Dhaka has a few spas like BCL, Famous, Rwanda etc where you can obtain FS, Most of these are located in Gulshan, which is a up scale area. At famous spa, got number of its agent through Skokka or Locanto etc. He guided me to; around 12 o'clock; famous spa Gulshan 2 at road no 53 beginning. For example, 5 K is regular price for massage+FS for new client. If you can maintain good relationship with the owner / manager and girls working there then you will get more service paying low. In my case I pay 3.5 K total at counter (2.5 K for massage and 1 K for FS). I know only 1 K for FS now-a-days is very low but I get full satisfaction just because of rapport. Someone even paying 4 K /5 K tips don't get the same service.
On the other hand, if you are able to pay more tips, (for example 5 K) someone like Eti at Divine will do everything including anal but GFE not guaranteed. It is well known that two guys may experience different service from the same girl paying the same amount.

After mongering in the philippines and pattaya, I want to stay away from the low quality available in Dhaka, so good information is always appreciated. A Canadian friend of mine says there are many available at this locations, just have to go there for a drink or two and make contacts.

The thing is, Niketon is a residential area, so Rajuk closed all commercial activates there. All Shops, Guest houses, Fuji Inn Hotel, etc. Are closed all on a sudden! Tipu has quickly shifted to another location at Gulshan which is save as well.
However, the reason behind my post is not only to look for a palace for myself, but also to help other mongers with information about safe places at a reasonable rate.
Would request all mongers to contribute with credible information.

Hotel is always risky compare to Spa at Gulshan / Banani. You should not plan to stay there for a long time. Rate is very cheap, collection are worst quality. I am not much of a writer more of a reader. To monger I like safe places so that I can concentrate on what I am doing. Undoubtedly Bangladesh hotels are super duper tuper expensive but the good thing is if you know how to talk you can do things in Bangladesh. I am not a regular monger but I do take quality person at quality places. Please don't ask me about my sources as I create them and give enough effort on the person to do the deed. Howeverthis is my list.
1. Platinum Suites. Banani.
2. Platinum Rsidence. Uttara.
3. Regency. Khilkhet.
4. Sea Shell residence -- Tried Once Only. It was a so so experience.
That's my list. You can always choose a room to stay for two and pay some extra to get the girl in. My personal favorites are regency and Platinum residence. I had contact in Platinum residence but sadly he has moved on to other place. And there he is not being able to help me with anything.

How about AirBnB. I have read some reviews it seems that you can get rooms where people can check in directly without any verification. Can become useful over time as we have more options.

I agree with you on Tanvir's issue. However, as the agreed arrangement didn't work out due to whatever reason, Tanvir should have given me a choice, either to go with whatever he has got with reduced rate or to reschedule the arrangement at a different date. He should have at least informed me that the girl did not arrive and he has managed someone else in a hurry.
However, I do not blame him for what he did, this is how we are, but I expected a more professional attitude form him. I took his service multiple times after that and he still calls me if he catches hold of any good bird of my type.

Celebrities are overrated. I had fun with some top tier celebrities in my earlier years, top tier as in Regular Prime Character (Nayika) in Top TV Stations.

Thanks to some seniors in this forum, I started my Dhaka trip with adil's place today. I am brown, but don't speak Bengali so the interactions are a bit awkward. However Adil was very courteous and dealt with me very well. He had 3 girls today, only 2 two were available when I went. One was better looking and other one was tall, just the way I like it. However not the best looking. Asked Adil, he said go for the tall one, which I did.
