So I have been in Riyadh for a month, here's what I noticed:

Jeddah scene has a few main areas for me:
1) MassageRepublic is a bit of a minefield of fake profiles, but I have contacts of good russian / ukranian providers who offer 30 mins for 1 k. Good girls usually. Send photos over whatsapp.
2) Same above but with chinese providers are hit and miss, but again I have contacts of 2 reliable providers, though the chinese girls are generally low quality. Need to push the manager to send real photos over whatsapp, not the bait and switch ones. 700 30 minutes.
3) African girls on MR are available but (a) will always send fake photos so you have no choice but to go and see them yourself in their shitty apartment and (b) are generally pretty low quality. To date I've only seen maybe 3 african girls for this reason.
4) Tinder as one of the other members mentioned is a real struggle. But possible if you stick with it long term. Log in daily, do your swipes and keep trying.
I'm yet to try snapchat / insta but might give snapchat a go.

While swiping on Tinder, you will notice several profiles that have no information except the snap of the lady, along with a few pictures of her. You could tell from the type of pictures, what to expect in the snapchat. Your goal is to find a lady that has a snap where she shows more of herself and is ready to accept an incall date with you for an agreed upon price. Quality of the ladies vary. Some are Saudi others are not. Give it a try.
I have been trying to find good options in Riyadh without any luck so far.

Second, if you get past the scan screen you will probably not connect with an individual but with a house. Same rules as Twitter: be friendly, tell them exactly what you want, and expect a crazy initial quote. They will say something like 2,000. Say sorry, more than I am looking for. They will ask you how much you want to spend. I usually say 500-700, including anal. Will do one of three things (assuming they were ok with anal initially): can not do for less than 1,000, can do for 700, can not do. For me about 60% counter for 1,000,30% for 700 or less, and 10% just say no. Again, I only take providers who offer anal (whether I am in the mood for it or not, like to have on menu). Prices are lower for straight sex.

2) Chinese girls do exist. Yes their photos are fake as fuck off MR. I've basically stopped going because of their fakeness. Sometimes you get real chicks. I make it a point to say that if the right girl doesn't open the door, I walk. About 600/1 HR usually. Get the manager's number.
3) I wasn't into black girls when I came to KSA but there are some nice black girls off MR. Their photos are fake and most of them live in a shit part of town, but to be fair once you find a few nice girls they are kind and give good service. 400/1 h or less usually. You won't see what they look like until they open the door. Pain in the ass but that's how they roll. Be prepared to walk away and strike them off the list.

I came across a few who asked for iTunes card. The interaction with those would give a feeling that they are real independent girl compared to the Asian massage SPs. I ask them to provide a picture along with the room key of the hotel where they stay or some kind of proof that the picture is true. But so far all those never did turn up. But at the end of the day they all faulter at a simplest request to take a picture out their hotel window, describe the local area, how the weather is, fail to recognise an incorrect building if you confirm you have arrived at the destination etc.
You won't meet anyone to collect a card off you. As soon as you say you have arrived then they will ask to see a picture of the card to verify it. What they hope for is that they can convince you to either hand over the number or partially cover it enough to guess the remaining letter or digit.
I have offered 500 SAR just to meet the pimp in a lobby / shisha lounge / cafe to confirm if they are legitimate but of course nobody is there and more than likely they are not even in the middle East.

I tried my first attempt at answering MR ads in al Khobar and was quite disappointed. I got one chinese advertiser who sent me a bunch of picture of really pretty women. I knew they were going to be fakes, but I decided to give it a try. They offered a price of 400 SAR for half hour and 600 SAR for 1 hour. After getting the address and picture of the hotel to go to, they asked me to send photos of cash and myself. I took a photo of me standing in front of the mirror with the money, not showing my face or other exposed skin. That seem to satisfy them, so I messaged that I'll arrive at a certain time and they should expect to open the door for me. The woman said to message her when I arrived, and to ask the front desk of the hotel to give me the password for their wifi so I can contact her. She then said the hotel if familiar with them, telling me I should ask for a company called porceon or something like that.
I arrived at the hotel about a half mile from the Rashid mall, and the Sri Lanka guy at the front desk gives me funny looks as he enters the wifi password into my phone and I message the woman that I am in the lobby. She instructs me to go to the 4th floor, so I go up there and get let into a small 2-room apartment that had not been cleaned for about a week. The woman who let me in asked if I found her acceptable, but I showed her some of the photos sent to me and she points to two photos saying that was her. I took a closer look at the photos and saw the did resemble this woman, about 20 years and 40-50 lbs earlier.
I started to leave and she told me to wait, then she went to the other room to get the other girl to come out. Well, the other girl was finishing with a customer so the first girl herds me into her room and closes the door, leaving me alone in the room while they hustle the other customer out. The second girl comes out and she claims she was one of the girls in the pictures. I ask her age and she says she's 25. I got a chuckle out of that because she looked like one of the other pictures, but about 15-20 years later and with an additional 50 lbs.
I left and sent a message to the mamasan that none of the girls were close to the pictures she sent me. Well, her reply was to ask me to go to another hotel on the other side of the Rashid mall, where she promised I would find a really pretty girl, resending me one of the earlier pictures. I just went back to my hotel and went to sleep.
I think if someone willing to lower your standards, these chinese providers are acceptable, given they are the only ones willing to take cash. It's also interesting that the hotel front desk knows about and has seen many men come by looking for them, and willing to let a complete stranger use their wi-fi to message the women. I have a feeling they get a cut of the money above the usual monthly or weekly rent, just to play along and keep quiet. Maybe next time I'm in al Khobar, I'll buy an iTunes gift card and see if I get ripped off by one of the other advertisers. The Nigerians seem to have a lot of business there.

I've had a few experiences in Eastern Province with the Chinese providers which may be interesting if not obvious to forum members.
Finding them is easy,. Facebook pages with WhatsApp numbers offering massage services. You message them, agree a price and receive a location. Unfortunately they require a picture of your face before they send you a room number, also a picture of the cash and sometimes the location itself. The locations I've used have all been apartments which were quite dirty, they rotate and change frequently and unclear whether or not the building owners are in on it. The ladies are very rough, the more you pay the better you get. If you pay 500 SAR then you will get a real hag. Pay more and you will be more likely to get someone in their 30's and a much better service. Everything is through the mamasan on WhatsApp and if you ask to change girls then you will get sent to a different room or apartment within the building. Be prepared to walk. Just wanted to share my experiences in Saudi.
1) For girls the best source worked for me was SA (Seeking Arrangement) where I was able to shag with Saudi, Filipina, Indonesian, Indian, Pakistani, South African, Bosnian. Just send a message on whatsapp saying you have arrived at the hotel, apartment, or whatever they say they are located. They're not there, so you don't have to go to the hotel or apartment. Just tell them you have the itunes cards, and they will ask you to send them a picture of the itunes cards as "proof" you aren't lying to them. You then tell them to come outside to pick up the itunes card. When they refuse, turn the tables on them and demand they send you a picture taken from their room of the car outside the hotel. Then ask them to look outside and tell you what color shirt you are wearing. Of course, they can't do this because they are located in Nigeria or India or some other place. Just wanted to share my experiences in Saudi.
