No, I'm not living in Kenya but I'm a "muzungu" living in Asia; so I'm quite used in mongering in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia but in Africa I know quite well only Madagascar. Be careful giving your credit card information to this site, you might end up paying more than you think you have agreed. After my research on the forum, I figured I would go to Capital pub first. Reached there around 10pm on Sunday night. It was a total disappointment! Very few, and if I may add, scary looking women in a fairly run down roadside establishment. Was hardly able to spend 10 minutes there and called the taxi to pick me up.

If you're short on time, unfamiliar with Kampala, and looking for girls, I recommend Rock Garden as your first port of call. Depending on your looks, age and how well you get along with the girls, pay between 50k. 100k for the whole night. Don't pay more than that, no matter what they ask for.
Slightly more down-market, but perhaps a bit more fun atmosphere, is Capitol Pub in Kabalagala. Girls will go with you for between 30-50k, depending on how they like you.
You could try hotel bars such as Sheraton, but it's usually just a waste of time and money. Few to choose from, and they request a lot more money.
Finally, if you're willing to put in a bit more effort, you can find a lot of girls in Bubbles from Wednesday-Saturday. Most of the girls are looking for boyfriends, but there are still some full-on prostitutes there. If you've never been there, may I suggest that you're not too aggressive when you approach the girls there, as many of them have expat boyfriends. We don't like it when somebody comes up and pinches our girlfriend in the ass. However, pretty much every girl there who are not already (temporarily) taken is looking for a man, so just walk up and talk to anyone you C. Most of the girls will go with you for free if they like you, particularly if they think there is some long-term prospect in you (e. G. Just a piece of information that I found useful myself:
If you come in a situation with high risk for acquiring HIV (e.g. mixing blood in a car- or boda-boda-crash, or the condom a.k.a. "kaveera" breaks), you can take a medicine to virtually eliminate the risk of acquiring HIV.
Straight after the exposure, just head for a clinic (e.g. The Surgery in Kololo, open 24 hours), explain what happened and request PEP - Post Exposure Prophylaxis. It costs 85k shilling for an entire dose at The Surgery.

Speaking from experience, the medicine must be taken twice a day for 30 days and it makes you feel absolutely horrible. Nausea, headache, tiredness. I hope I won't need that again. But better take my medicine than risk getting HIV.
The key is to start taking the medicines within 48 hours of the risky event. The nurses told me that every night they have guys coming over, saying the condom broke and wondering what to do. They will test you for HIV before giving you the medicine. Because if you already have it, the PEP is weaker than regular ARVs, and it could make your HIV more resistant to ARVs in the future. The Unigold HIV test takes only 2 minutes, just a drop of blood onto the indicator and sit back, "relax" and wait.

The Miami Club is officially dead. KsAfter reading Khun Sanuk's report I had to go out and see for myself. I was over at Miami Club the other day. It is true that the old manager left and took a bevy of the girls over to Kampala Entertainment Center. It is also true that there were only four or so girls around (eight on the list). It looks like they will be rebuilding their business.

Walked into Capital Pub the other night around midnight. It wasn't a weekend, so I expected to be less busy, but things were definitely subdued. It's pretty clear that no one really wants to be in a big crowd these days. There was a decent security check and I'd say the bar still had a low but decent turn out. Actually that fact that it wasn't insanely crowded was a good thing. Allows you to actually get a beer, sit back for a bit and take in the scene. Even one of the receptionists there wanted to fuck but I was too busy with other girls. Also speke has free breakfast buffet that is decent & a nice pizza place too.
If you want pool, you can stay at speke & just walk over to the Hilton (I think it is Hilton accros the street but it is some american-type hotel you will recognize the name) and just ask them to use their pool & gym/spa. They have excellent weight room & treadmills & an awesome pool. I think it was equivellent of 10$ per day or maybe $20 per day which would bring you total to $100 day with speke + pool at hotel across the street (its the only hotel & huge garden area, someone here will know the name). I even heard some guy tell me he just went across the street & acted like he was staying there & used the pool and no one said anything to him. I know the hotel itself was like 150 or 200 per night and it is NOT girlfriendly & big hassel to get in/out due to excessive security. Good luck & please post if you find a better option of hotel with pool. Kampala is a GREAT place!

I can not verify this but am only advising you to keep asking around until you find someone who has done this safely with no problems. Please report what you find out as I am interested also in knowing if this is possible or a problem.

I agree, the border Kenya-Uganda is easy. No luggage search, so
only passport red tape. The Ugandans are happy to cash the US$50
fee (increased from US$30). Dispatch is quick. Normally they grant 30 days stays but it happened they grant 3 month.

Are there pickup places around and is the hotel girl friendly?

Sheraton has never hassled me in any way when I brought a girl in during afternoon/early evening. You should either come in with her or meet her in the lobby. If she comes alone, or if you bring her in late at night they will make her register and if late night will charge extra for double room.

It was the greatest event in her life: great luxury lodges, natural wonders, boat rides on the Nile, Chimps in the trees. Sure, I had to leave her with some "spending money" at the end of the trip. But she was so grateful, and she rewarded me with wonderful efforts between the sheets. Both of us were happy.

With all due respect, it is not necessary to pay them that much. I have been in Kampala for quite some time now and I have never paid that much. 100 dollars is more than 200 000 shillings, more than the average person makes a month in Uganda!

Because I thought that too much, I went down one step by choosing a wonderful body for $50- to $70. They were not ugly, but maybe a little gap-toothed, or such. I was approached by some really ugly and fat ones, willing to do it for $20- or less. But they would have to pay me, and much much more.

This is my brief report following one week spent in Kampala.
I thank everyone who wrote me suggestions before my trip. The basic information I read here was a good starting point! It was my very first time in Uganda or even in Africa. I took some days to understand how to move around.

Recent visit to Kampala. Stayed at Speke hotel. Ask for 'repeat customer' discount and you will get $10 or $20 reduction in the overnight rate. I arrived in the late afternoon and showered & changed. First stop was the Rock Garden, an indoor / outdoor club connected to Speke. Mostly rough and tough aggressive types. One or two beauties by the bar already engaged. I had a beer and slipped over to the adjoining Indian restaurant for a bite.
I wandered across the street to the Sheraton. A swanky crowd of hotel patrons at the bar but perhaps a bit early for local talent? On my way out I met eyes with a tall local beauty who was on her cell phone. A shy smile from her, nothing more.
I moved back to Speke and sat at the tables immediately outside the front door. By the time my beer was in hand beauty from the Sheraton waltzed up and asked if she could join me. Sure! A few drinks later we were heading up the stairs for more private conversation. A couple of great days followed and visits to local but out of the way clubs that I would not otherwise have found.

As we were walking towards the hotel front door, a federal police officer stopped us. Blue camoflauge, AK / 47. He was obscured from view in a door well, so I didn't see him until he put his AK-47 across my walking path. He asked me with lots of hostility in English,"Who is this one?" I stammered something about her being my friend. The girl was immediately hostile towards the police officer, saying things like,"What have we done? We have broken no laws." but with great attitude. I was scared shitless and trying to cooperate (given my situation at home and the fact that my international flight left the next day). The police officer said prostitution is illegal. We both responded with surprise and she with anger (well feigned, I must say). He saw we were walking closely and that we had just met, though, so he knew the score.
I had left my passport in my room (less than 100 feet away) but he wouldn't let me get it and only had my drivers license for I'd. This too caused a problem. After some chitchat, he declared that he was arresting me for prostitution and I think failure to have passport. At this point it was unclear what he was going to do with the girl. We started the short walk to the police station, with my life at home flashing before my eyes. The girl was greatly annoying the police officer at this point, so I asked her to give us privacy (which greatly annoyed her).
I then started the typical,"We are men. We should be able to resolve issues without our bosses. We are men. Let me apologize to you for taking your time and not understanding your culture better. It is my responsibility to know your culture and laws and I apologize if I have offended you. I would like to resolve this with you now, so I can go back to my hotel and sleep and get to the airport." We negotiated 70, 000 (about $30 US) , with him specifying that I couldn't meet up with the girl (she was at this point a couple hundred feet behind). I agreed-this really took the wind out of my sails and I had no remaining interest in the girl anyway. I started walking away.
I didn't get far before the girl caught up, saying,"Man, Man (she apparently didn't know my name either) , you didn't tell me you were leaving." I said something like,"I am sorry, but I can't see you. I will be arrested again. I can't be with you. The police officer won't allow it." She started freaking out, demanding payment and private taxi fare, etc. I kept walking (the cop was watching for all I knew). She showed her true demon self at this point, indicating,"I will make big trouble for you. You will not disrespect me." I handed her 5, 000 (we had just taken a 4, 000 boda ride from Capital, so this would get her back) and tried to distance myself. She demanded private fare and more money. I (foolishly) started running. I was scared that the cop would see me with her and really bust me.
She started yelling after me in local language and people started trying to stop me. I suspect she was telling them I robbed or abused her or something. Anyway, there were 2 other cops on the block-must have been some sort of round up on this block this night. Probably a good thing for me, given the local mob mentality. I saw the 2 cops right as people were starting to grab at me. The cops asked me,"what is the problem?" The evil girl caught up and spoke in local language, accusing me of something. They asked me what had happened again. I was truly in shock at this point and really seeing my home life flash before my eyes. I stammered something about,"I have no problem" and tried to wink at the evil girl to let her know I would make things right with her if she would withdraw her complaint. She said,"don't wink at me" and gave me the evil eye and demanded action from the police.
I realized I had to get away from her, so asked the officers if we could walk away. They said "sure, because you are under arrest for disturbing the peace among other things." We started walking back to the police station. I mostly came clean about the girl be / see I needed to explain why I was running from her. Fortunately, the cops believed me completely. But this time it cost me 100, 000 ($45 US) to avoid going to the police station. But I insisted that the escort me back to the hotel so I could avoid her and the crowd that saw this chase.
What a nightmare. Not sure what others can learn from this. I'm sure some ex pats could cite 12 errors that I made. I wouldn't mind some constructive feedback, but please no flamers.
Live and learn.
P. S. I have convinced myself that the evil girl would have become evil after sex and probably demanded as much in bribes as the cops did (course, I'd have had sex).

Clearly I was played, but it wasn't by a security guard. I said "Federal police" in my original post, which I shouldn't have be / see I don't know what police force it was. It was blue camouflage is all I really know, and that they walked me to the police station just a couple blocks north of Holiday Express. I left out further police-related fact: while I was being interrogated by the first police, an open-back truck of 10 or so similarly dressed officers drove past and they spoke with the officer who was extorting me. There must have been some sort of concentration on this area of town this date or something. Another fact omitted was that the police officer also interrogated the girl, since she didn't have identity documents, but she convinced him she was Ugandan (and clearly she wouldn't have been tricked by a hotel security guard posing as police either).

Holiday Express is in Luwum Street and behind Luwum street is a hardcore area for prostition where a cop emptied 2 magazines with is AK killing a few people because a prostitute had robbed him. Now as far as I know police wear several types of uniform. The one you mention is according to my Ugandan friends definately a cop uniform. They are the ones that are patroling around that area and I have talked to them once. They are definately up to no good in that area.
There is an alley between Luwum street and that prostition area, where in the evening hookers are doing it just in that alley. Cops now that and shake down a lot of Ugandans that way. I think you were unlucky to meet them and they tried you on and you were unlucky to have a bad attitude *****. On the other hand 70 000 is probably not a lot to you. But bear in mind that these people only make around 100 000. When I stayed in Holiday Express. It was security who phoned my room to see whether I was ok and only then did they release the girl.

I don't think because I tried to access the website without logging in. In fact I am getting messages in my yahoo mail box from Tagg saying that I have messages. How could they block me when I tried to logg through hide my ass webisite (which is supposed to conceal the browser) because they would not know who I'm. I don't know what the problem is.

I made the trip last week Kampala-Nairobi-Kampala with Modern Coast coaches (also other companies available). The trip takes about 12 hours, is cheap and very straightforward. You leave Nairobi 8 pm and get to Kampala around 7 or 8 the next morning. Just watch your luggage, especially at the border crossing at Busia as you will need to leave the bus and go through Kenya and Uganda immigration and wait for the bus to clear customs for 30-60 minutes. Also watch out in the Accra / River road area of Nairobi especially after dark.

I rarely go to Capital Pub but decided to hit Kabalagala last weekend, thus making Capital a natural choice to visit.
I like the feeling of entering the place around 10 pm, order a cold one and just wait for the first bird to approach me. This time around, the first one to come over was a hardcore who reminded me of a ladyboy. I know those kind of things are not by far as common here as in Thailand and she probably were just a girl, but nevertheless I got really suspicious and told her to get lost.
The next one who came over was a rather shabby Sudanese girl who wanted to 'fuck me' all night, but she turned me off so she was also politely asked to leave me alone.
After many similar 'fuck' offers, I decided to take home a 20 year old with a nice round ass.
The conclusion is that Capital Pub is still very vibrant and offers lots of fun. As I have felt like shagging a lot recently, I will give Rock Garden a shot tomorrow night. Lately, I have also had some luck with campus girls at Steak Out in Wandegeya and High Table on Kampala Road.
As others have said before me – Kampala is a city just waiting to get fucked and women are everywhere! There's no need to even hit the places described above, but I would recommend it if you don't want to be stuck with a possessive girlfriend who calls you all the time.

1) Bad timing. It's pre-election time. Increased police presence.
2) Capital Pub. Aviod the bottom-of-the-barrel hookers. The best way to get girls in ug is on-line. Try afro or eababes next time.
I've spent alot of time in ug and have never had a single encounter with the police. Can't say the same about kenya or Ghana. Sorry that you had a bad experience, but it's africa and these things happen. Try ug again, it really does have some of the sweetest pussy around!

Orientation:
Kampala build on a hill or a mountain so most streets are sloppy which makes the navigation unpleasant.
Kampala road cut the city into two logical parts. The area below kampala Road is nosy, polluted and extremely crowded. Most of the budget hotels are there. Above kampala Road is the more relax neighborhoods which have the better hotels and the environment looks much nicer.
Hotels.
In Kampala no midrange / budget hotels options. Its all about the location so if you stay below kampala Road prices can vary from 13-70usd which will give you the pretty much similar room. Staying at these hotel will give you the image that you are poor due to the location.
Stepping up to the better areas, including Sheraton, imperial or speke will jump the price to cross the 100usd threshold. All prices however are not fixed and can be negotiate.
Since I didn't want to spend 100usd a day I stayed at 'Astoria hotel' at burton street opposite the old taxi park.

I came with 25 phone numbers of MTV style students. Here is some highlights:
• 23 ladies came to my hotel for the first date.

In kampala clubs you can find ladies that putting then next to halle berry and Tyra Banks will make the last ones feels disgusting with suicidal tendencies. In fact, these ladies can sweet the floor with most African ladies with the Exception of mali, Senegal and cote the'ivoire.

Club silk-Saturday and Tuesday-some atomic bombs needed to be neutralized.
Ange Noir –Thursday is ladies free so some serious genetic mutations can be found.
Steak out (open bar) at Wandegeya
Known for its Super Tuesday mostly students. Nice but not a classical hunting zone.
Ground zero on Bombo Road next to Steak out is also a very popular place.

Lira is not as lively as KLA. But the committed hobbyist can find action in Kenyatta part of town after midnight.

For once, I agree with you. However, if one doesn't like the hardened pros available at such venues as Capital Pub, Rock Gardens and Bubbles (to name a few) then what other options do they have? I mean the normal business traveler or vacationer is typically not connected well enough to access other types of women. And this perception that Ugandans (and Kenyans for that matter) fall all over themselves for muzungus and that all you have to do is just walk down the street to get them is a huge fallacy. So some type of Internet approach, in my option, is still the best strategy. If you buy that, then next question becomes OK,"which site"? Afro is out of the question for me across the board. I tried a few of the social networking sites, with even worse results. Anyway, when I stay in that area, I usually stay at the JBK (very close to the Astoria) for $35. 00usd. This is with A / C, TV, fridge, hot water and breakfast. For once, I agree with you. However, if one doesn't like the hardened pros available at such venues as Capital Pub, Rock Gardens and Bubbles (to name a few) then what other options do they have? I mean the normal business traveler or vacationer is typically not connected well enough to access other types of women. And this perception that Ugandans (and Kenyans for that matter) fall all over themselves for muzungus and that all you have to do is just walk down the street to get them is a huge fallacy. So some type of Internet approach, in my *opinion, is still the best strategy. If you buy that, then next question becomes OK,"which site"? Afro is out of the question for me across the board. I tried a few of the social networking sites, with even worse results. For example, there was this one girl on both Tagged and Facebook with tons of pics and hundreds of friends who chatted me up for months on end. Then, when it finally came time to meet in Kampala, she turned out to be an entirely different girl? Fuck, here we go. Afro all over again! Then after telling one of my gfs this story, she told be about a new site called eababes. She knows the guys who started it and so I checked it out. Local presence, more women than men, west African IP's blocked, verified profiles and pics. Damn, finally a site that works in Uganda!

I'm not really sure how Kampala differs that considerably from Nairobi in this respect? After all, is the Sheraton or Imperial Palace really that much different in price than the Hilton or Safari Park? I pretty much think it's a given that most high-end hotels in either city are going to be well over $100usd? Now, I think you said that you stayed (or stay) at the Astoria hotel in town? I checked out this hotel ages ago, but it didn't suit my comfort level so I hauled ass out of there immediately and consequently forgot what they charged. Anyway, when I stay in that area, I usually stay at the JBK (very close to the Astoria) for $35. 00usd. This is with A / C, TV, fridge, hot water and breakfast. Far from pristine, but a hell of a lot better and cheaper than the Kenya Comfort Hotel in Nairobi (for instance) at $65. 00usd! Or compare it to the Central park hotel in Nairobi at $45. 00usd. Yes, this is possible but if one comes for a week or two I wouldn't count on this approach. I don't care if you're Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, as for the most part, you're still invisible to the majority of Ugandan females. Plus, unless they're hookers, they will not approach you.

This is like comparing apples to oranges. Afro (Cupid Media) is an Aussie based marriage / dating site with an addictive chat system which hooks many lonely girls who are only interested in killing time. Most, if not all of the successful hits I got from that site were from girls who were just on there for a brief time. Eababes is more of a connections site with facebook like features. New City Annex Hotel.
Yes, I know the place but have never stayed there. Nor would I. Decent location but at night the area and clientele might be suspect. Room rates are from 15k shs to 150k shs (bed only) and you will be competing with the locals for the cheaper rooms. At these low end prices, I can very easily see this as a "short time" hotel. Anything less than 70k shs, and you will be in a tiny room with no TV and a shared bath. In my opinion, better options are avail in the city center, but to each their own. As for "lonely planet" recommendations, I find those very suspect as well as they contract (hire) locals to provide them with this information.

I've been reading through the forum but was hoping to get some up-to-date advice. I'm making my first visit to Kampala next week and was looking for a good place to stay that's below the $100 / night mark. If I have to I guess I'll go above that but I was hoping someone might have some recommendations.
I've already been meeting some girls on AfroIntroductions to meet some non-pros but I will also be hitting up the bars and clubs based on all the advice on here to do some mongering. Girl-friendly places would be best.

Many cheap hotels below kampala Road. Its called downtown or just town.
You will feel there very safe and secure assuming you are en ex-British SAS operative, US delta force or just a normal citizen from Mogadishu somalia.
If you are not one of the group above just stay away from this area and use the lonely planet recommended hotel mention previously by myself.

[I have stayed downtown several times and never had any problems. Just be a bit streetwise and you will be fine. The only disadvantage is the noise, the crowds and the pollution. But I find people there much more genuine than in the more uptown areas. Just my humble opinion.

I have the same dilemma as you I don't have the money but the overall feeling downtown is bad.
The rats at night have the size of a cat, its dark polluted and extremely bustling. Also we will look very low class.
When we invite a lady to this area at night.
The best bet is to use afro dating or any other website, then the physical location has no meaning. You can get very nice studio room and girls will come all the way.
Upper class hotel will suck your money out of you blood cells. So we need to get away from the center.
Lonely planet hotel, (the one near nandos) , is girl friendly. No reception at the new rooms at the street level. (down the staircase)

I think they are a bit more expensive, though they look good. Try city square hotel two buildings from Speak Bank and above Bata clean budget hotel, rooms at back are ok front one are noisy due to traffic
In Kabalagala there are many hotels, you can find surely one which will suit for your needs. My favourite is Pearl Guesthouse only 35000 USH for a double with shower and tv, no safe, no AC just fan, but the room is ok. Very noisy telling the truth, because the bars opposite are booming till morning. Absolutely girl friendly, the receptionist will just smile at you, if you take 1, 2 or 3 girls up in the room on the same night.
Besides Capitol pub there is an another hotel a little bit more expensive but no more than 50 USD. You can bargain hard, you have to know these hotels are full only in the peak season around Christmas and New Year.

Lot of questions, I know. It is always a good idea to leave your passport in a safe place (like the hotel room safe). I never carry mine, but I do carry a photocopy.
You can buy a SIM card here really cheap, around $5 I think. If you have a smartphone you can get internet as well as voice. There are a lot of shops around town, or you can even buy one at the airport.

I have been to Uganda many times and I have never been asked for my passport in all these years in Kampala.

LosoStayed at Hillview for a few days once, in 2005 though. Price was 105 USD if I remember correctly. The apartment was quite nice and spaceious. However request a room on the hillview side. They had a monster of a generator on the other side and power cuts were common. Brought a girl home one of the nights.

Don't forget that De-Posh is RIGHT NEXT DOOR and they BLAST the music all night long. Not to mention the racket from the other pubs nearby! Better options are avail if you just walk up the hill from there towards (and into) Muyenga. Check out the SEB, Kenrock and Chez Johnson hotels just to name a few.

Clearly there are other factors such as YOUR attitude. I bet you wouldn't even know which sampling distribution to use to make such an inference. There are 4 such sampling distributions, assuming the conditions of parametric statistics are met: t, F, chi-square, and the z distribution. It's the z distribution since one is making an inference from a sample statistic based on a percentage.
Since we don't have a representative sample here, one should use a non-parametric statistical test: Know which one to use dumb ass? Man, off topic or what.

I checked out the Rock Garden when I first arrived in Kampala and rejected all come ons from the ladies. When I revisited Rock Garden a few days later, one of the ladies I had rejected looked much more appealing, so I decided to take her back to my hotel. I ended up just parting with about 29K Ugandan Schillings. I had actually initially offered her 20K, but she balked so I gave her a wad of 1K shillings that was just 8 or 9K shillings and she was satisfied. I think she was too drunk to know that I had only given her just 9K more shillings.
The women I encountered aren't really up on the changing exchange rates and I don't adjust my offering amount based on the exchange rate. I still found the ladies on the street were still asking for 10K Ugandan Schillings, though I did not partake.

At Capitol Pub you may be able to bargain it down to 30k, but probably more like 50-80. According to the newspaper today, you can get it for 10k per hour in the slums of Bwaise, however I can't imagine you wanting to try that out. If you put in a bit of effort, or you know someone who will connect you, there are lots of students willing to come home to you for 70k-100k all night, including the really hot ones. In Rock Garden you may pay around 50-100, though 100 is more common than 50. The chicks from Burundi and Rwanda may ask for 80-200 and there are also a few Ugandans who won't be keen to go for less than 150. At Serena Hotel you may pay double the price for the exact same girls. Cayenne is now flooded with hookers on Friday and Saturday, I'd say around 100-150k for the hottest ones. For 200k you are either poor at negotiating, or you should get a contestant in Miss Uganda competitions.
Hence, I'd say around 100k is average.

I checked out Rock Garden but also went to Cayenne on two or three occasions with my dear gf. Yes there are loads of single women there and I did see at least one doing the Lambada with her date. Not sure if they came together, but a lot of the "good girls out for a good time" go there. So I wouldn't say I saw pros there. It definitely is not the same environment as Rock Garden. These two places are popular with foreign guys working in Kampala, and a lot of the girls there are with their boyfriends. You won't make new friends if you're hitting on girls in front of their boyfriends.

I was having my dinner in Paradise, the outdoor resturant at Sheraton. It was Saturday evening, I was listening to the live band and planning the night. My table was just at the exit of the Rhino Pub, and suddenly three smashing beauties exited the pub, the first one with legs to the sky and killer frame. I threw a smile at her as they passed my table and sat down in a remote corner. I tried to give them a glance now and then, but suddenly they were gone.
But lo and behold: they had relocated to a table between me and the stage, unfortunately with one of them with her back at me, obscuring the view of the tall girl. I just shifted to the other side of my table, caught the eye of the tall girl, smiled and was instantly rewarded with a radiating smile back. We exchanged smiles for a while and I was wondering how to proceed when all three of them the suddenly rose from the table. The girl who had blocked my view made a deviation and passed by my table giving me a small slip of paper, saying "She likes you".
I unfolded the slip and SMSed the number: - Where are you going?
The reply was prompt: - Bubbles.
I wrote: - Can I join you?
- Please do.
So I took a cab to Bubbles, found the three ladies sitting in a sofa; the tall girl greeted me smilingly so I sat down with her. The girls were In fact models, all three of them, and we drank and danced. It is certainly a special feeling to dance and flirt with three young black beauties if you are an old fart yourself!
We moved on to Cayenne, kept drinking, talking and dancing (more and more sexy) , my tall model wouldn't let go of my hand. He looked a bit embarrased when I moved around to front.
At 3 AM I felt I needed a Red Bull, and an hour later all four of us left in a cab. I am an Indian and indeed visiting Kampala on bussiness purpose for 1 week. I wanted to stay in either Sherton or Imperial. I came to know thruogh this thread that lots of things happening in Kampala and as I am a guy for fun and pleasure, I need the contacts of girls how can really experience the fun and pleasureIt's not likely that many here would be willing to share any of their personal contacts to a complete stranger. Nice simple clean hotel.Other than Fang Fang, I don't know these hotels. Suggest that you initially book a few nights at the Speke and then go check them out personally. It's all going to come down to location, amenities and the price you're willing to pay for it. And only you can make that determination.
The one thing that I'd caution you on though, just in case you're not aware, is that the Makerere area is very congested with people, traffic and noise. I personally wouldn't stay there unless I had some business at MUK. Like picking up university chicks.

Well, talk about price reductions, on Thursday last week I met a Rock Garden girl that I had not seen (I mean at all) for about 1. 5 years. That was at the "innermost upstairs" section.I reluctantly went in there recently. In the upper area (formally the dining area) they've added a bar which is good because they were previously short on bar space, but unfortunately they've cluttered up the rest of the area with cheap local furniture. As for the food, I asked to see a menu and they produced one. Under the heading of "snacks" it basically consisted of various types of meat (beef, chicken, pork, etc) served with or without chips. So in other words, very uninspired local offerings. I suspect that when you were there they either just ran out of food, the cook left for the night or was just too lazy to prepare anything.

Salary is not very much: 200 k, but having the occasional drink in a bar like Bubbles is within reach.
(In parenthesis: how a person who is an estabilshed model suddenly should cease to be a model once she/he enters a bar like Bubbles is beyond me, but some guys obviously thinks so. Of course they are perfectly entitled to stay in this deception.)
