificent soviet buildings, and wonderful parks. You can have a good time there even without girls.
As to mongering, there are much fewer foreign mongers than in Kiev thanks to visa requirements. And also fewer T. Guys of course. There are a considerable amount of middle Asians in Moscow from former USSR countries but they are not there for mongering.

The fastest service is 7 business days.
It's impossible to shorten the process.
It's impossible to make the international passport without the national passport.
Ukrainian people can't make the international passport in another city.
They even make the passport-photo in the governments office. Nobody can bring the own photography.

My Ukrainian girlfriend is doing her new bio-metric passport (it's international).
She applied a week ago in Kiev.
They told her that it will take about 20 business days.
Total cost was just a bit less than UAH 1,200.

$300 is a set fee that girl must give to management prior to her departure from the club to your residence. In the past some had to check back in at the Club by 5 am, or at least they said so. Maybe it was to get last call with customers.
Consensus on the process is that it makes sense to invite the girl you fancy for a drink and a chat while sitting with you, see how she is, can be easily 20-30 minutes with occasional breaks for her going on stage. If there's a chemistry then take her for a spin / private dance or two, but not too many. And then negotiate how many hours she'll give you for that $300.

Have a good trip. A couple of things I would not spend a lot of time at the Night Clubs, with the exception of Friday night they are just not very good. Be careful of the scams, always check prices before you order drinks or food.
P.S. , is nice guy but our opinions on girls is quiet different. He is correct stick with Rio an Gia, in my opinion too expensive for Kiev, but they are by far your best options Rio can be very good, but there is a lot of bait and switch. Rio can get expensive very quickly, so be smart, there job is to take your money and your job is to keep as much as you can, but still have a nice time.
Stay away from the low end call girls unless you are going to be in Kiev for a long period of time. They can be very frustrating and big waste of time. Try the street game, but that is easier said then done and if you are only in the city for a short period of time, it will be very difficult. S.
If you go with realistic expectations and nice budget you will have a nice time. Kiev is still a nice city, fairly safe, decent food and people are very nice, but most are lazy.

Just a few words regarding this 5 days that I have spent in Kiev.
Still haven't visited Rio or had GIA girls as managed to find some action without them.
Mamba works just fine as it is full of hookers (I meet with 3 of them and all of them send msg first).
Then Tinder also works good, someone of them are not calling them self Prostitutes but they are because at the end it cost more dinning in all this fancy restaurants then just paying for sex. (although it might feel little better not having this money exchange and make it official).

I can walk most of the time, even for more than an hour to one destination. Or use metro-subway for 2 UAH single ride, or stay with the girl inside the whole day. Taxi shouldn't run more than 200-400 UAH a day. Maybe even 100-150 UAH for a simple round trip.
Food can be Puzata Hata for $20-30/ day with decent meal and even a beer, or $200/ night for a threesome at upscale restaurant, or $70-$200 for a good size (20-50 spoons) can of truly great caviar as aphrodisiac and 2-3-4 bottles of excellent local brut. Most of the ladies enjoy caviar.
Girls can range from a freebie to a $500-700/ day GIA, or 3-5 agency girls / day for $50-70-100/ hour just for myself or with friends, with occasional 2-hour engagement here and there. Run a spreadsheet to add up.

Tastes differ, so do expenses and modus operandi.
$200 a day sounds about right with lodging, food, and a girl. It's a lot of money if you calculate a two week trip with loss of work. If the girl doesn't spend too much money on extras and controls her budget she can live in Kiev quite comfortably on 40% kept at GIA plus sometimes a side income. That is GIA business model advantage. After publishing my brief March report, I receive many PMs asking questions about GIA girls. Instead of answering new PMs, I would rather publish a detailed report, which helps mongers to choose the right girl in Kyiv. RB, how many languages do you speak or at least understand well enough? If it's only one or two: Deutsche Schprache und American English, then picking up any Slavic on the fly is tough. In fact even for native Russian speaker really good Ukrainian is difficult, because it is closer to Polish, Czech, Belorussian, and further away from Russian. There's surrogate Ukrainian "Surzhik" widely used in Kiev but that is more like Spanglish rather than real language.
I understand 3 languages at good level, 3-4 more at beginners level [Non-English text deleted by Admin]., and 2 more at a very rudimentary level. And always insist on learning the language of the country I visit, no matter how short the trip is.
It is easier to learn another one, as long as it is not obscure, and somewhat related to those you already know.
Still, I'm tempted to ask, how do you explain this? When I ask someone to speak a foreign language, I am at a total loss and understand Bahnhof. Russian and Ukrainian sure sound beautifully, but without instruction in English both are meaningless.Google Translator and Lonely Planet CDS / MP3's help me to learn fundamentals in advance, usually during the flight. Building up a vocabulary of 200 words, 50 most important phrases and how to count takes 2-3 not even full days. Lonely planet has a special language for "Romance" including most vital phrases.

These days when I talk to girls in Kiev I do not want to fall into Russian conversation, and not for political reasons. I know that both of us can still use it easily. Common language definitely establishes good communication channel. I however want to continue gaining advantage as I progress through my life and am of an opinion that learning Ukrainian is helpful, because I am in Kiev frequently enough.
Some of the students these days have excellent English thanks to Exchange programs and ongoing integration into Europe. I do not want them to answer me in English either, because then I do not learn anything.
As Jymondor stated younger kids use Ukrainian, and I prefer them mostly no older than my 20 years old cognac.
Besides those reasons subtitles in Theaters during performances are written in Ukrainian, movies are in Ukrainian, and going to Cinema with an adventurous enough GIA girl is highly recommended.
Admittedly my approach is somewhat twisted and artificial, and it is much easier for me to go the chosen route than for a mono-lingual foreigner.
The choices for most not native speakers are as follows:

I would actually argue that statistically representative set of ladies still residing in Ukraine permanently fits my requirements better than those that travel or relocate.

The Ukrainian language is gaining prevalence in Kiev for sure, and speaking Ukrainian would make you mentally closer to your girls, and that's why I sometimes prefer to speak Ukrainian when spending romantic time with my ladies.

As for the mongering-report for Kiev, I used kievlady.com to search for first options back in November. It's a hit and miss, but worth it if you are patient and are willing to invest some time and money on rides and "get-to-know-hour" with the girls.
