I didn't feel effects of political instability in Kiev. Mostly safe and content. The city itself is changing over the years, but so does New York or Paris.
I love New York, Rio, and many other locations, but as my alternative residence I would definitely prefer Kiev, and for many reasons besides ladies.

So I was pleasantly surprised to see the thread "Stupid Shit in Kiev" just for those dummies and to also see that some of the worse transgressors were put on moderation! Cheers to admin, it was sorely needed.
I myself have been coming to Kiev 1-2 times per year on the average for over 20 years. I still like the variety available here. I can easily go to a massage parlor, use Mamba or simply pick out a stripper to bring back to my room. My best tips though are to get to know the doormen at the hotel or bars etc. They know a lot and most have a private list of girls (usually UTR) they can send to you.

I haven't checked the site since last summer and that was due to all of the idiots that were literally chasing guys away at that time. I simply didn't need the hassle. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the thread "Stupid Shit in Kiev" just for those dummies and to also see that some of the worse transgressors were put on moderation! Cheers to admin, it was sorely needed.
I myself have been coming to Kiev 1-2 times per year on the average for over 20 years. I still like the variety available here. I can easily go to a massage parlor, use Mamba or simply pick out a stripper to bring back to my room. My best tips though are to get to know the doormen at the hotel or bars etc. They know a lot and most have a private list of girls (usually UTR) they can send to you.

Which hotels have a strip club?...11 Mirrors is next to Rio. There's also lots of AirBnb around. I always stay in that neighborhood, but for different reasons.
Premier Palace has cabaret, but that place is expensive.
Scarlette is inside President Hotel, not my cup of tea.
There is a chain of Rhinoceros. Mint, Star. There used to be more flavors and locations with a different quality levels.
Arena City has 4 and abundance of apartments. My dispatchers occasionally delivered me girls from one of those clubs for 2000 UAH / hour. Do not know the name, as I never visited those clubs, and have no appeal for Arena City in general.
There are others, Red Lion, Dolls, and more. Even strip to order, perhaps for bachelor or corporate parties.

It got me thinking, what is your 2nd favorite place in Europe to meet women? I had a small bit of success in Czechia and Poland, but nothing close to the level as in Kyiv. For 1 and 2 you would need to stay celibate for a few days before and after testing.
Before because there is a certain incubation period that varies for infections of different type: viral, bacterial, fungal, protozoan, etcetera. You may get infected by having sex in the morning right before going for testing, and since the infecting cells count is still low testing will not detect it.
After because likewise you may get infected after testing before the departure from mongering destination.
Also, keep in mind that some of the tests take about 3 days or more before providing the result. Therefore getting tested on the last day is okay as long as your GF agrees to postpone sex for a week.
Also, some prefer buying antibiotics and maybe even shots in Ukraine. Some of the treatments can be started in Ukraine.
And even with the above precautions it is all about the game of probabilities. Different categories of sex and different categories of ladies pose different risk degrees.

I doubt there are statistical data available on the effect of opening Ukrainian borders to foreigners and increase in infections after the collapse of Soviet system. The war in the East, associate poverty, worsening conditions, marginal elements of society, abuse of all sorts, and subsequent influx of refugees towards the West of the country surely aggravates the picture, that is already rather interesting.
HepC is transmitted through bodily fluids, intercourse included. Getting it through BBBJ / DFK is unlikely, unless blood is exchanged through a bite or sore or gum disease. Similarly DATY and BBFS pose a risk for male partner around female period, including other obvious factors.

Keep in mind that many infections are transmitted through poor medical practices, including dentists, etcetera. I would hesitate about going to dentist in Kiev anyway, but for different reasons.

To all mongers visiting Kiev you have to know TWO things. First, that there are many "Negative Nancy's" on the board that do nothing but put down the local action and recommend other locations. I used to have those illusions too before and during my first few visits to Kiev, but later realized that the availability quality girls is way lower that I thought, and in most cases you can't get access to them for 100 bucks. I used to have those illusions too before and during my first few visits to Kiev, but later realized that the availability quality girls is way lower that I thought, and in most cases you can't get access to them for 100 bucks. Riina is a visiting veteran for many years. The two of you may have different circumstances, and therefore different outlook and impression of Kiev.
As has been pointed out earlier, success in our common hobby often depend on the following factors:
- Funds.
- Length of stay.
- Confidence, Behavior, Attitude.
- Language.
- Age and Appearance.
Ultimately it is the ability to prove to the girl of interest that you are reliable. As a source of income first of all. As Riina said, girl has to believe that her life can be changed for the better by being with you. Then she may decide to be nice. Open market philosophy.
As far as that ability, working remotely from Kiev, and staying much longer without the need to use up precious Western corporate vacation days, helped to strengthen my circle of reliable girls in the last 3-5 years significantly.

Completely agree with report. If you spend any more then $100-150 hour in Kiev you are completely wasting your money. You can go to any of the Surrounding Countries, and bang top tier girls, for the same price or cheaper, these girls are just not available in Kiev, especially now. Especially for newbies. Went to Kiev last year in October for 6 days. Had 2 girls for around 100€ if I remember correctly for 1 h:30 m each.

In less than a year we have observed at least 2 instances where Ukrainian girls forcefully negotiated up. $5 K per month for one, and $6 K per few weeks for another. Both were for a promise of quality long term relationship. Both gentlemen have been had by skillful female players. Entourage provided, sisters, brothers, fathers, passports. You name it.
Does it happen in other localities? You bet! Kiev is not unique in that respect. At least those guys are alive.
As far as mongers negotiating down, yes I had it done myself. Simply by walking away from overpriced commodities. Without sniffing.
Total maintenance cost for hourly girls is so much lower! Let's say I grind in Kiev through 2-3-5 girls every 24 hours, collecting their contacts, and do it for 5 weeks straight with occasional breaks. 5 x 2 x 7 = 70.

When she suddenly took your phone and threatened you to give her money, why didn't you just get back your property by force? I would definitely do that. Did her threats really get you? Or was she stronger than you so that you couldn't get you phone back by force?
As a Chinese dude like you, I feel tolerating bad behaviors and trying to avoid conflicts are still common traits among our people. Part about locals getting discounts is true, and paying in local currencies is always a good idea. As far as the prices he is quoting they are way off, unless you have zero standards. Newbies will pay far more then the rates he is posting and this is just for average girls. It is not that locals get a "discount", but rather that foreigners get prices increased by at least 100 %. How much exploitation should you allow? I think about 100% is enough. WU incurs fee. These days girls ask for deposit directly into their bank account. Ukrainian banking system easily allows that between different individuals and even different banks. Quite often without any fee.
Again, the best practice is not to do any online transfers. Especially before the commodities are delivered.

This is a complete rip off, and should only be used if you are there for a short stay or a last resort, and these girls sure as hell are not models, just normal girls with Photo Shopped Pictures. Anything above $150 for one hour, is way too much money to spend in Kiev, on girls. I'm not sure this is good advice. I had an apartment on Sofievka not far from the Maidan where there were police usually walking around, and several times was stopped by police just before I could enter the door to my building when I had one or two girls with me. They asked to see ID's and other questions. I had to pay them money to let us go. The police are interested in the payoff, not the prostitution. This was a few years ago. Since then I've rented apartments not near a known police location. And I don't much bring girls home with me anymore, and usually just invite girls from mamba to come to my apartment. Dress smart else they might not let you in. Its open 24/7 but better to go after 7 pm. Women quality from 5. 5 to 9, they do a line up so you can usually get at least a 7.
