But I was very desappointed because:
- a lot of them didn't answer or didn't work

Hello to all fellow mongers.
Recently visited Haifa on business and while I did not have a lot of time to devote researching ever changing local scene, I found it easy to find P4P. Reading and speaking Hebrew helps of course. I had only Wednesday night to indulge myself and it was too late for mid-week newpaper ads insert and too early for Friday issues that are full of them.
So I settled on buying two of the national daily newspapers. More serious Maariv was a bust - I think they decided a while ago to stop posting P4P ads - but Ediot Ahronot gave it a page where I found 7 ads for Haifa area.
For various reasons I picked up one which as rather close to my hotel - I stayed in Holiday Inn in Carmel area for $102/night.
I called around 12:30 AM, this place with NIS 200 for 30 minutes and NIS 250 for 45 minutes. I paid 250, had been there for about an hour with nice 20 year old or so local girl of Russian origins. Local because I can distinguish the accent, her's was the one you get when you go to local school, army or university. But at the end we both switched to Russian after I had my way and helped her to get her's a couple of times as well :).
All in all a bit on the expensive side at $55 for 45 minutes but is a comfortable pressure reliever. This place can be called at 058-762-186 (cell phone), even when the girls change they would not normally change the numbers. And yes, there were two girls in this particular apartment, I had to wait a few minutes in my car outside before a couple of guys vacated the premises.

Haifa -
There are several areas to look for action ...
If you are looking in the Hadar or Carmel areas you will probably end up going to private houses with 1-4 providers and the cost will be 100 - 150 NIS for one shot (they call it 15-20 minutes) and 200-250 NIS for 1 hour (can be 2 shots).
The numbers are usually mobile phone numbers and can be found at the end of the daily newspaper.
In the Mifratz area (or Krayot) the situation would be quite the same, although there are several established places (with more girls and 'shifts' working longer hours.
In future posts I will bring some adderesses and phone numbers.

There is a place called Club Paradise. It's at 18 HaUman St, Talpiot. It is behind a Billard saloon and opens at 7pm every night (its on a one way street and the entrance is from the car parking lot). The girls aren't the best (5/6) and not that young. NIS200 gets you one shot for 30 minutes. The place has been open for the last few years and every so often the girls change. Apart from this place Jerusalem is empty of fun and pleasure, the religous mayor and overcrowded moral policeman on every corner ensures that the 'sinners' aren't seen in the religous city as it was described to me by a local.

It was hot and sunny and I needed some action in Eilat but was handicapped by my inability to read or speak Hebrew.

The Little House in Baka has a rate of 200-250 shekels for 2-3 hours. You negotiate the variation in price and stay each time, as it seems to vary just a bit each time.
Fairly clean and usually available, though you cannot reserve over the phone.

I suspect, however, that your options there would be very few and far between, much like in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other conservative Islamic societies, but that is strictly a guess. Prostitution there, unlike in Israel, is illegal:

will probably run $600 to $1000 a month for a very small place. Truth be told, it will probably be closer to the higher number. Lot of people advertise locally by signs and not as much online. I was in a larger apartment (I'm in Israel a few times a year) this summer where everything (electric, arnona, internet) was $1300, but this was a special deal. Normally this would have been a little more.
As a comparison, I rented a very small place (sort of the size you are looking for) in March in Raanana. I inquired what a one month rental would be and was quoted 6720 shekels.
For a comparison between the places. In the Emek Rafaim example, the owner lives in the US and conditions were such that I could have brought as many people in and out as I liked. In the Raanana example, the owner apartment entrance was right next door to the apartment I was renting, so I would have had to be very careful bringing people in and out.
Raanana tends to have few options for people visiting that want to rent and the people that do rent collude a little to keep prices high. Jerusalem may have more options, but the P4P options are fewer than those in the greater Tel Aviv area. There are still a lot of tourists coming (at least there were in the summer) so I'm not sure you will see a big drop in prices.

The Sun Aviv Hotel on Montefiore Street in Tel Aviv rents rooms in one- and two-hour blocks. Have used the facility a few times. Two hours will run you about 200 shekels. They also take reservations: 03 517 4847

Personal favorite bar, where two floors. Upstairs has a large bar, seating will supply smoking kind. The bottom floor looks like a basement apartment of young singles - bar, pool table corners and comfortable relaxation. Really nice.
In the times I've gone there it was always full, sometimes too full and it was hard to find a seat or even a standing place. Even the music was hard to hear because the place is pretty small and most people get there mostly scribble.
Dynamic young crowd, and atmosphere is of Pick up neighborhood friendly bar. A smiling and friendly staff, as if we were neighbors ever ...

Location: Ibn Gabirol 146, Tel Aviv (in front of Basel Street)
Historical background: Lily Rose (The name is not clear), a neighborhood bar was opened before more than 3 years or so, the most northern part of Ibn Gabirol where there are not so many options to spend Lilly (since also joined the jet 2 neighbor in the northern part of the street) .

Your chances, mine or any other tourist to get something real in these pubs are close to zero. That's why I published it in the corner General info.
That does not mean there are no pretty girls looking for companie involved in these pubs, the problem is a combination of toughness of the local meat market with the flooding of many divorced men. I see it hard to compete in situations even when it not seem to matter the exploitation for alcohol or lodging at a hotel.

I assume that by freelancer clubs you mean places where you can pickup a hooker and bring her to your place for paid sex? If this is what you mean, than the only such places that I know of, are in the Far East.
Here in Tel Aviv, the common ways of getting paid sex are the "meeting apartments" and escort agencies; less common are private ladies – mostly outcalls, and some with their own location. You can sometimes get paid sex at message parlours and strip clubs, but this is rather the exception; if they are caught, than they can get fined or even lose their license.
But if you mean places with single girls that you can meet, get acquainted and eventually get laid (not paid sex, but because she likes you), then you can try your luck at any of the zillion pubs, disco's, etc. Here in Tel Aviv, same as in most live cities in the free world. On our forum you might find some information, although this is not what we are focusing on. The vast majority of women in Israel who provide the menial labor (maids, caregivers, cleaners) are not homegrown Israelis.
They are either Asian (and overwhelmingly Philippina) or Palestinian.
Around the area in Tel Aviv of the new central bus station there are a number of bars where the former congregate on nights off, especially weekends. And if I am not mistaken, there is also one in Jerusalem.
I have been contemplating for some time checking these places out as they represent, from what I can gather, a relatively untapped source of semi-pro action for the Israeli and for the visiting mongerer.
I'm simply much more into darker fruit.
My source for this pseudo-knowledge is a Philippina whom I fuck on occasion and who tells me tales of these places. She goes there with friends and it is clear that non-Asians, mostly Israelis, go there to trawl.
Asian food markets (PM me for specific addresses) have magazines which advertise these locales.

In the last couple of weeks, I've driven 3 times to the Tel Baruch area, but have found nothing. No ladies, not even one. I took a left at the Mandarin and drove all the way down to the Tel Baruch entrance (the gate) and saw nothing. I also drove on the other side of the Mandarin where Hatsok beach is and found nothing there, either. The time on was between 4 and 5pm all three times.

...I could find a place where Ethiopian and other African women congregate socially and off-hours the way Filippinas do, but I know of no such venue. If someone knows of one, please post.

My very first report/question on this Forum so please forgive any protocol breaches etc. Quick question please, last time I was in Tel Aviv (approx. 3 months ago) I was in Mike's Place as it is a great bar with good music (after a disappointing experience in my hotel, rushed service and girl did not match her internet picture. Learnt my lesson there) and was "eyed up" several times by a slightly mature but quite pretty lady who was with two other ladies, it seemed to me that she was working (in the sense that we on this Forum mean by working) but I was a bit reluctant to do anything about it for risk of making a fool of myself and not being allowed into my favourite bar during my next visit. Does anybody know if girls/ladies "work" in this bar? BTW they would leave for 30 minutes or so, and then return. Stay for a while, and then repeat. A quick search of the Form did not result in anything.
