Hi all

I am today staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel Gingdoa. Last night i Checked out their Misty Night club on the third floor. Next door to it they have a KTV with private rooms.
In the club you walk in get yourself a drink and all these lovelies are paraded in front of you.

First thing to remember is if you invit one of these ladies to sit with you , it will cost you 300rmb. If you hit it off, you can have her up to your room for 1500 for short time (2/3 hours) or 200p rmb for all night.

Its not cheap by standards in china, but for those who can afford, and don’t want to be bar hoping this may be for you.

Did you try to negotiate the price down?

They say the best way to negotiate in business is to be patient and not seem overly interested. You don't want to seem to be too keen, and therefore willing to pay any price.

The cheapest I have paid for chinese short-time was 30 to 50 rmb. But it was down a rat infested alley, not in a five star hotel.

Of course, it's not only about price. How was the service? Worth it?

Wow, either the prices have skyrocketed in a year, or you really got ripped off. Or maybe these were May holiday prices. The last time I used this place was spring of 06, but I can't imagine the prices have doubled since then.

I've taken girls from Misty Flower KTV LT (overnight) for RMB1000. This included the RMB300 sitting fee. The plush but small room that I used for the KTV portion of the night, which can probably seat 4-5 people comfortably, was RMB680 for the night. As I recall, the ST fee was RMB800. I did bargain with the host. His original asking price was RMB1000 for ST and RMB1200 LT.

Btw, you could've saved yourself the price surprise by RTFF'ing!

Thank you for the reports from all the contributers. I read many and found them useful for my weekend trip to QD two weeks ago. And something happened that I would have never dreamed about.

This is my first post here and first day that I discovered ISG forum. I have been living and working in Jiaozhou City (1 hour driving away from Qingdao) for 1.5 months now and hell, it is boring like shit here.

I followed Xiangjiao's advise from last year and visited Shanghi Tan's, I don't read or speak a word of Chinese. But based on the address given (corner of Minjiang Rd and Yunxiao Rd, about 20 min walk from Crowne Plaza)- I knew I was in the right place. Paid 436 RMB for extensive massage, lots of body rub and FS. About 60 min total. Girl was about a 7, but her upper shoulders and entire back was covered with tennis ball sized dark circles. I didn't see them when I picked her obviously her clothes hid them. But I had never seen this kind of "tatoo" before.

Just a note to all you bros going to saunas: Almost every sauna I have ever been to has tried to sell me pajamas. This is just part of their business. The locals know that they always have free pajamas on hand. You just have to ask. Say, "Wo yao mianfei de" (lit., I want the free ones). And they'll hand you a pair that have been laundered.

I'm pretty new to mongering and this is my first ever report so I can only hope it will prove useful to someone.

I'm visiting Qingdao for a few days and yesterday after touring the Tsingtao brewery I noticed on the rough map in my China guidebook that there were several Taidong #x streets not too far northeast of the brewery. Remembering reading here about a lot of BBSs around Taidong Rd, I decided to walk up that way to see what I could find. Perhaps it was too early (around 5:30pm), perhaps I didn't hit the right number Taidong, or perhaps, being new to this, I just missed the signs, but after walking around the area for an hour or more I hadn't seen anything promising and ended up somewhere with street names that weren't on my map, I. E. Lost. Since my legs were still quite sore from climbing up and down the 6, 660 steps of Taishan mountain a couple days earlier, I decided to flag down a cab and head back to my hotel to have another look at this forum. It took a long time to find an available cab, but once I did as the cab passed the intersection of Shanghai Lu and Guantao Lu, I recognized the area from a walk the previous day looking for a train ticket booking office and also recalled another forum post (http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?p=470981) mentioning BBSs on Guanxian Lu just west of there so I asked the driver to drop me there.

I walked back up Guantao Lu and turned left (west) on Shanghai Lu. After forcing my poor legs up more steps to cross over the railroad tracks, I came to Guanxian Lu and turned left (south). I read many articles about Taidong, which is the old town district in Qingdao, and not until recently that I found the area. It is on Yanan third road north after you pass the overpass. Not far from May 4 Square. I went there on Monday evening after work, and cruising around the Yanan 6th road area by the Pedestrian Street. Spotted number of interesting BBS on couple of the side streets. After 15 minutes of scouting activities, I entered into a BBS of my choice. The talents available are good, mabye 6-8. I was in Qingdao a couple of weeks ago for just a few days. This review will be accordingly brief.

The first two nights were a complete loss. I somehow couldn't seem to find anything behind the Post and Telecom Hotel. Probably my fault for a lack of boldness: Simply barging into any of the "beauty" salons in that area would likely have worked.

One pink-lit "foot massage" place (identifiable as such only by the Chinese characters on the door, BTW) turned out to be . . . well, semi-legit. Or in my case, fully legit only. I should explain that while I can read some of the characters, I don't speak Mandarin beyond a few words. Language barrier up to my eyes, I simply wandered in and let the young women take over. Which they did . . . by giving me a foot massage. And not offering anything else.

As it happens, they were incredibly sweet, and I got the best foot massage ever, so I can't say that I left entirely disappointed. In fact, I went back on subsequent nights. It was on night three that I saw lots of local men coming in, flashing their 100 RMB notes, while "mamasan" (also a very sweet lady, BTW) got on the horn and started calling in service providers. Meanwhile, there I sat, in the parlor, getting another foot massage.

One after-midnight venture into a "beauty" salon went like this: I knocked. And knocked again. The door being slightly ajar, I eased it open a bit more. Took a hesitant step in. No one there. Other pink-lit places may be boarding houses, or massage parlors (of the type I described above), which may or may not, seemingly, have "games" on offer.

Regarding price: Having read all through this thread, I was prepared for 100 RMB ST. Each time, however, I was quoted 200. (Note: no one you'll deal with here speaks much, if any, English. "Er bai" is what they told me, and I know just enough Mandarin to gloss that as "two hundred.") Naturally, I tried bargaining from "yi bai" (one hundred), but got nothing in response (all of three times), other than a firm "er bai" once more.

Sorry to anger, perplex, or annoy anyone out there who insists we all stick together to keep prices down--I know where you're coming from!--but it seemed, under the circumstances (all three nights) that it was either 200 or nothing. So pay up I did.

Fantastic sporting, BTW. Maybe not the very best ever, but close enough.

And at 200 ST plus 100 for two hours of foot + body massage at the other place: That's about 100 RMB an hour, a little more than 10 USD, for a night of indulgence fit for an emperor.

I'll be going back, for sure. Just not in winter!

Closing words of advice: If you don't know any Chinese, DO make the effort to pick up some basics. Simply knowing how to count (so you can manage the pricing) and recognize a few of the basic characters (BEAUTY! FOOT!) will go a long way. Also, when taking leave of your SP, don't mess up and say "zuo zai," as I did. Goodbye, in Mandarin, is "zai jian."

At around 9pm last evening, I walked to the Shangrila. I looked at QBar and the lounge area but could not find any SP at that time.

As you leave Shangrila, go right on Hong Kong road. About 10 minutes walk you come to Post Hotel at the corner of Hong Kong road and YanAnSan road. The hotel is CLOSED now and under renovation, probably to open in 1Q2008 in time for the olympics.

BTW, I stayed at this hotel 3+ years ago - it needs this upgrade...

Walk across the hotel parking lot (you will see a restaurant at the corner). I walked on the road between this restaurant and the hotel. Your first BBS is within 100meters of this corner. The neighborhood is not large, it is relatively quiet and safe. It is a residential area. You can feel comfortable walking on the road and behind the houses. In fact from behind the houses you can see the pink lights and identify the BBS easier. From the front, main entrances it may not be evident. Most if not all are identified as MEI RONG MEI FA or BINGGUAN or AN MO in chinese. All were on the first floor (0.5 level).

I researched the area for about 1 hour. I would estimate there are about 10 BBSs in this area.

Many of the BBS has males inside (I could hear voices). I did not enter when I heard male voices.

I saw the BBS (near the bend). It is very clear with visible pink lights from the street. You could see some SPs from the street but there was a male inside who said something like (' here comes another laowai '). He waved at me and and tried to show me to come in. I really don't like it when the BBS has males nearby.

I entered a BBS about 20 meters past this place on the right hand side of the road. There was a SP outside on the road near the entrance talking on her mobile. She was actually talking for a long time as I saw her on my first pass around the area while doing my research. The building was number 4.

There were 3 SPs inside. They welcomed me and were friendly. About 2 minutes later the phone girl entered. Girls were thin and reasonable. Nothing hideous, not outstanding either.

The mamasan asked for 200RMB ST. I countered with 100RMB. They insisted 200. I sat and watched TV. They said 200. I said MEIYOU. I offered 100. They asked for 150. I said 'MeiYou' (don't have) and stood firm at 100 (read the ISG!). I watched more TV and pretended to be disinterested. maybe I was disinterested as I could repeat this process in many other BBSs nearby.

Within 2 minutes, the mamasan accepted my offer 100RMB and let me choose my SP. I took the 'phone girl'.

She took her keys and her pink bag. We preceeded outside to Bldg 2, up to 4th floor, took bed near window. No one else inside.

we stripped. she gave me a very spirited BBBJ. Honestly, I was not too into it and when my mind is not in it my body doesnt respond well. She worked hard to make me hard. I enjoyed her effort. She did not give up.

I would have responded better had we some foreplay, some games or nipple sucking etc. Straight to BJ may be suitable for some but I was hoping for more.

She capped me - that does not help the mood. My stiffy was iffy at best. She climbed on top but we could not jam it home. I tried some MISH, no success. She did not give up. Off with the condom, more BBBJ. She was patient and did not rush me. Once again MISH, this time success. I blew my load.

qingdao is a medium sized chinese city. it is not very exciting.

i was in qd for nearly 2 weeks, this gave me plenty of time to monger. the events in this report happened 2 weeks ago.

at first i stayed on hong kong road where most of the hotels are. i followed the forum advice and easily found and explored the post and telecom hotel area (see my previous post).

on ym next trip to qd, i stayed closed to my work site. i ended up at a cheap chinese hotel with very friendly staff. for my purposes it was good enough, hot shower, comfortable bed and high speed internet (cable connection). breakfast was not included but as i rarely eat breakfast (or get up in time), this was not a problem. english tv was limited to cctv9 so it is a little boring, repetitive and full of propoganda. it did not help that the people's congress was happening at this time. lot's of boring propoganda. it was a suitable venue for my hobby.

tuandao area is one of the oldest areas of qingdao. hong kong road is modern.

so what can a monger do? i have a rule of thumb in china - in any population area there must be at least one mongering area within 10 minutes walk. sure this is a large area but more than 90% of the time you will find what you are looking for within 10minutes walk. however, you can walk in the wrong direction and search for hours before finding the zone. on my first night, i walked perhaps 2 hours looking for any bbs. i found a dodgy sauna that i did not want to enter. i fear saunas and ktvs when alone as they can hold you prisoner. qd is a little more difficult than some places to find entertainment as it has hills. you must expend more energy to climb hills and your site is limited.

eventually around midnight after nearly 2 hours researching and on my way back to my hotel i saw the first pink lights of the bbs.

i saw perhaps 4 bbs in this immediate area. i selected a girl, has great bbbj, did the deed and went home. damage 120rmb. as it turned out my hotel was 5 minutes walk from the bbs area meeting my 10 minute rule. it is not always easy to find the bbs area within ten minutes but be sure it almost always exists.

i will not dwell on names/details etc as girls move on regularly. lets say i repeated with the first for all night at my hotel for 500rmb. good choice. i daty'd her too which she enjoyed.

i had a new girl each other night from various bbss. i paid between 100 for bbbj/fs up to a maximum of 200 (only because i wanted the girl). stick to the range of 100 to 150rmb for st bbbj with fs.

in the taixi road area are also many foot massage and massage places, i think all or most of them can be fs too. i had fs at 2 of these locations after my foot massage. research can be alot of work and walking.

behind the trian station there is another bbs area on beijing road. i found sws here too near the roundabout of jinan road. the sws were bbs girls out on the street looking for cars. they looked delicious and i watched them for about 20 minutes from 50 meters away until they returned to their bbs. they were the only street walkers i saw in qd.

note on my taxi road area map, i show sws, these girls were also from the local bbs.

Sorry for this late report, I did not check this city as I have already left QD.

I am not familiar enough in QD to know. I never found Taidong area BBSs although I drove through the area once with a taxi.

I think you can get success near the Post and Telecom hotel for takeway if you want. I did not enter many places as I heard male voices inside. I rarely like to monger when there are local males in the place. Just doesn't feel comfortable for me.

As my report shows, I paid 100 for my ST with excellent service. I am sure you can get 300RMB LT in this area if you try and stick to your guns. Try this after midnite to improve your chances.

In the TaiXi area I paid 500RMB to a girl that I really liked.

I cannot recommend any specific BBS but I liked my selection in TaiXi (where I had the most experience).

I should mention that in my nearly 2 weeks at TaiXi area, I mongered every night. I noticed that nearly every BBS has a sabbatical night (some on Sunday, some Monday, some Tuesday etc.) so you may want to try this area on different nights to see other locations.

In any case 500RMB should be the most you should pay for overnight from any QD BBS.

Stayed at Shangrila Hotel last Wed night and went to Q bar in the hotel as it was ladies night. Not much there but maybe 5 of which 2 were decent. One came over and sat at our table and wanted 1000 ST and I offered 700 and she left. Lost her to someone else so maybe she got her 1000. Was ready to go and a half cute skinny girl asked if I wanted company and I offered 600 as she wasn't my type but when she agreed I decided it was worth it. She was very average and probably not even worth the 600 rmb. Next time we are going to stay at Crowne Plaza. Does anyone know what the night club in there is like. Total price 300 RMB.

I was still feeling a bit frisky so I marched off to check out all the BBS I had been reading about behind the Post Office Hotel. I found them easily enough and took out a nice looking girl for 300 RMB. She was quite enthusiastic if somewhat noisy. I wouldn't be able to guide you to this.

A couple of days late I was walking around Taidong in the middle of the day when I was waved to from a BBS window by a very pretty girl in a tight gold dress. I hadn't been looking for anything but I thought why not, so I went in and asked the two girls inside for some action. We agreed on 300RMB and they took me to a building nearby with loads of rooms in it. I had an absolutely fabulous time. This BBS was on a small side street between Taidong Liu (6) Lu and the main pedestrian shopping street. If you walk from the end of Taidong Liu Lu (Not the Wei Hai Lu end) you'll pass some Korean Restaurants on your left. Following these there is a small no through road on your left which runs down to the main pedestrian street. About a quarter of the way down the road there are two BBS' on the right. I went to the second one you come to.

To summarise I would recommend the BBS' over the hotel massage services or the girls you meet in hotel bars. The wash places are really risky if you don't speak Chinese or understand the way they work. Basically you pay for everything there and it's not often clear what's included in the price. However the saunas and hot pools are quite nice. Make sure you ask for free clothes (Mian fei de yifu). Avoid the KTV places if you're a beginner to them and bear in mind that most of them are legit and are just places for young Chinese people to go to have some fun.

I lived in Qingdao for a couple of years back in 2003-2005 so I knew my way around quite well and my Putonghua is pretty good. However you don't need to speak a lot of Chinese to use the BBS'; just learn some numbers and a few phrases (loads of lessons in the beginning of this thread).

Good luck, treat the girls with respect and most of all have fun.

Second, it allows you to make your way to the fabled lands of Taidong. Respect to the guys who have made this so easy!

My FS was nothing special, but at 100 kuai the VFM is simply amazing.

Thanks to the reporters here I have been able to visit the Taidong area without much difficulty. I went again last night but it was a little frustrating. I spotted one girl who looked very hot only to have the door locked on me. Damn! I was just about to give it away when I was beckoned by a mamasan and I went in to see a few young ladies, all reasonably attractive.

I chose one, who was quite good looking (about a 7.5) and we went off to a room which was surprisingly clean and spacious. Some of the rooms are little more than partitions, but this one was better than some I have been to.

She did BBBJ and she offered to do FS without a condom for an extra 100Y which I politely declined. She was pretty tight and I didn't take too long. Yes I am a lao wai and at times I have to check to make sure I didn't forget to wear clothes, the looks I get. It is really quite amusing. But I am usually accepted in at least one establishment, so I don't worry about it. I certainly would not be stupid enough to create a scene.

One place I have had good experiences now (twice) is at the old Equatorial Hotel. It is now changed name but just next to it there was a young man who got me to go up to the fourth floor and have a look at the girls. For 500 Y I could get massage, showered and FS. It was more than I usually pay but the girls were very attractive and had lovely figures. They were built in all the right places. So I paid and had a good time. One thing is that I am not sure if this place is part of the hotel or not. It feels like it is because the room I was taken to is very large and quite luxurious by Chinese standards.

On the first subject, I've been in Qingdao about half a dozen times, and I usually swing by the Taidong area and I've NEVER been refused service! I'm an overweight, pasty, white, non-Chinese speaking American, and as long as I've got RMB in my pocket, I've always been able to score. It's always been my experience that as long as there's a pen or pencil, a piece of paper, a clock, and the girl I want, I can communicate who I want, and how long I want her for. I always make sure to leave the hotel with several cards, so I show the mama-san the card, and she immediately knows that I want my girl for "Take-Out". If I point to the clock and point at the current time, then swing around to 6 or 7 AM, they immediately get the idea that I want the girl for all night.

For the BBS' in the Taidong area, I've only ever stayed "on-site" with the girl once, and it was just a bit too skeezy for my tastes. I'll pay the extra bit to take them back to my usual place, the Shangri-La. I've learned to be careful about keeping them overnight though. I've done that twice, and once the sweet young thing wanted to stay up all night playing in Chinese chat rooms on my laptop, and then wouldn't put out a second time. My other experience was much nicer tho. YMMV.

Now onto current business. I'm going to be in Qingdao for at least a few days, probably during the week of the 16th of June. Despite my complete lack of Chinese language skills, I've got extensive experience mongering in Qingdao. If anyone is going to be in town during that period, feel free to PM me, and I'd be happy to get together!

If I point to the clock and point at the current time, then swing around to 6 or 7 AM, they immediately get the idea that I want the girl for all night.

For the BBS' in the Taidong area, I've only ever stayed "on-site" with the girl once, and it was just a bit too skeezy for my tastes. as my chinese language skills are limited and my visits to qingdao mostly do not extend one night i simply followed some former advices from this board and this week i tried the shanghai tan sauna at the interjection of minjinag road and yunxiao road (15 – 20 min walking distance from the crowne plaza).

the place is a bit difficult to find for a non-chinese-speaker and –reader as the advertisement is only in chinese…so try to remember the characters for shanghai (上海) and/or if you walk along yunxiao road coming from hongkong road the sauna is located across the minjinag road on your left hand side.

once you are greeted by the male staff at the entrance (on the ground floor) you have to give them your shoes and you will receive the key for the locker. you will be led to the changing room where you of course to have to undress and choose the service you want. i chose the full package for 398 rmb (80 min including the washing, rubbing, peeling and so on). they will, as already mentioned here, offer you to buy the pyjama in the changing room and try to sell you two girls (but i declined and didn’t ask for the price…sorry).

after that i was led to a “basic washing room” with one double bed and a water hose (as for the shower). drinks (red bull and milk?!) were offered…but not for free! minutes later the first girl showed up and asked whether she is ok or not (no mamasan or papasan showed up). as she was quite chubby and ugly (similar to eaglestar’s newest girl from craigs list in the photo gallery) i said “sorry, but you are not ok for me” and a few moments later another girls came in. unfortunately did she look like the younger sister of girl no.1 and i thought i maybe chose the wrong time to come to this place (9 pm) and they don’t have any better girls available and said “ok”!

1. i didn’t see any attractive girls (ok, maybe it was just a wrong time to go there)
2. the place is quite old and dirty
3. the toilets are a) difficult to find and b) very very basic and dirty

as the price can be quite low (they have cheaper rates without the washing before) this all could be ok for some of you guys but i prefer more upscale and clean saunas at my mongering home ground in dongguan and i am willing to pay more for that. next week i will be in qingdao again and have one afternoon to kill and will try the sauna at the kilin hotel…any other recommendations about any upscale and safe sauna in qingdao will be of course highly appreciated.

another note about the crowne plaza: i asked the going rate for a girl overnight at the misty flower ktv on the third floor and was quoted 1500,- rmb (without negotiation).

I have been away for quite a few weeks and although I have checked occasionally, it seems there is nothing to report in Qingdao. The forum here has gone dead quiet. Where are all the reporters?

I can't provide any more info than has already been provided but I did drop in on the Shanghai Tan and was given the usual service there, although I get annoyed with the fake moaning and the mechanical nature of the service. I guess it depends on who you get as I have had one girl there who went right off, lots of oral etc. It was a torrid session which I really enjoyed. The thing is I would like to explore other saunas like the Tan but I am not sure which I should try out. I have read about Lufugong and one near the corner of Haikou Lu and Donghai Lu (is that right?) Anyway I am back for quite some time now so I am looking forward to the experiences that Qingdao has to offer.

I was told today that I’ll be lucky enough to go to Qingdao 10 days from now, for a business meeting, even though it will only be for one night. I should arrive on Sunday the 19th in the evening, after flying half way round the world.

This is a good suggestion. That said, I've found that in-house massage girls quote ridiculous prices to start with. Expecially if you are a foreigner. I reckon that you should be able to negotiate as follows depending on class of hotel:

4-star: 400-500 ST
5-star: 600-800 ST

I have found very good quality/service from BBS in Taidong. You can arrange takeaway or delivery from there too. You will probably get the same quality as your in-house massage girl for 150-200 RMB, but less convenient.

I usually go to Shanghai Tan on Minjiang Lu but after Sunday I am not sure I will go back in a hurry. I should have known that things were not going to go well when the boys told me that the price was not the usual 258RMB, but 338Rmb for the full service and wash down.

So I was shown straight to the room where I selected a really lovely looking girl, a 24 year old in fact. She turned out to be a disaster. I have been to this place on a quite a number of occasions, but I nearly got up and walked out on this chick.

So here I am finally having the time and privacy to write a report about my one-night-visit to Qingdao. Before I get down to it, I’d like to thank both IRV WASHINGTON and OLD ASIA HAND, who a couple of weeks back readily offered their advice when I asked for help.

Unfortunately I had no idea about the hotel I was going to stay in until I landed in Qingdao, so had no chance to do any research: it turned out to be the SUNKIN HUARUN ( www.sunkin.cn/jiudian01/jdenglish.aspx ), which is not really in town but some 30 minutes far from the city centre and 10 from the airport.
Travelling with my boss I have no clue how much I paid for the standard room, but I must say it was a really nice one, with only a glass wall to separate the bathroom from the bedroom, making for a cool porno movie set.

When the bell-boy shows up at my door with the luggage, I immediately ask him if the girls who work inside the hotel massage centre offer extras: he answers that the massage centre is under refurbishment (true), but adds that he can provide nice girls within 30 minutes. After I enquire about rates and service, I reply that I’ll let him know later.

Off to dinner with our business associates, and finally the first good news of the day: they’ll treat us to a foot massage in a massage center in QD. Hello everyone. Qingdao seems a bit dead. I’ve been reading for a while so I decided to post this experience. The place is called Mountain Spring Bath Center; it’s located near the corner of Xuzhou Lu and Nanjing Lu, behind Carrefour.

They take a generous cut from the girl probably around 100-200 RMB at the price you paid and depending on where he got the girl from. I only use bell-boys as a last resort when I am not familiar with an area. Many times they just grab a girl from a nearby BBS and charge 2-3X the rate for hotel delivery. That said, the service you describe is more than a BBS girl will normally provide and you are paying for the convenience. For a newbie, hunting for BBS can be a daunting task.

In the past, some of my best BBS experiences in China have been from that area although the last time I was roaming around there during the afternoon, a few of the shops did not seem to be laowai friendly.

I prefer take-out service but since I am traveling with non-mongering associates staying at the same hotel, I cannot risk the "walk of shame". Therefore, I prefer to shop first and call the mama to deliver the girl to my room. Last time, some mamas were reluctant to do this trying to get me to just do the girl on the premises.

Any recommendations of shops that are more likely to do it my way? I don't mind to pay a little extra for delivery and cab fare.

Thanks for the research in this forum on QD. I had to study it before I left the US.

Two weeks ago I stopped in Shanghai Tan mid-afternoon. It is a little tired as a facility, but had a good time. Decided for some double action and picked the 448RMB shuangfei. Two girls (7 and busty 8). No action between them though (none to be expected in China? ). Usual fire and ice to start, VIP room ok (better ones probably to be had in QD). I was wandering past Minjiang Lu last weekend with the intention of visiting Shanghai Tan sauna and found a load of guys in there ripping the insides of the place out. Where was I to go now? You get into a bit of a comfort zone and walking into a strange place with very little in the way of Chinese to help is daunting to say the least. So I went for another wander, trying to figure out what to do.

I ended up going up Zhangzhou Lu to the north of Minjiang Lu and I saw a decidedly familiar sign. I know the Chinese symbol for "shang" so I thought 'hmmm, could it be? ' Answer? Yes it could. I'd found Shanghai Tan completely by accident. I am sorry I cannot be more specific but it's now in Zhangzhou Lu, to north of Minjiang Lu by about 2 blocks.

I entered and selected 2 girls who were extremely friendly and gave great service. The place is now very small compared to the older "Tan" but I like the rooms better as they have the showering/washing facility like an ensuite arrangement.

Damage? 398 RMB for the 2 girls plus the washing plus a foot massage by a very cute young lady. Not bad value compared to an experience I had in Beijing a few weeks back. But that's another story.

Furthermore do I want to give the sauna in the former Equatorial Hotel a try and take a candy at the Crowne Plaza Night Club (I know they are damn expensive but they have 30-40 of the most beautiful girls there and so far they always offered a me an excellent service throughout the night).

i wasted most of the day on 3 false leads which were from dated and/or vague info on the chinese interwebs.

1. took a taxi 20 km south on weizhou lu to the border of anqiu city to look for a restaurant supposedly having chicks you can bang. the taxi driver seemed like a nice family guy, so you wouldn't believe the insane effort i had to spend concocting a plausible story of why i wanted him to drive in weird circles for 140 kuai total cab fare. first taxi i tried wouldn't even take me without a definite address.

2. train station -- supposedly something to be found near it. i think the construction site is a good indication some 'former glory' has been dismantled. i did find one single pink light shop, and they seemingly only offered hj's for 40. the girls in it were mighty attractive though. (i was walking straight north.)

3. supposedly north of the fuhua youleyuan amusement park there is an apartment village called fuhua xincun. supposedly something funky going on in building number 16. unfortunately with all my effort walking around i didn't even find the community.

luckily with the taxi speeding around to the above 3 dead-ends i caught pink in the corner of my eye and remembered yuanfei road. if you were to go south from shengli dongjie and yuanfei lu at night and keep looking for roads going east you'll see some pink. i didn't record the names at the time, but if i'm not mistaken get out at yuanfei lu and nanlu dao jie. walk east and it will be pitch black with the occasional bbs. when you get almost to the end there is a road which goes north and there are several more on it. once the north road runs into another east-west road you'll be right next to a hospital. they offer take out according to the taxi driver, but for whatever weird reason two different ones i tried both lied to me and said they only offer 40 kuai handjobs with oil.

i asked a driver parked there and obviously connected with prostitution if he could get me to a better similar district within 10 kuai fare. Yep, North of Dongfeng Dong Jie (东风东街) on Wenhua Road (文化路) are many sauna/massage parlors (I haven’t used/seen a real sauna inside ;-) and the price range as I remember well started at 268 or so. I had some good experiences there as the staff and girls are very Shandong-like nice and seem not to have many (or any) foreign customers before.

I think many hotels also offer sauna with full service. At least the Weifang International Financial Hotel / 国际金融大厦 (on Shengli Xi Jie / 利胜西街) offer full service but for a high price (600 Kuai, I was a bit drunk and horny so I didn’t try to bargain). I went back to Shanghai Tan last week and I must admit to being a little disappointed. The lineup is not that great and it's much smaller than before. I'd think about going back there in a hurry now. As for the sauna at the old Equatorial Hotel (now Copthornes) I went there some months ago and was hugely disappointed. It was my own fault as I should not have chosen the girl they brought in. I have stopped by 1 night in qingdao. I asked the taxi driver to find the Shangrila hotel and the BBS nearby, but we could not find it at all.

This is the second time I have failed.

Then he helped me to go to Taidong. This time he got me real into the place, the trick is that place is called Taidong 6, (Taidong liu) in Chinese. Last time I walked around for 2 hours along weihai road and taidong road, did not see any action. This time, taidong 6 we got to the place, but, it is already closed for the night. That was like 3am

So then he brought me to a last place, and nicely, that was when I got it there 3 years ago. Along the bus #8 route, street name is Shenxian(this time I spotted it) and the area name is Tan1 gang3. You can basically say you wanna go to Tangang. Then driver knows where you wanna go.

I have the hotel biz card, perhaps you can just get the hotel number then get the taxi to go there. The price is unbeatable in China regardless downtown qingdao, hotels are expensive like hell. I don't know why it is only 70rmb for such a nice hotel. Anyway, I just quietly enjoy it, and will come again. From this hotel, you can see the bbs near it less than 50m to the right. I am visiting Quingdao in March for a two day conference. I hav done RTFF. It seems there isn't much action in this city. From the reports I think it is better to stay at CP hotel for its Misty Flower nc or at Shangrila, which is reported to hav girls inthe lobby during midnight. Well after a 5 hour train ride which was not comfortable (all hard seats) I arrived in this seatown. I walked around the railstation looking for a cheap hotel but nada. All of the them, jack up the prices to like 180-230rmb. Yeah right, no thanks. So I take the bus 8 (props to duma), it stops somewhere. I keep walking for about 30 minutes and found the hotel recommendation. Not bad for the price and relatively clean and quiet. Was looking for bbs row, didn't see it. Arrived Sunday evening for 2 days business trip in Qingdao and checked in at my hotel in Shinan district. After dinner I went to the New York Cafe for a beer and listen to the band there. As it was Sunday, only a few people around. I have been to the new massage place on Fuzhou Lu so I thought I would share the experience with you all. It's to be found just north of Ningxia Lu on the right hand side as you go north up Fuzhou Lu. It has a grey front with a big white tree on the wall, with "Sanna massage" in red lettering at the top.

My first time there I was treated to the the wet towel massage, then after that I was taken to a very nicely appointed room. (It is a new place after all) I was show a girl was quite nice (About a 7) then was surprised to learn that price included another girl, but you could only do the business with the first one I chose. It would be extra for the other as well.

For my money I received a body oil massage (using mostly their bodies on mine), a pole dance, finger licking, CBJ, red rope and then the full service. It was really very nice. Damage? 398RMB

Next time I selected another girl, and this time the second girl was quite a hottie, so I opted to do both of them. It was terrific! Same things as before but with more passion. Damage this time? 698RMB.

I found a sauna more or less where you said it was, but it was a rainy and foggy night, and I couldn't see any white tree on a grey background, nor the words "sanna massage" in red lettering. There wasn't anything else much around there, though, and the service and price inside fitted your description, so maybe it was the place. I went in and encountered the usual taking off shoes in return for numbered bracelet thingie, so I felt safely on familiar territory. I asked the young guy looking after my shoes how much the service cost, and he said that depended on whether I wanted a "meimei". I smiled and said of course I did. He said rmb 398 (he also told me the price for two, but I've forgotten what he quoted). Then into the shower area. I was offered a rub-down, but declined. They gave me some gold-coloured pyjamas (no attempt to sell me disposable ones). The young guys were smiling and friendly, which is by no means always the case in Chinese saunas. Then into the waiting area, a big lounge with reclining sofas and a big TV. There was quite a crowd and a long wait; the staff said they were short of rooms, rather than girls. Sitting around waiting was OK at first, but got to a bit of a drag after a while. It was the only negative of the night, and I've no idea if it's always like this.

Eventually I was led upstairs. The room was newish, with a toilet, shower, a dancing pole in a corner with a tiny dance floor and, of course. a big bed, with a frame for red rope overhead. I wasn't given a line-up: the young guy brought in a girl and asked if she was OK. She was, so I said yes. The routine in this sauna is pole dance, oily tit and bum massage, rimming and some sort of performance with a vibrator-type thing, presumably to be inserted into the customer's anus (I declined both; not my thing), BBBJ with fire and ice, red rope BJ then FS. The service was fine, in fact quite good, if a bit mechanical. Then back to the shower area, and out to the front counter. As advertised, rmb 398, plus about rmb 40 for a couple of drinks. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's a nice place, and very good value for money; if I lived in Qingdao, I could easily see myself becoming a regular.

I was in Qingdao for several days a couple of weeks ago for a conference. Before heading there I did some research on the Internet, and found one Chinese website (this one seems to be the only one that’s free and still functioning, most others have been shut down by the government) which suggested the Number Eight Mansion or Bahao gongguan located right behind the Best Western Kilin Crown Hotel on Hong Kong East Road.

So I got there on a Wednesday afternoon, having concluded my meetings a bit earlier than scheduled. The whole place was quite nicely decorated and well maintained. Hygienic condition was also satisfactory – no mean feat for an establishment that had been in business for about one and a half years.

Upon entering the lobby, I was led to the entrance of the men’s section and told to remove my shoes. In the locker room, I asked the waiter for the best VIP rooms, and he suggested that I could go to the third floor, even without changing my clothes in the locker room. I agreed, and he led me out, went through the lobby and into an elevator quite near the entrance to go up to the top floor. There, another waiter led me into my room, which was designed just like a standard hotel room but very nicely decorated. The bathroom was semi-open, with no door but just a partition along the corridor, with shower and bath facilities. I asked the waiter to bring me the girls, and then it transpired that the establishment no longer allowed their masseuses to go to the third floor, lest the police came for an inspection.

Frustrated, I went back down again to the locker room, changed into the pajamas provided by the establishment, and went to the second floor. The room was still quite nice, but smaller and not as nicely decorated as that on the third floor. The waiter showed me three rounds of 10 girls in total, but the overall quality of the girls was rather unexciting, mostly in the 6-7 range on a scale of 1-10. At the third round, I opted for a smallish girl, even though I’d normally prefer bigger girls for body massage.

Anyway, my masseuse was quite pretty with a well-proportioned body. Service was also quite good, consisting of showering, a massage routine (complete with ass-rimming and all that), plus, of course, sex.

Afterwards, I told the waiter to get me some dinner. After filling up my stomach, I wanted a foot massage, and a young girl in mini-skirts came for an one-hour deal.

When I walked out of the place, I had spent four hours there. Total damage was about 1,450 yuan, certainly not cheap. I believe the main event cost some 800-900 yuan, the foot massage perhaps 200 yuan, plus a room charge of some 200 yuan for more then three hours but less than 24 hours.

Overall, I think it was an enjoyable trip, and would probably go back again.

While at the Bahao Gongguan, I asked the waiter if the establishment was the best in Qingdao. He confirmed that it was one of the best, but that the Huating was widely regarded as the number one place in town. When I took a cab to go back to my hotel, I asked the driven about Huating, and he confirmed that it was indeed regarded as the best sauna place in Qingdao.

Thus, two days afterwards, I made a trip to Huating in the evening. It was located on a small hill, next to an Audi (I think it was Audi) dealer shop. The standalone building consisted of three or four floors, and looked rather impressive with its Roman architectural design. Indeed, the decoration appeared to be luxurious, but not very tasteful. The lounge and dinning room, I later found out, were not really well maintained.

Again, I removed my shoes at the grand reception area before entering the men’s locker room. There, I inquired about the services provided, and was told that for something like 900 yuan I could get a model for full service plus another girl who would assist me in the wash. That sounded interesting, so I agreed.

After changing my clothes in the locker room, I went up to the second floor and was ushered to the men’s section through some rather dark corridors. My room turned out to be quite ordinary, not nearly as fancy as the reception or the shower area. In the bathroom at the back, there was a bathtub which was completely stuffed by a plastic platform with a mattress on top. In fact, the bathroom was a bit rundown, and hygienic condition was barely acceptable.

The waiter showed me 10-12 girls in four rounds. I lost count because they were really uninteresting. The girls’ quality was even worse than that of Bahao Gongguan – a few were plain ugly, and some were clearly more than 30 years old. At long last, I decided on a medium-built girl who might be called good-looking, but pretty she was not.

While the so-called models came and went, a tall girl came in alone, dressed in a sexy air-hostess uniform with a mini-skirt and a V-neck short jacket. She said “Hi” to me, then went straight into the bathroom to set the stage for the show, so to speak. I wasn’t sure why she was there until she told me to enter the bathroom after I had chosen my “model” – she was there to assist me in the wash.

As my model went out to get her gears, I lay face down on the mattress in the bathtub, and the “air-hostess” started to wash me up and down. I asked her to take off her clothes, but she refused, saying that it was not allowed. After my repeated requests, she said that it would not be appropriate for her to take off her clothes as she would not be having sex with me. That was a strange comment, and upon further interrogation it transpired that she was really a “single-service technician” who would have sex with customers, in addition to helping out in the bathtub.

Tempted by her big tits (which actually turned out to be not that big, but still bigger than those of my model), I said I wanted to have sex with her as well. However, a double-fly would cost about 1,300 yuan, as sex with a “single-service technician” was about 400 yuan. I agreed, thinking with my little head, and she gladly stripped.

There was apparently no ass-rimming available. After an unsatisfactory massage, I had sex first with the technician and then the model. Overall, it was not an enjoyable feat.

After the deed, I went around the establishment to check on other facilities, and saw not only female customers but also whole families with their children running around. I decided against having dinner there, paid my bill of some 1,400 yuan and left.

Overall, a disappointing trip. I wouldn't go back.

First off, thanks to all who have contributed to the Qingdao thread before. As most of you will know this is a great help to anyone new in any city, and perhaps especially a place like Qingdao where action might be a little harder to find than in some other places like Shanghai where I live.

Managed to sneak out of a rather boring karaoke session with my company last night (the legit and boring kind), and decided to check out some places I had read about on this forum. Was in the mood for a place like Manhatten in Shanghai, and had read that New York Club might be the closest thing to it.

New York Club turned out to be a pretty cool place with a good live band, okay drink prices if you compare it to Shanghai. Some WGs were also roaming around around midnight, but none really took my fancy at that time. When the band finished and the staff started sweeping the floor around me I took it as a sign that they were closing and headed off to the Corner Jazz Bar, which I had read might have a selection of sweet young things at night.

Corner Jazz Bar was unfortunately a complete dud. Approximately 10 locals sitting around tables having drinks, and in the 40+ minutes I was sitting there not a single person entered the bar.

At this point it was probably closer to 2AM and I figured I'd make a dash back to the New York Club. Turns out it had not closed, but at this point it was also pretty desolate. Walking around the area did not reveal any interesting options to a non-Chinese speaker (and reader - an equally important skill when walking the streets looking for fun!), so the evening ended in a taxi alone back to the hotel.

Some quick points:

- New York Club did seem to be a place to have a drink, enjoy some music and scout for WGs

- Corner Jazz Bar was a complete dud on a Wednesday night

Question:

A colleague told me that there is a place called Feelings or something like that which is supposed to be a good bar for picking up girls. Anyone know anything about that?

Will try again tonight, but will probably try to make my way to some of the other places described on the forum.

Finally had the right time window to check out Sanna during what will probably be my last visit to Qingdao for the near future.

Can confirm all the previous reports: this afternoon - still at daylight - the place was easy to find and the procedure as described before. Shoes out at the reception area, locker and shower area, large TV lounge which I passed through and "action rooms" upstairs.

Staff is generally friendly, selection of girls this afternoon was limited to two. I sent the first one out and ended up with a 22yr old spinner from Fujian. Really nice and firm body, very soft skin, A-cups and quite athletic. The routine is in deed quite mechanic albeit well executed: pole dance that finished on the bed with some body rubbing, extensive catbath, AR, BBBJ red rope and we finished in mish.

A very solid performance and playful AST - she even warmed her hands over an open fire for the final massage touches on my tummy and below. Compared to Shanghai excellend value for money sans the LE scare.

Hasn't it got quiet in the Qingdao forum? I have been going to the usual Sanna massage place occasionally. There was another massage club just down the road with red and black decor which had been closed down for some reason, probably the crap service. The last time I went there they kept on trying to make me pay more. 400 instead of 300, and it got me annoyed so I paid them nothing and stormed out. I haven't been back since. I might give them one more go soon.

There is, however, another place I go to now which has some quite nice girls. I have been about 10 times, the cost is 258RMB for about an hour. There are no special things like the red rope deal at Sanna but you get good attention. I have a regular girl there now and she treats me very nicely, very GFE. I like her a lot actually.

The location, I hear you ask? It's near the corner of Nanjing Lu and Yanji Lu. It has like Roman columns guarding each side of the door entrance and has Chinese writing above the door which I cannot read, being illiterate. It is on Nanjing Lu just south of the Yanji Lu intersection and on the eastern side of Nanjing Lu. Opposite, there is a vacant lot so you shouldn't have a lot of difficulty finding it.

ThanksI lived in ZhuCheng for some time and as far as I know there are not any obvious BBS or bars offering anything. There is a Spa (sauna) in the MiZhou Hotel that will offer FS, but I would not recommend it. There was an area around the old bus station that had many touts, bu now that they have demolished the old bus station, I'm pretty sure they will be gone.

Sorry. ZhuCheng is pretty quiet as far as I ever knew.

I was in Yantai several years ago and there was a heavy Korean presence there (restaurants and shops). Maybe you can score some nice Korean talent, if you want. As with most parts of China, go to a bathhouse or sauna and ask if they have special services (tefu). Don't feel embarrassed asking. As a senior member once told me, you won't be the first person to ask this question, and you won't be the last. . Or just get in a taxi and ask for a place that has "xiaojie." Good luck!

Anyway, just got back from a very short trip there. I stay in Jinghai hotel, during the first nite, as it was too late and to lazy for me to venture the KTV specially alone, so I use the inhouse caters (sauna) , they send me a girls named fei fei, agreed on rmb500 for quicky (yes I know it is too high but was too horny then, so agree) , the service is not so good, just a few minutes deep throating then conventional sex. The next day (my last night) , I have venture the nearby KTV's and checked couple of it, one is "chin mai kuei or meaning golden rose" the other one is "ye shang hai or meaning night in shanghai" both prices or a KTV room is rmb 200 with compliment of 4 to 8 bottles of beer plus a pan of fruits and pan of various snacks. There used to be a BBS area up behind one big Walmart shopping center. I think the streets were called Taidong Lu with numbers. I was there one afternoon last year, but only saw 1-2 shops open and the girls were not so great and seemed not to be interested in off-site service. I needed delivery to my hotel since I was traveling with non-mongers and could not handle the walk of shame. OAHI was in QD about 2 years ago and had visited an area of BBS near the Shangri-la (actually, it was closer to the "Post and Telecom Hotel" down the road from Shangri-la). There were quite a few of them inside a very local apartment area. I went to a few but could not find anything I like. Then I arrived at this one and one of the girls smiled at me and I kind of liked the feeling. So I took her back to my hotel for RMB 150. My usual way of playing at these BBS is that I would tell them that I was only paying for ST, but if I like the girl I might pay the extra to keep her overnight.

I haven't been to Qingdao for ages, but was pleased to discover when I went this week that the sauna usually reported here as "Sanna" up on Fuzhou Beilu is in its usual fine form. And it's still good value, at rmb398, especially compared to the outrageous costs in post-crackdown Beijing (my home base).

I'm sure though, that "sanna" is not its name, but an attempt to render either the English (sauna) or pinyin (sangna). The real name is Xinyu Club (sorry, I just can't get the Chinese characters to show up). However, I guess that doesn't matter as long as you can find the place.

As an aside, when I told the taxi I got into at my hotel where I wanted to go, he was dead set initially on sending a girl to my room, then, when I declined, he suggested a sauna he claimed to know nearby that was cheaper. If I'd been in town for longer, I might have accepted, just for the adventure, but I didn't want to waste precious time on a dud experience. It shows, though, that most taxi drivers will be able to suggest something if you find yourself in a strange town with no clues at all where to go.

I hopped in a cab on 6-27 and asked the driver to take me to an anmo-ma. He looked at me like I have 5 eyes or something to that effect. A bit of sign language sorted everything out. He took me up to Liaoning Lu and dropped me off in front of the Mercury Times Hotel, large prominent sign on the front of the building, can't miss it.

The internet is so unreliable here that I was afraid I was just losing connection. Don't want to be annoying, as I know you (as Admins) have enough annoying posts to deal with.

That being said. Please censor whatever you need to from my post. I was generally unaware of the recent crackdown, and don't want to give any sensitive information in my post. I don't know how specific is too specific, if you know what I mean. The girl at the massage place I mentioned is like a friend now, and I would hate to be responsible for having her shop get busted. I have a little bit of a special topic. I am visiting Qingdao with my wife in August and she offered to me that when in Qingdao I can sleep with a Chinese girl. However, she must be young and very (very!) clean. I know, I am a lucky guy with this wife.

WolfCopthorne on XiangGangZong Lu is a good place. 4th floor is combined fitness / knocking shop. They will send young girls to your room if you want. Young and some very nice, but nothing fancy.

For very clean clean women you could also consider to go to Nonghai "Hotel" in YanLing Lu behind, or rather just north of, the Qingdao Kilin Crown Hotel.

Look for a large glass facade establishment on the south side of this street, which clearly does not appear to be a restaurant, then you should be spot on. But chances are that staff in nice uniforms bid you welcome to enter.

The place is as saunas are most. Public showering and large swimming pool with big LCD screens running CCTV Channel No. Whatever. There is also a large common room with individual screens at each reclining lounge chair. As said, pretty standard. Take care for a massage you can be led to 3rd floor which is a scam just offering Massage + HJ at inflated prices. The massage is really really good, and you still get to let your steam off. 2nd floor is where you want to go. Look for the Bar and the Pool-table. The 2nd floor has rooms with individual wc and shower. They do the line-up in the room, which I always thought was rather embarrassing for the women as well as for me, but what the hell.

There is a base price for shower, pajamas and so on, at the end of it all the damage is 1000 for DATY, HJ, FS and BBBJ and pretty much everything else you can name in the Chinese language or in sign-language for a good hour or so. 1200 if you need to discharge twice. They have a rate for two women, I think it is about 1400 per discharge.

If your Mrs. Is into it, the establishment has an entrance for female patrons to the right inside the glass facade where U-turn in your shoes and get your wrist-band. Thus you will see old hags having enjoyed shower and swimming playing pool in pajamas, as you walk into the naughty area to do your thing. As China is the Land of Possibilities, you could have a three-some in one of the rooms, I am sure.

If you go there and want to skip the lineup, ask for No. 7.

Being well versed in the Slits and Cracks of China, she is the most beautiful women I have ever been with. Downright breathtaking beautiful, to the degree where donning a bra is an insult to her ample bosom. Not sure she works there anymore though.

These are steep prices, but the problem is that we used to have a lot of saunas in Qingdao before a mob showdown in September 2010. The Qingdao police cracked down hard on KTV's and Saunas. Closed them all, and the Saunas unfortunately stayed closed since then, with this one exception. So short of Incall, Copthorne and the above sauna, possibilities are scarce.

You can pick up WG's in the bars in biggest hotels like Shangri-La, Holiday Inn or Crown Plaza, but I never used this as a resident.

The Kilin Crown is in the Lao Shan area of Qingdao. Right next to "Beer City" where the Qingdao Beer Festival is staged for 2-3 weeks every August. Thus your timing is excellent. Beer, Lodging and Poontang all within a 500 yard radius.

Here is a report on some searches and successes in Qingdao.

First about the report from earlier posts about a sauna at the Nonghai Hotel. I went out to the Kilin Crown Hotel by taxi as I was staying in the central area of Qingdao. By the way the lobby and bar of the Kilin Crown (a Best Western) are very nice. Probably the rooms are as well. But it is at the vary far eastern end of Qingdao, about 20-30 min taxi from the central part of town, so it is not very convenient. Any way I got there and walked around the corner to YanLing Lu (easy to find in Google Maps). The Nonghai Hotel is even shown in Google Maps when the scale is blown up but nothing shows up after a Google search for Nonghai Hotel. There is a small entrance to a Spa between some restaurants. But I don't think this is still the same as described earlier as the people at the desk said very clearly "no sexy massage (anmo)". I didn't pay to explore but I don't think the sauna is still there.

So then I was on a mission to find a sauna. I don't have the impression there are many in Qingdao. An earlier post mentioned that most were closed and not reopened after some raids in 2010. I suspect that is true. There are several foot massage places. I went to one that was pretty upscale with a few friends after dinner and drinking and while the foot massage was a nice experience I was pretty sure this one did not offer full service massage.

So that left Fuzhou Bei Lu. That turned out to be a more successful outing (at least in terms of the success rate). My taxi driver got terribly lost. I had asked him to drop me at a restaurant shown on my map (Huazhuo Seafood Restaurant) that was close and I figured I could find the place on foot. But it was dark, lots of traffic and he had no idea how to read a map. If I was doing it again here is how. Go to the Crowne Palace Hotel on Hong Kong Road (Lu). Turn north on the very busy street heading north called Fuzhou Nanlu. Go strait and eventually it passes under a major E-W freeway built overhead. There the street name changes to Fuzhou Bei Lu. I was on foot and in the first block north after the freeway (and on the east side at the intersection with Ningguo Lu) I found two "Spas". An earlier post gave it as 9 Fuzhou Beilu but any street numbers are in Chinese. The Spa on the corner would not let me in. So I had no idea if it was closed or if it was because I was not Chinese, no idea why. This one has a big neon sign saying 99 on the front. They would not let me in but did say go next door which is where I went next. This one had a carving of a white tree built into the front will. A sign in Chinese did say Spa but there was no Xinyu Club sign that I could recognize.

Anyway, you enter, get a locker for your clothes, put the key on your wrist, take a nice shower, then get PJs. On entering further there is a large sitting room with TVs. I didn't check to see if there were dry or wet steam rooms or any drinks available. If you want more you are taken upstairs and to a nice room with a bed, a pole and a toilet. Girls come in one at a time. The first was a "No" and I said "yes" for the second. She was decent but probably a 5-6 on the usual scale. I retrospect I should have insisted on seeing the all before selecting. She gets her stuff and returns. What happens next is quite a production. First she does a pole dance to some music and lights. Then there is a titty oil massage of my back and front. Then she takes a mouthfull of something? Tea? And spits out some on each body section then massages that section with her tongue. Front and back and ears. Then there is detailed anal cleaning and rimming followed by a BBBJ. So the whole body has been done this way. Next she suspends herself from a red rope from the ceiling and while hanging upside down (and blowing me) spins herself around clockwise. Give a whole new definition to the term "spinner". That she definitely was. Then some doggy and mish in covered mode. All told quite the preformance. So much so that I even found myself laughing. Was this real? So much distraction for me that my hardon came and went and she had to bring it back with some vigorous BBBJ a couple of times.

Anyway what ever this place is called it exists and was my only "good time" in Qingdao. I look forward to more reports.

Hi Guys,

New to this forum and mongering in general. I have read all the posts concerning Yantai (I think) and was wondering if there is any more information out there.

I'm looking at exploring what the city has to offer (especially in the development zone) and badly need guidance. My Mandarin is basic at best.

Any advice / info welcome!

I assume that you might have found your way by now. If not maybe this mail might be helpful. Yantai District Zhifu there is a street Chao Yang Jie. In this street you will find a couple of bar with western standard. First to name certainly Druids (irish pub) with all waitress speaking very english. My favorite bar is Captain Morgan opposite of Druids, the band playing there are the owners of the pub as well. Girls who stay with you as long you pay their drinks you will find in Havana, begin of the street. I picked up one of the waitress there for 500Y for LT. Well, it was not really good.

Certainly there are actions in the KTVs but here you need to go with someone who can speak Chinese otherwise you will be lost.

If you have a chance try to stay in Crown Plaza in Laishan District. In the night (around 9:00 to 12:00 pm) girls are around escalators and offering massage for 200Y. Well in the room upselling for 1000 BJ. But I could bring down to 500Y. At the end I just finish with coming as she was faking moaning too much and I could not stop laughing. You get what you pay. She was alittle bit ashame and tried to finish me off but I was not in the mood anymore.

Around Crown Plaza there is a KTV calling Minghai Business Club. Alot of very good looking girls. You can get them for 1500y LT but I didn't try by now.

This is just east of the train station on Mengyin Lu between Hubei and Hunan Lu. This is a massage place with a big lobby. It is older and the facilities show. Asked for anmo and was quoted 168, 268 and 368. I took the 268 without knowing exactly what it included.

The room has a bed only. The gal is 21, has a miniskirt and low cut blouse. The massage is actually quite good. HE with oil at the end and she allows your hands to roam under her blouse.

In the area between Zhongzhan Lu and the train station there are quite a few foot massage places. You just have to be willing to try them out to see if there are extra services. Use your intuition and observe the way the girls are dressed to give you a clue.

Another place in the area between the train station and Zhongshan Lu. This place is in an alley off of DaGu Lu; as you walk east from the semicircle at Taian Lu, the first alley on the right. You walk down into this place and there are stairs to a loft above with makeshift rooms.

I asked for foot massage and the lady immediately quoted me 200 rmb and I guess my look of 'why so much for a footie' was answered by the hand signal for make love. I did not negotiate. Only three gals to choose from, average looks; one younger and two are mid 20's. I got lucky with the one I chose. 25 from Dongbei. Going to Qingdao for business on the the 29th and 30th of November. Staying in Jimo area. There is supposed to be a KTV in the hotel, but know any details. I am familiar with KTV's in other cities but never have been in Qingdao. If someone would like to get together and try the KTV in the hotel (or another one if you know a good one with take away) , the room and drinks (within reason) will be on me. The other entertainment you might like is your responsibility. I have never been to a sauna in China and had no idea what they were until reading these posts, even though some of the other hotels I have stayed in had them. I intend to try one on this trip in another hotel I normally stay in while in China. Not real interested in "cheap", and don't mind spending a bit for good stuff and having a good time. I generally go to China 4 to 5 times a year on business, but really don't speak the language other than a few words, am pretty good with my iPhone translator though.Since I am new to this forum, I'll try to post a report when I return. I am not a paid member (yet) , so just answer back on here if you want to get together and we'll figure it out from there.

There is a small entrance to a Spa between some restaurants. But I don't think this is still the same as described earlier as the people at the desk said very clearly "no sexy massage (anmo)". I didn't pay to explore but I don't think the sauna is still there.From your description, you hit the place I reported on earlier spot on. On the surface it is a strictly legitimate place and is still operational.

It would be a fair assumption to make that was the reason why your subtle approach got U-turned away.

Stayed three nights at Royal Garden Hotel in JIMO. Total bust. Was a service facility in the hotel, called beauty shop, and went in. Two girls half asleep that I would not do! I left quickly. Just personal info, I am not one of the guys who just looks for a wet place to put his tool for the shortest amount of time. Can do that with a warm wet cloth! Would much rather have some nice interaction such as a KTV type place. That said, there was a really big KTV next door to the hotel. Doorman said there was some take out there. Went in but no English was spoken so used my translator and was told in no uncertain terms that there was no takeaway available. Gave up and left. Maybe should have gone and checked it out myself, but since I am an older American and cannot speak very much Mandarin, it didn't seem like a good idea. Next night-went out and walked down the main street to another KTV that I had seen in passing. Again, same deal, no takeout girls. I am sure there must be action in these but need to be able to speak a bit more of the lingo. Off to Weihai where I know my way around. KTV in my hotel was thin during the week but improved on the weekend. I have a fairly steady girl there that I count on and pay her too much, but she is always willing and will bring a friend if I ask. This visit was less than satisfactory as she was RED, but brought a friend for me which worked out just OK.

Turn right into any of the streets in this area and you will easily find BBS. For example, at the Bank of China office, turn right into the street alongside.

Look for the pink lights! Walk around this area and you will find many BBS.

I was in Qingdao in February (about 10 days after Chinese New Year).

I went to the area I reported on (see below) in 2009 and asked a few weeks ago if anyone had an update.

I went to the area but wasn't sure what to expect as my update request post hadn't got any responses giving info on the area.

I'm happy to say it's still 'active'. Late evening, I only found 2 pink light apartments open. I'm not sure if it was quiet because of Chinese New Year or if the area is usually quiet and much less active than before.

I went to both apartments that I found open. As in 2009, I was impressed by the quality on offer. Hotties in their 20s, dressed to please! LOL. At one shop I had a 24 year old from Jinan. Pretty, good body and got right into it giving me BJ and FS in the positions I wanted and making sure I was satisfied.

JoeThanks for your response! Have you been in any of these KTV's? How are they, prices, and the line ups? What I am hoping for (and I go to KTV's in Weihai) , is a wilder experience (I went to Changping thinking that was what would happen, but didn't materialize) , but do realize that a lot of this depends on the girls, however if the place is geared to the wilder side, then the chances of that experience is that much greater.

This time I have some work in the shipping industry in Qingdao, so I had to stay in the Huangdao Area, which is south of city center!

Hotel is the Blue Horizon Hotel Huangdao, easily to reach by direct airport bus from Qingdao airport, local 4 star hotel with nice buffet and Massage Shop in the basement next door. Normal massage and the more exquisite version upto 70min for 399, but max "the feiji" only.

Tried WeChat as well, but no interesting contacts there to find.

For dinner we tried a sports bar called Knuckles, which is close by, check out www Knuckleschina. Com for details.

Next door you have many bars and also massage parlors, haven't tried them yet, as it is to chilly for some walking around at night, but looks promising!

Again in Huangdao Area of Qingdao I have tried several Massage Saloons in mentioned area around the Western Pub called Knuckles, Wuyishan Road (Wuyishan Lu) , unfortunately all offer massage service only only, not even a HJ.

But there is a big bathhouse at corner Taihangshan Lu / Beijiang Lu called Yi Tian Ge Bath Stop, this you may try. Chinese language skills are required, or you should have some expereience of such venues, than you should be able to find yr way around inside.

1st floor you get yr flippers and have a shower. 2nd floor you get the official massage services and 3rd floor you can find the special services. Options are one shot for 389, two shots for 489/1 hr, two shots and some add-ons for 589/70 min and 689 for 3 shots / 2 hr option. If you get a VIP card you get also some discount, like 1000RMB card gives you 1200 credit, and so on. Overall environment is rather businesslike,

Went to this place two days ago (see map) , walking in not knowing what they offer, but anyway the place is clean and the bed is comfortable. At Wuyi shan lu. If you can speak the language you will be able to find some action.

I been in the area a few years but my Mandarin is terrible, I've had better luck meeting uni girls that can speak a little English looking for a sponsor.

I am going to Qingdao for business. I have been there several times previously but it seems there wasn't a whole lot going on. At least there wasn't much I could find via the internet ahead of time. So I am off again, but this time I have found ISG.

Not suprisingly it has been forever since someone posted anything. I have looked at other boards with similar results. Are the police more active there than other places, or is there just way too much demand in SH, BJ, SZ, etc?

Then of course since my last visit there was the BBC expose about the hotel massage places and now there is the crackdown. I am not hopeful about this next visit.

I am not sure I am even asking for help. Just venting my frustration at not being able to at least tentatively set something up before I go. Who knows, maybe bumping Qingdao will prompt someone to say something, anything, about the place.

I finally got in contact with an agency I found on the interwebz that actually seems to server the Qingdao area. Not Beijing Qingdao or Shanghai Qingdao, but the one in Shandong Province. I was happy about the find. Then I am quoted 1500 RMB for an hour massage + full service. I kind of expected the price in China to be less than in the US rather than more. I guess I should just go to an AMP when I get back home.
