I cant comment much about the ***** houses in Leeds as I have never been to one but the street action is pretty consistent.
The best area I have found in Leeds is the area surrounding the Holliday Inn, near to the Asda Supermarket Head office Quite alot of girls ont street of a night time.

Winstons is a decent place, but very pricey compared to rest of West Yorkshire. Cracking girls usually though so if you're not worried by cost check it out.
