I am a new member on ISG and I figured I should start contributing some reports. I was in Beijing a couple months ago (in the beginning of September, the week of the Moon Festival) and was determined to have some good experiences with a few lovely Chinese girls, ideally a great massage with FS.
I did my research on a couple of websites in advance and read that there are a couple of high-end spas in the city that can provide extras. I chose Paradise Spa at The Place in Ritan. I figured it would be relatively easy to get to (it wasn't far on the map), but quickly learned that Beijing taxi drivers are a special mix of greed and incompetence. Anyway, one hour, three different taxis, and a couple hundred yuan later, I reached Paradise Spa (BTW, The Place is quite a cool shopping plaza. I didn't go in, but the atrium outside was totally decked out for the Moon Festival and they were projecting some sort of Imax film on the canopy, above our heads.). I stepped into the spa, and spent about 15 minutes trying to communicate with the front desk that I was looking for an erotic massage with a beautiful girl. He said no problem, and sent me upstairs with a decent-looking lady in her late-20's. Probably a 6, but with a nice body. The massage was quite professional and relaxing, but unfortunately my hints and requests that I was interested in more just got a sad shake of the head from the girl. Oh well, so much for that. Strike one.
Frustrated, I left the spa after my massage, figuring that my next attempt would be to look for takeaways on the street in front of the 5-star hotels near where I was staying (Qianmen E St, near the Forbidden City). Lots of tourists and police directing traffic, but not a single working girl (probably because of the police). Two strikes.
I had also read that you could find working girls in the hutongs near the Qian Men Hostel, so I hoofed it in that direction. By that time it was probably 11 PM, and I was getting tired. I got down to Dazhalen Street, and saw there were many bars and shops, but all were closed. I figure either I was too late (it seems that places close really early in Beijing? Or maybe it was because this was the night of the Moon Day festival? Anyway, I walked as far into the hutongs as I dared with so few people around, and gave up. Strike three, and out. I gave up for the evening, but not before a very long walk back to my hotel (no taxis to be found).
The second day I spoke to a colleague and confirmed that Dazhalen might have been closed the day before because of the holidays, and decided to give it another try, this time a bit earlier. Another long walk. Indeed, the place was hopping, full of bars, tourists, and touts. Having read that if you walk all the way down the main hutong you will find some BBS-type places with FS, I crisscrossed my way up and down a number of streets. I did see a few ladies in a couple of doorways, but really low quality, and not at all safe looking. After about an hour of walking around, I found myself in front of another spa. I can't remember the name, but it was at the far western end of Dazhalen at the intersection of S Xinhua St. I went through the game of sign language and smart phone translation, and found myself in a room with a smiling 6.5 with large breasts and a nice attitude. She skipped the usual professional massage portion and went straight to caresses and slowly and lightly drawing her nails down my back, buttocks, and inner thighs. I love that, so I was in heaven. She kissed me all over, including on my throbbing member. At the same time, I was groping her breasts and crotch through her uniform. I stayed in Beijing a few more days, and asked around at a couple other spas closer to my hotel, None of them officially offered extras as they had been having visits from 'men with three-sided hats' (I assume this the literal translation of 'police' I went back to the place in the hutongs and got a different girl, this one a real stunner. This one also started to give me a HJ as standard practice, but unlike her colleague earlier in the week, she refused to let me touch her. She was quite uninterested. I let her tug the little guy for a while, but I found the proximity of such beauty without being able to touch her to be really frustrating and eventually told her to focus on the massage.
So that is how my week in Beijing went. I did a lot of walking and looking, but never found FS, and only came away with one HJ during the entire week. I liked Beijing as a city, but must say that the pickings were pretty slim, at least where I was looking. And I read somewhere that there are supposed to be one million prostitutes in the city? I have to question the websites you were looking for info from. Why not look, you know, here? I've been in China since the 90's, and can't remember ever hearing of street hookers in any hutongs. Which website told you this? In fact, I haven't really hear of girls on the streets for 3-4 years, maybe longer. Maybe since Olympics. Maybe you were looking at archived websites from a long time ago? Anyway, sorry you didn't have a great time. You probably would have had you logged on here.You are right. I was staying at Great Wall Sheraton (more on this later) for a week and was looking for adventure. This was my first time in Beijing so relied on this and other sites.
1st evening: Walked South and then East from the hotel and found a promising massage place, but after fantastic massage, no he even with some asking. Well, at least I received a nice massage to relax the kinks out after a long flight. 184 RMB.
2nd evening: Tried the massage place I have seen some refer as South River. Taxi was able to place me on the street and after a little looking I was able to find the place. This was around 9 PM. Nice and pretty girl with massage at I believe 188 RMB. Immediate offer of he + 100 RMB and clothes off + 100 RMB. So just south of 400 RMB and enjoyed a nice massage with he and some touchy feely.
3rd evening: Tried one of Lily's girls. MiauMiau. Had some trouble finding her in the lobby. After some mis-communication (found her and she thought that I did not want her), we tried to make it past the elevator gauntlet. Note: I knew this from reading, but Great Wall Sheraton is really not GF. She could come up if she would register but she would not register and left. Still wanting at least some partial satisfaction, I realized I needed to go out. Some sure options seem like Sophies, Blueberry or LemonTree. Picked Lemontree from the group, called and they were still open. Got directions for the cab driver and a short drive later I was there with the hostess came down to the taxi drop-off to ensure I could find the specific location. Was intending for 90 minute nuru, but was convinced to take a 4 hand massage w BJ for 1300. First time with 4 hands massage and really enjoyed it. Plenty of touching opportunity as well and they both worked well together for the alternating BJ. As written elsewhere, seems FS is not on the menu but would have been really great with these two girls. Showered and left very happy and glad with my choice.

Stopped going there because of this. I assume you refer to Dongba Middle Road near the 435 bus stop? This is far outside normal visitor territory and a pain regarding logistics.

Thank you for this detailed report. Sounds familiar as many things like that happened to me in the beginning here. Read a little backwards and you will find a lot of advice that would have spared you a lot of fruitless endeavours. Glad you enjoyed it anyway. The Sheraton is the only hotel in Beijing to avoid even I never had issues there, but in general as there are so many hotels why take the risk? 1000 plus for a he is not needed once you know the lay of the land better.

Maybe a lot of you guys already know this, so this is a tip for newbies and for those who can't read Mandarin. At many MPs, even places that seem legit, there is sometimes a "VIP package" option on the menu (usually priced at around 598 RMB). If you're in an adventurous mood, go for it. I've chosen it a bunch of times and have had everything from silk stocking he to CBJ. Albeit, so far no FS. And yes, I realize that 598 is a lot to pay for non-FS, but I can pay 300 to get FS at BBSs and so for me variety is the spice to life. My best. And happy holidays.

That used to be my favourite MO too, however I found that recently this has become more often miss than hit compared to the past, especially in Beijing. Now it often is just using expensive massage oils or spa treatments so you may want confirm before you pay a lot for blue balls.

What it has, what it doesn't have, which hotel is friendly, how much is each service, etc. Spend some time reading and you will get a general picture.
In summary, not much going on in Beijing these days.

I was having dinner in S. CA this past weekend with a guy that grew up in Guangdong is now living in Vancouver. We were reminiscing aboutmongering in China before the crackdown in February. He said his local mates are saying in two years it may come back. I don't believe it.
IMHO, we will never see China again like it was in the day. I reckon there is just not much valuable information to share nowadays. All the China threads on this forum have diminished to a skeleton of what they once were. Members are just trying to post to fill the space out of frustration.
I have packed it in after almost 20 years staying in China. Without the mongering, there is nothing worth staying for. You can't even breathe in Beijing! It isn't even cheap to make things there anymore.
Where is the next frontier?

Not worth risking giving out too much info and inconveniencing the establishment as right now there are actual serious concerns of a constant crackdown. A mamasan at our favorite 6th floor building told me the police said to stay closed the rest of the year since before Christmas. This is the new reality.

I mean Maggi's is still here, right? A national treasure, though not cheap. And much of the activity you had in saunas is still here, but it has changed form: there are many places set up like Lemontree and Blueberry -- in apartments--that offer FS. These are found via QQ mainly, so not as expat friendly. But not cheap! Also QQ itself also has many low cost options: sort of like upscale quickies in nice apartments with 10 girls available. Rmb400 to 500 for a pop. Again, only for Chinese-speaking expats. And of course they cater more to locals. As many have mentioned here, aside from freebies, a moderate-cost option is massage shops like in Wangjing where you develop a relationship with girls and do takeout at low cost (rmb100 for 4 hours) hotels or at your home. This is not hard to arrange and cost is around rmb 600 for the better ones. So the "furniture has been rearranged" in the monger's scene, but there the talent is still there. Thing have gone underground and it is harder for expats to navigate that scene. You just need to do more work. For visitors, options like outcall with Kitty, Angel, Lily, etc is an easy and not too costly option.

Thanks for the kind words. I am still traveling back and forth so I am sure we will meet again. I was just in Guangdong last month but not so often to Beijing any more. I also remember the good times I had with you and our good mate from Down Under even though he is always on my case for something.
IMHO, Guangdong, mostly Dongguan, got hit the hardest with the crackdown. They let the situation there get way out of control in the past. This has caused a spillover effect for all of the province. Most BBS and Saunas are shut down or only operating for regular customers through the back door. In the day, there were BBS and saunas on every corner and KTVs had 500+ girls to choose from.
That said, I was in Shanghai last month and, although there has been a shift in locations to outside of downtown, there are still ample BBS available and, saunas and the laowai bars are still operating. And, there were girls available from mamasans just outside my hotel. I will not mention the specifics here but can be contacted by PM for details. I don't know much about KTV in Shanghai.
It has been awhile since I have mongered in Beijing. I've only been there a couple times in the past few years and have been doing a freebie I met online. This deal may be coming to an end since she is approaching 30 and asked me to marry her last time we met. Nothing lasts forever.

Anyway the prices are usually 200-300 rmb for lame massage plus HJ, 400 rmb for FS though cheaper can be found. Tiantongyuan prices are usually 100-150 rmb for HJ and I have never been quoted more than 300 rmb for FS. And in my opinion, the quality of girls is higher in Tiantongyuan.
In Li Jun Lu, about half the places are HJ only for 100 rmb. Can't really complain as there are some stunning young girls to choose from. There are a couple of places that are 200 rmb for FS. These girls are in the 25-30 yrs old range, looks are average but the service is good.

Firstly, Chaoyang district is enormous. You'll need to be a little less vague if you want any actionable advice regarding location.
Secondly, I'd be happy to make a few recommendations via PM (for which, of course, you'll need to join ISG). The last time I posted a specific MP address here the report was plagiarized by Beijing HappyMassage a few days later, after which that MP got a visit by the local constabulary asking specifically about foreign clients.
The issue with posting details here is not that you'll inform LE of anything they don't know. Indeed, LE reports are an excellent source of info on p4 p venues. They know much more than anyone on here regarding where action is to be found. The problem is that they do not wish for these places to be visible to foreigners, esp foreign press.

Do you have passport / I'd card from another country? If YES just take it along and show security at entrance. If you worried about carrying passport with you - (I NEVER carry passport with me) - than just get a laminated colour copy of data page and show them that. I have seen countless overseas Chinese born or expats in Maggies. It should not be a problem at all.

I just have to say again that there is an excellent massage and HJ place next to gongti north gate / chunxiu lu area for a small fraction of the crazy prices posted here. Massage is consistently one of the best oil massages in town, really excellent. Price varies from 168? For basic up to RMB 228? For better quality organic oil, also have a great hot stone oil massage for when the weather cools down. All massage services are up to 50% off with purchase of a discount card. HJ is also by far the best in Beijing, add RMB 200 to your massage cost. Since I bought a discount card, I'm usually paying about RMB 80 to 100 for the massage plus RMB 200 extra. The girls are mid 20s to early 30s, good to great looking and pretty enjoyable company if you speak Chinese. The shop owner is in her late 20s, cute and petite and has professional HJ / sauna training. The girls have mostly worked at other high-end spas for several years and get HJ training from her. The location is safe, clean and well decorated in a mixed-use apartment building.
Since there is an ongoing crackdown and regardless of price this is by far my favorite massage (and / or HJ) place in Beijing, I won't publish their info here. Just PM me for more info. They actually have another shop in the Chaoyangmen area but this is the one I always go to.

I was in Shanghai for a week in October. Stopped by Judy's and it was jam packed. On a weekday. I think a Thursday. Had fun with a snappy little spinner back at my hotel. This is my first time traveling to Beijing. Have some experience with Shanghai though. I recollect language is a huge barrier in checking out the local scene. I usually prefer to call someone at the Hotel. I have always found it safe within the 4 walls of my hotel room. Anyone can share a contact who they have some experience with? Someone who can communicate in basic English. I am staying at one of the hotels in Chaoyang District. Can share hotel name etc on PM if you wish to know. Would really appreciate some help and info. Also it would be good to know what should I pay for a couple of hours of company so that I don't get completely compromised being a foreigner.

Good luck.I tend to not trust these people, I once called these places and they took me to a KTV where I was able to have FS but was jumped and threatened (but never actually physically attacked) but forced to give them couple thousand RMB to get them off my back. I actually posted about the whole thing on the forum years ago.
Take note, if it seems too good to be true, it won't be and you will be lucky to only have to pay to get out of it.

I lived in Beijing 6-7 years ago and I just came back. Damn, that city changed so much!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the old spots I used to enjoy is still going strong, for decent prices (100 for the 60 min massage, +200 for the HJ, +400 for FS).
It's a big building with loads of massages places scattered among 6 floors. The price depends on the shop you choose and the feeling with the ML.
The location is just behind the Agricultural Exhibition Center Station, on the Maizidian north street. It's not really hard to find the exact address on the Internet.
Glad to join that forum and looking forward to share some knowledge.

Thanks!I have bonked a few ladies at this hotel (Radegast, on Guanghua Lu). They have a great rate for short term. The rooms are nice, and the beds are strangely large. You could easily have a five some on them.
Never tried the BBS.
I get to Beijing once or twice a year. CNY is a must, go figure. 3 years ago I fucked this fairly attractive girl from the foot massage place. She just left. She finally got Wechat and didn't go home for CNY this year. She a lucky find. And no, I will not share. But it's out there and it is good, very good. She remembers and so do I.

Simba if I remember correctly the going rate for LT overnight hook ups with a freelancer would be between 800-1500 yuan depending on the girl. Outcall massage ranges from 500-800Yuan including FS. Compare to the cities in the US, Beijing is a very safe city. You can walk around 24/7 within the metropolitan area as long as you are walking along the big lighted street. Just do not go into the small dark alley.
The massage places are safe if you agree to pay the agreed fee. You need to ask for the price before any action and prepare to pay. However, Just carry as much cash as you need. Do not show off your cash in the public area.

There have been reports of foreigners beaten by drunks in the Sanlitun bar district. I find the Beijing people aggressive, especially in the metro, but also on the streets. They come at you, expecting you yo get out of THEIR way. Also I've had problems with the cab drivers. I get in the front seat, hand them the destination in Chinese and refuse to get out if they balk. Their license is right in front of you and they can be reported. Can't blame them for the bilious humor. It's a tough way to make money.

Anyway, any help / info for a newbie in China will be greatly appreciated!I have lived in major cities around the globe and Beijing is the one that by far and away the safest I have ever felt! I have walked home from different locations using both main and side streets at very late hours (2-5 AM) and never once have I had any problems. Compared to other major cities in China the amount of street crime (Pickpockets, mugging, [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123), etc.) is significantly lower. I recall an incident during the build-up to the Olympics where a tourist was stabbed by a man at the Bell Tower. The Chinese there threw the man that stabbed the tourist to his death from the tower.
I speak very little Chinese and have never had any problems at any of the massage places. If you are in the central portion of the city most will have an English menu and the girls may even know a few words of English. But don't expect to have any great conversations. I would recommend that you get the Baidu Translate app for your mobile phone. It does a good job of translating English to Chinese (although it usually has syntax errors on long sentences) and has a spoken conversation translation tool that I use very often in massage places (the girls love having this so they can talk to you).
If you stick to the bars that are frequented by foreigners you probably won't have any problems. Unless you cause them (by being a bad drunk). This site will tell you about bars like Maggie's and Chocolate where you can find girls that will go home with you. But remember if they are wearing a name tag they work at the bar and their job is to get you to buy more drinks (usually expensive ones) and will not leave with you at the end of the night.
Hope you have fun while in my second home town. A lovely place with great attractions. Both for tourists and mongers.

Taxis in the sanlitune area will all know the hotspots but it would still be wise to store some of the Chinese names of the places in Chinese characters on your smart phone so you can show the taxi. Make sure you take the business card for your hotel to show taxis. I was in Beijing many times and never once was I pick pocked or harassed or even felt in any danger what so ever. Shenzhen and Tianjin were however different stories for me. Massage places are also very safe, I mean the main bath houses which could be quite big with many customers. However the cost will be about 800 Yuan for FS. You can have fun in the 5 star hotel bars, the sanlitune bars or the local bars but I have always had more fun in the bars where expats hang out. The girls speak English and picking up freebies is always a stronger possibility with the back up plan for an easy Pay for play hook up if needed. I have never frequented those BBS places and would never recommend it. Look in the classifieds and also call up some of the outcall massage places. Good luck.

I went only to two place for relaxation in Shenzhen, one was the oriental palm springs in Futian and the Perthden hotel spa near Luohuo station.
Oriental palm spring is strictly a clean place BUT if you go and had a couple of massages with the same girl and get her wechat there are possibilities to "ask her out".
Perthden is maybe quite well known, since it's high rated on, you can get massage with BBBJ for 298 RMB. The interesting part is that only recently (starting end of January) and by accident I got to know a guy who worked there who started a small "hidden" operation where you can get full service in the Vienna hotel nearby. There have been reports of foreigners beaten by drunks in the Sanlitun bar district. I find the Beijing people aggressive, especially in the metro, but also on the streets. They come at you, expecting you yo get out of THEIR way. Also I've had problems with the cab drivers. I get in the front seat, hand them the destination in Chinese and refuse to get out if they balk. Their license is right in front of you and they can be reported. Can't blame them for the bilious humor. It's a tough way to make money.

This is only your fourth post and all you report is in my personal experiences misleading and unconfirmed. The area you describe here has but few MP that do not offer anything beyond HJ at partially inflated prices (similar to DongBa). Last time I was there they had even a police car parked outside and I was quoted 400 for a HJ.

Never seen this here compared to say Thailand. As long as you act defensive and stay away from aggressive touts you will never have a problem in BJ. Yes people can be rude. Yes there are scams. Hello all. USA east coast resident here. My usual stomping ground is the Dominican Republic; but per chance I happened upon a business class airfare to Beijing that I just could not pass up. So I'll be coming to your fair city for the first time, at the end of April / beginning of May.
My expectation wasn't too high to begin with, since I heard about the government crackdown, and also Beijing was not known for mongering unlike certain southern cities. My main focus for this trip will be signtseeing and cultural enrichment, but I'll be remiss if I don't sample a few northern Chinese beauties while there! However, after RTFF for a dozen pages or so of this thread, and cursory reading of other Chinese threads, I'll say that I'm shocked at the level of sadness and despair! Higher prices, and fewer services! "xxx yuan and not even BBBJ?" "China has nothing to offer post-crack down!" Still, as many people say, things can change in China at warp speed. In another month and a half when I arrive, hopefully things will improve?!

While the timing of your trip will coincide with China's second biggest holiday (Labor Day is May 1) and there will be less offerings in town due to the Golden Week traveling, there should still be plenty of opportunities for you to sample while you are here. You should, however, expect large crowds at any of the various "tourist" places (Palace Museum, Temple of Heaven, etc.) during the day since many people come to Beijing during the holiday period. I should also mention that all things Google (Google Maps and Google Translate for example) do not fuction in China since they are blocked by the Great Firewall of China. You can either get a VPN connection (I recommend Green VPN for iPhones since it is free) or to download a translator that works. Such as Baidu Translate to help you get over some of the language issues you will encounter unless you are able to speak Mandarin. I would also recommend getting WeChat, as it is very good for connecting with people and does translations on messages received in Mandarin (but not messages sent).
Now let me try to tackle your list of things:
1. Kitty (see the classified ad section for contact information) is probably the surest bet for service. 700 RMB with no extra charges for taxi for FS from a "girl-next-door" type. Which really means a younger girl from the countryside. Usually with little or no ability to speak English. Suggest you contact Kitty via WeChat and be very specific on what you are looking for in a girl. The more specific, the more you will enjoy the time. This is probably the lowest cost FS in the city, but don't expect GFE, multiple shots or overnight. One shot and the girl is gone.
2. Maggie's should be experienced but only late at night. Place does not get "active" until midnight. Don't buy drinks for girls. Especially those with name tags, as they work there and cannot go out with any customers. I found that the pickings of Mongolians and sometimes girls from other countries is usually very good, but as you mentioned, can be pricey. Especially if you don't negotiate from their initial "asking" price. Been a while since I have been there, so not really sure what the current "normal" price would be (usually lower as the closing time approaches). Perhaps some of the other regulars here can give you a better idea on the price you should be willing to pay.
3. Nearly all of the "outcall massage" with ads on Craigslist, classified. ChinaDaily. Com, Happy Massage. Com and Backpage (which is blocked here in Beijing so VPN is needed) are all going to be expensive, but will have a FS option offered. Usually at a really high price with a girl that will not look like the picture in the ad. I remember getting one girl from an ad who told me she had an add on multiple sites with many different numbers (she had multiple mobile phones) and that an overnight would be 8000 RMB since she can make that easily in one night with only a few massages / sex. Needless to say, I decided not to go with her overnight option.
4. I have been approached by the mamasans, but never tried these since I have also heard about the scams. Try at your own risk.
5. Used to be easier to find both working girls and freebies in Sanlitun but since they changed the area I find it not as easy as it once was. Might be because I am old and fat, so your mileage may vary.
6. Nearly all of the massage places will offer a happy ending (HJ) at some point. Again, an expensive option but a negotiable price usually. FS is rare at massage places and usually only after multiple visits. Since the crackdown a few years ago the number of BBS options have significantly dropped, especially in the central part of the city. They are still there, but not in places that most tourists would easily find. I would suggest though that a far better option would be one of the upscale private massage places (Sophie, Blueberry, Lemon Tree) where you get a very good massage and BBBJ for under 1000 RMB. My favorite of these is Sophie, who is fluent in English and really wants to make sure her customers are pleased. Girls there vary, but most are not only attractive, but skilled.
7. Dating websites in China are all in Chinese. So language skills are required. One option is QQ International which is not really a dating site, but you can easily find freebies there after a little work. QQ International for Windows (computer) translates both incoming and outgoing messages so the language problem is lessened (some translations will not always make sense). QQ International Mobile only translates the incoming messages, so it would require you to compose and translate in another translator (Baidu) and then send that to the girls. QQ takes time to cultivate freebies, but since you have a month before your trip you can give it a shot and see if you can arrange a freebie for your visit.
8. Not sure why you would want to go to Tianjin or Zhangjiazhuang. Especially for mongering. Plenty to do and see in Beijing.

Importantly there are plenty of scams, stuidents wanting ti practice english and who happen to know a nice place to drink tea. Very expensive, art students asking you to visit their studio, mamasans and night club touts approaching you in the street. Avoid at all costs. Lots of other scams.

At this point I'm leaning towards private residences via AirBnB. I've seen a few sleek modern studio apartments each for around $60/ night, all in the area framed by Dongzhimen metro top, Sunlitan neighborhood, and the Workers' Gymnasium.

In Tianjin, as in Beijing, things are not out in the open. Tianjin was hit harder than Beijing during the post-Changping nationwide crackdown last year. There are far fewer pink-lit BBSs, for example, than a few years ago. There is, however, still plenty of action and prices are generally lower than in Beijing.
Probably the most attractive option, vs Beijing, are saunas (simply referred to as "baths" locally). While Beijing still has a few, prices for anything other than the most run-down places are the highest in the PRC. In contrast, rmb500 or so will buy you 50 min with the hostess of your choice from a 50+girl fishbowl in Tianjin. She'll do a pole dance for you before proceding to the ISO 9000 sauna routine. Much less service, in not nearly as nice an environment, will cost you 3 x500 (at least) in Beijing. If you want to make a night of it, you can get a room in the attached 4 star hotel. One sauna beyond Tianjin's outer ring road even has a burlesque show every evening.
Is it worth the time and effort to travel over from Beijing? The train from BJ south station takes 32 minutes, so you could make a day trip. There are some interesting sights in Tianjin, though, such as the consession-era architechture, so it might be worthwhile to stay for a day or two. It's worth noting that other expenses in Tianjin are typically less than in Beijing as well (hotels, meals, taxis, etc). It boils down to how much time you have and what priority you place on visiting a nice sauna or two. MPs are good in Tianjin as well, and there's an abundance of cheapie-low-end places, but they would hardly be worth the trip over.
PM if you'd like more info. I can give you a list of 5 saunas I've tried personally, though I know of quite a few more that I've just not had the chance to visit. If you stay overnight I can also share a couple of local (confirmed) QQ / Weixin girls who might be convinced to visit you in your room.

During my last visit to Beijing I decided to try some mongering activities for the first time in Beijing. After some research Kitty appeared to be a good recommendation. Prostitution Crackdown Expanded Online in Beijing.
Beijing police are increasingly tapping online resources to help them fight prostitution, with eight suspects detained in the latest crackdown, the Beijing Public Security Bureau said on April 2, 2015.
The suspects include a woman from north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Four venues used for the illegal activities have also been uncovered, the bureau said.
Crackdowns on prostitution in the capital in the past few years have yielded promising results but an increasing number of perpetrators have gone online to carry out their illegal activities, it said.
At the end of 2014, the police in Beijing's Shijingshan District discovered netizens of online forums discussing information related to prostitution, including details such as venues, services, payment and prostitutes' contacts.
The police used these leads to track the illegal activities. The prostitutes would usually chat with their targeted clients first before confirming their identities and meeting them in person, the bureau said.
More prostitutes are becoming cautious about such online transactions, making it more difficult to track the violators, it said.

When you see hotel names on expedia ect you can cross check on ISG search to see if they are girl friendly but be aware that even some girl friendly hotels abide the 11 pm no guests in room rule. Also a girl friendly hotel today may not be girl friendly tomorrow for such reasons as crackdown, big political event etc.
Public transport in Beijing is best done using an electronic ticket, subways can also issue tickets for cash.

Teltel.One more option: People's Uber. Very good pricing, I was able to get a People's Uber from Chaoyang 3rd Ring to the airport for <35 RMB (+10 RMB for toll). Usually this is a 60-70 RMB fare in regular taxi.
YMMV on trips to / from airport though as the taxi association is hassling Uber drivers and many are afraid of getting fined.

Visited one of my regular areas tonight and had a very welcomed surprise. But before I go into that, here's a quick update on places I mentioned before: Ding Si Lu, which had about 7 BBSs is completely shut down. I mean, all the windows taken out and roof missing, gone. After studying your old posts, I think I figured out which area you're referring to. Is it the area to the west of the mid-point between two similarly-named subway stops, both with the word "bridge", one with an extra "south"? An area where Lyndon Johnson and Lebron James would feel equally at home? I checked the area out on Baidu street view, looks like there are a bunch of high rise apartments buildings. Are the fun places all street level retail spaces? Or are they on a higher floor in a certain building? If the latter then I'd need more guidance. The hotel is walking distance to the International exhibition center. The other two are probably not that close and you may need a taxi to go to the exhibition.
My experience is limited. But, I find the area near the exhibition pretty dry as far as P4P activities. That is why I preferred to stay at the Metropark Lido about 30 minutes by taxi from the exhibition. About 50 RMB. A much more livelier area and the hotel is girl-friendly too.

I know a pair of ladies who are near the Jiaomen East station that will give you a double header, but they're not in a BBS.
Again, not BBSs, but there are a concentration of MPs along Huangyi Rd. There's also a large brand new sauna and a 1/2 dozen or so KTVs in the same area. This is near Dashengzhuang village, S 5th ring. Much of the action that was cleared out of Fengtai district just to the north has moved down to DaXing (which, coincidentally, sounds like "great sex" in Chinese if you substitute the 4th for the 1st tone).

Yes your experience is typical of Beijing. Having now tried Shanghai, its miles better than Beijing, the central govt really cracks down on a lot of the good options (I. E. Last month I tried her for the first time. She for sure is very responsive and straightforward however I was entirely disappointed with the results. In her defense, she did offer to ensure I was well satisfied next time, an offer I had considered until I saw a posting complaining about someone from her service with the same name (Judy) from a few months ago. In addition to other requirements, I made it clear that number 1 was GFE that was a must! She sent a 'model' that would not kiss, barely allow touching and wouldn't even change positions I put 'model' in brackets because I would have left her in the lobby when I first saw her had there not been about 50 people in the hotel I knew (a fact Kitty was well aware of).
I went through the encounter and sent her off 1 K RMB in hand.
Independent outcall:
I tried Angela from BNG (Steven). Actually, first I sent two messages to Aimee, both of which went unanswered. I acknowledge she more or less fits her pictures (they are definitely her), however I need to double check her listed height (she was much shorter than expected), and for sure her pics were touched up to hide the pock marks on her face. All that aside, she was great to communicate with via WeChat, (her spoken English is quite good as well) and was definitely a GFE however this was the most unusual and unprofessional encounter I've ever had.
Everything started out fine, she was a little late, but that was ok as I was running late as well (and this is Beijing after all). She does travel with a bodyguard, who came up the elevator with us I found that strange, but whatever. She has a very nice and tight body, and smelled great could tell she had just washed her hair. She initiated the kissing and undressing, and I actually I asked her to slow down she had sent me messages about us taking our time, and I booked her for 2 hours so I was in no hurry.
After a first round, even though I had not popped yet, I wanted to take a short break and just relax in bed together for a bit she told me she could not relax and insisted that we continue, perhaps at a slower pace (this was not about her wanting more, but about me not completing). It was sometime in here that I told her I would likely only pop once during the 2 hours. She told me she could absolutely not accept this and insisted again that we continue.
Ok, on goes the new cover and back at it nice and slow. After a bit, I was ready to stop again at which time she checked the cover and saw it was empty (although I had thoroughly enjoyed myself). She then got up and went to bathroom to shower, came back and started dressing "so I guess you are leaving? You won't even help me with a HJ?" at which point she very begrudgingly came back to bed (panties and bra on) and said "ok, what do you want me to do?" So, enough is enough she was clearly unhappy with this entire situation (in all honesty I still don't understand what the F her problem was), so I told her she could go.
I had booked her for 2 hours (2,100), she was leaving after barely an hour I asked her how much, to which she replied 1,600 (that is her 1 hour rate). Ok, fine I start counting out the money and she has the balls to ask for another 100 for taxi fare remember, I know she came with a guy, and she had already let him know she was leaving I just wanted this done and over with.
After she leaves, she sends me a message saying sorry, and actually I reply letting her know that I very much enjoyed her (body, smell, taste). She then offers to have one of her friends come over for 1,200 hour! So I booked a 2 hour session with Angela for 2,100; paid her 1,700 for an hour and now she thinks I'd be willing to have someone new come for another 1,200.
Does Beijing really suck this bad?!

The night above, I was originally planning on trying a Sophie's outcall probably would have had a much better experience if I did. The following day it turned out I had some time on my hands early on so I contact Sophie and headed over there. Got there very early (before 11:30, they open at 11) and am very sure we were the first customers of the day the downside is that there were only 3 girls there (and I was with a friend), so no choices at all.
I've read a lot of reviews of about how clean this place is I agree that the bedrooms appear to be clean, but no F'ing way is the shower / bathroom clean. Also, there is very limited privacy this is a 3 bedroom apartment with two of the bedrooms connected to each other (in other words, only one door for the two rooms have to walk through one room to get to the other).
That being said, I enjoyed my experience there. While not the best massage I've ever gotten, certainly I've had worse 'professional' massages with no special services. I ordered the Nuru service but I advise against it! It is not a real Nuru, she just used an excessive amount of the massage oil so the only real differences between the Nuru service and B2 be oil massage is that she takes her panties off for the Nuru (but no Bush rubbing, at least not for me) and 100 RMB.
I would consider trying her outcall service, she claims to have GFE available but I don't think I would ever do in-call there again.

In fact, I've even gone out of my way to help guys in Shanghai get better pricing at some of the more popular saunas. I've had one bad experience in Shanghai, but since the HRC closed in Beijing. It's been nothing but shit.

In fairness, every BBS area gets raided from time to time, Aaveyln. If you see police cars, move on. If most of the places are closed, move on. I was there on Thursday night and all the places were closed except for one or two so I just jumped back on my motorbike and went to another favorite area. Motorbikes are great for hunting, haha.
Well I went there last Thursday around 4-5 pm when I saw around a dozen policemen and two reporters walking around the parking lot where EP2 beloved BBS R.
Anyhow, since it was only 5 pm all of them were closed (when I walked around shortly before I think I saw a couple were open, but they must have been tipped off).
Its safe to say now that that place might now be safe anymore.

Just a quick reality check as discussions here seem to drift a little in a not helpful territory.
Be aware that Beijing is a big city and current environment is not that foreigner and mongering friendly anymore. Also the economy is getting more difficult especially living cost going up a lot. Rules are implemented stricter.
However if you know China then you will also be able to differentiate between what is shown and what is real. The majority of Laowei has problems doing this and consequently gets taken advantage of. Be smarter! In fact little has changed. Places open and close all the time. Prices are up yes but just a little bit more. Not double or triple what some guys pay and with just a few posts under their belt call the going rate. If you like pay that power to you but do not mislead others.
Kitty and co have taken ample advantage jacking up prices for mediocre girls and services fueled by often fake glorious reports.
Do not fall for it. Use common sense.
If you are happy using them do it and be happy but there is no need to pay 1 k for so called models no Chinese would pay 200 for.
Due to the pressure the scene is more underground now and many of our well known venues are gone. But there is still plenty of fish in the ocean at reasonable prices. BBB just proved it. Go to M and yes some ladies quote stupid prices. As they always did. But not all do. If you are smart and patient you can find acceptable deals and good service. If it serves your ego shelling out 3 k for a sub par Mongolian and a rushed service it is your money.
Unfortunately this particular board has become rather unhelpful for reasons known to insiders so also I can only provide some help to not endanger personal security but everyone reading carefully and exploring this city with open eyes can still enjoy a lot.

I assume this is due to how shitty the Beijing scene has become and they want to keep the few good places to themselves.

All others with less negativity and more understanding of China be assured who seeks help in Hogwarts will find it. Anyone putting in minimal effort can ask and will get help the proper way. A lot of knowledge is here and available.
If you are aggressive and ignore how things are done in this country why should anyone endanger himself to help you?

There are people here who put up trustworthy reviews and some people are indeed happy using these providers. Why not if you lack the time and possibilities to find other options? But my verdict stands firm. These are low value for money options.
But whatever rocks your boat. Waiguorende yanjing dou you wenti. Try that with your Chinese colleagues and friends they will agree. But as long as you are happy why care others opinion? Each to his own.
Kitty and co will soon charge 1500. Some people will still be happy.
