You mention cops and there is no way she is going to risk being outed as a hooker in the Middle East, no matter where she's originally from. Also, if you had the chance to ask around, I bet many of the other dudes in your complex have already had her services at one time or another so you shouldn't be worried about what they think either. However. 10 KD was more than a bit on the low side (I think 20. 30 is the minimum here) and I think a bit of an insult to her. However, there will also be those that are here illegally who will also require your money to remain here illegally. It doesn't really matter, they have nothing on you other than you paid them for sex of which in a muslim country, the burden is on them as women to prove. It is their word against yours and if you are an American or European, your word is usually the final in this sort of situation. In Kuwait, they would be stupid to even bring the subject up amongst any legal entities here and any hooker threatening you with doing so is clearly bluffing.
