And more beaches to the south from Kigamboni, they are popular with locals, becoming less frequented the more you go south. Some nice resorts geared to westerners' wishes are there, too. South of Kipepeo it becomes really remote.
Most tourists however go to Zanzibar for beach life as it is just the well known tourist attraction. Its beautiful there, no doubt, but the usual tourists are families or honeymooners. There is some Italian party crowd at high season in northern ZNZ like around Nungwi / Kendwa, and the business is on there, too.
To me, mongering works easiest in Dar. If I were you, I'd monger around a few days for picking a girl at Dar that suits my wishes on bed and is good company, too, and would head with her to a nice place on South Beach or ZNZ for some days. Usually you can expect days of endless joy then in a lush environment with a sweet and grateful chick.

The places: Qbar is still there as a main access to SW. A new place, Wantanshi, close to Qbar seems a good place too. I've seen real stunners there. Maasai Club Kinondoni is working. For Day time experience there two ways.
- one you can hang at Mlimacity bars and shops, supermarkets and now are days not only Mlimani city you can do it even at quality plaza, and that ne one at Mbezi.
- Second you can visit them at hotels, for this options you will need to have some one who knows where they live and at Sinza there so many hotels where they live and do there business.
