If there were to be a negative interaction, the traveling person has less to loose than the dwelling person. Having said that, safety wise, I never had any safety concerns when the girls visited me in Kiev, dozens of times. I don't do drugs and I don't drink too much.
Bottom line, personal safety is not a huge concern in Kiev. To put it in perspective, I ran into more thugs in mongering in London, LOS Angeles, Bucharest, Sofia and Istanbul than in Kiev.

Unfortunately my trip to Kiev was cut to only two nights due to work getting in the way. Since I only had two nights I decided to go with the more expensive but pretty reliable option instead of taking a risk at Rio or any of the other clubs. I ordered take out from KEC which has been reliable for me in the past. Mixed results this time. Report on each follows:
Lizza: best looking girl on their website; she arrived to the hotel right on time; 1 PM. She was on a 2 hour discount so I went with the extra time. I gave an overview of my 5 days. Here are few more details.
SIM card: Get a local SIM from Vodaphone or Kievstar for less than $7 USD. Unlimited data for a month. Can't beat it. I use data for hotspot and local number for privacy and helps with Tinder. For others, you don't need a local number.
Having a Local number helps for Tinder contacts. Tinder in Kiev is not as easy as it was in Minsk. On tinder, if the girl posts her whatsapp number, that is likely an agency or a massage only offer. I don't want to write too much about Tinder as it is highly YMMV type situation. I had one from Tinder. Name was Masha. 2500 all inclusive except anal. A solid 7/8. I would have liked to have seen her again if I stayed longer.

I wasn't so much asking in jest as trying to get Riina and DramaFree11 to finally explain what they mean when they say all girls in Kyiv are hideous.
I should have also asked Riina to specify that girl's age, in addition to body and face rating, because there is such a thing as beautiful women in their 40's, but it's a different kind of beauty from a 20yo, so always important to note age. When I was young myself, I was very attracted to women in their 40's, though now I prefer 20's.
Many guys use the 1-10 scale in a nonlinear way. That is, instead of 10% of girls for each level, maybe only 1% are 10's, whereas 20% are 6's, or something like that except they never specify exactly what this nonlinear system is. Why can't they just say top 1% if that's what they mean? I would say body and face of Riina's girl are both at least top 30% in Kyiv for girls aged 23, which is my guess for her age. My approach has been explained repeatedly here on the Forum. There are 2 distinct advantages that make it somewhat easier for me: being native speaker of Russian (and now improving my Ukrainian), and traveling to Kiev frequently, but most importantly staying for long periods, usually 5 weeks at a time. The following pseudo-statistical analysis contains observations on my 7-weeks August-September stay in Kiev. Be forewarned, - it is lengthy, and cannot be used to find girls, as I provide no contacts. In those 7 weeks I had a total of 28 girls.

The other 20 out of 24 hourly girls I considered "good" core, and looked into them further with analytical magnifying glass, as it interested me in terms of statistically representative set, characterizing average girls available in Kiev for 1400-2000 UAH per hour.

I use linear rating scale. 10 means better than 90% of population. But then there are girls that are out of this world! They make up a very slim fraction within that 10% of the best, and I give them rating above 10.21 (as in blackjack) is outstanding. Still on my subjective scale no outlier can go above 30.30 is Goddess.
Performance (sex) somewhat correlates with Attitude. Three 19 years old (out of 20 core girls) rated at 6 for lack of experience or being overworked and tired. There were no 8's. Otherwise six 9's, seven 10's, and four outliers.
Second major observation about Kiev girls: their attitudes are noticeably better than their looks (facial features), but their performance in bed (sex) is even better than attitudes. Most of the Kiev girls in the above 1400-2000 category like sex without a doubt. Surely treating them nicely is a must. So is getting them fresh, when they just start their shift. And I made a conscious effort to have fresh ones. Waited for 9-10 am and 7 pm shift starts.
I had a separate rating category. Would I go with this girl to Theater? As Kozerog stated: "Would I be proud of her?" There are two observations: Kiev girls either enjoy kissing and do great (8, 10 and above), or they refuse and pretend. The other observation: Kiev girls enjoy DATY more frequently and to a greater extent than DFK. Most of DATY cases are rated high, DFK ratings distribution is more spread out.
Price range has been stated at 1400-2000+100 taxi fee. I refused to pay higher. Total money spent on 20 core girls was 71000 UAH or about 2850 USD over 37 hours.
Now the most interesting parameters:
Average hourly rate for the above 20 core girls was 1920 UAH (many were 2000+100).
Average charge per one shot on target was even higher 2125 UAH, because some of the extended sessions had only one completion. I was not in a hurry. Handling hourly girls that way (as opposed to fuck them as much and as hard as possible) helps me to convert the best ones to LT GFs more easily, or at least to get their phone numbers.
BTW, be super careful while exchanging messages with girls. I know stories of apartment enforcers checking all the messengers on premises and imposing heavy penalties of a few hundred dollars per occurrence. All they need to see a phone number of a customer.
Another example of slavery is web-camera at one of the apartments and no allowing the girls to sleep, even when they aren't engaged in primary activity one way or the other.
Anyway, since these hourly girls were on the clock by their dispatchers and mama-sans, 1920 and 2125 are dancing around my 2000 UAH / hour target price.
Same analysis for my 4 LT "rental" GFs showed even higher average rating for body and marginally lower for face, as I do not value looks that much. Their attitude, performance (sex), DFK and Style (going to Theater) are obviously rated much higher than hourly girls, because that's how I chose these GFs in the first place. DATY is slightly lower, and I attribute this to lack of novelty, fading away freshness factor, so important in DATY.
These 4 girls stayed with me an equivalent of nineteen 24-hour periods (day and night included). Yes, I like to go to sleep with a young 20, 22, 23 years old in my arms, and then make love to her at 6 in the morning, then let her sleep till 10 or 11 am, and bring her breakfast in bed.
Total expense on these 4 GFs was 100 K UAH, with one of them getting slightly more than half of it and staying over 14 days total, with some of her individual stays as short as 2 hours, and none longer than 3 days for her specifically. She is not from Kiev, but visited frequently.
Resulting individual hourly rates for rental GFs varied from 165 UAH / hour over 14 days up to 850 UAH over 2 visits 7 hours each. Significantly lower than hourly girls, even after factoring in expensive and cheap eating out, drinking at will, Theater, decent shopping, transportation and envelopes with cash.
Now the main number for LT GFs: Average charge per one shot on target was exorbitant 4000 UAH. Yes, I surely enjoyed our time together, and didn't mind extra expense as it was happening. Inevitably approaching my 60 in a few years, I do not recover that quickly, and do not pretend to have another honeymoon marathon in bed. But still, hourly girls are soooo much cheaper, if bang for the buck is most critical.
I like having a young woman next to me all the time, and lower overall hourly rate is beneficial. Hence I constantly work on updating my Harem.
There was one more reason for outrageously high 4000 UAH / shot number. Here is why it is skewed.

The answer is simple and the same: there is no replacement for River Palace. Apartments are more or less the same as they were for decades and centuries, except pictures are forwarded via Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp and Web.
You do not trust web? Neither do I, but I do not like going to an apartment either. I only do it for an occasional massage, because there is more consistent quality there, and I do not expect full service or even oral there.

Huge difference between Skinnyman's and Photoslider's reports. (Photoslider's deserves to be added to posts of distinction thread, not sure how that works). Related posts by Michi and AntonySun1996 in the Stupid Shit in Kiev thread.
I don't see any conflict in these reports. Photoslider reports success whereas the others report failure, but then Photoskider is very clear about the methods he uses to guarantee success. In particular, he goes through agencies as a repeat customer, so no risk of being drugged or robbed by a freelancer, or encountering girls who refuse sex altogether. He pays for at most an hour initially, so loss is capped at 2000 uah or so if bad service. When he encounters a quality girl, he often repeats, which reduces risk further. And so on. Read his report and imitate him and thereby avoid the problems others report.
As for AntonySun1996's disappointment with his sponsor girl, I think one problem might be that he wanted love, not just good behavior, however love cannot be bought. I was very happy with my non-monogamous sponsor girl this past summer, and one reason is probably because I don't ask what she can't give. Keeping walking up this street until you come to a junction (with the 24 HR shop mentioned by others on the opposite side of the junction). Turn left at this junction onto Mikhailivski Lane (not to be confused with Mikhailivska St (where O'Briens pub is).
Once you turn left, stay on the left hand side for 50 m or so. You will see the much talked about archway. There is a large hotel directly opposite (Hyatt regency).
Going through the archway there are two buildings that are in front of you. Go to the right hand one. And dial 93 k etc etc.
Best time to go is 8 pm onwards, otherwise there may be only one or two girls working. I saw 5/6 in the evening.

They should care a lot about you if you can reject half of the girls.I didn't reject half, only about 30%. Over the last 12 months I ordered and paid for more than 100 individual girls. Dispatchers tolerate my persistence. Not sure if I am a good customer. I do not abuse girls. Certainly not the easiest, but I definitely bring cash into the systems accounts. My rules are transparent and consistent.
There was one more category or reason for rejection: late delivery and consolidation dispatcher lying to me, or mamasan lying to dispatcher, or delivery driver lying to mamasan.
Sometimes I didn't care about delivery taking an hour, sometimes I asked consolidation dispatcher when the fresh girls start the shift, and postponed the action myself. There were also times when I asked how long would it take, and clearly stated my cut off time / deadline due to anothe commitment. Since consolidation dispatcher didn't communicate with the delivery driver directly (it was done through apartment mamasan, or yet another remote operator assigned to this specific apartment), there were the usual stories about "traffic is aweful! Downtown is stalled; I'm telling you what they tell me". Another trick works like that:
- Dispatcher tells the customer (me) to get out and meet the girls in the car.
- Some of the customers (not me) take their sweet time getting out, while clock is ticking, girls aren't getting fucked, and profit is not generated.
- To avoid this, dispatcher notifies the customer before the actual arrival, stating the car is already parked.
- I get out of my apartment, look for the car, and ask WTF?
- Dispatcher knowingly or not insists that the car has already arrived "Where are you standing?
- Then I see the car finally parks, and go for casting the troops.
There is a chain with 3 or 4 links, lies are nothing to worry about, my time is valuable though.
Often delays are because of logistics, they drop off / pick up multiple girls on the way, and do not take the shortest / fastest route. On number of occasions I cancelled the delivery in progress. Dispatcher exclaims: "The girls is only 2-3 minutes away!" I explain that this has been said 20-30 minutes ago, and that by now I plan to pay attention to my girlfriend. Time lost for everybody, their revenue lost.
I always ask for the base address (their lingo for source apartment). Few times I sent via Viber the screenshot of google maps with ETA and highlighted traffic jams along the way end to end. They do not like that. Extorting truthful info along the chain is difficult.
The above are disadvantages of outcall deliveries to my curbside. I still prefer that over incall going to an apartment on my own.
Some dispatchers were obnoxious, even questioning what kind of VIP am I, why do I demand special treatment? Reading my original report carefully one would notice that I kept 28 girls and rejected 14. More than 42 were delivered and those 14 were in 9 deliveries. Therefore the resulting rejection rate was about 20%, every fifth, but admittedly still high.
High probability to reject resources with low quality, combined with higher than average order volume, and prolonged stay meant that to turn profit dispatchers were motivated to send me better girls. Kozerog reviewed the photos of my top 14 and confirmed. His reputation on this Forum speaks for itself.
The fact that candidates passing the initial curbside casting were paid right away while still in the taxi, before taking them upstairs, lowered the risk for agency / apartment, and made them more willing to do business with me personally, again increasing their inclination to behave.
Occasional lying still happened, but then my rejections were for the reasons I could explain in simple terms. Every new dispatcher tried to test the tolerated boundaries, and I firmly stood my ground with good sense of humor as my armor.

Considering this is the first visit to Kiev, I would say there's huge progress. The fact that it took you 3 weeks to ramp up the primary activity says a lot about your sincerity. I started 15 years ago with short 2-3-5 days visits, had variability in success, and gradually increased my length of stay.

Men in Latin America though usually have a spouse, a lover, and occasional hookers. I rarely do same hooker more than for three nights, and long term relationship rarely lasts over two months. However, I believe this world has been created for a couple to enjoy, and staying a lonely man or woman without love is not the right way.
How can I get the most from my short stay? Here's my opinion.
Monday-.
Worst day of the week. Girls / society is far too serious / moralistic, and not very interested in sex.
High end strip / hooker clubs are still open but vibe is work mode.
Tuesday-.
Good day for trying contacts and bartering for lower prices, or catching up on regulars.
High end clubs still work mode.
Wednesday-.
Girls begin to warm up a bit.
Still a good day for cheap punts / bartering with contacts.
Shooters has ladies night.
Thursday-.
The girls begin to think about the Friday which is their going out night. So online is hot.
In most areas, women are out and about trying to make money.
Great day to hit apartments between 6 pm and 10 pm- hottest girls are picked off early. Lots of girls available.
Friday-.
This is the evening / night to go out on the pull as its termed 'lecherous woman' night, when girls let loose.
Bad day for online hunting or securing contacts, or punting.
Saturday.
Girls are still in a good mood so its a mixture of social and work for them, depending on many factors shaping their thinking.
Apartments can be very busy after 9 pm, so often, not many girls available.
Still a good bar / club day.
Sunday-.
Similar to Thursday for apartments, great girl choice between 6-9 pm.
Online is hot for contacts.
The social scene is pretty good midday until about 9/10 pm, so cafes, bars, better than clubs.
Trip timing-.
End of the month- girls need to pay rent / bills, social life is better as people get paid.
Thu / Fri. Sun is the choice if you only want 3/4 days.
Just before festivals or holiday periods, when money is required.
I guess the message is to begin thinking from the point of view of a working girl. Finding / contacting her when she is in financial need.
Wen she isn't, I have found that its like talking to a different girl. Morals overwhelming money.

Nobody will know about the economic results until spring time, but there is a general slow down in EU economies. So, who knows what will happen in UA.

It's easy to explain why the UAH has already moved. What's difficult is to predict future changes. Unless you are an expert, you should confine currency operations to hedging rather than speculating. Hedging would be if you buy UAH today because you have committed to paying UAH in the future, and want to lock in your price and thus reduce your risk. For example, if you have signed a long-term lease to pay monthly rent in UAH, then you might want to buy UAH now. Or maybe you agreed to pay a mistress a specific amount of UAH each month so that she can pay her monthly rent in UAH. That might be AntonySun1996's situation.
Most mongers have complete flexibility about future spending in Ukraine, so no reason to buy UAH now. If UAH gets too expensive, just postpone or shorten the trip, or go elsewhere, or negotiate a lower UAH price, etc. When you have such flexibility, low risk approach is to wait and buy UAH when you need them.

If scheduled in advance with an adequate compensation, reliable regular is likely to arrive even on Monday, especially if she doesn't have to go to the office.
