I like the Patriots. Ever since they lost to Jim McMahon's and Refrigerator Perry's Bears in 86. Phil Simms of the Giants was great but not dynastic. I love and know New England very well. The Pats went down my rankings with deflate gate. Started to like the Pats when US magistrates ran amok hounding their owner to have visited an Asian massage parlor in Florida. What a country. Give a rich man hell for going to a happy ending massage. Impeached Clinton for lying about an affair. Evangelical preachers touting the current promiscuous clown. Oh well.

I understand your approach, Man Meat. I respect it. I think we agree that 70 US $ is no money. The question is what you get, and you value service. Go for it. In my orbit it is easy to find gals that offer a wide range of services for this money, but it is hard to get a stunner for this money. I have become more demanding, picky and elitist if you wish on the looks side. I am better if I rest a day between sexual encounters. Comes with age I guess. And I do not need to burn through many new conquests each year. As opposed to Blanci, I find very beautiful young girls crowd at the gate of patience. I can usually get them to up their service including BBFS and CIF. I do not want more.

I really would love to meet before and during Christmas, but I have business to tend to. I am in touch with Cambodian supercutie Loley and thus will be back. Keep sending reports, folks, so cool. You are doing good by enlisting this poor country's girls to work for you. Thanks.

Been sitting on the sidelines reading the recent activity on this forum, all very entertaining and kudos to the contributors. Not wanting to start a slanging match but. We have a desirable unattainable goddess who has only been with 2 men ever? Well even the author now questions themselves on that point. This is the same unattainable almost virginal goddess with a cleanly shaven pussy who inserts fingers in guys bums. Cmon?? Really.

Somewhat sceptical here.

Keep punting!! DingoD.

We have a desirable unattainable goddess who has only been with 2 men ever? The majority of men like exclusivity so if the female likes to play that role. It makes for good times.

Also it has some truth to it, she can mean she been with 2 lovers & now she is about to summersalt into the greatest love story.

In this histrionic pro-social fantasy she can drain 1000's of men out of their excess emotional / financial resources & satisfy her histrionic needs in the same time.

Punter non-sexual needs are nurtured, its too real to be fake. Normal girls can't pull it off, so punter returns & gets hooked. As long as it doesn't end in marriage, its always a great love story.

There are peculiarities in Cambodia. I seek to elucidate them. My report is a far cry from fiction. As other contributors mention, there is a tiered system of butterflies. Some simply do not make themselves available. Some mates on the Cambodia blog underappreciated the situation there. Generally speaking, Khmer public culture appreciates virginity until marriage and ladies who are reticent. There is a relaxed attitude about discrete, paid sex, but certainly not when your own daughters are concerned. A whopping one half of the population is below 22 years of age. They write and speak a medieval language. The script comes from India. It is senselessly difficult. There is grinding rural poverty and a high degree of illiteracy even in the Pnomh Penh red light district. Just show them your smart phone to read the Cambodian side of google translate. Some girls will ask you to play the sound because they cannot read their hieroglyphs. Many rural girls are so simple that they cannot open a bank account. All their possessions they carry with them, because they live in so-called "lend-rooms", 4 to 8 chicks at a time. Whatever they have in surplus they give to their families. You would think the girls want to better their lot, but the fact is: Many just live for a number of years in the district, enjoy the warm weather and the glitter, the pocket cash, the attention by the tourists and mongers, and squander their time in Western eyes. Perpetual ennui. But these Khmer flowers exist. I have helped a few to open a bank account and to get computer literate. I am by no means the most prolific monger, but I wager to claim that the vibe in Cambodia is unique. The butterflies treasure health, discretion and money, in that order. The girl I befriended is real and quite inexperienced, a known known. Whether every aspect of what she said is exactly true I cannot say for certain. But it is conceivable all she stated is true. If it was not, it would not matter. We spent several hours alone. I am never rushed or forward or brute, but a strong persuader nevertheless. To use two hands the way they have been for ages is easy to teach and it worked to some spectacular finishes. Amen.

The very first Patriots game I ever watched. I remember I was 15 years old and watched it on a crusty 14 inch TV with cigarette burns all over the TV set!. I can go on and on but, I am a Patriot fan for life. As for Khmer bar girls, I apologize for being abrasive. My thing is, your in Cambodia, it's a poor country, you have a TON of options, choices, and, the abundance of women who would fly heads over heels to cater to your needs. Never EVER settle. I would NEVER pay $70 USD for a bargirl for short time. Of course, it is your money and your rules and you can spend it however you wish.

Really cool musings. I would say my post passes any reverse Turing test. Cannot be fabricated and is not fabricated. Refridgerator with a "the". Sorry. I placed a bet against the Patriots in 86 on the outside periphery of the betting board. This means I bet the Bears would kill the Pats and knew that placing the bet on the open ended max score would greatly increase my odds. I won about what I spent 33 years later on a memorable short term gig in Pnomh Penh. The Bieber sings "Never say never." ManMeat. Histrionic is a mouthful of a word, nice. A sequel shall follow in 2020. Happy mongering.

Well, I didn't have much time to explore the various scenes in PP so I just headed off to the streets that have been listed already. I had a good wonder around at first and, despite it being a Friday night (around 11 pm), the bars looked a little quiet. Girls sat outside waving you in, but no punters. Just one or two guys inside at the bar. Mostly, my experience of these bars were that the girls were there simply to get you to buy them lady drinks. No real intention of being bar-fined and going out.

There were a few nightclubs, which seemed a little busier, but I just can't see the point of these places. I mean, how can you pick someone with a bit of chemistry if it's too loud to have some banter?

Anyway, after a bit of hit-and-miss I ended up at "The Corner Bar". This seemed a little more relaxed with inside and outside table seating and various girls milling around rather than uniformed bar girls. However, the girls that are dressed to kill and catch your eye the most are really just stringing you along to buy them lady drinks. The other girls, dressed in jeans and a little plainer were much less pushy for lady drinks. I guess that's what I liked, you could sit back talk to a few and then pick the one you want before getting into the lady drinks routine One thing that struck me is that the Khymer girls are a little hard on the outside, but once you spend a little time and break that shell, they are just as attentive and sweet as Thai, Pinays etc I guess the same can be said of Viets. It took me a couple of hours to zero in on a nice slender, but shy lady. After a bit of negotiation I managed to bar fine her and agreeing $60 LT. The rates are generally $60ST and $80 LT. So I guess this was a good deal.

Hotel was no problem and she really loosened up after some foreplay. LT meant no rushing and we could both relax and build up to some great sex. Again, I think Khymer girls need a bit more time to warm up than their other Far East counterparts.

Learnings for me are that it's best to negotiate time rather than cash at these rates, Corner Bar is best place for a pick-up and just be a little more patient and you'll be rewarded.

Cheers, SW.

Cheers, SW.Nice report. Agree that Cambos are sweet and give a real GFE once they warm to you. Not many give a PSE but having toured the asian circuit for a few years now my days of clocking up numbers are over. More into hunting to find the ones that give more bang for my bucks. Still a hit and miss game but in PP the low number of punters to girls makes it more a hit I think. Yes a lot of the girls will only want drinks but sometimes a little investment over a few days can lead to a hit. My experience of late has been to look in a few bars and find one that I have an interest in. I buy her a few drinks and then move to another bar and do the same thing. Depending on the night I may go back to one I have already been in or try another. After being seen in the bars for a few days I am amazed how different the girls are when they see you again. Considering the cost of drinks in PP it is not an expensive thing at all. I now have a few regulars from a number of bars and of course continue to hunt for backups if my regulars have gone back to their province. So a little patience can work however it does depend on what time you have to spend and whether you want to get numbers up or are looking for more than just a lay. Each to their own.

I am back there at the end if January and am looking forward to it.

Happy Hunting.

Just arrived in Phnom Penh and checked in to the 5 star Palace Gate Hotel ans Resort. As I always do, I contacted the hotel before booking regarding occassional visitors amd got the following reply:

"Regarding to your concern, I would like to inform that there is no extra charge for occasional guest. Yet please be Inform the reception when you expect friends visit in your room and must leave their passport at reception if they stay overnight.

If you require any further information, please feel free to contact me at anytime!

I thought, so far so good and booked a suite for 4 nights. Now I am told, that only (!) passports are a accepted but national ID cards are not! It is hotel policy. So I can only bring a girl, if she has a passport. I am pursuing this hobby for over 30 years, but has never been tricked this way, as I belive my mail with my qiestion was quite obvious and the answer was intentionally misleading!

What would you guys do? Are there short time rooms in and around the rld! Especially street 136?

Especially street 136?You are obviously scammed by this hotel, but they will of course hide behind the rather misleading reply they sent you. I would have contacted the manager on site and explained it all to him / her. Politely ask them to refund you if you have paid already and find a new hotel. If not successful I would have told him you will post bad comments / reports of the hotel on Tripadvisor or similar web pages. That normally helps! When I was there a few months ago I am sure some bargirls told me they had rooms upstairs for boom-boom. But I can not remember the name of these bars, sorry. Good luck to you! One advise; stay away from the 5 star hotels. They are not worth the extra charge and they normally have a strict policy regarding "working girls". There are many 3 and 4 stars hotel with excellent value for money.

Anyone around in PP during Christmas?

Does it affect much on bar activities there?

I will be around Dec 20-28.Business as usual, Christmas is a non event for Cambodians.

Thanks SreyMun, I saw that mentioned in forum. I will definitely be carrying only what I need and have and eye on it when possible. A little trick I learned is putting set amounts of cash ex $100 in the little change envelops you get from the bank and sealing them that way you can know if it's been tampered with don't have to pull out a whole wad of bills to take out a a few bills. Some extra bulk but a good measure of security.Still. Be careful. There's an urban myth about Cambodian ATM's giving out fake notes, but according to my info it'll be the cleaner, the girl, or the cashier swapping the notes. If you pay with a hundred in a bar you've never been before, recall the last numbers of the serial. If the cashier will make an attempt to claim you paid with a fake you've got some ammo to hit them back.

There are literally dozens of guesthouses which thrive on P&P, 10 us $ an hour. Every tuk tuk driver knows. Bring 50 US $ cash notes to Cambodia. The 5 star hotel posture is ludicrous. Threaten with Tripadvisor. Happy hunting. Wish I was there.

Was that for all night or even a short visit? If it was for all night, you knew that going in. If it was for even a short visit, did you show them the E-mail you were sent? Did you contact the person who sent it to you to tell the front desk to abide by what he told you? If you did and he did nothing, then they did lie to you and you should demand a refund, and if they won't give it, tell them that you will dispute the charge on your credit card and leave a negative review on the Internet.

As someone said below, I tend to avoid 5 and even 4 star hotels in cities where I intend to bring girls back to my room.

Hotels are dirt cheap near Street 136 and I doubt any of them are not girl friendly. Book another room when you have a girl.

To require a passport and not elaborating on it is willful negligence on the part of the hotel and likely illegal in Cambodia. Passport holders are those who travel abroad. It is a paid-for document. The Cambodian ID, on the other hand, is for free. It is mandatory. It carries a picture. It is the universal agent of identification in Cambodia. "Nation, religion, king" is the printed motto. It entails a chip. The hotel perfectly knows that they discriminate against Cambodian female company with this policy. They must state this to the customer. Reckless against customer and country, as paid legal age romanticism is one of the development straws of neglected Cambodia. Give the hotel hell. No good sobs.

Day 1.

I arrived to Phnom Penh two days ago from the Philippines for a Christmas break. My flight went via KL and I gladly had booked a Business Class flight from KL to PP as the flight was delayed nearly two hours so I was just relaxing at the lounge. Anyway I arrived late at my hotel (Monsoon Boutique Hotel on 130st) and since I woke up pretty early, I was totally exhausted and just went out to buy some necessities like beer and cigarettes. I did notice that there were not much tourists around although it was a Friday night and during the short walk trip I was almost forcefully taken to several bars by tens of girls sitting outside of each bar. Some girl grabbed my dick on the street when walking back to a hotel and many were shouting and asking for my room number. I had a moment eyeing the traffic from my balcony and went to sleep.

Day 2.

I woke up in the morning sweaty as the A/C was busted (this seem to be quite normal at Monsoon hotel based on its Tripadvisor reviews).

Went down for breakfast which was basically a scrambled egg, bacon and coffee for USD5 (you have some other options to choose also). I complained about the A/C and went out for a walk. Had my lunch in Cheers Sports Bar which used to be Paddy Rice if I am not mistaken, it served mediocre quite odd tasting green chili but I managed to get it down. Then I went back to the hotel to wait for the aircon repair guy who came at the afternoon just to tell me that it can't be fixed. Hotel management told me that they could transfer me to their partner hotel Vacation Boutique on 136st but I opted to stay as it was kind of late already and it was not that hot inside the room, I just asked for a stand fan.

During the day I tried to download some hookup apps like Tinder, Badoo, WeChat, Skout and Zalo but had little to none success on those.

Monsoon Boutique is conveniently next to Angry Birds bar so I went down and straight in around 10 PM, and the place had two customers inside. Two ladies followed me back in and the other one was quite cute, she was 26 years old and her sister also works at the bar. So I chatted with her that night until 12:30 AM or so and she seemed to be very nice and I felt that we had a good chemistry. Some chubby lady came later during the night and she was forcefully kissing my cheek several times, I got a little pissed and asked her to stop and she left. There was also some issue with an older gentleman which bar fined or girl (or at least she changed her clothes) and there was some argument when I was at the toilet, the older gentleman left and seemed to be angry about something. I was getting tired and asked for a bill. I never mentioned a bar fine as it was not my intention but automatically when I was asking for a bill this girl said that her aunt died and she needs to go home (which was obviously a story to avoid possible bar fine). Anyway I felt a bit like cheated at that moment and would not probably go there again on this trip. My damage was USD25 for several hours of drinking. Not bad. I hit the bed and for Sunday I will change my hotel for one night at NagaWorld.

Not bad.I'm still unable to grasp this new PP concept that the girls are at bars only to drink and not to be barfined. I'm assuming half of the $25 drinks at the bar were yours so that leaves $12.50 total for the girl's drinks. The bar will take at least half of this so let's say the girl has made a grand total of $6.25 for sitting with you for several hours. If she did ST she could make $30-40. LT $40-70. Doesn't add up to me.

Now from a bar's perspective a nice looking girl can bring in much more money for drinks than getting a measly $10 barfine for the girl being gone for 1.5 hours or even all night. Maybe upping the barfine to $20 or $25 would compensate the bar more fairly if you take away one of their top money makers.

Plus you haven't factored in the x number of sponsors sending her money or expats living there who support her.

Woke up in the morning around 7 AM and went down for a breakfast again, same set of shit but with extra crispy bacon. I asked them to burn it really well LOL. I hate floppy bacon as much as you hate floppy willy when its time to play, you just got to have it hard and crispy. Packed my bags and upon leaving I was kindly told that since the aircon did not work, all my room bills are settled and considered free. That's a nice gesture but I might not book this hotel again.

I took Grab to NagaWorld 2, it came as a Lexus SUV and cost USD2.

Check in was a breeze but of course I went first wrongly to Naga 1 as it was not stated in my booking. It is quite a hike with luggage from Naga 1 to 2, but a portier assisted me so no worries. It really takes 5 minutes at least to stroll through the underground passage through tax free branded shops. They charge deposit os USD100 a day in Naga 2 which is quite a lot, breakfast is USD12 if bought during check in and USD15 if bought in the morning. I ate lunch in the Italian restaurant at Naga 1 second floor and food was great. At night I noticed that I could see about 50 girls within 150 m in Zalo, they were all quoting USD200 for a night until morning but went immediately down to USD150 and this was around 9 PM. I went to the lobby lounge and watched the world go by, slowly zipping a bottle of white wine and saw about 5 or 6 girls at the bar counter and more strolling around nearby. I took one lady with me and agreed USD100 for a price until morning and the time was around 11 AM. While walking back to Naga 2 you could see a dozen of ladies at the underground guarding that no one can pass by without taking them with too. Also some girls were womanning the food court tables near escalator to Naga 2 reception. Now I am not sure, but you can probably take the elevator from LG directly to your room without walking pass the reception, but I used the escalator so no one at the reception really minded about us. This girl was 22 years old, claimed to be Korean which I didn't really believe, probably Cambodian. She was maybe 165 cm with heels and really white, cute face and great to talk with. I will skip the night part, but service was great and she left at the same time when I went to have a breakfast.

Day 4.

Breakfast at Naga 2 was nice with great selection and I think for USD12 it is worth it compared to USD5 scrambled eggs and bacon on the previous hotel. I checked out at 11 AM (they have USD100 penalty per hour if you are late) and took a Grab to Lux Riverside Hotel on 136st which will be my station for the next 5 nights. I got a nice one bedroom apartment with balcony and washing machine / kitchen for about USD240 including breakfast. Not bad. And now the time is 2 PM and it is time to look for some lunch.

You haven't grasped this concept as you haven't factored in the fact Cambodians are not enterprising or mercantile people so they don't think about things like maximising their profits / time, so drinking and not fcking for a few hours to make 6 usd multiplied by 3-4 other guys willing to do the same thing = 20-30 usd which is more than enough for her daily expenses.

Plus you haven't factored in the x number of sponsors sending her money or expats living there who support her.Atta boy. At close inspection, the theory of homo economics, the ever rational, economically maximising (wo) man does not hold in the West and it certainly does not hold in Cambodia. The pretty girls fork up facebook friends and some will send 50 US $ or so by Western Union or World Remit etc. Every once in a while. When down and out, the pretties can easily go with men short time, but many will not. Patience, money, game and their assessment of your material caliber help. The girls who can speak English can go upscale as Mutant experienced. Darlin Darlin and other venues. Darlin Darlin is over air conditioned, beware, more an igloo than a dance bar.

Just arrived in Phnom Penh and checked in to the 5 star Palace Gate Hotel ans Resort. As I always do, I contacted the hotel before booking regarding occassional visitors amd got the following reply: "Regarding to your concern, I would like to inform that there is no extra charge for occasional guest.

Especially street 136?I fail to see a scam, but I see a loser who ignores seems to have deliberately ignored clear directions and rules, and is now crying foul. Did you try smiling and persuading the hotel staff? Did you offer incentive?

You are obviously scammed by this hotel, but they will of course hide behind the rather misleading reply they sent you. Some good advice and some bad, IMHO. You are right about cheap ST hotels and some bars having rooms. LE Cyrcee is one such bar.

Leaving a review on Trip Advisor means nothing to these folks. They deal with all kids of customers all year long.

Wish I was there.Threaten is probably not the word one would use in such circumstances. Remember you are a guest in a foreign country and your Western values and ways of life mean absolutely nothing here.

Who told you you couldn't bring a girl without a passport? The front desk? Was that for all night or even a short visit? If it was for all night, you knew that going in. If it was for even a short visit, did you show them the E-mail you were sent? Did you contact the person who sent it to you to tell the front desk to abide by what he told you? If you did and he did nothing, then they did lie to you and you should demand a refund, and if they won't give it, tell them that you will dispute the charge on your credit card and leave a negative review on the Internet.Opening a dispute on the card charge won't get too far, he has no case for argument. The hotel has communicated in writing that they need a passport. Where is the dispute then? Review on a the internet? What are you going to complain about? Every hotel gets a poor review once in a while, its water off a duck's back for these guys.

They responded the girl needed a passport, not a National ID card. The hotel did not trick you imo if your intentions were for the girl to stay all night. As someone said below, I tend to avoid 5 and even 4 star hotels in cities where I intend to bring girls back to my room. Hotels are dirt cheap near Street 136 and I doubt any of them are not girl friendly. Book another room when you have a girl.Best advice I have seen so far. Just cut your losses and move on. You are on a holiday, you do not want to burden yourself with this setback.

It has been a while since I stayed there. There is a decent dinner time buffet at the casino. All you need to do is go to the host desk and ask for it. They do not check if you a gambler or not. Actually I had a girl with me and we went for that every night free. Girl liked it because it is half Cambo and half western.

Arrived from SG by around 1 pm. Cruised through immigration, baggage claim, SIM card (Metfone for $5, unlimited internet). Booked a Passapp ride to the Point Boutique Hotel on Street 130, checked-in and settled in by 2 pm. Let the games begin.

As I mentioned in some previous posts, killing time in the afternoons in PP (if you are not into art, literature, religion and such noble pursuits) can be challenging or unhealthy (you could sit and drink! So I usually call in some tried and tested girls from my roster to keep company in the sweltering heat till it is conducive to step out in the open. Of course, the occasional walk to the massage shop, or the laundry or a restaurant should be discounted.

So, every afternoon I had one girl from a reliable list I have built up over time. Of course, this time I had the pleasure of meeting 3 other BMs on ground, and we had an absolute blast together. Thanks guys, you know who you are! Now on to the reporting.

For food, here are my picks:

1. O La La on St 136 still has a good menu and though the prices are a tad on the higher side, I find the quality of food quite good.

2. Harry's is great for the specials. Beer is cheap at $1 and it is a great place to watch sports of any kind. The Khmer food at Harry's is terrible though.

3. On the Corner near St 130 (the original) is absolutely fantastic, but the time they take to serve food can be a buzzkill, especially when you are famished.

4. On the Corner 2 near St 144 is also good, and I think they have the most comprehensive menu in that part of town.

5. If you like Asian far, Noodle House on the corner of St 136 and St 5 is fantastic.

6. If you prefer high end cuisine, head to the Independence Monument area; several places there. I visited Ngon and Malis. Google for location. Both are remarkable. Ngon is not really expensive either.

7. If you like craft beer and good bunch of sides / mains / BBQ head to Botanico on St 29 near Independence Monument. Highly recommended.

Now for the bars:

1. Street 136 still rules the roost for being the busiest street for hobbyists. Bars to note are Alaska, Tokyo, Xanadu. Bars to give a pass are all others. I think I saw some of the worst lookers at Pussycat, Sweet Lemon and 69 Bar. Some other bars like I Get You, Sahara, Route 136, Tiger, etc. Have at least 1 decent looking girl, but that is about it. Zero choice. Military Bar is the best place to play pool, don't expect girls here.

2. Street 130 is next on the list. Angry Birds, Intoxica, Honeypot, Dragonfly, Loco, Splash, Blue Bird and OneThreeSix are all quite good. On a couple of nights there was no place to sit at Angry Birds and Intoxica.

3. Street 5 is the biggest loser on this list. We must have peeked into at least a dozen or so bars here. Found one bar with a couple of decent girls. There is one place with twins working in the same bar. Could be interesting.

4. Street 118 and Street 110 are completely passable.

5. Street 104 is no better or worse off than my last visit. Airforce was fantastic on all 3 nights I visited. Boss Bar, OneZeroFour, Top Ten, Nana Bar, Marine Bar all have decent talent, but nothing outstanding.

6. There were a gaggle of other bars we peeked into around the St 172, St 178 and St 51 areas. Nothing to really write home about, except for a totally non-descript bar on St 178, next to Royal Sarowan Hotel, just before hitting Norodom Blvd if approaching from the Riverside. The bar has no name. There are probably half a dozen girls here, most of them a bit mature but very well put together and fairly smart. If you are an older gent looking for some company along with some fun, this might be a good place to poke around.

Other places:

1. Among clubs Pontoon is still alive and kicking. Went there 2 nights, returned with a prize on one of the nights. Among the best picks of this trip.

2. Places like DOS and Paradise were closed, maybe we got there late - 1 am on Thursday.

3. Casa Nightclub & KTV near what Phnom is shut down for good.

4. Wanted to visit Soul Golden KTV, but could not find the time.

5. Did not visit Darlin Darlin this time.

6. The KTVs on Street 118 are a waste of time.

My Hotel:

I will never stay again at Point Boutique. The fridge in the room kept stopping, the aircon takes forever to cool, the balcony is an apology and cannot accommodate a single grown man, the water supply was cut off on one day without warning, etc. Too many fuckups to given them a second chance. No problems, plenty of other places offering better value for the money I paid there. $40 a night.

So that is it. I hope it makes for informative reading for all you fine folks. Keep going!

DAY 3.

I took one lady with me and agreed USD100 for a price until morning and the time was around 11 AM..If you were not staying at Nagaworld — like I'm not — what would you suggest as a plan for a US man economically pulling a lady out of there? Where would you go and about what time? That set up seems huge! And many different venues within the complex.

I took one lady with me and agreed USD100 for a price until morning and the time was around 11 AM..Day 4 continuation.

I ate lunch at Harry's, killer salmon meal and drowned some beers and spend a little time there. Waitresses were nice and giggly.

I kind of like my apartment in Lux Riverside with own balcony, washing machine and even a kitchen if you would like to cook.

I started my Monday night at Honeypot, which was pretty much empty as only I myself and another guy were the only customers at around 10 PM. I chatted with a 25 y old half Cambodian and half Vietnamese girl with shorter colored light hair until the shoulder. She seemed nice but we did not have any chemistry at all, this girl was not really attentive and I nearly had to force her to talk.

After an hour I went to Corner Bar at 136st, there were a lot of customers and also a lot of girls. In the minute when you step in, the worst lookers will try to push themselves to you and block the view to others.

The bar had few larger group of Chinese who already took all the best girls, but I found two ladies to drink with (its always funnier with two, but also more expensive). I think that I stayed there until around 1 AM and even ordered food from Ostro Bistro across the street. I had great time and managed to receive a bill of USD102 and it was all correct. I took with me the other girl I was drinking with that night, we seemed to sync better.

We took a short 2 minutes walk to Lux Hotel and the guy at the reception were sleeping, or pretend to be sleeping. We never talked about money with the girl, and even in the morning when she was leaving I was asking how much do I owe her and she did not say anything. I gave her USD50 and she seemed to be more than happy.

By the way, the barfine was USD12 at Corner bar and it is much more quit to sit on the second floor and you can see many interesting things if sitting at the balcony. For my eye there were many girls working (around 30-40) and on my opinion some of them are minors. I was really bothered by 2 girls. Although when I asked the other one she said that the age is 21 and even showed an ID, but that was not the same girl in the ID picture. I would really be careful to check ID's of girls that you choose, and if they look too young to you, choose someone else. You don't want to get into troubles in PP.

DAY 5.

I had really much too many drinks on last night and felt like dead until the late afternoon. Had a breakfast at the hotel and few extra coffees and Cheers, but otherwise spend the day by recharging myself.

I just went out to walk to buy few refreshments from the nearby store, ate a small meal at O La La and walked also to a tiny and hot small pizza shop run by an Italian fellow 4 blocks away from 136st. I bought pepperoni pizza and brought it with me to my hotel. It was great, I would recommend to visit there if you are into Italian food from pastas to pizzas. The name was Genova DELI Shop and Trattoria near Kandal market.

Certainly a good report from Blanci. Busy barhopper, I don't have those guts in such a short time. Just cannot do it. KTV on 118 are only good if you bring your conquest. To find a girl there. Forget it. But 118 is close to the center of the district, KTV are cheap. It is a good way to socialize and mellow your conquest, especially if you are a decent singer. Thanks again. Keep posting.

Just terrible customer service there all week I was there.2 months ago I stayed 2 nights in the Lavanya hotel near LE Cyrcee.

The room was not bad with a very comfy bed, nice bathroom, good tv with lots of channels and very new AC (but it's small though) and I think the location is good also.

I think it was the first night I bought some soy milk and put it in the fridge, next day when I woke up the milk was not even cold, that's when I realized there was a problem with that fridge (but I thought it was only in my room).

I went down to the reception and the girl told me that the fridge in this place are working like at 60 percent (I thought wtf is a fridge working only at 60 percent) and told her to change me that fridge.

They just sent a girl to check it, she checked the back of the fridge, went outside, came back, checked it again and said it work. She took a coke can out the fridge and said "cold". It was barely colder than the temperature of the room. At that point I knew I would get nothing out of it and all the management already knew there is a problem with the fridges.

Then when I went in the bathroom I saw many of the items written "Point Boutique hotel" on it. It instantly reminded me of your post about the Point hotel having all their fridges out of service.

Next day I was out of that place just because of that fridge (don't know how they think they can get away with it for a room that they charge more than 30 dollars per night).

First trip to PP from 13 Dec (late) until 16 Dec. Stayed at NAGA World 2 for a reasonable $50.00 per night. Had an upscale room which was fine although a bit small. Nice view looking out at the traffic circle.

Was with some Korean friends and met up with some factory people who live and work there. Was actually there mostly for business. My Korean friends were golfers and spent the 14th and 15th playing golf.

My friends had been there before but had never been to any of the bar streets. At my urging, one of them and I went to Street 130 for a little while Sunday afternoon. Had a beer and some pizza at a corner restaurant. Beer and pizza were quite good. Waitress, while not one I would take out, was cute and fun. Looks like some fun to be had in the bars with the girls.

As a note, I am not a bar or massage parlor type person, and am 79 years old, (am told I look about 60 or so.). My preferred take out agenda is the KTV's. Normally sit two and maybe take one or both depending upon chemistry.

In the evening we met up with the factory people and were taken to a KTV in another part of town. There was no sign or lights to indicate it was KTV or even open. (Sorry I don't know the name or location). A line up of 30 to 40 girls of which several were quite nice. Ended up going there for both nights.

First night sat two and wanted to take one. However the one I wanted was a ONE SHOT and could not go for all night. The other girl was more than willing but declined because I had already decided on the one I wanted and went back to hotel alone. Played a bit of table games and off to bed.

Second night same KTV without our factory people. More girls and chose my two to sit. Evening progressed and found out the more desirable of the two was wearing no panties and I was quite free to roam. The other girl said she wanted to make it a twosome but as she was not that great in the KTV I guessed she wouldn't get better later. Took no panties home for an enjoyable night.

Left me wondering that maybe with this KTV there was more to be seen? NO lights, No sign, and a bit hidden away. Girl with no underwear and others with very sexy outfits. Maybe if played right could be a naked KTV?? Well when and if get to go back I intend to find out.

The PP thread plays two leagues higher these days. Thanks to all. T'is the season of love and blessings.

We were with a local who knew the details. We were also in a Tuk Tuk and even with the local Tuk Tuk he had trouble finding it. If I can get more info I will post it.Thank you, appreciate the effort if you can get more details. This forum needs more information than the standard run around the riverside bars and a handful of freelancer nightclubs.

To find that and alike KTV, ask any tuk tuk driver for "romantic KTV" and "KTV with girls". He will understand and get you there for a few bucks. Line up of 30 to 40 . Maybe there is only one karaoke-equipped girl repository that big. I like Mr Clen's report. Apparently I have decades to go having fun. Never had the no panties experience. Neat. Let us hope neatly trimmed. Some friends and biz associates I take to karaoke ask me sometimes whether I was a professional pop singer in younger years. I was not, more a choir boy than anything. But I know half the damn (English language) catalogue. I like KTV and can light up any evening with a mike.If I had to go to any KTV I would do just that. Ask a tuk tuk guy to take me there. But this was a specific question about a specific place that the BM went back to by himself on Day 2. Even if I did find the same KTV described by the BM, how would I know unless I had a name or location coordinates?

As for chicks wearing no panties, that is not uncommon even in the riverside bars. On my trip I remember 2 bars where there was at least 1 girl who did not wear panties. How do I know? Well, she flashed her bare pussy at us while we were seated in the bar. Honeypot and Sahara.

But that has a large KTV sign. If Mr Clen cannot name the coordinates, I can ask my tuk tuk chauffeur in the second half of January. There is likely but one such large venue in PP.

There was one girl in Tiger that didn't wear a panty during the first night I met her. The second time I asked her if she was wearing one and she said "yes but I can go and take it off if you like". She just went in toilets and came back without panties. It made our "relationship" a bit more fun.

There was also another funny girl in a street 5 bar that liked to not wear panties sometimes.

If Mr Clen cannot name the coordinates, I can ask my tuk tuk chauffeur in the second half of January. There is likely but one such large venue in PP.There are several big places. For instance here is one I spotted on Samdach Sothearos Boulevard (3). Massive place. All signage outside in Chinese.

Then there is Champs Elysee KTV, Coloso KTV, Price, Cobra Gold, etc. But then most of these places are rip offs. That is why I asked for specific information. No worries, there are plenty of fish in the ocean really.

If Mr Clen cannot name the coordinates, I can ask my tuk tuk chauffeur in the second half of January. There is likely but one such large venue in PP.As my report did get a couple responses I will try to add a bit more information. The location is near a large intersection and is not really on any main street, but kind of around the corner. A couple TukTuk sitting outside on this quite narrow street. There is no sign of any kind. Up a few steps into a small lobby and then an elevator to the 3rd or 4th floor.

Although the sound system was OK, the room was not great. Very small. They had the "book" to chose from for the songs which I happen to like because I never can find the songs I want on the video selection machines. We drank the local hooch mixed with? Was OK but just. The sit fee was $25.00 and I probably overpaid ($100) for all night. I always pick for all night even if I send them home after a few hours with all night pay. Not being a young man, I don't like to feel rushed and tend to take a long time to finish. Most girls tend to like that and several "O" makes them happy. (And I believe I am able to tell fake from real, at least most of time).

I do most of my KTV outings in China and there the sit fee is $60 to $75 and LT $200 or more. So compared, Cambodia is a lot less. Maybe next time, (if there is a next time), I will try to negotiate prices a bit better.

I have experienced the Sauna and Massage parlors (only couple of times) in China and have seen just a bit of the bar street in PP. But my own preference is not to be the next in line for some quick in and out. So while I would probably enjoy the fun of the bar street, I doubt if I would ever take one out.

You were not scammed, you're simply a dumbass. The hotel could not have been any more clear as to their passport requirement. What part of guests must leave a passport at the front desk do you not understand?LOL. Quite straightforward and tough, but it hits the nail on the head very well.

MrClen

Well, as an example, there are countries on this planet like Switzerland or Germany, where a quarter of the population or more holds passports. Not so in Cambodia. The hotel surely understood the background of the question of our mate and replied in a facetious way to dodge the negative answer. In Cambodia, if you show your ID, usually you may pass. That the hotel raises the bar without making it known to the customer. Clearly a violation of Cambodian consumer protection law. But never mind, call your mates idiots, I have been called worse and have fared very well in life nonetheless. Will be in PP later this month and follow up on some of Blanqui's leads. Thanks for sharing, mates.I just returned from PP and stayed at Naga World. No problem bringing girls, just took them to room. Did not stop at desk.

Did you pull from within NagaWorld? I would love to hear your pointers!Nagaworld has plenty of freelancers. At least Nagaworld 1 does. I have never set foot into Nagaworld 2.

When you enter and walk straight, past the slot machines on your right you will see a sort of a largish sunken lobby at the far end. This is the 'coffee shop' area where there are always well put together women sitting by themselves or in groups of 2-3. They are all working women. Don't be fooled by their attire. Go and talk to any one you fancy there, it will be down to business in less than a minute usually.

Alternately, before you reach the coffee shop make a detour to the left, and walk past the blackjack tables on your right till you see Darlin Darlin on your left. That is the famed nightclub in Nagaworld. Great band, every night. $6 for a small pint of Heineken draft. All the girls inside are working, make you moves with the one you fancy.

Best time to visit Naga for fishing is between 10 pm to midnight, after which the crowd starts thinning out. Some Naga girls might hit Pontoon later around 2 am, after they have finished a ST or after dinner. Some might be there just to hang out while some others might be available for takeout.

Prices are Naga start $100 for ST and upwards. You might even get higher quotes but rarely will you find someone will to go for below $100, even if you are Brad Pitt. Good luck.

I went to Cyrcee last night a little after 9p. Unlike the other Phnom Penh bars, there are No girls sitting outside. Upon entering I was immediately surrounded by about 22 girls. They All looked eager too. This was a First, in all my travels, to be surrounded like that. I've had presentations with many ladies, but this was next level! After I picked one, I noticed that there was only 1 other guy there. All the girls kept looking my way, They were hungry. One approached and suggested 2 girls. My girl told me that business was slow and they had no customers the night before. My girl passed my interview and just before we were ready to leave for a ST, 8 young Japanese guys entered.

I was interested in checking out the short time hotel Cyrcee uses about half a block away. $7 gets you a basic room with shower, tv, a/c and bed. My girl didn't disappoint, she quickly disrobed to reveal a curvy 24yr old body with no baby damage. I had chosen well in that regard. There was lots of eye contact during the BBBJ. My only con: she wasn't vocal, not until I started missionary. And one other thing: she had Bush, Not a jungle, LOL, but not a strip either. I can't recall when I last had a girl with Bush.

After we finished, we returned to Cyrcee, I was surpised, as Now there were just a handful of women available. The 8 young Japanese dudes had taken 10 women, and there were about 4 guys in the bar. The knock on Cyrcee is that the girls aren't that very attractive. I found the line up decent. There's much variety in this line up. I'll be back to sample so more. Cyrcee has a $10 Barfine. The Girls want $50 ST, up to 2hrs. YMMV. Draft beer $1.50, Lady drink is $3.50. All pricing is in USD.

The other knock on Cyrcee, (maybe,) is that the girls aren't interested in getting drinks, they're more interested in being taken out. (This could be Good or Bad.) I didn't feel rushed by my girl, she wasn't a clock watcher, but I felt the session ended to soon. After we finished she quickly got up, showered and got dressed. Understandably, she wants to return to the bar and get another ST, I get it.

After Cyrcee, I went to Exotica around 12a, surprisingly no girl followed me in and none approached me in the bar. However, It was busy. One drink and I bounced to Angry Birds next door. Again no girl followed me in. But I was approached by no girl in the bar. After one drink I left and walked down 130St and 136St. No girls called out for me to enter their bar. But earlier they had. So, I guess I'll have to hit these places earlier.

The key point here is that Cyrcee is primarily a brothel, while places like Intoxica and Angry Birds are primarily BARS. An owner of several bars in the riverside area claims that nearly 50% of clientele visit only for drinks and some fun with the girls, with zero intention of taking any girl out.

I would say the best time to hit the riverside bars are between 8 pm and 11 pm. Of course YMMV. One of the best girls I found on this recent trip was around 1. 30 am from a bar on Street 130.

Last time I was there (October 2019) I still paid 40 dollars. I know some guys are saying that these girls go on ST for 25 but it never happened with me in each of my visits.

Most of the time the service was not very good in my experience. I always had to insist to get what I wanted (and I talk about basic stuffs like DFK or DATY).

Nowadays I go there just once during my trip and don't bother going back because I always receive the same type of service.

If I want to check out the girls inside the bar first and I don't see any to my liking I will go back outside and ask the girl I like outside to come in for a drink. The girl is not going to say no. If I see someone I like already with a customer in the bar I will make eye contact with her and let her know I'm interested. Then it's up to her to stay with her current customer or come to me. This applies to all bars including Thailand gogo bars.

You are correct to hit the bars earlier. No need to wait for a girl to entice you to go in a bar before you consider entering it. Always free to walk in and out of bars.

Thanks for your review. The bar you visited at midnight is Intoxica. Agree Le Cyrcee doesn't usually have lookers but always worth checking out because every once in a while you will find a gem in there. The girls are hurting at Le Cyrcee. They ask for 50 USD but will go for less especially if you are willing to go to the nearby ST hotel.

The primary purpose of my visit to Cambodia was not necessarily to monger but it's definitely a nice bonus. My first trip to country and hoping this post can help a few others in the same position.

After a 25 HR flight via Shanghai arriving a midnight was very tired and looking forward to getting to my hotel and hitting some bars. I arrived with the mistake of getting a visa on arrival which was absolute chaos with about 300 Chinese in the queue I thought to myself fuck I will be here all night. I approached one of the custom guards and for 4 $ he was able to get me in and out in less than 5 minutes I highly recommend doing this if you find yourself in a similar situation.

$12 tuk tuk and $6 smart sim was checked in to my hotel on 172 in less that 45 from touchdown. I really like 172 street has a great mix of interesting bars restaurants and characters. The hotel is very clean and good value IMO.

First stop was the black pearl a few steps away. A few lookers but don't really seem interested in BF but all the ladies are nice and some 2 $ spirts with happy hour until 9 it's my go to place to get me evening started. The ladies are nice to talk to and not pressure if you for drinks.

After went to LE Cyrcee after words more on that later.

Second night I decided to check out some bars around 136 with first the the corner 136 met a very nice girl who said was 36 but looked much younger. Very classy, after a few rounds for her and her friends came down to business. Unfortunately she wanted imo too much for st with only one shot. Next hit up Tokyo bar where the atmosphere was much livelier with the girls. Again few rounds for a few ladies just to keep up the party atmosphere. The lady ended up chatting with most was definitely hot af saucy but again she wanted 100 for short time. I decided to pass although there was a slightly older girl with short cropped hair that I might go and inquire about. Over all the impression I got and a few have posted here is that most girls are fine with just ld or primarily after Asian clients as my observations is the hottest are usually with them.

I ended up picking a different girl from LE Cyrcee each night and as was just posted IMO the girls there are not the best looking but are hungry and have had great service each time with the latest a tiny little thing named Amon which I feel I almost broke her in half which I would highly recommend. IMO the better lookers on 136 are not worth double the cost and worth the risk of spending a bunch of money on drinks only to be shutdown. I will probably pull from there during the duration of my stay.

As for non mongering recommendations I highly recommend Aroha massage on 172 for a proper legit massage, a lady in the food stalls at central market that does an amazing green onion omelette, everything at 126 noodle on 136st especially the pork bun and iced coffee. If anything else Of interest happens I will sure to update the page. Otherwise I look forward to Bangkok later in the week for some real fun.

Java man I will keep and eye out for you at LE Cyrcee.

Two years ago I once had a girl at Airforce ask for 100 USD but when I laughed she quickly dropped it to a bargain 75 USD. I paid my tab and got ready to leave. On the way out she dropped her price to another tourist price of 60 USD. She was shocked I didn't even stop to counter her 60 USD.

Not any more. Once more and more (mainly Asian) tourists started hitting the place and it made it onto the radar of one week millionaires it was fucked. It is no longer "cheap as chips" as stated by a poster below, those days are long over. Even five years ago hardly any girls would dare ask for a hundred bucks, now it is standard practice. If you have local knowledge and are on the ground for a while (and I don't mean a week!) the prices you are reading about these days can drop dramatically, even by half, but if you are a newbie and more interested in getting laid as much as possible in your short stay you will pay.

Was planning a trip to Cambodia, but all these post are making me change my mind. 60-100 dollars for ST. Ummm no thank you.ST has been $50 for some time now. And $100 for LT. Supposedly the expats could get ST for $35. I wasn't able to. Prices In AC have increased slightly, WS BF is $69 for a spotlight dancer. If you want an Atlantis or XS girl, it's now $90. Perimeter bars are still cheaper, at $40-50, but you'll have to beat the Koreans to them. A friend was recently in AC, he said a lot of the girls have gone FL, and are found at Aqua, Hammer and Hiso. They're using FB messenger to connect with guys.

This is the first I have heard of a bar girl asking for 100 USD for ST.When they ask for a ridiculous amount, it usually means they don't want to be barfined, for whatever reasons.

Went to see a movie yesterday at Major Cineplex Sorya. Tix prices are $2 or $2. 50 For a first run movie! But I think it depends on the day. I saw "1917" at the VIP theater for $10. It's set up like first class on a plane, with partitions. Big padded reclining leather seat with powered foot rests. And a button to call the attendant. (No need to get up for refills.) There's also food included with that $10 tix, but it was lost in translation. Coke zero was $1, can only, as they don't have it in the soda fountain. Small Popcorn was $3, IIRC. Phnom Penh Cinema cheaper than in Thailand.

I've never paid above 3 k for long time in AC. I don't barfine girls there, since the club rips them off, I simply offer to pay them directly more than they'll make to meet up later. Yeah you take a chance that they will get swooped up, but then I just head out to HS and get something else. The Koreans (and now Chinese) do make it a little competitive, but who doesn't like a little competition! I'm still young and in shape, so I don't really have a hard time getting a girl, but I love the mongering way, and was hoping I was reading some of these Cambodian prices wrong. Guess I'll head to Jakarta instead. Had a couple good 40 dollar experience there.

Guess I'll head to Jakarta instead. Had a couple good 40 dollar experience there.I presume you are referring to the brothels there. Else, the FLs in Jakarta nightclubs ask for the highest prices in SEA, excluding Singapore. Expect opening prices around $200 at CJ / BATS.

For a slight change in scenery, I visited 104st last night. I got there just before 9p, and it was very quiet. My first stop was One Zero Four bar, as I had a lot of fun here on my last trip. Upon sitting down, several girls approached me. I bought drinks for two. Later, the Mamasan, who I had met previously joined us. She told me they had 17 girls available. On previous trips, I thought they had more. There were some hotties present, and with Mamasan's encouragement, the two I had got a little friskier, but I wasn't feeling it. So Off I went. I friend had recommended Rose Bar, but it was Dead. As were most of the bars closer to the riverside. I went into Boss Bar, iirc, and had 1 round with two.

Air Force bar was next and it was a little better. And Upon entering, about 6 girls surrounded me, LOL. Bought a LD for an older Lady, she was very playful, but when she said she wanted $50 for ST, I declined. However, as I was leaving, I discovered she wasn't wearing any panties. I offered $40 for the hour and she accepted. She didn't want to go to my room, so we went to a nearby ST Hotel, for $7. Older girl was a Lot of fun in the room. Lots of eye contact during BBBJ, and she was vocal. But towards the end she pulled the ole "my stomach hurts" excuse, and she tapped out. Guess I was too much for her. LOL We went over the hour, closer to two actually and because of that I gave her $50. I'll hit 104st again on Friday, hopefully, it will be Livelier.

Nagaworld has plenty of freelancers.

Good luck.Always funny there when you start playing and your winning the message is soon forwarded to all the girls and if your playing at a empty table it won't be for long as all the seats will be soon taken over by those girls. Also if one is interested in the dealers don't worry. All the girls hanging around you also know all the dealers so just slip them your line ID / number and they will give it to the dealer and as soon as she is finished she can also go with you. Same with tipping the dealer: don't bother. Can hand it to one of the girls around you as well and it will be given later to the dealer.

Really funny scenes always going on around there always which would never ever ever be accepted in casino's around the world elsewhere.

My last trip I was using my Schwab card on ANZ Bank ATM's without issues. ANZ was acquired by J Trust Royal Bank, who is using the same ANZ ATM's. My Schwab card no longer works with these ATM's. I tried another card with the same result. Maybe they don't like American Bank cards. I'm now using a Bred Bank ATM, $4 fee. Second issue: I usually withdraw $200. Only once has it given me four $50 bills. It's usually dispensing two $100 bills, which is a PITA, if I'm spending less than $10 on meals. On the Plus side, the $100 notes are in Very Good shape, better than the ones I get back in the US. I'm now withdrawing $190: and get two $20, one $50 and one $100. That makes it easier around here.

I honestly did enjoy AC more than PP when there 2 years ago. Prices were cheaper than what you guys are reporting now. Although there's more to do in PP vs AC. In BKK now and have a few days back there at the end of the trip.

However last night I went to Cyrcee to get this died blondie with tattoos and nice tits but the owner said she was with some Chinese high flyers in his upstairs VIP area. They dropped 500 on drinks alone if I understand correct. He pointed out her cousin who seemed so young and nice rack although the language barrier wasn't really feeling plus she was a bit drunk already, eventually the girl I came for came down but was drunk too and didn't want Chinese sloppy seconds. The owner recommended someone.

It's usually dispensing two $100 bills, which is a PITA, if I'm spending less than $10 on meals. The solution is to go to a moneychanger that you will see on many street corners and convert your large USD notes to Riels. Then you will have heaps of small value Riel notes, as the largest Riel note is only worth $5 usd. The Riel is a perfectly acceptable currency within Cambodia with a tight buy / sell spread.

Her body is nice and her BBBJ is not bad but that's all.

Had a few days in PP. All was well. Girls very friendly. Had one stay over from 3 pm after work till noon, gave her $30 and she was pleased. Another I took long time from 8 pm for $60. Till 7 am. The only bar I didn't like was LoCo on #130. Pushy girls and hounding for lady drinks for her and her sisters. Had a nice BBBJ CIM for $20 at a bar down from there. Upstairs on the venue where you get some privacy. Kind of like the old days. All in all a good time and not too pricey. Things are slow so the girls are hungry. The girls move around a lot so if you find one you like get her digits to find her on your next trip.

I did a mini bar hop last night. Based on a review on another site, I went to the Utopia bar on 172St. The review stated this bar was very hands on. Hands on, if you want a massage, not the Hands on I was thinking. Utopia is a very small bar, it was very quiet, almost Dead last night. The girl that followed me in, although very cute, was wearing a full dress, down to her feet! She wanted $60ST. That, plus few ladies and after 1 drink, I bounced. Feeling a little hungry I went into Shanghai Bar and Restaurant. Bigger setup, lots of girls / waitresses, who were mostly busy. Older girl came up but I didn't find her attractive. I left after 1 drink and an order of tiny chicken wings. I was surprised at how close these bars are to Pontoon Club. Shanghai is across the street from Pontoon. (I've hit Pontoon before, late night and never noticed the surrounding area.).

Since I wasn't getting a good vibe, figured I'd hit Cyrcee again for a sure thing. I saw the Tattooed girl YngMong mentioned, she and several other girls were surrounding an Asian gent. Nice tight body and tits, but too much ink for me. I had my eye set on Ann, who was very eager. After one round, off we went to my room. Here's my Con on Cyrcee: Once you take them from the bar, that Eagerness does Not come with them. Sure, they get the job done, but for me, something intangible is missing. Yes, she got me off, but it was less than GFE.

After that session, I was a little hungry and went looking for something to eat. I went down 5st which connects 130 and 136, and runs parallel to the Riverside Rd. Who do I see as I pass the Shiny Bar, a cutie waving at me. In I go. She was very friendly with lots of kisses in the bar, damn near had a make out session with her, go my motor going again. She quoted me $80 for ST! And $15 bar fine. I told her it wasn't my first time in PP, LOL. That brought it down to the usual $50ST /$10 BF. Back in the room, the kisses continued and other things. Only negative, she's lacking in the BJ skills. She saved my evening though, I think I'll repeat with her.

Had two nights here largely on Banana Boi's recommendation and I'm grateful for it. Had a great time.

Loved exploring the new country by day.

By night. First night. Insomnia bar on Soi 36. Terrific. Lots of options and took a very dark long haired brunette Sandy? $60 for ST. Back to hotel. Stayed at Naga One. Never again. But no issues with girls as they are all over the casino. Great night with Sandy.

Second night explored soi 18,51, Sharkys Pool bar, one KTV (poor) Secret bar Cycree (line up) but headed back to soi 130 and 136. Played pool at the bar opposite Corner bar with 6 girls and played a game where if I lost against any I had to take them back - $50 each. Ended up with 3 of them (remember Millie and Kyra but don't ask the rest! As ever 3 girls is too many. Went to casino with them first and had great fun. But lost! Off to room and frenzied 2 hours.

Would love more time here. Had a great experience with the girls and very friendly. Interesting place and would return. Thanks to BB.

Cambodia is not a province of Thailand. There are no "sois" there, just streets. Sure everyone (I assume) knows what you mean, but there are also no falangs either. It's barang. Reminds me of people who have spent 2 days in Saigon and are posting about "the nam" like they served in the war there.

Friday night was slightly better on !04St. One Zero Four bar was rocking. Few seats were available when I got there at 9 pish. Unfortunately, the busty young hottie I wanted was occupied. Three drinks later and I bounced. Rose bar was better than my last visit, but there was nothing there for me. Same for Zanazi Bar. Surprisingly Oscar was quiet again. On previous trip they had live music. As I approached Nana Bar, I saw a short, big tit lady. Upon further inspection, she was mature, in her 40's, but those Tits! I've taken older ladies before with great results. She was Very friendly and hands on in the bar and sold me. Back in the room, she did NOT disappoint. Awesome BBBJ skills, very playful and affectionate and very responsive, great GFE! And those Tits, like ripe fruit, with no stretch marks, triple D's on a small frame. She has no baby damage too. A bit of a belly, but I have one too. The Morning BJ and sex was great too. I'm certain the younger girl would Not have provided a better service.

I'm not sure if I'm going to play tonight as I have to be at the airport in the Morning. Plus all the fukin last night and this morning. My balls might need a rest. LOL. Next stop HCMC.

Thanks.Really depends on what your gig is. But since you asked, here is a suggested list.

1. Darlin Darlin: High end (relative to rest of the places) nightclub inside Nagaworld 1. Read the threads for details and approach strategies.

2. Pontoon: Most popular nightclub in town. Does not get going before 1 am. Several reports on the thread about Pontoon.

3. Cruising through streets 136, 130, 5, 118, 110, 104. Barhopping highly recommended if you want to find the proverbial diamond in the rough. Top 10 Notable bars would be Alaska, Tokyo, Intoxica, Angry Bird, OneThreeSux, Ponytails, Loco, Dragonfly, Airforce, OneZeroFour.

Pay attention to your drink and your tab at all times. Keep a close watch on the dollar bills you give out and the ones your get back. Taking pictures of the serial numbers of the notes you are giving out helps.

Form the last two or three times I was there a few weeks ago I really don't think it starts going till 2 or 3 AM. That's when the Darling chicks and some of the bargirls (I. E. The pretty girls) start arriving. Before then there really weren't to many attractive girls (at least IMHO) I came around 12:30 and 1:30 and was left twiddling why thumbs for a couple of hours before the real options start coming.

I think the same was true the night we all went with our mutual friend and his sweet bargirl. If I remember correctly we all bailed just before 2 AM to get back to the bars (where we scored some nice company for the night. .

Spent two weeks teaching. I keep academia and hobby cleanly apart.

Brought 2 girls to my room, one of them 3 times, one of them once. I am not much of a monger and am also not the most confident while at it.

Basically Blanquileste's report is concise, compact and true. I only add.

If you look to save money for short time below Pattaya, do not come to Phnom Penh. Less variety. Poorer English. Phnom Penh is good for a change, for a new experience, but it is not a better deal.

Hotels: Lux Riverside is quiet & convenient. Only 80 US $ apartments have windows / balcony to street. US $ 50 often has no window. Book cheap. You can always upgrade.

Which bars are hot and which are duds varies rapidly. The precise recommendations even by Blanqui are not very helpful. You must sample and taste yourself.

Clubs like Pontoon and Darlin Darlin. Deep freeze aircon. Go there only by Tuk Tuk and take a sweater. Very noisy. Darkish. Hard to judge the girls' quality. I love to walk in the sweltering evening heat. I sweat when I get anywhere. I cannot relate one yota to Pontoon or Darlin Darlin.

Nagaworld is one notch worse. Glitter palace with Chinese high rollers and a few hookers sitting at the bar disfigured by make up and high heels. I would never muster the courage to approach anybody there, and my member would refuse service. I like my girl below 20 yo, plain, smallish, slender, little makeup, you see is what you get, poor. Not at Nagaworld.

Bars are much better. Outdoorsy. You can sit or stand in the great night air.

The girls shout at you brother", more like brazzaaaa". I first wondered why they would not shout „sir", but they have trouble pronouncing word endings. In the US I would be hesitant to use the term for racial connotations, just do not want to offend anybody. I learned the Cambodians address one another as brother as an expression of empathy. So do not take offence if they call you brother. Even if you go to the same bar 10 times, the girls' chronically alcohol diluted brains cannot remember your name.

Nevertheless, you must wonder about the fabric of Cambodian society. You order a coffee for not so cheap 1. 25 US $. The guy at the counter shouts at you: „ay o ho? I reply „what? „ay o ho? Hmm. A colleague comes. „ao o ho?" I finally get it, „ice or hot?" and reply „Hot". Is it really too much to ask to pronounce a single vowl and a consonant? Cambodia is in lazy, disoriented, purposeless funk. Not everybody, but most everybody.

The cutest girl in town is 18 yo Nica, a server lady at Cheer Sportsbar on the corner of 136 street and the street lining the Mekong river. Page cut. Maybe 5 ft small. She cannot be convinced to go with you, but she is darn cute.

As stated in many aspects on this forum, all bar girls are 18+. Strictly enforced. All carry ID, ofen in the smart phone protector between phone and back of protector. The prettiest are between hard-to-get and unavailable. They only live on drinks. The story that virgins cost 5000 US $ is told over and over. I suppose there is truth to it, only the price tag looks embellished. Not sure.

The very pretty ones often have a Chinese or Japanese sponsor. For them travel logistics are much simpler. Of course they are bored by their sponsor and want to live the sweet poisenous bar life to be with age peers. Those are often the ones claiming not go out with men. It is all a grand symphony of getting respect from their peers. If the girls are pretty enough, they feel they are better than that. But with discretion and perseverance, there are many grey zones, and 70 US $ for 2 hours of blizz and 2 thorough, refreshing showers are appreciated by the girls.

ST vs. LT. Basically PP ticks on ST. I had one forgettable experience with a girl who preferred LT, but this was just a money extortion scheme. Be with the guy for 2 h and get him off. Then back to the bar for dinner and drinks. Then sleep in his hotel room and breakfast again at the bar with drinks. No thank you. Dumped her. I also resent the girls poisoning their brains with alcohol in perpetuity from the early morning hours on.

Anyway, I met my 19 yo 5 ft2 superbeauty from December, but she was very hard to convince. Complicated. In thrall to so many myths and imagined liaisons. I received 10 000 hearts and emojis but could not get her to bed. Finally, a man of wealth, taste and perseverance, I prevailed and we had a marvellous bare back GFE session with great sights and delights. Worth the fight. Man only develops passion if he has to fight for it. Encouraging how long and how an older gent can be if the setting is right. With girls this tiny, their feet and toes are a constant sight when her legs are locked over your shoulders. I am developing a little fetish there. LOL.

In the meantime, asked a tuk tuk driver to show me out of district brothels and he was delighted to show me venues of sad and past reknown, but he did find me a 19 yo 5 ft stunner who simply loved sex and offered everything there is imaginebale. Had her three times, real GFE.

Chinese New Year is low season in the red light district. Chance for Western punters are better in that time. Cambodia is commercially and politically entirely enthralled by China. China is a civilizing force in Cambodia. I see Chinese influence as benign.

If you get a room on an upper floor of the Lux, I don't think noise will be an issue. An alternative might be the Harmony Hotel a couple of blocks away. I have no idea about that hotel's guest policy. No matter where you book, I suggest that you email the hotel directly and make sure you can bring overnight guests if you book for two. I always get straight answers to straight questions.

SS.So what you're saying is, don't go to PP? Thank you for the lengthy report, but man I got so confused by your back and forth of your report. I must have missed the point. I'm a long time kind of guy and love AC, but sounds like that is really not something Cambodian girls do. Anyone want to please clarify of LT is available in PP and what I should pay?

ST 50 US $, LT 100 US $, tuk tuk tour 2 hours 15 US $. When working with intermediates like mama san or taxi driver, ST up to 85 US $. You get what you pay for. My princess wanted 60 US $ ST, so I obliged. Barfine 10 you $.

Hotels: Lux Riverside is quiet & convenient. Only 80 US $ apartments have windows / balcony to street. US $ 50 often has no window. Book cheap. You can always upgrade.Have the apartments at Lux been renovated? When I stayed in one 3 years ago I loved the size but the apartments looked like they were 50 years old. There was no chance I was using anything in the kitchen other than the fridge. The girls made instant noodles. I didn't want to touch the pots. There was also a film of grease on the kitchen cabinets.

Never stayed in one of the apartments again. On the contrary, the upkeep in the rooms seem much higher than the Lux apartments.

What street is the brothel the tuk tuk driver took you to where you found your girl?

Reg. The brothel, I do not know.

Reg. Lux apartments: Clean! I indulged and stayed the whole time for 80 US $ per day in a 9th floor apartment. Loved the music swaying in the warm night air over from the rooftop venues into my apartment. Open te balcony door and you feel you are on that rooftop. Pretty good rhythmic Cambodian tunes, saggy as reggae, sad as Fado, dancable as techno. Good guitar. Accented English, but sweet. Closed tacky cadences. My cash burn for the hotel was too high but I wanted no bother.

Another tidbit: A cute, able, disciplined, work-oriented female student with medium English skills earns 140 US $ per month for working 8 h a day 31 days per month from 16:00 to 24:00 in a restaurant. As the rich world pours money into autonomous driving and service robots, there is a world of poorly educated human talent out there, that does not get the time to study right. Instead poorly schooled human labor is wasted in troves as it is so dirt cheap. The (restaurant) bosses do not even bother to learn the names of their staff. Dark ages stuff. Applies to some but not all venues. Just as in the rich world, most students are proud not to work in the red light district. And some take the plunge. A young lady truely bettering her lot by topping up her income in the red light district I have not met yet, but that is likely my fault. Too passive.

Nevertheless, you must wonder about the fabric of Cambodian society. You order a coffee for not so cheap 1. 25 US $. The guy at the counter shouts at you: ay o ho? I reply what? ay o ho? Hmm. A colleague comes. ao o ho?" I finally get it, ice or hot?" and reply Hot". Is it really too much to ask to pronounce a single vowl and a consonant? Cambodia is in lazy, disoriented, purposeless funk. Not everybody, but most everybody.Really?

Each time I've been in Cambodia (I've done PP, Siem Riep and Kampot so far), I had the feeling that Cambodians were much better at speaking English than Thais, especially in the Hotels.

Ngon is great. Romdeng is great, Cheer Sports bar at 136 Street / Mekong river is great. Malis: Avoid. Really too expensive. Malis is the place you go to when your boss or your company or your mother in law pay. I developed the distinct feeling of getting ripped off for nothing. For the price level, the food is not served hot enough. We are talking NYC investment banker prices, easily 50 US $ per person. Try the tuk tuk drivers on 136 street bringing barbecued stuff and fresh fruits. Inexpensive. Tasty. I am somewhat of a Spartan outlier, as I do not drink alcohol but enjoy sex to the max. As opposed to the Spartans, I stick to females, though. Ever wondered where the word Greek comes from. I lost quite a few pounds in the past weeks, even though I arrived slender. Feels good though, this lightness of food and being.

Interesting and useful observations delivered with panache!

FYI: I am almost certain that the majority (approaching 99%) of the Naga girls that aren't in Darling Darling and hang out at the hotel and casino bars are LBs. At least it was so the last few times I ws there (late evening after midnight). I don't think they are allowed inside DD – though I saw a couple of obvious ones walk through and leave right away.

If mongering is what you want, easy, predictable and cheap there is only pattaya. Another aspect is cleanliness and disease. Lots of syphilis here.

Cambodia is not for the fainthearted.

The girls here used to be more innocent than their sisters in Thailand. Now it seems they are more clever extracting money from you.

St and LT are more expensive and so is everything else.

In pattaya I can go up to a girl on beach road and just ask: how much for short time? It will be 30 $. You do everything? . Will then make sure I get what I need. Oral is standard. Anal common. Not so here.

I always start in Thailand and end in Angeles City and add a 3rd country always to my trip. Last trip was Tokyo, but that was more site seeing. I have always been intrigued by Cambodia, but thankfully ISG has changed my mind with the price quotes. My buddy recommended Jakarta, so maybe I'll go there instead. Thanks for the advice. Of course I take no offense and do not consider any comment / question rude. Keep them coming.

Variety is king. If you have been a few times to Pattaya, give PP a chance. It will not be cheaper, but different.

Khmer girls can be incredibly GFE. I do not have comparative statistics, but I surmise PP is safer as far as STD are concerned, because with the young ones, less is on offer.

I have had sterling experiences in PP. Reciprocal. Horny. Extended. Messy. Exploratory. Catering to and extending my desires. Legal. Healthy.

I am king of concise writing where it is warranted.

If my reports strike you as long or meandering, so be it. The entry ticket for airfare and hotel is easily 1000 US $. You should read up and prepare. Oh that short little span of attention when the dick has awoken.

Mongering is highly nonlinear, a chance game which you win by preparing and outsmarting. The rewards are high at comparatively minimal cost.

You can have more and more beautiful and better-lover girls than Djenghis Khan ever had. And they enjoy.

Keep this short.

Stayed at the Golden Butterfly right near the bar district. Decent hotel for the price but no lift and was stuck on the top floor also too many PRC's there but the whole town was overrun with them and was paranoid with the cornovirus going around. When I returned around 2 am there was no one in the lobby but pretty sure its guest friendly a guy I met was staying at the hotel next door and said it was good. Same price had a pool and lift. He had no issue bringing guest.

I tired the UK massage place right down the street from the golden buttery fly. Theres another one on the ither side of oub street near Amok restaurant. My experience was a $19 disappointment both on the massage and lackluster ending by an ugo.

Had my tuk tuk driver take me to a KTV a bit past the museum a few lookers but 4. 50 beers and little customers with girls not really wanting to budge on their in the cloud prices we bounced. I would skip.

Went to x bar around 12 was pretty good mostly a lot of young westerner backpacker types a lot of hot ines with a few FL I could see. If I was there for more than one night I would pursue the backpackers but had to stay on mission. There was one real hottie but she wasn't getting any bites and from my experience would be a disappointment. My friend took an innocent looking thing and said he had a good time. I wasn't really seeing anything I liked was going to go home empty handed there was one with a good body had a bit of an Afro which was odd for an cambo. I sae her face and wasn't really feeling it but after a few more beers and watching her really work it on the dance floor I figured would be my best bet. $50 LT and this little jungle **** was beast and after a few hours had to ask her to leave as I had temples to see in a few hours. Tried a+ but was to big for her but she loved a few fingers up there while a fucked her hard.

When I left x bar around 2 even more girls showed up and there was a few with Chinese silk dresses that I would of loved to take had I not already chosen this one and was limited on time.

My summary x -bar is the place for good quality girls and fun.

Skip the KTV you need a tuk tuk to get there drinks are costly and girls nothing special especially at prices they were asking.

My experience and UK massage near the golden butterfly was crap but maybe the other one could of been better no idea.

The place is a little too crazy for me with too many PRC's and crowds in general. Heading back to PP for a lst few days of fun before the sad flight home.

Took one for the team and decided to check out Masa early this afternoon. On 252 street a stones throw from 63. Sorta reminded me of going into a pet store and seeing all the puppy eye dogs behind glass wanting you to take them home. A bit sad in my opinion.

There was about 15 or more girls definitely some cute ones, picked number 7 as she had a Japanese look. The rooms were definitely seedy & dirty made me give a good scrub when I got back to the hotel. I didn't have great expectations going in and that's what I got although she had nice firm tits something I have to been impressed with the Cambodian chicks. The visit fulfilled its purpose but definitely not a memorable one and would not repeat but would recommend to at least check it out for some daytime relief as there are some lookers. Better get the digits of a bar girl or whoever and get you to visit you during the day. LOL she quoted me a 100 I laughed, I said 50 although 40 should be more appropriate but my thought I will make a tener back in no time I'm not going to sweat it. She said 80 I said no 50 or I go bye bye after few backs and Forth she agreed. She was sweet but I found a gem at Cyrcee which I will most likely have fun with the last few days here. Unfortunately she works a second job during the day. I will share details when I done with her in a few days time.

Had to get out of Singapore so decided to go to PP a once again. First day was the usual bar hop along 136 but did not find what I was after. So headed to 104 and went to a bar that I had a few regulars in. Usual crowd of girls and some are good while others are well past their use by date. One of my regulars who always gives a great GFE was there and so I let her have her way with me. After a few hours of pool and gropping we decided to head back to the apartment. She has a fab arse and very tight body and knows how to use. Loves DATY and DFK but like most Cambos does not like BJ. Not that I mind as I personally prefer to shag them anyway. A long session with many positions and lots of passion until we both had enough to then fall asleep. Early morning session was just as intense and a great way to start a day. She is a machine and one of the better shags I have had.

The days can be long in PP if you are just mongering as there is not a lot of daytime action but after the sessions I had I doubt I could muster another shag straight away. Sat around riverside drinking most of the day.

Later in the day decided to check out Cycree as I had not been there for a little while. Plenty of girls in bar and it is a much better set-up than before. The girls are very eager and want boom boom for the money. I decided give one a try as she was keen and looked like a nice package. Went to the short time room which was basic but ok for what we were about to do. Usual shower together where she scrubbed me well and checked out the merchandise. She had a very large natural set of breasts and good body with nice arse. Lay down on the bed and she proceeded to give me a fantastic BBBJ. As I said, I prefer to shag them but this BBBJ was very good indeed. Flipped her over and proceeded to DATY. She was very quiet but got super wet and eventually came. Popped on the cap and gave her as much as I had to give. Many positions and fun but not a GFE. Still for a first time she really pleased. Got her number so will look her up again.

Spent the night cruising along 136 and came across Wild Orchid. Lots of pretty girls in that bar but not sure if they bar fine. Spent a few hours playing pool with a cute one but did not get a vibe that she was keen to extract money from me for a shag. Got her line account so will look her up again.

Tonight will head back to 104 and spend the last night with the girls I know. Feeling like some intense GFE action again so I am sure one or two will provide it. Cambos are sweet and if they like you and you are good to them you will not be disappointed. Not all of them of course, but I have found that they are very attentive and like to treat you as a boyfriend, although it is always about the money. At my age, having a 20 something year old SYT in the sack is fun so I do not mind spending the money as I cannot take it with me!

Happy Hunting.

I usually do not go dissect a report, but this report needs it. Primarily because there a quite a few misleading bits. These are mostly personal experiences, which the BM has generalized into "market trends". Please always remember, YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY (YMMV). And I am not trying to bash the BM and discourage other people from posting. There are some useful parts and general wisdom shared in this post.

If you look to save money for short time below Pattaya, do not come to Phnom Penh. Less variety. Poorer English. Phnom Penh is good for a change, for a new experience, but it is not a better deal.An excellent observation. I agree, if you are looking to save a buck or two, PP is OK, but not necessarily better in terms of quality, quantity, infrastructure and alternatives (like bars, soapies, gogos, G-clubs, Discos, Massages, Online) that Thailand can offer.

Which bars are hot and which are duds varies rapidly. The precise recommendations even by Blanqui are not very helpful. You must sample and taste yourself.Absolutely true. Every night a different night and I should have prefaced my report saying "during my visit, the following bars were happening".

Outdoorsy. You can sit or stand in the great night air.I agree, in general most Western tourists try and get away from the freezing cold and soak up some sun and get a nice tan. But would I like be sweaty? Most certainly not. A sweater in PP? You do have a good sense of humor I guess. But to each his own. As someone who has been to PP several times, I would only laugh at this paragraph and continue reading.

Even if you go to the same bar 10 times, the girls' chronically alcohol diluted brains cannot remember your name.Purely YMMV. Anyone who has spent time on ground will know that its the lady drinks that are severely diluted (most times no alcohol), and not the girls' brains.

Is it really too much to ask to pronounce a single vowl and a consonant? Cambodia is in lazy, disoriented, purposeless funk. Not everybody, but most everybody. How about you speak a little Khmer, employing the correct tones? Read and write would be better. That would solve the problem. No?

ST vs. Dumped her. I also resent the girls poisoning their brains with alcohol in perpetuity from the early morning hours on.Another personal observation / experience being generalized, and this one is possibly the most dangerous of all. ST as a concept is relatively new in PP. Possibly, no more than 3 years. It is PREDOMINANTLY a LT market, especially in the bars. But given the current trend, perhaps in a few years what you say will be 100% true. It happened in Thailand, it happened in Philippines, and it will happen here. No escape.

Anyway, I met my 19 yo 5 ft2 superbeauty from December, but she was very hard to convince. Complicated. In thrall to so many myths and imagined liaisons. I received 10 000 hearts and emojis but could not get her to bed. I guess I must tone down any criticism if I wish it to be posted. When this guy first posted I called him a pretentious twat. That was not only not edited, it didn't make it through. On second thought he is still a pretentious twat with a somewhat cringeworthy writing style who knows little of what he speaks, at least as far as Phnom Penh and Cambodia. If I must present credentials I lived in Cambodia for 8 years and have been visiting for 24 years, so I know a little about it.

Final night in PP being a Saturday night I thought a night of bar hopping was needed. Started out along 136 and hopped first to Route 136. They have taken the dodgy pool table away and somehow the place lost its vibe. The girls are just so so and not much was happening. Next stop was Wild Orchid to check out the cute one I played pool with the day before. Thinking I might try to see if drinking and playing pool again would work but this time she was even less attentive. I very quickly got bored of her showing more attention to other customers and talking with the girls in the bar. Paid the tab and split. Must admit she was cute and had a tight body but just no interest in my money. Next stop was Alaska bar where I spotted another girl with cute looks and a very tight package for a body. Asked her over for a drink and it soon became obvious that she was not a bar fine girl. Way too cute and with an attitude of "I do not need to be bar fined as I have someone taking care of me". I am sure we have all come across this type of bar girl. Left that bar and dropped into both Corner Bar and Mermaid Bar. Having been to BKK and Pattaya many times, I find it hard to watch the dancers in PP as they are nowhere near as good. After a few drinks decided to head over to 104 and check that scene out. Dropped into Airforce One and was surprised how quiet it was. The girls there can be fun but also pushy with drinks. After spotting two that I thought looked keen, I decided to drink with both to see if I could secure a threesome for the night. They were both very attentive and lots of gropping and kissing. After the little attention I was receiving along 136 this was a much better way to spend my money and the night. After a few hours I was feeling the need to do something that I had not done for a while and have a threesome. Normally do not do threesomes these days because I find it too distracting but felt that these two would be up for it. Once back in the apartment I some music on and we all got naked quickly and danced like idiots. Lots of gropping and DFK and it was not long before the BBBJ and DATY was having the effects. Still I find it a challenge to shag to girls if they are not taking care of each other but this time it worked out well. Both were keen to shag and the number of times I swapped girls meant that a 10 pack of condoms was quickly being used. Lucky that the last one did the trick and I managed to cum as I did not have another supply. The girls were good fun, passionate and not all shy about moving themselves into the positions they wanted to be shagged in.

So the last night started badly but was a hit in the end. Love PP for a short break. Reminds me of the early days in Dongguan and how much fun things were back then. Still, Cambos have a way of making a man feel like a man even when you know it is all just about the money. But it always has been I guess!

Happy Hunting.

My biggest advice for first timers is download grab or pass app I was using tuk tuks first week I was there and you are getting ripped off. I never paid more than 4300 riel a bit over a dollar with grab. Was always super easy to get one and best you don't need to try and explain where you are going. I paid 11,000 back to the airport vs 10 usd most guys want. If they were good I would tip 2-4 K and they were very happy.

Last few days in PP were chill. First night back went to Black Pearl as I was going to BF a girl that had been giving me attention on my previous visit and although she was a butter face seemed like would be good GFE. After a few drinks for me and her was ready to go and she made up some excuse can't go tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Told her to go fuck yourself. Still like the bar cheap happy hour non pushy girls and pool table the bartender is a super cutie but sense she is not the barfine type. Tired after a 9 hour bus ride back to PP went back to Cyrcee where I have not been disappointed. The little inked blonde **** and her cousin where there so could of taken them but this one girl who definitely did not stand out by any means caught my eye for reasons unknown. Asked the owner if she was good as his advice was good before. Bar was closing had to make my decision fast. Took her to the st hotel nearby 7 usd as was not sure about my hotel being GF yet. Was clean. Let's just say she one me over, I took her for the rest of my four nights. Total GFE, ddddfk, sloppy bbj nothing was left on the table all holes were open. Of course YMMV, I didn't bother trying to negotiate and bought her food and drinks. Her English was very good. I think by the time I was suppose to leave she had grown attached I felt bad cause it is a fucked up country but can't let them play head games. I asked her if she minded me posting her name here she wasn't keen so I abided. All I can say is think to the ending of India Jones and the last crusade. Don't always go for the most flashy cup.

I stand by Cyrcee as the best place to go. As some others have said the GFE gets left at the bar but for most part that wasn't my experience and I think that's the case anywhere. I did bar hop one night 104 to 136 and was mostly disappointed. Although there is a tiny and I mean tiny hottie with died blonde hair at bird in hand bar which was nothing special but ran out of time and my find at Cyrcee was just to fun to gamble but someone should try her out and let me know.

Also secrets on 136 looks good more night club lounge. Lots of Thailand go go hotties tall and beautiful. Bit to big and empty for 136 but might be worthwhile checking out. I only stopped for a drink with a friend.

After not staying at 172 second time I realized how much I hated it. So many degenerates. I still loved going to Aroha spa for daily massage and highly recommend Ling (tall and full bodied) if you like strong massages. I opted for the Swedish on my last day which is expensive but full body oil and I could swear was going to get offered something more but didn't happen even still the 2 hours of teasing and pleasure was way better than any short time at some massage place. TBH I sorta fell in love with her. Maybe because she was not a pro although I sense she might have fun for a little money she has a little girl. I helped her practice English and definitely some flirting going on. She had her day off the next day I was suppose to leave and she seemed keen to go on a date but alas did not work out. Still highly recommend and if anyone's lucky enough I am Jealous.

Sad I didn't see PP 5 years ago glad I saw it before the Chinese fuck it up and although as I said in my first posts I sorta hated the place I fucking love it now. Unfortunately I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. So hopefully some of my posts were helpful and enjoy you dirty perverts. I will be stuck with the over priced shitty service here in North America for a while.

I spent close to 20 days this year in SEA, part of my yearly pilgrimage in Asia. I spent a total of 5 days in Phnom Penh. I flew in from Bangkok and I already had my visa with me, obtained online. Quickly cleared customs, picked up a SIM card at the airport, and was on my way to the hotel. I had reserved a room at the Lux hotel on street 136. I had read so many good reviews on this hotel. Well, I was not too impressed with my room. It looked so dated, unlike the lobby of the hotel. It was on the 5th floor and was facing the bars on the street. It was noisy all night and as a result I could not sleep very well. I eventually got used to the noise but when it was time to leave.

This was my 4th or 5th trip to Phnom Penh and it appeared that the city has not changed much. Big time 3rd world, crammed with people, disorganized. However, it has not lost its charm. I lived as a kid in a similar town, so I quickly adjusted to that environment. I also had to solve the dilemma of what to do during the day. I have been to that city several times and I have done all the tourist activities. I also visited many day time brothels and massage places in the past, and was largely disappointed. So, I did not bother with these venues on this trip. Somehow, I quickly developed a routine. In the morning, I would leave my room around 9 am or later, straight to Eric Kayser for breakfast. There I would easily spend 2 to 3 hours lounging around. Afterwards, I would take a long walk for about one hour, then time for my afternoon nap. I would wake up around 4 pm. Back to the bakery for an afternoon cappuccino. Then time for a tour of the bars, paying close attention to the girls lounging outside, as well as those coming in to work.

By 6 pm it was time for my first punt. As I have done in the past, I went straight to Cyrcee on street 130. This was one of my favorite routine in the past. Unfortunately, it did not go as well this time around, as the quality was missing. So, I never went back to Cyrcee, instead relying on bar patrons. It was fairly easy to pick a decent working girl after 4 pm for an afternoon snack. After that, it was time for dinner. I am a foodie and Phnom Penh is great for that. Quite a bit of decent French food, my favorite, at reasonable prices. After dinner, I took a walk along the river. Strangely though, this was the second time that I was approached by a well dressed lady who spoke decent English, and who wanted to know about US universities. Supposedly their nephew was planning to go study abroad in the US, in my hometown and the parents were concerned about that and wanted to learn more. That person tried to persuade me to go with her to the family house. I smelled a rat and managed to get out of it this time as well. I requested that the family member meets me in a public place close to my hotel. It never happened.

By 10 pm, I was ready for the main event, trying to hook up a big fish. In addition to being a foodie, I am also a big sucker for eye candy. Nothing in PP spells eye candy better for me than Darlin Darlin at Nagaworld. A $2 tuk tuk ride and I was there in 15 minutes. I suspected that the place would be relatively quiet given the corona virus scare, and indeed that was the case. I've also been reading the PP forum lately and I stumbled onto the well written reports by Blanqui. In one of them, he talked about the FLs at the coffee shop in Nagaworld. I never knew they existed, so I followed his directions and sure enough I ended up right there in the middle of a pack of hungry FLs. I started to look like a deer in the headlight. I usually prefer to look at girls from a distance before I am ready to pounce on one of them. This time, I looked like the prey. These girls can smell blood and I looked like the perfect lamb that night. One of them would not even let me get close to the pack but moved quickly towards me, waving her hands as if saying, me, me, take me. I was flustered, especially given that I noticed some of them looked like LBs (Lady Boys). I wanted nothing to do with that. So, I came up with an excuse, just looking for my friend and did a quick retreat.

After a quick you-turn, I headed straight to Darlin Darlin, my original objective. I was pleased as there were plenty of eye candy, hardly any men, and none of the women looked like LBs. I ordered a beer and chilled. Within 20 min, I identified my target and quickly moved in. It looked like she was waiting for that. She initially asked for $200 but we quickly settled for $100 for ST and we exited the place. Another tuk tuk ride and we were back at the hotel. She stayed for an hour and I quickly crashed after that. This was repeated every night, as I am a creature of habit.

From the little snip above can you name some of the bars that you had fun and hits with at approx 5-6pm??

Cheers.

DingoD.I don't remember the name of the bars but they were on streets 136 and 130. I just started strolling on street 136 and checking the chicks sitting outside of the bars. At times I went inside the bar, until I found one that I liked and barfined her.

Had my first 3 nights in PP just a week ago or so. Wanted to add my thoughts here which seem at odds with some of the viewpoints expressed this far.

We found the girls on 135 and 130 to be amazingly warm, friendly and natural. They have an openness, an innocence and a simplicity about them and are incredibly beautiful in the true sense of the word. Their English was generally very good and overall we had some amazing experiences of connection and uber-GFE. We have enjoyed many amazing GFE experiences in Thailand but the Khmer girls arguably take things to another level, with far less commercial or business orientated framework to them. Our Line's have been buzzing continuously since we've been back and we will return very soon without doubt for both repeats and new adventures.

If beauty for you is all about what you can physically look at or you are heavily focused on how many porno tickboxes you can check off for the smallest amount of money then go elsewhere. But if you really like to properly appreciate a women and her spirit, inside and out, and really connect emotionally and physically then PP and the Cambodian women are incredible IMO.

What kind of bar has a shift that ends at 3 PM? Most are not even open till the afternoon. If she stayed all the way through till noon the next day you got a bargain. That is 10-12 years ago prices.

SE.Sorry, I met her at the bar earlier, gave her my hotel and room number. After her shift 3 am she came to my room. Never mentioned money, we had a nice rapoir. At noon I told her I didn't have any cash and would see her later. Gave her $30 an d she never blinked.

When I hear these prices I want to go. But so much conflicting info on ISG. Some guys paying 100 and some paying 30. I know there is the art of negotiating, but 70 difference. Really.30 is ST price for probably most. 100 is paid without negotiating for LT. Not difficult to get LT for 50-70 for most hostess girls. Hope that helps.

SS.My experience has been a bit different. For the younger, cuter ones is more like 40-50 for ST (which is usually the norm, at least if you are meeting her for the first time) and 70-80 for LT. You are absolutely correct about 100 being paid is really voluntary. Of course, there are exceptions and most importantly YMMV.

Arrived few days ago prom BKK for the purpose of getting a visa took a 3 Dollar TukTuk from outside the Airport terminal and went to 136 to look for hotel. At night I was trying hard to see if there is a difference between Thai girls bar in Pattaya and 136 etc bars girls.

Conclusion? Confusing thoughts. First Pattaya bar girls are mostly 50 year and older but also here under a close inspection only here and there a few are young and pretty but way better then Pattaya. So after one hour of window shopping (without entering inside) I saw one super cute but she was not for take out. Instead they offer me less attractive girls. Also some girls in the sitting front to the street can't speak a word. From 11 pm many LB all over some claiming they are girls. Some bar girls will ask you to buy drinks before you take them out.

Day after I moved to hotel next to HOD and Panton but this are for nightlife is even worst. All bars are dead but at least I can take Grab TukTuk for 3200 rial to 136st area. Also same mountain of trash all over PP this will never change. My hotel was super good for 25 usd per night without bed bugs as some hotels in 136 area. Equivalent class room in 136 is 60 USD as opposed to 25 USD.

Many place to eat for western food but coffee is expensive here 3 USD. Tonight my last day I will try harder to find a girl that meet my taste. So when you walk within the Neon lights everything look amazing and attractive but when I was trying to actually getting a girl thing become a bit more complex. I would say not worth for most guys to come here for mongering unless you are PP expert, But the overall package is a bit not feel quite comfortable.

So if you ready to monger in this garbage everywhere dirty slum city and you have specific PP mongering experience then yes girls look much better and younger then Thailand.

Great. I like your description of PP. Lowest level of human cooperation other than India I have witnessed. Yet there are very good people there, smart, hard working and studying. And so little good advice, capital, student support, good mentoring. As far as effort is concerned, I somehow pulled off sterling mongering experiences anyway. Give PP a chance, especially if you already know Thai.

I am not sure what 5555 means. "Hahaha" (laughter) or "fake! Like the Chicago Police Dep'ts Number 5 HQ phone number. Vladimir Nabakov is a literary great. We share the same mother tongue. His musings are great as are the lyrics of 'The Doors' and 'Sting's' new wave ballad 'Don't stand so close to me'. Great artists. Real men. No apologies. Live your thoughts freely. In real life, keep it legal. Makes no sense whatsoever to do silly irresponsible things. Sex is all in your head anyway, from visual perception to processing to the final protein jolt. SE.Well, you are, but you chose that fate yourself. I never boast. I respect your 8 years of experience. I respect your angle on things. My comment was meant to counter your negativity. Remember that the US Cambodia mission in PP only opened in 1994, well into my professional adulthood. Other countries had relations and exchange much earlier than that, and I was part of that. And no, I have not lived there for 8 years lately. But my experiences go much longer back than yours. Who cares. Keep posting your experiences. Thanks.

Pattaya is dead for mongering.

I also live there for 4 years now. With respect, the notion that Pattaya is "dead" for mongering is silly. Subject to horrible decline generally due to COVID-19 (affecting a lot of Asia mongering) whilst Pattaya is not my favourite mongering destination it is still very active, has a lot of good options even outside of Soi 6 and WS and literally hundreds of pool bars etc with many good options.

For me, I actually preferred the bars in PP but the variety in Pattaya was excellent with 4 good soapies, BDSM clubs (2) and obviously a lot of MPs. Ditto on the MPs for PP and very cheap but in reality for most traveller mongers in PP its the bars in 30.18 and 36 and maybe a trip to NagaWorld for the girls who hang out. But to say Pattaya is dead is just not correct.

I also live there for 4 years now.The last 4 posts on the Phnom Penh stream have been about Pattaya with very little relevance to Cambodia.

Why don't you take this debate across to the other streams?

I will have several trips to Phnom Penh this year and I am interested in learning more about experiences of mongers in Sts 136,130, Nagaworld (Darlin Darlin) and other points of interest. At least PFI made general reference to PP in his post.

I don't care about the merits or otherwise of Pattaya cluttering up this stream.

I don't care about the merits or otherwise of Pattaya cluttering up this stream.I agree with you, the others should go to the Thailand threads.

As for Phenom Penh, it's been about 4 years since I've been there and I have never been to streets 130 or 136, but have been given propositions by girls hanging outside of the Raffles Hotel, which is where I stayed. There is a university across from Raffles, and a grass strip between them. When I walked back to the hotel from a restaurant, twice I had offered by girls hanging out in the grass strip. This was at night and I didn't want to partake since it didn't seem safe with these, but if you like picking up college girls during the daytime, the university is across the street from the hotel.

I never stayed at the hotel at Nagaworld since it was being built at the time, but did go to the casino just to see what was there. It caters to Chinese tourists, so you might get lucky finding girls there, but I would think they are looking mostly for Chinese tourists. I had luck, too much luck, at the restaurants and bars along the river north of the Hotel Cambodia and just one block in. There were lots of freelancers available and they would gravitate to the tourists, so it wouldn't be too difficult to find one to your liking. Of course, my experience was 4-5 years ago, so things might have changed since then.

I just wanted to add that my friends took me to a bunch of small bars on Str 104 near the river and it was in these small bars that the girls would be all over you. I don't know if the govt has cleaned up the riverfront area, but if they had, the action would have been moved somewhere else. Hopefuly, another member can give more up to date information.

I learned one of the best Italian restaurants in S. E. Asia is no longer open. In Phenon Penh, across the street from the Stone Grill by the river was the KFC. Next door to the KFC was a small restaurant called Limon Cello, opened by an Italian chef and his Cambodian wife. They had the best pizza in S. E. Asia. It wasn't the American style pizza, but Italian pizza like what you would find in Rome. They also had great salads. Oh well.

I haven't seen much activity around there because it's just 2 streets away from the full-on entertainment areas of St 130 to St 136 where most of the action takes place.

I spent a short time in "Xanadu bar" (good line -up) and had some fun in "Why Not" bar too with some very friendly hostesses. I had a lot of work commitments so my time was restricted but next visit in late-March I will have more time.

The area know as BKK around the National Monument (where I stayed) has a wide array of specialty restaurants, many on or near St 51 (Pasteur).

Terrazzo was especially memorable (st 282 off St 51) for authentic Italian. Another great Italian is Il Forno on St 302 (betw St 51 and Norodom). Neither are cheap but good value compared to Philippines prices.

There's a new Aussie-run steak house called Pacow opened up on St 294 (see attached). Angus beef direct from Roma, Queensland. Very friendly Aussie owner Kim. Very hands-on and training his staff very effectively. Great wines too.

More updates to follow.

First week of 2 in Phnom Penh, quick report, been doing standard bar trawling, things are as per the norm, hit / miss / fun / dud! A little WeChat surfing has yielded rewards as well.

To summarise, my preferred play time due to circumstances is late afternoon to early evening when wife and friends / family duties have to kick in, as such I have found the offering of the blow and go services at both Mr Butterfly and Pussycat Bar on 136 to be perfect. Obviously bar fines are available for these same girls however a lady drink here or there, a nod and a wink and a move to the rear booth in the bar has ended in a nice BJ for 20 bucks in both bars, 2 x Mr Butterfly, one times Pussycat. Can't complain for the price given that's half a round of beers back at home with mates!!

Also hooked up with a lovely Khmer girl from WeChat, claims to be a good office girl and not a working girl but more than happy to slip away in the middle of the day for a quick guest house session at a very modest fee. Her good English skills have me thinking that her story of not exclusively being a good office working girl and she does this rarely on the side might be a stretch, but, she is rather lovely, early 20's, superb tight little Khmer figure, who am I to question or complain!!

All in all a fun first week, another week ahead, should anything special occur I will be sure to report.

Stay safe gents and enjoy the punt.

I have actually made great use and followed up all of your tips and strategies regarding Sts 136 - 130 as well as restaurants and they have all been useful.

Most bars seemed sparsely populated. I stayed at Hotel Cambodiana down near Nagaworld and for 3 days I was the only person at breakfast and in the 17 days I stayed there I never shared my elevator with anyone. The maitre D' said they have very few customers ever since coronavirus flared.

Sad note. Many of the old traditional buildings that give PNH its character are being bought left, right and center by the Chinese developers and knocked down in favour of 30-40-storey glass monstrosities. My go-to place for lunch on St 51 called Herb Cafe will be closing in late March and a new building will rise on the whole block back to Sihanouk corner.

Can this massage be found here?

I only went to 1 non-sexual massage in PP and IIRC correctly it was $8.00 USD. This was 2-3 years ago so prices may have increased for a khmer massage.

Yes there are a lot of massage places around. There is a group of places on the northeast side of the circular road around what phnom. No extras offered to me on my visit there. Also a lot on Sothearos Blvd leading to Aeon Mall. And along the Riverside as well. Whether the massage is any good is another story.

I am thinking of PP for my next trip and what I love in Asia is good healthy non sexual massage and reflexology.
Massage shops (large and small) are everywhere in Phnom Penh too (as you noted for Bkk).

They can be found on virtually EVERY street in PNH. However, I personally am unable to answer you question as to whether they are good, healthy and non-sexual.

A good starting point to seek out a good massage might be to go to the area called Boeung Keng Kang (coincidentally it's known as BKK and not to be confused with the Thai city) . It's an upmarket part of PNH and it probably has more parlours that are essentially non-sexual in nature. Start on St 51 (pasteur) and wander the block bordered by St 278,57 and 282. Many stylish looking spas there that I have seen and I am sure will provide exactly what you want.

I have only ever sampled the in-room massages in a couple of hotels. Nothing special.

I've never wanted to try one in PP because the places never look very inviting and more importantly there are loads of news about customers being scammed or robbed while they were being serviced.

Even if I took my precautions as to not being scammed, I don't see the point of giving my hard earned money to people that like to scam others. Cambodia is full of nice people that try to make a honest living and deserves a lot more my money than these scammers.

At the very least, if anyone still decide to go there, you shouldn't hold any valuables if you enter one of these places and try to have only the required amount for the service.

What part of Phnom Penh are you talking about? The middle of the entertainment area or some other more sophisticated parts? Where are the "loads of news stories?

If you have been scammed personally, let's have some details as that is what this board is for rather than some broad generalizations that don't mean anything.

It is actually very common and you can find plenty of stories about this online. News stories are a few every month, so the real number is probably way higher. They switch your bills while your pants are hanging somewhere else in the room. You are lying on your stomach and the massage lady makes a few loud taps on your back and meanwhile someone sneaks in to take some money out of your wallet or switch to fake bills. This is however only the cheap dodgy massage places that barely gives you a massage.

The stories I'm talking about are in the news sites or Khmers forums, and I'm not repeating any stories, I'm just saying that this happens a lot more than in BKK for example.

After one minute of googling I already found two:

https://cambodiaexpatsonline.com/general-chatter/phnom-penh-massage-parlor-theft-warning-t29794.html

I've not been scammed myself because I'm aware of the situation and I'm not one that like to play with fire when I'm abroad.

Have a good read.

Limoncello is still open and they do indeed have very good pizzas. It's on Street 264 at the moment. Regarding action along riverfront, do you mean SW's and stuff? It's great to hear the restaurant is still open. I hope they're doing OK with this coronavirus scare. As for action, there were a few SW, but mostly girls in the small bars that my friends brought me to. From reading what everyone's been writing, the scene has changed and st 130 -136 seems to be where everyone's gone to. I was there in late 2014, so it's been a while. I would love to go back to Phenom Penh, but on my own dime so I wouldn't have to stay at the Raffles. My employer wanted to stay at the fancy hotel because JFK had stayed there and it was historical. Flooey, the front desk would ask us to hand over the room key whenever we went out, requiring us to go to the front desk to pick up the key when we returned and the chance of bringing back a girl almost 0.

I didn't linked these articles because I thought most people on the PP forum were aware of these scams.

I just wanted to let newcomers in PP (especially people that are used to regular massage parlors in BKK) know that these scams are common in PP and that they should take all precautions before entering one of these shops.

Why would you carry so much cash in your man purse? I don't spend that much money during the entire trip. There are lot of petty crimes in PP as in any other town. Phones being snatched often reported. I was followed by ladyboys / gangs couple of times during the midnight walk from 104 to ohana hotel. The police systematically moved around Phnom Penh on Thursday closing all bars along Sts 136,5, 130 etc.

I took a walk last night and it was dark and deserted.

There are a few places that appear closed but I believe they are functioning with a few girls (who live upstairs), very low music and the lights turned right down.

I had a few "pssts" and "hellos" as I walked down the street but I ignored them.

Naga 1 & 2 are virtually deserted. Darlin Darlin is shuttered with a sign on front "closed until further notice".

Good news is that so far pretty much ALL the food outlets are open and serving the full menu.

Given that there are very few foreigners around now it remains to be seen whether they can stay open or perhaps keep functioning with a reduced staff.

The supermarkets are open and no sign of panic-buying. Plenty of food around.

Lots of toilet paper too.

As from midnight Thursday April 9, no intra-travel between provinces is permitted until further notice.

It means that there is no Khmer New Year celebrations permitted in 2020 - KNY is deferred until 2021.

Phnom Penh is virtually a ghost town now anyway. Hardly any traffic. Nagaworld is closed up.

Thankfully most of the good restaurants and coffee shops are still operating and there seems to still be a lot of barangs wandering around.

Supermarkets are well-stocked with fruit and vegs etc.

Masks are required garb everywhere.

It's quite a pleasant place to be right now, but definitely not a place for mongers.

On 27 March, the Cambodian government decreed that foreign nationals, even those with valid visas, who wish to enter the Kingdom will be required to present.

(a) a medical certificate stating that they tested negative for COVID-19; and.

(b) an insurance policy of at least USD 50,000.

These have been implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is not known when the Cambodian government will lift said requirements.

Must be a SE Asian institutionalized response.

I always respond to "can I ask you a question?" by saying "You just did".

This is followed by "what?" or "huh" to which I say "you already asked me a question".

Another response that I have used regularly is "No if it is a request for me to send you money". That usually cuts the conversation very short.

It is said a man is but a sum total of all the decisions he makes in life. And I am so glad I made a decision that ended up as yet another fantastic trip to PP. Circa early March, when administrations around the world were still kicking tires about the course of action to be taken to stop the spread, I had a tiny window of opportunity to fly to PP for a short holiday. The risk was ominous, but we know risk and reward are directly proportionate. So I took my chances and flew to PP on 13 Mar. And I now know not when I will hear those six sweet words "Sir, your passport and boarding pass?" This is a long report because I really don't think I will write another report this year with all that is happening around us.

And before I begin, spare a thought for the impermanence of life with these lines from one of Kansas' most well-known songs.

Now, don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky.

It slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy.

Dust in the wind, all we are is dust in the wind.

13 Mar.

Changi was a breeze as usual, with the reduced air traffic and I got to PP ahead of scheduled landing time. There was hardly any passengers on the flight and the airport was desolate. I was in my hotel in a bit over an hour from landing. The usual Passapp ride for $7.

It was 8 pm, and I had arranged to meet up another BM who I have known for a while. We met around 9 pm cruised around St136 St130 St5 mostly. Visited several bars, bought drinks for girls I have known over the years but stayed non-committal. And by around 10.30 pm I found my quarry for the night. I believe it was Dragonfly. But I wasn't ready to go back to the room yet, so I told her I will come back for her and handed her $5. After that the other BM and I spent another 2 hours bar-hopping. A particularly crazy time was had by all at Crazy Dog, where the bras came off and there was mayhem all around. Around 2 am I went back to Dragonfly to pick up my cutie. No trouble at all. $15 barfine, but what the hell. Back in the room for a great night. No, I am not going to get descriptive.

14 Mar.

Lyda left around 1 pm the next day after a couple of more rounds of boom boom. I have her $80 and she was very happy. I went out to get some grub. Walked over to the Bright Lotus to get some Pho. They make a real mean bowl, so next time in town, do try. Walked back, stocked up on supplies of water, snacks, beer, etc. Napped for a couple of hours and then called over a girl I had met at Pontoon during my previous trip. Thea came over by 5 pm and stayed till 8 pm. I gave her $50.

Again, I met up with the BM around 8. 30 pm. This time first for a cocktail at his place, and man! Does he make a mean cocktail! Thanks mate, absolutely delicious stuff. This time we kicked off at St104, a quick walk up and down the street. Not much happening around 9. 30 pm. Somehow we landed up at OneZeroFour, and that was a great decision. The BM found a girl and so did I (after a patient 20 min wait over a slow beer). It was too early to go back, and it was the birthday of the girl the BM had picked. So we decided to get out and celebrate her birthday. I know some of you must be shaking your heads. And I ask you, now what are you all doing with all that money? Well, we bar hopped a bit, went to a bar on St136 where the girl had a sister (yeah, sure!) and really had a good time. Cut a cake and all that. Finally back in the room for the ditty. And I had some of the best, wildest, unbridled sex with this LBFM, that started in the shower and made its way to the kitchen table, the couch and finally the bed.

15 Mar.

Things then took a turn, as the girl wanted to leave. It was 3. 00 am and I wasn't ready to sleep. So I gave Phea $40 and took a tuk tuk to Pontoon. No cover fee, waved in after the obligatory pat-down. Not much happening inside, and I know I was kinda drunk. So I walked around looking at the talent closely, and then finally went over to the smaller room. Hung out by the bar and now I could really feel the buzz. Around 4. 30 am a girl (well, mature girl) grabbed my hand and said let us go. I wasn't sure but I did not resist much and within the next 10 min we were on our way back to my hotel. Back in the room, after the usual routine, I crashed out. Next morning when I woke around 10 am the girl was gone. I scrambled to my feet and checked all my belongings. There was nothing missing, not even a bottle of water. I will never be able to explain this, I don't even know her name.

16 Mar.

I looked at my phone and realized that the COVID shit was escalating and SG had announced a mandatory 14 day Stay Home Notice to all residents returning from a long list of countries. Cambodia was one of them. Fuck me!! Took a while to fathom the shit was in. 14 days inside the house, not able to even step outside for a swim or a run or even a smoke. This is going to be hard.

Anyway, I went back to sleep and woke by 3 pm. Called over another girl from my phonebook for a couple of hours. $40. Later in the evening we met up with yet another BM who has contributed immensely over the years to these SEA threads. We met at La Croisette for a couple of drinks and some quick bites. The pizza is stunning by the way. After that we bar hopped a bit. Then we decided to take a peek at Naga around 10 pm. Bad timing. The place was dead. Stayed at Darlin Darlin for a drink and then left. Back to the bars. Had some great fun at a Bar on St5, but did not find anyone that I wanted to shag yet. So by around midnight I went over to Pontoon again. This time, after an hour of hanging around I made a connection with a girl. Definitely in her late 20's, perhaps early 30's but very pretty, great body and sharp as tack. We hit it off well, and I was sure this would be a good decision. So off we went without discussing money.

17 Mar.

And I was right. I had a great time and so did she. We fucked like teens all night, hardly ever taking a break. I remember around 4 am I had stepped into the balcony for a smoke and she came up from behind and started getting down and dirty. Finally slept around 5. 30 am as the sun began to come up. She left at around 2 pm and I gave her $80. I told her I wanted to see her again tonight, to which she gleamed and said "OK honey, I dress up special for you".

After she left I got down to making a few calls to inquire on stuff back home, business etc. Worked for a few hours before my last night in town, which wasn't going to be too wild. I had set it up more like a date with Dee Dee (name changed). Around 6 pm she messaged to ask when she could come. We agreed she could come by 8 pm, while I finished some more work. She arrived at 7. 30 pm and she was really dressed well. Very fetching green blouse and beige trousers that accentuated her long legs. And I was in my shorts and a tee-shirt with bathroom slippers on. She had brought some food along. Wow, this girl is good. Well, not much to describe after that as we fucked each other senseless for the next 3 hours. She was even wearing some steamy lingerie!!

But my joy was short lived, as she got a phone call from someone. She sounded concerned, and told me that she had to go urgently. I gave her $60 and let her go without asking another question, as it would be pointless to reason with her. But that decision turned out to be a great one. After she left around 10.30 pm I stepped out and walked around St136 and St130. Went into a bar at St130 and instantly found a really pretty girl with a stunning body. I got her a drink and chatted with her a while. Very sweet girl, very little English but eager to please. She was trying to tell me that there is chatter about bars closing down in PP because of COVID. I told her she could be safe with me if that happened and she giggled and then kissed me deeply on the lips. This one was a winner all the way. And then the inevitable happened. Some guy rushed in and frantically asked the staff to close the bar. My girl said the cops were on the street shutting down the bars. I told her to get my tab along with her bar fine to which she quickly agreed. And as I stepped out of the bar I saw a sight I will never forget. Cops out in full force, shutting down every bar on the street, all the girls on the street in swarms. Fuck! What a sight.

18 Mar.

Anyway, I walked back to my hotel and had a great last night as usual. The girl left in the morning at around 10 am and I gave her $80 as well. My flight back to SG was at 6:50 pm so I had the entire day to kill. I asked my hotel reception for a late checkout. Promptly agreed. No extra fee. Good. I then met the first BM for lunch and we went to Pacow that was recommended by another BM here. A bit pricey by PP standards, but outstanding food. A real steakhouse. The roasted bone marrow was astounding. After the meal I went back relaxed for a while and then went off to the airport for my flight back to SG.

And upon arrival I had to spend 14 days at home, which overlapped with the circuit breaker that was announced on 03 Apr, due to end on 04 May. And that is now extended to 01 Jun. I am finding out that I can survive without sex for several weeks, hard as that may be.

Hang in there folks, this too shall pass. Memories is all we will have to regale us in the near future. And a huge shout out to the two BMs I met on this trip. A real pleasure, gentlemen. Thank you, stay safe and may our paths cross again.

Thansk buddy. I have a very nice girl to keep me company. We have been traveling around: Koh Rung, Koh Rung Sanolem (sp? Kampot, Kep. Its been a blast and she is great company. But variety is the spice of life. Need somehign fresh in my bed soon. Hahaha. I hope you are surviving and in good spirits wherever you are. Stay horny my friend!
You. V.UncleV you could possibly not imagine how fortunate you are. While the world we knew before COVID continues to crumble around us and incompetent Governments refuse to take responsibility for the mess we are in, you seem to be thriving in Cambodia; most importantly safe and healthy. I would give both my kidneys to be where you are right now. 40 days and counting at home now.

When you have a good lady with you, difficult times don't seem that hard. Keep the good times rolling'.

Not true Sam.

Very dead last night. Those that are "open" are doing so behind locked doors with no music and very low light.Sad to hear.

I've lost my two reliable wingmen who live in PP, due to an affliction called "marriage". It might take a couple of more years before they are cured. In the meantime, I can only pass on info from cyber sources of unknown reliability. I hope I can make it over there in a few months and see for myself. I'm quite sure there will be plenty of options by then.

Sam.

Any update Betong from your sources?Still in limbo. The bar owners I know have both been talking to fairly senior policemen, who clearly want their share before there will be any openings. But the decision will be made at a higher level.

And yes, more than a few bars are quietly open behind closed shutters. But basically just a drinking scene -- little if any staff catering to our hobby.

One quote I did like: I asked one of the mama-sans how long it would take to get back her couple dozen girls once they get the green light. One post on Facebook Messenger, she said, and they'll all be back from upcountry within 24 hours. You've got to love it!

There are bars that are open and there are girls for takeout as well. I was in one place with about 10 girls and with this market you'll get a lot of attention. As you said they kind of looks closed but they're still open. It seems like most of the bars that are open are not on 130 or 136, but on the streets further north, including the streets perpendicular to those. I got one girl with me and gave her $35 for LT. Second night I found another girl but she quoted $50 for ST and $100 for LT which is ridiculous. Could definitely have bargained but she seemed like trouble anyways.

Some bars have lots of girls, almost back to their full strength. As a previous poster pointed out, it's currently a buyers market so you can negotiate some good prices. Also some girls that wouldn't normally go out with guys are now offering to barfine. There seems to be more ladyboys than normal wandering the streets, especially around the main street 136 junction with street 5.

I have four bars on street 130, and we have two of them discreetly open. Its generally been quite busy and we’ve had some fun nights. Most of our girls are now back from their province. The customers are almost all expats, plus a few tourists stuck here because of lack of flights and closed land borders.

Basically all bars (except the ones that went broke in the meantime) are now back in business, legally and openly. Quite a number of girls back too. But still relatively few punters, and they tend to congregate in just a few of the better bars. Truly a buyer's market.

But a lot of bars are still shuttered up which probably means they are Betong's "broke bars".

There are a lot of Chinese punters who have materialised from somewhere and they are filling up the bars with cigarette smoke too. We noticed many Chinese guys bar-hopping on Saturday last wearing masks LOL. Very wishful thinking.

Trip Advisor has a post in its "Bars and Clubs" section that Darlin Darlin at Nagaworld 1 will not re-open until March 25,2021. The whole Naga complex is dark and empty.

Have to be seen to be doing the right thing (being closed) but economic realities (need money to eat) prevail. There are virtually no lights outside the bars. You have to check out the girls in the gloom.

There is still the threat of police conducting raids though they seem to have stood back for the last couple of weeks.

I certainly agree with you about it being a buyers' market. Lots of girls available and prices distinctly lower.

It's a strange but enjoyable time to be going round the bars as a customer.

Things are changing by the day, with no obvious coordination among the authorities. Four days ago the 136/130 bars were told by the Sangkat police that they could reopen legally, and many did. Then last night there was a citywide crackdown, apparently because the higher-ups were concerned about crowds of people around Pontoon. Tonight the bar owners are being required to sign statements that they won't open, with or without lights, under threat of permanent closure. So things are likely to get worse before they get better.

It is indeed strange to see that gigantic Nagaworld complex dark. One hears tales that the casino is in fact still quietly open. Urban myth maybe, but then with that kind of money (they report annual profits of $400-500 million) they could certainly find a way to do so if they wanted. Gambling is one of the few vices of no interest to me so I haven't bothered to go look.

I am on the ground now and living near Nagaworld 1 & 2. I walk past each day and when I tried to enter to use the food court on the lower G floor of Naga 2 the security told me it too was closed.

It is dark and deserted inside. If there is clandestine gambling going on then it's upstairs somewhere and hidden away.

I can't see the scenario that you are reminiscing about recurring for at least 6 months.

Cambodia is opening up its international airport again but not yet to China.

Ironically enough, USA is included in allowable entrants despite the nos in the US.

The kicker is that you need a health certificate not more than 72 hours old (no big deal) but not so easy for guys on a budget to get a 50 K health insurance policy which is also a requirement to get a visa.

I suspect this will be the new norm for international travel going forward.

Cambodia is opening up its international airport again <snip> The kicker is that you need a health certificate not more than 72 hours old (no big deal) Actually, the kicker is that Cambodia requires you to stay in a government designated place (not your own hotel) along with all the other incoming foreigners for 14 days! No way! A nice comfortable hotel I would consider because I'm sure you and Uncle V will send over the hottest girls to my hotel while I'm under quarantine.

The 72 hour health certificate will likely be a given for most SE Asian countries when they reopen. How does one even go about getting that? Say it takes 24 hours to get from Eastern USA to Phnom Penh, then within your last 48 hours in the USA you have to visit a doctor, get test results back, then have your doctor sign a health certificate confirming you do not have COVID? Are COVID test results immediate? What if your flight got delayed (a high possibility during these times) and it took more than 72 hours to get to Phnom Penh, would you be turned away at Customs?

There are already a few flights per day to and from China. Lanmei Airlines for example is still serving Guangzhou, Shenzen, Kunming, and Nanchang. I've bumped into a number of Chinese tourists in the open-not-really-open bars on 136, but of course only a tiny portion of what the number would normally be. But yeah. . . This is going to be a long, long haul till we're back to anything near normal.

14 days in quarantine is a non starter for me. While Cambodia is on my list of places to return to, Vietnam is my primary destination of choice. The other issue is connecting flights through other countries. Cambodia and Vietnam have no direct flights from where I am in North America meaning I would have to connect through Seoul, Taipei, or Beijing. I assume each would have restrictions imposed by those countries even just transiting through. Taipei would be my entry point of choice via EVA Air.

I find so many good girls in shops, street all over, pay nothing just share foods and a great time. After 18 Years I've seen the change from getting respect and nice behavior to cheating, robbing and fooled around by the cheating tuk tuk. I've seen how the girls changed from nice and clean and giving respect to became worst then Pattay scam hookers. Its sad and one day Cambodia will be total running by Chinese and the girls end up as hookers in mafia bordels without any choice, anyway they ask for it. I'm glad that I had a fabulous time from year 2000 to 2012 after that it all went away.

From Phnom Penh Post Weds May 27.

The Ministry of Health maintains that foreign travellers are allowed to enter Cambodia with a health certificate and must have at least $50,000 in health insurance. Travellers will be tested and must wait for the results from Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC).

The ministry said if one or more passengers are found to be infected with Covid-19, all passengers must be sent into quarantine at a location designated by the Inter-Ministerial Committee to fight against Covid-19.

If all the passengers obtain negative laboratory results, they will be allowed to practice social distancing at home.

(My added comment) Not good news if your inward flight has an infected person on it. EVERYONE has to go to a quarantine centre.

Strange, in the Hun Sen welcomed passengers from a cruise ship that had virus positive passengers aboard and bussed them into the city with no strings attached.

I hear that at least some quarantined pax are being held in the former Inter-Continental Hotel.

PNH has been very quiet the last week or more. Something like 7 arrivals and 4 departures daily. Only an idiot or very very desperate traveler would roll the dice and hope no other pax on the plane tested positive.

Short answer is yes. I don't go bareback, personally. However, my experience is that if you and your partner is nude and she is on top grinding away, grabs your dick as if to put it inside, bareback is definitely on the table. This, even with a condom plainly visible within arm's reach. I have acquaintances who consistently go bareback without any negotiation or discussion taking place prior to agreement to hook up. I have seen one, single reference here that bareback is very common and is SOP unless the customer does not wish to do so.

SS.I confirm you that 100% girls in PP don't use condoms! They even don't ask! I'm a creampie addict! You can't imagine the hundreds girls I creampie in PP and Pattaya and Bkk. Just give them TIP if they ask you condom!

SS.When Hun Sen allowed the cruise ship in, international travel was still available. The Big Boys, the people supporting the government, were still able to go abroad if shit hit the fan.

That's all gone now, The Cambodian Millionaires have to rely on the Cambodian health care system just like the local farmers. That's a big game changer.

Cambodia and Vietnam are side by side. Why are Cambodian women so much darker (on average) than Vietnamese women? It's sort of like asking why Boers are whiter than Bantus.

Vietnamese people originated in China. Later they migrated to the area round Hanoi. Hanoi is 1000 kilometers from the most northern part of Cambodia.

The Vietnamese didn't conquer the Mekong Delta near present day Cambodia until the Siamese-Vietnamese War of 1831–1834.

Khmer people have been in Cambodia since at least 2000 BC. So they were in the area 4000 years or more before the Viets arrived.

Construction has already begun, so it'll probably happen. From another board, I'm not sure that is what the fuss is about. That is, I don't see 136 being turned into another Pub Street or Soi Cowboy. So far, it appears that there is an issue with signage and awnings encroaching on what might have been a sidewalk at one time. That encroachment plus all of the motorbikes parked in front of the bars makes for a crowded 1-lane street that must be shared by drunk pedestrians, motorbikes and vehicles and vendor carts.

Another reason I don't see the street being closed is that the Lux Hotel has a driveway from the street to it's parking garage and the front of the hotel is reserved for tour buses.

It doesn't sound very practical to me either, but that's how it's being pitched to the bar owners. Anyhow the street as it is now is a crowded mess so anything they can do to make it a little more pedestrian friendly ought to be welcome.

My friends who are still in Phnom Penh report that the bars have gone quiet again.

It seems that the very tight border restrictions and visa requirements have cut off the East Asian supply line so there are very few people around.

Anyone on the ground there able to provide an update apart from my sources?

I just received an email article from Trip Advisor titled "8 Countries Americans Can Visit Right Now". Of interest to me and perhaps some of you guys is that Cambodia was listed as 1 or the 8 countries! Here is a link to the article: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Articles-l20062-Countries_for_americans_to_visit_now.html. And the relevant quote is:

"Cambodia is open to Americans right now, but it's not the easiest or most practical place on our list. You'll only find connecting flights—from hubs like Seattle, Dallas, San Francisco, LOS Angeles and New York—with the stop at Incheon International Airport in South Korea.

Cambodia requires travelers to pay a $3,000 deposit upfront to cover any potential coronavirus-related cost. But don't worry, if you test negative for COVID-19 during the mandatory test upon arrival at the airport, you'll only be on the book for $160 of that. More information can be found at TourismCambodia.com. If you're still determined to check Cambodia off your bucket list in 2020, we can't blame you. ".

So I am thinking what the fuck! I like Cambodia, I like Phnom Penh, and I like Khmer girls. I checked the airlines and yes Delta / Korean Air has relatively short duration flights available. I checked dates for October 2020, January and March 2021 as my departure dates. I also checked out Phnom Penh hotels and found my favorites at pretty good discount from normal times. So if there is no quarantine for healthy arrivals, which I will have to check out very carefully before booking, I might just pull the trigger and spend a month or two in Khmer land. Anything is better than waiting around in south Florida for the vaccine and Thailand to open.

Of course if the Phnom Penh hostess bar scene has gone "quiet" again that is another story and I am back to waiting for the travel light to turn green IE the corona vaccine that will save mongering. It's like "Waiting For Godot."

Natty, this may change by the time you arrive but currently you still have to self isolate for 14 days at your own accommodation after you arrive if you test negative. If you test positive you will be quarantined at a government designated facility with all the other people who have tested positive to COVID. Wouldn't that be fun!

Anyone pulled the trigger yet and can let us know how they are monitoring the self isolation? Phone app GPS? Tracking device? Random checks in your room? I can see getting a hotel room in the middle of the action and going out to grab food and a girl pretty quickly before anyone even realizes you are gone. I'm assuming self isolation still means you are allowed to go out to buy food and water.

The other factor that is not discussed much is that any travel insurance you have is likely void if your national country has a travel advisory to the country you are traveling to. Heaven forbid if you need medical help in any SE Asia country to begin with.

Natty, as usual you are way too popular and we can't send you a PM.

It's $2000 USD now payable into a listed local bank. Cash is recommended as many arrivals have found their card isn't working in the machines.

There are also very strict requirements regarding having negative tests for Covid-19 prior to boarding and arrival.

It depends a lot on which airline you use and which ports you transit through.

Some airlines require tests carried out 72 hours before departure.

Others say 72 hours before arrival. Check what time is the test and the reported result.

You have to provide a shitload of proper forms filled up by doctors on legit letter-head. Must be signed with a blue pen FFS. They have stopped people boarding because the doctor used a black pen and the airline said it wasn't an original form.

I am supposed to return soon to complete a work assignment in PNH and I have the required invitation on government letterhead etc but I am not going until there is some change in the onerous requirements to entry.

For further details to make your nose bleed (and to see the list of requirements) go to the FB site called "Cambodia Work Visa and Permit Group".

I would like to go, but not if the hurdles are this difficult to arrange. Plus I am informed that if any passenger on the arrival flight tests positive in Phnom Penh, all passengers on the flight will be quarantined in hospital for 14 days. That is a risk I am not willing to take no matter how low its probability considering all the safe guards and protocols in place at the airports. Too bad. I will go back to the waiting room.

Natty, you have forgotten perhaps the most important thing besides the over the top entry requirements, a visa. Currently no VOA and if you call the Cambodian embassy in the states you will find (if you can get through) they are not issuing any. Best wait till this nonsense dies down.

I keep thinking how much money I'm saving by not hobbying for a year or three. The only saving grace I have is thinking about what a Lollapalooza tour I am going to have once the doors open again. I am planning a 2. 5-month nonstop sex marathon for my next trip, ha ha which will include Jakarta or Manila, BKK, Pattaya, & Yangon or Phnom (maybe Macau if I hear the saunas re-open).

The one positive thing I learned from Trip Adviser's Fake News event is that there are reasonably priced, short duration flights from South Florida to Phnom Penh with Delta / Korean Air. I hate flying transpacific into Swampy where the immigration line is the slowest in SE Asia. Even MNL's Ninoy Aquino international Airport is more efficient.

I found the girls on 136 to be hit and miss. But found a great little hottie on 130. The bars are full on both 136 and 130. If you're looking for a great hotel I would suggest Baitong hotel on 282 street. I'm now back in Siem Reap and wondering where to find some action.

There have been some cuties in the Harbour on music nights as well as the Laundry Bar. I haven't been in X Bar since it reopened, I hear its slim pickins. There are tons of meth skanks near Draft Bar on Sok San. Your best deal right now is the KTVs, but you need a driver you can trust if you don't scooter yourself (which I don't).

Did you take a young butterfly to your room at Baitong? Any issues?Baitong Hotel is the former Goldiana, a former classic and much loved legendary place.

Goldiana has now been destroyed by this glass monstrosity.

I can't imagine why a monger would want to stay way down there in BKK, well away from the night-life areas of Street 130 and other riverside places.

At least there are some reasonable eating places around St 282.

So with vaccines being approved and produced has any timeline been laid out or even talks for tourism? I am not big on the vaccine idea but if it gets me into SEA I am onboard. Was supposed to go to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam for a month this spring but Thailand shut down the day I was supposed to arrive. I am planning to go the end of September 2021. My flight voucher expires Dec. 2021. Any thoughts of the possibility of this happening would be appreciated. My itinerary will be Cebu for two weeks to visit friends and family of SO and then 10 days solo in PP or where ever I can get into.

My money says Cambo and Thailand will be open within the year to tourists including visa on arrival. That is, assuming that the vaccine is widely available and arriving passengers can show proof of vaccination. I've read news reports of having passports issued with confirmation of vaccination included and also documents being issued which would be accepted by the airlines (and the appropriate immigration authorities involved). Lots and lots of administrative protocols will need to be agreed upon by the governments and air carriers. But there is so much money at stake it should be doable in time for a trip sometime in 2021.

Those who have been vaccinated and get covid can still pass it on to those who haven't been vaccinated. So needs 100% compliance from all. So don't count ya chickens yet. There's a way to go before normality returns.

SS.I read that IATA the governing body for airlines and manufacturers is working on the protocols for vaccination proof. I work in the aviation industry so I am confident they will work out a process that is fairly full proof. They were established to standardize the airline industry globally. If no one opens up by December I fully plan on lawyering up and getting my money back. I went to Brazil in October and am returning for New Years. While Rio is a lot of fun nothing will beat a room full of Asian spinners, for me anyway.

As this has played out we have seen mass hysteria and information that flies in the face of all known medical history. I have come to the conclusion this is nothing more than a political ploy to assert more control over the masses. I have known many people who have caught "it" and the only one who died was on death's door step already. "It" is spreading around my area and everyone I have spoken to said it is like a bad cold. All the hype and fear to me is just a new boogie man. Bioterrorism is what I would call it. Use a disease to hold the world hostage, take away freedoms and assert control. I think our saving grace will be greed. At some point industry leaders will assert their desperation on political leaders and things will ease. I am being patient but I believe those losing the most will run out of patience sooner rather than later. Hope that wasn't too political just my take on things. Thanks stay safe.

Suicide rate seems to have tripled this year. ODs have doubled.
