Stay safe everyone.He was not lucky as it was a non-event. We are talking about Hong Kong and not some third rate Asian country. The police were simply there to check to see if the girls were ladies who could legally work in Hong Kong and not just "tourists" from mainland China making a buck. Not only do the cops check the sauanas, KTV's, massage parlours of Mong Kok and the discos in Wan Chai but they stop people on the street to ask for passports and HKID cards all the time. They also visit lower class office buildings from time to time to make sure that the people working in them can legally work in Hong Kong. It was a simple immigration check and not targeted at any of the guys at 37 Dundas. It is no different than a hotel in the US being spot checked to see if they are empolying illegal immigrants. If you are in Hong Kong long enough you will witness one of these events regardless of whether it is with working girls or not. It is very rare that a Westerner is asked to produce ID but it does happen from time to time if someone is looking rather dodgy.

I had a similar experience at Dundas 1 year ago. 2 police officers checked Dundas and asked all girls for their ID cards.

They weren't interested in the guests, even didn't ask me for my passport.
The entire action was over almost as soon as it started. I waited for the line up, when the officers entered Dundas. It was a little bit surprising and confusing for me, but at least I didn't care too much.

I have read the forum and appreciate all the previous posts. Rick Hunters on KTV's a while back was particularly good.

As always, I have a few more specific questions for the kindhearted or willing.

I’ll only be in HK for a very short time, so I need to be efficient. For high end KTV with international gals (even some from Russia), you can go to KTV Boss in Kow Loon. The price there is a bit steep but you can be sure that you get a very good quality of gals.

Spent 2 nights in Hong Kong after 5 days in Guangzhou on business (and a little pleasure.). Stayed at the Hotel Mira on Nathan Road. Outstanding 5 star, 'high tech' hotel. That is girl friendly! They even offer a PC with HS Internet at no extra charge so that you can check for 141 updates before the evening entertaainment! It is in TST. About 8 blocks from the YS locations, 3 blocks from the Kowloon clubs, and very close to the metro for trips to WC.

There are two main reasons for it, and these are both generalizations.

The first is most of the girls going to those bars tend not to like local Chinese or Indian guys, partially because they can tend to be very grabby, and if the girls go elsewhere then so does all the bars business.

The second is many of the local Chinese or Indian guys who would want to go to the discos are cheap charlies and do not spend any money and they are not the type of cliental the discos want.

Of the discos you named Makati on week nights would have the most Chinese guys there and the most girls who do not mind Chinese guys.

The simple answer is that they want to discourage locals to go there! Why is that? It is because if a foreigner male go there and picks up a foreign woman, what ever happens between them is NOT a local issue and police gets involved, both can be deported because they did something illegal and that is the end of story. It may even wouldn't make it to the local paper as news. But if a local is involved, its a totally different story and a whole lot of headache and paperwork.

So what would a local do if he wants to pay and have sex? HK law allows it as long as the provider is a local person (allowed to work in HK) and there is no pimping involved and that is not what is happening in Wan Chai. The same way that you do not buy Playboy to just read the articles, you don't go to Wan Chai bars to have just a drink.

So where did I come up with this explanation? Was giving this explanation 5-6 years ago by some local person and it just made sense to me. It could be 100% BS.

This "cheap charlie" point is a very real reason. In general terms (and I'm sure this is not actually contentious) most HK-ers and Indians prefer not to drink as much alcohol as the expats do who frequent this type of place. Yes, there are exceptions, and some of them are friends of my group, but in general this is true. There is a variety of reasons for this, but it is a very real cultural difference. To the bar owners this is a problem. Valuable floor space is being taken up by non-drinking observers. The bar owners pay their rent and bills by selling alcohol. If the bar owners can't get income through alcohol sales, they will charge an entrance fee. Simple economics.

No, Rick, the analysis is not "racist". You have fallen into the PC trap here. Simply because the analysis is explained because of cultural differences does not make it "racist". The fact is that cultural differences lead to different preferences and life styles.

I was simply trying to explain the situation in a PC manner for the board and not just in cold economic language as many people from just passing through from Europe/USA come from such an amazingly PC environment that it is hard to explain the interaction of races is Hong Kong as it is here on the ground without being viewed as a racist. If there were many Indians throwing cash around in the bars then I am sure they would be very welcomed by the owners. Oh the bars do charge the US Navy cover fees when they come into town as well, for the same reason, many of the young Navy guys can be pretty cheap and harass the girls.

This "cheap charlie" point is a very real reason. In general terms (and I'm sure this is not actually contentious) most HK-ers and Indians prefer not to drink as much alcohol as the expats do who frequent this type of place. Yes, there are exceptions, and some of them are friends of my group, but in general this is true. There is a variety of reasons for this, but it is a very real cultural difference. To the bar owners this is a problem. Valuable floor space is being taken up by non-drinking observers. The bar owners pay their rent and bills by selling alcohol. If the bar owners can't get income through alcohol sales, they will charge an entrance fee. Simple economics.

I haven't been back to KTV Boss for almost 10 yrs but at that time the cost for take-out what roughly HK2500. I had a few clients, we had a couple of drinks, 4 or 5 girls sit with us for a few hours and the total bill was just under US$1000.

As far as the girls, mostly filipino speaking english and a few local HK gals...but maybe that's because my clients were all laowai?

Was in HK - TST early last week and had an opportunity to try the 141 website for the first time. Thanks to all the reports that I read on ISG, I was well prepared to deal with the protocol.

It really depends what you want.

Everything can be hit and miss. In MHO a Wan Chai pickup at Trafic or Neptunes can be very nice and can be an unrushed experience back at your nice hotel room, but the action there starts only in the evening.

If you go to TST East clubs you can go there earlier, but as you can see from my last report this does not necessarily guarantee quality.

For just a quick roll in the hay, the good old K-Pressure is a nice experience, although the girls are generally not as good looking, but the service is very excellent.

I would stay away from booking escorts in Hong Kong, there is really no need with all the other options you have

Just had a great time playing with a Mongolian at Hari’s, at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Wanted 2000 for the night but I didn’t want LT. I tried to negotiate down for 11. 00am the next day after my trip to 37 Dundas but she wasn’t interested. Deeji wanted tonight or nothing and was asking 1200 for ST. 1. There were complaints from the residential neighbors, and as Wanchai has some of the highest rents in HK (yeah, you'd never believe it...), they were taken seriously.

2. The head of the HK police force combines Confucian authoritariansim with membership in some ultra-right wing Christian sect. He has it in for places like Fenwicks and all their Untermenschen (i.e., non-Chinese) patrons.

3. They were just too open about the sex and drugs racket, maybe got mixed up with the Triads, and the police decided to take the opportunity to object to the license renewal as a clean-cut way to shut the place down before there was a spectacular dust up with guys running around with choppers, etc., etc.

I'd like to share a little secret about dirt-cheap accommodations in Hong Kong that's very conducive to mongering.

In most parts of Kowloon, there are thousands of guesthouses that you can rent daily for cheap. These are the equivalent of a "hostel" in other parts of the world. In Hong Kong, these "guesthouses" are nothing more than spartan dormitories run by a proprietor licensed by the government. Signage for guesthouses look something like this:

Because they're informal, they likely don't have websites or advanced booking systems. Some hostel/travel websites list Hong Kong guesthouses where you can book in advance and pay by credit card. Avoid them since you'll be paying more for the same product. And I wouldn't trust those websites.

There is no need to book in advance. Rather, you just show up at a guesthouse, they show the room, quote a price, and you make a decision. If you decide to rent, remember to have him/her write the check-out date on the receipt to avoid misunderstanding. Oh, it's cash only.

The guesthouses are usually run by one person, or one person with a small staff, and their English skills are limited. Despite language barriers, they usually speak enough English for the essentials. Don't expect extra services. All you're getting is a room and basic housecleaning. They're not going to do your laundry, get you a visa to China or deliver a newspaper to your door. There’s no restaurant and they’ll have no souvenirs to sell. Despite everything being so spartan, be assured that these guesthouses are licensed and regulated by the government.

My favorite guesthouses are located on the corner of Jordan Rd and Nathan Rd. On that intersection, there are at least 50 guesthouses each having 8-30 rooms. There, rooms go for about $150 to $250 HKD per night (single bed, private bathrooms). You can go cheaper elsewhere, particularly in the infamous Chungking Mansion in Tsimshatsui. But I would avoid Chungking, even if it's cheaper, because it's a hassle queuing for the constantly overfilled elevators, and there are shadier characters around.

I would rent for one night at a guesthouse and see if you like it, then extend your stay if you do. The secret is hunting for vacancies around 1:00pm when guests have just checked out and infinite empty rooms can be found. Keep in mind, you should rent where there is 24 hour unassisted access. Some places claim to be 24 hours, but you have to ring a bell for staff to open the door past a certain hour.

The room is usually the size of a college dormitory and all will come with air conditioning. Expect rooms to be visually unappealing. That's OK -- when you're in Hong Kong, you use the room for sleeping only. You're paying only a third of what you'd normally pay for a 2-star hotel in Hong Kong, so don't complain about the decor. Think of how much extra mongering you can do with the money you'll save.

As for whether guesthouses are girl friendly, the answer is usually NO. Take out service isn't popular in Hong Kong. Go to Thailand for that instead. The people on this forum who are taking girls out of Wanchai bars, mostly expats and tourists, are wasting their money or too afraid to venture outside their Western comfort zones. These bars are tourist traps. Ask local mongerers if they take working girls out of bars and they'll laugh.

The reason I love the guesthouses at the corner of Jordan Rd and Nathan Rd for mongering:

- You are literally on top of a MTR station for easy transport throughout Hong Kong
- Several large 141 complexes are on the corner (Foremost, New Lucky House, Vincent House, etc)
- Streetwalker area is 2 blocks away (near Shanghai and Nangking St)
- K-Accupressure is 1 block away
- 37 Dundas and Mongkok brothel area are only 2 MTR stations away, walkable in 30 minutes
- Once you're done mongering, lots of great street food and shopping everywhere, including the Temple Street night market

Based on the different report from this forum (I did my homework by reading back a good couple of reports, thanks for them!), I decided to try the following opportunities:

- Wan Chai bars (just because my hotel is here)
- 144 walkup
- Massage (37 Dundas)

Well 1 was successful out of the three (not if I'd put too much effort to even one of them).

Bars: I've been to Boracay and Galaxy, weekday around 10 PM. In Boracay I didn't see any interesting (was approached by a pair of ladies but they were not my cup of tea), so left after 2 beers. In Galaxy there were almost exclusively Pinays, the interest was much more intensive (3 girls came soon, looking, winking, touching), I was chitchat with one of them. She was asking for a lady drink twice, sure, why not, meantime caressing me and pushing her butt to my lap. Still, when I proposed to come with me, she turned my down by saying she isn't going out with "other guys". Sure. All right, be happy with the drinks, I was not in the mood to start again and left.

144: I checked the nearby locations (decided not to invite any of the girls to my hotel). Went one evening to check them (the mansion in the same block as the Galaxy is), once around 11PM, one was occupied, the other is finished. THen I visited back on Saturday evening, then the whole flat was closed (if someone didn't read back, one apartment is cut to 4 small rooms, occupied by 1-1 girl. OK, no more tries.

Dundas: OK, to be honest even though I made some searches, still the "how to get there" question was not completely answered, I got my info from multiple posts (call me cheap but I not yet subscribed to be able to see the attachments, so map links wasn't my option). Anyway, if someone else has the same issue, here's the solution:

Get to any of the MTR stations nearby (there are plenty, the system is great). Personally I bought an Octopus card (RFID stored value card to pay on MTR, bus, shops, etc.) for 150 HKG (50 from it is deposit), it's enough and consumable for 3-5 days. So get to the Yau Ma Tei station (wherever you are, there are maps with the lines and you'll see which is the quickest route).come out in the A1 exit (inside the station they show only exit A, by the end of the corridor you'll have A1 and A2, A1 is marked to take you to Dundas street). When you come up to the ground, Nathan road is to your back, so take a you turn and in 3 meters you're on Nathan road. Turn left and start walking. In cca 30 m you'll cross Hamilton road (if you reach Waterloo road, you went right from the MTR, turn back), then again 30 m and you reached Dundas street (there's no name table). Turn left to the street and on the other side you'll immediately see a red-yellow signboard with all Chinese characters with a heart written the deserved 390 number. Go in the small alley where the sign is. The first floor venue is right on the left (with stairs), for the second floor one you have to go deeper in the alley and by the end there's the elevator.

I took the first floor, went up, a smiling girlie shown the way to the reception, where the mommy immediately greeted in English and took me one of the waiting room. Small chitchat (390 + 100 the room, is it my first time here or not, what do I want to drink) and she left. 2 mins later came back with 5 girls to choose. The quality was fine, in fact for me much better than the girls in the bars. I chose a slim one, the girls left, again 2 mins later the mommy came back with the girl and asked the payment (I payed with a 500 note and got back the 10 coin to my surprise). Went up for the top floor 9she grabbed my hand and led me) by the lift and she payed the 100 for the room. The room is fine, as it was written here, there's a mirror on the ceiling. I had a business trip to HK last week. The town is great, the night life exciting. But I was disappointed of the girls (although I personally was lucky).

I went to all the bars in Wanchai; might be that Fenwicks was different, but it's still closed. And in all the other bars the way the girls approach you is so straight and money-focussed that I got bored very quickly.

I jumped between the bars the whole first night, finally decided just to dance and drink.which I did till morning in Neptunes. And this was fine.

Second evening I gave it a second try, and finally found one Filipina being there her first day; she was she only "normal" girl I noticed. I had a wonderful night with her. I've never stayed over night in any of the guest houses but a lot of guest houses can be used as short time motels - or at least I have never had any problem when doing so. Other than some of the nicer short time hotels I have always been under the impression that short time hotels/guest houses are one and the same. I have randomly walked into a number of guest houses in the Jordan area with a maid on a Sunday, paid for the room and never had any problems. If you had a string of girls coming back with you at night it might be different but during the day they seem to appreciate the business.

As for local mongers, at least those of the non-expat variety, they may not pull girls out of Wan Chai but they are taking girls out of KTVs and the prices at most nice KTVs make Wan Chai look very affordable for a cost standpoint. 141's, massage places and the brothels around town can be fun and I frequent them often but Wan Chai can be a good place to have a few pints with the lads, play with some girls and then get laid, and you pay a premium for the english service. For me some of the KTV's are fine but after a while playing dice can get boring and there are usually not too many girls that speak decent english unless you want a flipper and then what is the point in going to a high end KTV to be with a flipper. Being able to communicate and have some fun is the only reason to go to a KTV, if you can not communicate too well with the girl might as well go to a 141. That said on occassion the high end KTVs are fun.

But if you go into the smaller drug stores along Hennessey Road in Wanchai or Causeway Bay and ask they almost always have something for you. It's 11 pm and Neptune is rocking while Traffik is half empty. Most of Fenwicks girls seem to have moved to Neptune.

When in HK I often go to 37 Dundas St and I have had some very good times there.

This trip after reading the posts I tried K Pressure. Thanks to the info I found it no problem, on Jordon Road on the West side of the junction with Nathan Road, just past McDonalds.

Really the set up is much like 37D but the price is 500 HK$ (390 for the girl + 110 for the room) for 45 mins (37D is 490 for 50 mins) Only one lady available, she was Susie and was very cute so I said yes.

on yet another short transit through hk i decided to stay away from 37 dundas and it's like and try a visit to a 141 apartment girl.

The rules in HK are quite strict. If you walk into Watsons and ask they will say no. But if you go into the smaller drug stores along Hennessey Road in Wanchai or Causeway Bay and ask they almost always have something for you. You can get most non-narcotic drugs, or at least the Chinese or Indian version.

Just returned from a few days of are & are in Wan Chai. The scene is a lot quiter than 12 months ago and after the closure of Fenwicks. four seasons hotels:

I just spent a weekend in Hongkong.

I wrote a report about 6-8 months ago about one of the saunas in Jordan (near the night market). Called the Metro Lotus or something similar (can't recall, and too lazy to look it up :-) ).

Basic report: I paid about $1000 for sauna services (nice shower facilities, hot tubs, etc), a half-hour professional massage, some instant noodles/limp sandwiches, and a damn good FS.

Pros:
-Girls tend to be younger than Dundas/K-Pressure.
-If you like the sauna treatment w/robes, hot tubs and all that, it's good.
-Good massages on offer as well (different ladies)

Cons:
-No choice. They told me they'd give me a "good one," and she turned out to be one; maybe I got lucky. I don't know what would have happened had I asked for a different girl.
-More expensive than 37D/KP, but still cheaper than Wan Chai or Macau.
-After having been to Macau, the facilities seemed not as good, but for HK, I liked it.
-Don't know if you can get out without paying some kind of minimum fee if you don't like the girls they have on offer.

My advice would be to walk around. Let some of the sauna touts approach you, and negotiate with them; if they're soliciting your business in Jordan/Mongkok, they tend to be more likely to be nice to you/give you a selection rather than just walking into a place that may not even like foreigners. At the same time, if you just follow them in, they may slap a min. charge on you if you don't like what you see. Negotiate that bit before you walk in, and you should be fine.

If you walk around near the Temple Street night market, or on Portland Street between Yau Ma Tei and Jordan stations in the mid-late evenings (7-10ish), you should get at least a few offers from the people stationed in front of the saunas. Unlike Shanghai, they'll be more used to foreigners and should have a pretty good grasp of English.

Of course, the best option is to jump out to Macau for the night and have a blast at the saunas there, but I don't know if that's an option for you.

I think I am in trouble.

I haven't been to HK or Asia in over a year, but things haven't changed that much from what I have read.

Welcome to the world of mongering! Just because these gals are "working" doesn't mean they don't have any feelings. The hard part is being to separate the "fact and fiction". I would heed LoveAsia77's advice as well. Think about it, where are most of these gals going to get the money for airplane ticket, visa, apartment, etc. I won't say never, but I would be shocked if 99.5 of 100 don't have some kind of manager, either here or back home.
Keep in mind one thing, if you decide to try and take her "out of the business", you in effect will be her sole method of support for her and her family. That can be a big commitment. If you stay with you for a year or two or three, and then decide to move on, she will be "on her own" again and it will more difficult to get back in the game.
One thing you might try is to ask if she would like to stay with you for a week and get a good price for that long stay. This will give you the chance to see what she is like when the physical attraction wears off.
I find a lot of these ladies very warm and giving and enjoy their company a lot, and the truth is it is very tempting to try and take it further. In the end I realized the price of a commitment is more than I want to pay and not just in money. I am not sure if you are looking for an advise here or not! If You are, take it from an old dog who had lived here for over 8 years and had been involved with a few filipinas: Let it go! I know it is not easy, but you will be better off to just forget about her. You came, you had some good time, cherish it and move on.

Now some answers. Majority, if not all, of the working girls who come to HK for work come through a package. The package includes the round trip ticket, show money (to show immigration she has money to spend in HK), a boarding place (do a search and you will find a few stories about them), and usually a person/manager to watch over her while she is here and show her the ropes. All WG, no exception, have their passport with them in case they get stopped by police. Is passport real? Yes, 100%. Does the passport belongs to person carrying it. Not 100% of the time. I have met.know of a few that were here with someone else's passport (their sister, cousin, or friend). So because she having a passport does not prove anything.

Calling to/from Phil to HK is very expensive. On my phone it is 15 times more than calling US. Roaming is also costly so a person with a Phil phone usually will have the phone off and if on, it is usually is used for SMS only. SMS is 4-5 times more than local SMS but it is not as bad as a voice call.

Many of the sponsors/managers will lend the girl a phone and she will buy a prepaid SIM and use it while here. Sometimes after the phone is returned to manager, the SIM card may still be in it and the next girl may use it. And in between girls, the phone might sit idle somewhere and it could be on or off! Again, you can not assume anything.

I, like you, assume what someone says is true unless proven otherwise and even though the majority of times that had be the case, there are still occasions that she may be telling some made-up stories.

First HK report. Been here 2 weeks. Sorry for delay.

Sauna tout near Hotel Nathan. Couldn't stop to talk.

Several saunas near night market: no sign of life outside
except for Regency. The tout ignored me. Moved on.

2-3 WGs as I headed north. Not for me.

Based on previous report, explored 607 Nathan Road.
Several elevator choices, read the numbers for 1-8 option.
4th floor appeared to be a pub. Too many younger girls
and guys to be for real. If I'm wrong, correct me. One girl

in elevator, the "elevator lady" selects 3rd floor. Maybe

Didn't make 141.

Hari's @ Holiday Inn: more life than expected. A few Russians,
at least one African, perhaps a few of our northern sisters. Maybe
one Indian, though I'm not 100% sure she was working. A
good number of patrons seemed oblivious to the scene. Three
girls singing on stage were among the more interesting of the lot,
but probably not available. Had a drink next to a BF of one of them
I think.

I would however like to explore some other options. Does anyone have some inside info on where one might encounter some of the "higher end" ladies in hotel bars, or places "off the beaten path".

This is my first time to HK. I decided to go with the 141 girl option. Allow me to amplify some details for fellow HK newbies.

Step 1: Determine where the hell you are within greater HK.
Step 2: Go to the correct internet address. (search on 'sex 141')
Step 3: Search website based upon preferences and/or location
Step 4: Call. Expect a 1 in 3 chance that someone will pick up.
Step 5: If you're are going there the guy on the other end of the phone will tell you in broken English which hotel you need to go to.
Step 6: Take a cab. Call the number again from the lobby. Find out which room.
Step 7: Go to designated room. Don't be surprised if the girl that opens the door is not the girl in the photos.

Overall, a very efficient way to drain one's balls.

In my specific case, the girl that opened the door looked nothing like the girl that I hoped to meet. She was short and had D size tits, not the tall and thin type I prefer. Probably in her mid 20's. Need to file a report from earlier this month when I passed through HK on the way out of China. I followed the descriptions in the forum to find 37 Dundas. Up the stairs to the first floor and asked to sit on the bench just inside the entrance but not in a room, must have busy for a late weekday afternoon. In the minute or two sitting here, I was able to view some of the gals walking back and forth. Ushered into a room and shown two gals and asked to see more, the next gal was fine, YingYing. Paid the $490 fee and up the stairs we went hand in hand. I turned into the 2nd floor club and she quickly corrected me and led me up to the hotel where she paid $100.

Arrived around 1 AM. Two girls asleep, heads down on a table in the

I have to say that I am not a huge HK fan. This was my first visit to HKG and I only stayed 3 nights on my way to/from the Philippines. My rationale is this, it is WAY too expensive, and not just in terms of the cost for companionship. There are some drop-dead gorgeous ladies, but I can stay back at home in USA and get just as good or better quality fun and not endure the 14 hr flight from SFO. The average cost of a beer is 5-7 USD and food every bit as expensive. My first night I did manage to pull a quality Thai lady from Joe Banannas who pleased me 3 times before she left at noon the next day. The next day I headed over for an evening in Macau, which included a trip to 18 Sauna. While the sauna experience was expensive, it will be a wonderful memory to add to the books that was worth the added investment. Cost was $1600 HKD, but I lied around there for about 4 hours soaking in the hotub, hitting the steam/dry saunas, a quality massage and sexo with a hot chinese lady, capping it off with free food and drinks before hitting the casino. My last night on my way back home included numerous negotiations with different ladies, that all failed to fall below the $2000 mark. Finally caved into a good looking Filipina while in Bar Amazonia. Walked out the door for $1200, but turned out she was mostly talk. That being said, it was a decent experience and she was out the door before 0200 so I could get a decent nights sleep before the long plane ride home later in the day.

I knew about the prices before I visited, but wanted to experience something different. But with LOS, and PH so close, hard to spend that kind of money when you can get the same (or better quality) for a a third of the going rate. Plus, it's REALLY hard to give that much to a Thai or Filipina when you know that in a short flight you could have her for a fraction of cost in her own country.

I think my next trip trip thru HKG will only be in-transit.

Apologies fellow punters for the lack of a report but I am optimistic that someone can provide a couple of quick tips.

The situation - forthcoming transit overnight staying at the airport hotel at Chek Lap Kok Airport on Lantau Island. The hotel website does not give me any confidence of a R&T on site.

The request - with limited time on my hands I am looking for a massage/sauna venue which provides a happy ending, either on Lantau Island or perhaps Tsing Yi.

The hottest new mongering hotspots in Hong Kong are the 141s in Tai Po and Yuen Long. Some of them operate multi-girl operations (which are illegal) and staffed with very young girls, most of whom look like they just arrived from Shenzhen two hours ago.

When I ring the bell and see a ridiculously young girl open, I would ask "yull mo kay taa", which means "is there any others". Sometimes, she would call or motion to another girl, sometimes she would say "yes, but she's busy". Sometimes, both girls would open the door and you get to pick. Don't expect GFE service though. But if you like them young and fresh and don't have time to go to Shenzhen, these places may be for you. They're mostly $300 a session. Hate to say this, but if you're a hulking white guy, there is a slight chance they might not open the door. I'm sure most will though.

Tai Po and Yuen Long 141s are pretty hard to find. They're not located next to a MTR station. I think their more-remote location makes them less of a target for law enforcement.

The best, fastest and cheapest way to get to the Tai Po playground is to take bus 271 along Nathan Rd in Jordan. You should get off close to the corner of Kwong Fuk Road and Po Heung Street. On that corner, there is a McDonalds and a HSBC. I can see how it's easy to miss when zooming by on the bus. If you want more precision, and don't mind spending more time/money, take the MTR to Tai Po Market station and, from there, take a cab to that intersection (5 minute ride). Several 141s are near that corner and along Wai Yan Street to the southwest.

The best way to get to the Yuen Long playground is NOT through the Yuen Long MTR but to the Long Ping station. There are two 141 clusters, both southeast of the Long Ping MTR station. One is near the corner of On Ning Street and Wang Chau Rd., and the other is near the corner of Castle Peak Rd and Chung Sing Path (where Castle Peak intersects a river).

Was at the Nikko hotel at TST East the other night to pick up a business acquaintance at approx 9:00 PM, when a troupe of gals came marching in. These 8 - 10 gals dutifully lined up at the desk at the entrance to the lift lobby and produced their mainland PRC passports whilst the Concierge asked them for their name, (to make sure that it is her passport I guess!!) and wrote their passport number and other particulars - including which room they are going to - on a ledger.

Question - would you got to Tijuana to specifically partake of an American Gal, a Russian or a European? So why go to Hong Kong to do a Filipina or Thai.

Filipinas and Thais do very well in Hong Kong catering to the rather large contingent of non-Chinese speaking expatriates who live and work in Hong Kong. And they command....and get ..... premium pricing to their local or PRC sisters.

If you want good prices, the 141's and the yellow board signs in Mong Kok are your best bet.

I hadn't read the HK thread for a few days, and coincidentally I had decided this afternoon that I would TOFTT (well, actually a FEW) and try out the 141 scene. MTO, I'd look at either Wanchai or Kowloon (TST area) to meet your objective. Not sure of hotel prices currently, but you'll find plenty on the internet, and there is ample shopping and sex in both areas.

Personally, I've never really liked the Kowloon / TST side of HK as I feel everyone views ME as a tourist, which I am not, and they charge me the 'tourist tax' accordingly. Hell, for all I know, I pay a 'gweilo tax' everywhere I go in HK. On the TST side though, the touts hawking all manner of wares bug the shit out of me. No, I don't want a blouse for a man! IMHO, don't waste your time at the 141s in Central or North Point as they are mostly old pros. Better to try the Fuji building in Wanchai or go to TST or Causeway Bay cause at least if you don't like your first choice the buildings there have multiple providers from you to choose from. And as other posters have said, it is not a big deal if the gal who opens the door is not to you liking and you can move on to the next one.

I have a few things to add in regards to your post. The first regarding flippers. Yes those that are working in Wan Chai, who are not maids, will make you pay more for than you would in the philippines but as someone who lives here I sometimes like getting service in English and do not always have time to fly down to the philippines for a shag I partake. Yes, you end up paying 4,200 to 6,000 pesos for a flipper in Wan Chai (HK$800 - HK$1,000) but if you are going after the nice tail on P. Burgos in Manila you are paying usually around 3,000 pesos. Yes, I realize Burgos is expensive for the philippines but there are some of the better looking girls there who are good in English. What surprises me is how many sorry looking flippers can get business in Wan Chai, but then there are always fresh off the boat businessmen in town. If you want cheaper flippinas then maids are usually free to $500 or you can find flippers in the Jordan to Mong Kok area for $400.

I have done the same flippinas in Hong Kong and Manila and when they are here I pay them HK prices and when they are in Manila they get Manila prices. They have expenses to cover when they are coming over here to be expats just like the rest of us expats who work in other industries.

As for 141's your timing is about right. Generally, unless they are not busy, they are simply oneshot places and as soon as you are finished you leave. You can have up to 45-60 minutes but once the deed is done you shower up and go. I do not think the girl you visited cheated you on time because you were a gweilo but rather acted the way one would expect her too. If you want more time in a 141 don't let the girl rush you into popping.

Question - would you got to Tijuana to specifically partake of an American Gal, a Russian or a European? So why go to Hong Kong to do a Filipina or Thai. SEAJImportant information for board members:

Starting July 1st 2009, Russian passport holders are allowed to enter Hong Kong visa free, which should increase high-quality supply to the venues in Hong Kong, since they wouldn't need to go through visa application process. If I understand correctly from the chat today - visa free period is extended up to 30 days.

Good advice, though I read it after I visited two more 141 locations today. And to be honest, my goal is to explore the 141s to assess the validity of the girls versus the photos, and not so much to bang everything that moves as many times as possible. I live here and this is an experiment I am undertaking for the next few days as I have some time on my hands. Having said that, a tourist on a mission would be wise to heed your advice, and go to where the most fish are, so to speak. Also, I don't so much get the impression that these girls are "old pros", but rather that the 'bait and switch' tactic is standard operating procedure.

Today I went looking for two specific girls appearing on the ***141 site, Annie (Hotel Reservation) and Shan Shan (in call), both located in North Point. My hope (and logic) is that the girls outside the 'touristy' areas might be more legit, as I (perhaps incorrectly?) assume these girls are marketed more for locals in this area rather than gweilos or tourists, but what do I know.

To visit Annie, I had to call the phone number listed as she is classified as a 'Hotel Reservation' girl. This is where you call, and if you are lucky enough to speak to someone in English, they tell you the name of the hotel. Once you find and enter the hotel, you call again and they tell you the number of the room. Today I visited 'Annie' at the Newport Inn in North Point, room #28XX. Two girls were in the room, the one who answered the door and another sitting at a small table, and neither was even remotely similar to the photo on the web site. When I asked for Annie one of the girls told me yes she was Annie. Whatever. I left and called the phone number again saying that I wanted Annie, just to see what the response would be. The girl on the other end of the line tried to tell me that one of the girls in the room WAS the girl in the photos. NOT. I left immediately.

I then walked to the location of Shan Shan. It was a bit confusing as to where her flat was located as there were no official markings, but I figured it out once I saw the magic marker on the wall designating the flat letter and number. After knocking, the door was opened and once again, a girl that was absolutely not the girl in the photo answered the door. And once again, the routine was the same with her trying to tell me that yes, she was that girl, when even a semi-blind man could tell she wasn't as the photo was pasted on the door. Whatever. I left immediately again as I didn't really NEED the pop, and to be honest, the girls in the photos WOULD have done it for me but the girls who answered the doors did not.

So, in a nutshell, I'm calling BULLSHIT on the 141 photos. The scene itself is definitely legit. If you visit the location there is almost sure to be one or more girls there. However, the level of quality you can expect is anyone's guess. Personally, I think these sites would be better served by NOT posting fraudulent photos, but instead just advertising the location and perhaps the types of services offered at that location. I might be more inclined to session with whomever answers the door if I don't already have a pre-conceived notion of what to expect. Most of the girls in the photos are HOT, and most of the girls who answer the doors are NOT. This is an instant let-down, and bad for business IMHO.

Some of you forum or HK veterans might call BS on ME, based on your past experiences, which is fine! Plus, I realize I sampled less than .01% of what is available before reaching my conclusion. Its about a block down from the Novatel Hotel in the direction of Causeway Bay. Not that I want to waste too much time writing about this stuff but quickly. Remoteness of location does not guarantee better quality or service. Remoter areas such as Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, North Point on the MTR line normally have lower quality. NT locations have younger mainlanders. Most of the better looking providers, not necessarily better service will be in Causeway Bay, TST, Mong Kok. They make more money as these are more accessible locations and their rent is higher. Most Mong Kok locations are not really 141s but brothels.

I was being kind by saying old pros, what I actually meant was "old slappers". If you want a young hot body from the mainland, go to the hotel jobs in TST, Jordan and Mong Kok or a brothel in Mong Kok.

Trusting the photos is a waste of time as the girls change all the time and the operators are not going to pay the additional cost of getting the photographer from the website to take pics of the new gal who may be there for only a few days. I have been in one of the places when the photos were being taken.

At the corner of Station Lane and Ma Tau Wai Road, you will find a four story building with the windows papered over in red and blue (a tell tale sign).

I never use the word "monger" to describe my activities concerning the main theme of this forum.

Rather, I describe it in Darwinian terms as "seeking to pass on my genes as often as possible", or alternatively "in my own modest way, seeking to freshen up the human gene pool".

QHI never thought there was a particular Thai concentration in Kowloon City.

To find Thais, go onto the main 141 website. In the search engine, select "Mixed" as the race. Do not select "Thai". If you select "Thai", it yields no results (at least not as of today). The girls prefer to be labelled "Mixed" because local Hong Kongers don't seem to like Thais.

Not all of the "mixed" girls are Thai. But most of them will be.

The building Fenwicks was in was sold maybe a year back to yet another Hong Kong tycoon who has gone crazy with this Christian Fundamentalism that is sweeping through the upper echlons of the Hong Kong civil service and business elite. Originally they did not want to renew the lease for Fenwicks but their business sense got the better of them and they agreed. Then Fenwicks lost its liquor license. I can not see the current owner renting to any type of Fenwicks/Neptunes establishment.

While there has been a crackdown in Wan Chai given the head of security's evangelism and general anti-gwielo approach to everything Fenwicks has been treated much tougher because of its relationship with drugs and who "really" runs/owns the place.

Even before Fenwicks closing many girls were not as interested in coming to Hong Kong any more as business has not been great here over the past year and a bit. With the economy the way it is there are less businessmen through town (and they are the ones who pay the most), fewer gweilos than ever are living in Hong Kong and most of those who remain either have had their pay/bonuses cut for the bankers, or never made much to begin with such as the teachers. In typical philippino/thai fashion with business being down to try and make the same amount of money the girls are trying to ask for more from each customer, although to be fair they have a lot of pressure on them from their managers.

I was on Burgos in Makati recently and heard tale after tale of woe about how tough business is both here in Hong Kong and Singapore, and how immigration is continuing to be much tighter than normal. Visas are getting more difficult, that is for sure. I believe that as recently as a year ago (maybe a little older), that PI girls could obtain 28 day visas on arrival, then could visit Shenzhen on short term visas (obtainable in Hong Kong or at the border) and renew for another 28 days (at officer discretion). Of course after a while, they would get fewer and fewer days and finally the dreaded, 1 day get out of town (only to airport) visa entry. LIfe was tough but manageable.

Recently PI girls get 14 days at HK immigration as tourists and this is not guaranteed. Each time they enter they pray for the 14 days but sometimes get only 10 or 6 or even less. Business is hard.

It is not easy to get a China visa for PI citizens in Hong Kong unless they are HK residents. I recommend that they get double entry 30 day visas in Manila before coming to China. This visa can be obtained for about 3500pesos from many travel agents in Manila in around 4 days. THe Mall of Asia has one agency that does this, I got a visa there. I am not a working girl but I foolishly supported a PI BG for several months.

This will allow them to extend their tour of duty for a lot longer and give ME their benefit when they come and stay in Shenzhen. They should not apply directly with the embassy in Manila, but use a travel agency to create the fake itinerary and hotel reservations required to get the visa. Definitely worth the 500 pesos travel agency service charge.

An additional benefit to PI girls, once they have obtained 6 double entry China visas at the Manila consulate, they can qualify for a 6 month China visa! Hooray!

I live in Shenzhen and i have met several PI girls on 'China visa breaks' who have related these stories to me. (I'm even willing to 'let out' my apartment to PI girls on visa runs...)

They are like Fenwick, both always charge the locals an entry fee and let the westerner pass without paying. I had a short stay over in Hong Kong, and after reading the forums was surprised at just how easy it is to monger (reading is one thing, living it another...)

Before I dive in, the filter is turning many of the references to a website into asteriks. the website is s e x 1 4 1 . c o m, but normal, you know, with no embedded spaces. If you see ******, just replace it.

There was a lot of sleaze in Wan Chai (strip clubs with touts down Lockhart Street), but also a lot of fun.

I was in Trafikk on two nights last week and did notice a slight change in the numbers. First I will admit that I like the feeling of Trafikk, so I tend to give it more time to get going.
On Friday I arrived about 10:30 and it was almost dead, but by midnight it was pretty full and for the most part the quality seems to have improved....of course that is only IMHO.
On my next visit, I am going to try a new tactic. I hate the whole "buy me a drink" thing and then they get a Tequila R&R and it costs me about $150 HKD a pop. I think I am going to find a couple of cuties and offer them $100 an hour to go drink at Trafikk with me. In the long run it will be cheaper, because the drinks are less expensive and they won't keep nagging about another drink. I think it will work, and maybe lead to an all around better experience for everyone. Heck it is only money.

Traffik is OK to spent some time there and to have a beer or whatever, but I miss these Fenwicks times from 3 or 4 years ago. When the bar was full with Colombianas and other girls. Will you be in HK or Kowloon side? I suggest you stay at a Sauna for overnight. For the cost of even the cheapest hotel, you can stay a fabulous night in a Sauna with massage service, food and drinks. Let me know if you decide to do that and I will make a recommendation for you. If you want cheap but good hotel, JJ hotel on Wanchai road. About 3-400 meters walk from the WanChai action. Pretty good rooms by HK standard. Good prices via booking.com, but you can also book direct with the hotel at similar prices (http://www.jjhotel.hk/). IMO the best price/performance option in WanChai. Read about it on TripAdvisor and you will see I am not the only one who likes this hotel. A bit hard to find, no lobby, but check in counter at the 9th floor since the hotel occupies 2 or 3 floors of an office building. Karioke club on top floor which I have not checked out.

Hey guys, I have not been to HK in about 8-9 years and plan to return for a several days visit.

Problem is I heard the HK currency had change recently and I still have over several hundred older HK bills -I think they were issued by the Shanghai bank(about $100 US worth).

Just like to know if I can still use these older bills when I arrive in HK or are these now worthless?

New ones seem to me the plastic Aussie like notes, with a transparent window...the $10 notes maybe others.

Spotted a glassy eyed Indo on floor, gorgeous, cute, young, long hair, dancing with her pals. She spotted me and dragged me up to dance. Wasn't ready to home with me at midnight ("we dance more first! ") and her pupils were massively dilated, plus she was slightly manic, so I decided no. Something wasn't quite natural there. When they are that cute and there are hundreds of younger cooler guys than me around for them to choose from, I tend to think I'll just get trouble back at the pad. It was a pity because I'd read from you brothers that Indos are more likely to do anal but well, it wasn't like there was any short supply of other possibles. The Fenwick shutdown seems to have boosted other places or perhaps the supply has just gone up, who knows.

So on to Nep2une which was pretty good. But that band. Man that guy who sings with the long hair must've seen some things in his time. He's not a brilliant singer but he tries hard. I've seen him there and at Fenwicks for the past 10 years, you will know the guy I mean.

So anyway Neps was very very good and again, brimming with a huge choice of 7+ ladies. Most other times I just haven't seen the right one but there were some good candidates there. Now I don't normally go near black women but I have, like a lot of other sad white guys like me, had a penchant to try. And the other reports on the board were rather positive. So I saw this smaller, quiet one in the corner who was totally African in her face and hair, but an almost Asian body with none of the usual huge curves attributed to African girls. Ok the beginnings of a Serena Williams ass but not bad at all. Dead sexy in fact. Charming smile and gorgeous eyes. I decided to at least have a chat to pass the time. It wasn't the "Helen" of the other posts but this girl was bright, intelligent and fairly well-spoken. She could probably destroy me in conversation, especially after my 6 beers. I found this a refreshing change anyway and before long found myself negotiating, as we were getting on well. Started at ST $2000 but thanks to this board I knew I could go less, and we settled on $2000 for LT but me throw in bonuses if it's good. Sounded fair to me, but I know someone will yell "sucker! " at that price.

Went back to my hotel (a large posh one in Wanchai. No questions asked at the door mind you) and had a long chat about the world before getting down to business. She's a smart cookie and is running (or so she claims) her own investments, which she spoke knowledgeably about when I probed a bit (verbal probing, you animals). Trained nurse, but found that hooking on the Asian city circuit made so much more money if she could just keep from going insane.

Time for the other probing. Well the sex was very good. Not mind-blowing and not poor. Just decent good sex with this lithe, chocolate-skinned angel. Anal was off the menu but perhaps with some persuation. DATY ok, a bit quiet, DFK for people she likes (I fell into that category it seemed), BBBJ a no-no and CIM absolute no. But I wasn't complaining.

Anyway with good smart conversation, a great body (tiny bust but I like that) and wonderfully smooth skin (at least as smooth as the Japanese) this girl was a keeper, so I asked her back for the following night. I'm gonna keep her as a regular for my odd HKG trips simply because the conversation combined with the good sex make her a great trip companion. But I am sure you guys will find her easily if you look hard enough.

BTW I must admit when we walked anywhere we ran into some incredible racism. I've taken Asian girls around Australia, America and never seen the racist bullshit I get when I take a small, quiet black girl around somewhere like Hong Kong. Eg Hotel bar took one look at her one night (we were both dressed well) and told me they were 'closing' even though they let other people in later. Some shitty comments by Japanese in the elevator, and generally vile attitudes all around.compared to when I take a Thai girl somewhere. This girl is 10x the depth and attitude of any Thai I've taken back (not that they are lacking! ).

She did mention that many of the African girls are big into stealing and some have totally cleaned guys out, especially guys who are abusive, so I guess that doesn't help the racist attitudes. She said that in general many girls avoid the following clients: Arabs and Turks (apparently violent psychotic pigs to the bargirls), Indians (poor attitude but not violent she said), and other African men (she claimed, most are theives and scoundrels). So some food for thought anyway.

28 June I was roaming the Wanchai bars and ended up in Amazonia around 11 pm. The place was packed but very soon locked up with a nice pinay by the name of Lina who offered LT for 1500 HKD but quickly came done to 1000HKD plus tip if the service would be to my full satisfaction. Very nice GF experience with great BBBJCIM and multiple pops in different position. She just stopped the action early morning at dawn! After a couple of hours sleep some morning glory and then she left. She genuinely deserved a generous tip!

Hit Wan Chai last night at 1.00AM. First stop was Traffik. Not exactly empty but not far from it. A few girls but most seem to have deserted (including the South Americans) to other bars as per my posts before. However there were 3 stunning Thai girls alone there - all made up and dressed to kill. Got lots of looks in my direction but was with mate and not really in the mood. But found it incredible that they didn't have one customer !!

Chatted to the owner and I think they realised that getting rid of the lady drinks has completely destroyed their business. He said they were getting a lot of 'attention' from the cops so had to do something. But, they are going to start the drinks again so hopefully business will be back to the way it was. I hope so too cuz I like Traffik - is a mini Fenwick.

On the way down in the lift popped into the new Rock School bar on 2nd floor. Was nice place but empty. Band was very good tho - Amazonia like. Had a drink there.

Went to N2 after that. N2 has never been my thing but went to have a look. Packed. Lots of girls including regulars from Fenwick/Traffik. Some quiet pretty but none like the Thai stunners in Traffik I saw earlier.

I made it clear that I was not interested in a take out but she was quite happy to chat to me. Spent an hour or so with her before getting drunk and headed off home around 4.00AM. Was an enjoyable evening - didn't go to Wanchai for a pickup - just wanted to have fun drinking and chatting (having just got back from London).

So whats the deal with HK 141, is it all a scam? I will be in HK on Friday night this week, usually get there a couple times a year headed either into or out of China or R&R, this time into. Will only have about 12 hours in a Kowloon (TSS) hotel, arrival 22:00 so looking for a date to hit a few bars and spend some time together. Don't want to waste time in the chase this night. I like Chinese girls, not really flips, most I have meet are too whiny, so 141 sounds perfect. I've not tried before. I'm a regular visitor for the last 5 years to the mainland and lived there 6 months last year, so have some simple Mandarin ability. Advise desired.

Some time back met an Indo in Laguna (as we all do). Back to room, boom boom etc.

Well after that we would meet regularly on my Hk visits. Always a Sunday afternoon root and then out on the hunt for more.

Well I used to drop Ms Indo off at Central then head back to Laguna for possible seconds. One day she followed me and gave me the mother of all bollockings outside Laguna etc.

Anyway we stil met after that.

I agree I like trafikk as well, if fact I have a modified approach to the lady drink issue. I fidn a couple of girls I like, tell them I will pay them 100 or so HKD to come and drink with me for a couple of hours. If they agree, which most have, I save money, they make money and I can support Trafikk a little. Also the girls seem to like the fact they can make some reasonable coinage without the constant hassle factor. I don't think they had much of a choice with the drinks...if I read between the lines correctly.

There are fewer customers and with all the visa hassles in HK, a lot of new girls are going to Shanghai instead of Hk or Singapore, so the competition for clients is fierce.

Still plenty of Pinoys in HKG. I think the new shorter visa scheme is difficult for sure for the girls but works out well for us customers as there is a great turnover of talent. There is enough for everyone.

Always something new and fresh from farm in town. It's too bad they ask ridiculous prices, however you can get LT for 400 - 700HKD without a problem.

I still prefer Indonesians to Filipinas.

Now I am going to Shanghai next week and I will definitely have a look in Manhattans/Judys/Malones to see the changes. I am always at TRL when I go to Shanghai and with the crackdown in the Shanghai saunas/BBS there may not be other choices.

If there are few customers, pricing is certain to be competitive!

Immediately as you exit the baggage claim area you come out to a large waiting hall. Just beyond the throng on people waiting to arrivals you will see a large round counter that sells octopus cards. You use this for the MTR or subway around HK. It can be used on the airport express to and from the airport. It cost 100HKD from central, and 90 HKD from Kowloon station. It is a good deal. I recommend that you use it and the mtr to get around HK. And, taxis are not expensive in the city.Also, the card is refundable, so whatever amount you don't use, your money can be returned to you.

This is not entirely true. The Octopus card is fully refundable AFTER 90 days. Otherwise you will lose 50HKD.

This policy was changed once all the mainland Chinese tourists started flooding into Hong Kong. Smart for the Octopus people.

Still it is a good value and very convenient to use the Octopus. Keep the card as a souvenir and use it on your next trip to Hong Kong. Most convenience stores and fast food outlets accept the Octopus card too.

There are some special tourist packages including airport express tickets and single or 3day unlimited travel transportation cards available. It is still hard to spend HKD55 on the MTR in any one day so the tourist cards are not that cheap.

I'll be arriving at the new HK airport but may decide to take the A# (airport buses) to town as I think the bus stops very close to my hotel.(instead of the airport train where you have to transfer anyway or taxi= too expensive just for 1 passenger=me).

1)I think they use the Octopus card for public transport in HK. Anyone know if I could buy one at the HK airport so I could use it for my bus to town.

2)And if you could buy the card, any idea where in the airport as I heard it's a Big ass airport so don't want to wander around dragging luggage looking for it.

-The advice from Hari Hara is on the money; the arrivals area at HKIA is actually quite well organized, and hard to get lost in. You'll see a huge sign for the Airport Express, and you can buy Octopus cards at the booth there, which would cost HK$150 for the card + a one way trip on the Airport Express.

-If you're only going to be here for a couple of days, you can get the Tourist Octopus card, which is HK$300 (US$38), which gives you a round trip on the Airport Express plus 3 days unlimited use of the MTR.

-Depending on the hotel you're staying at, Airport Express offers a free shuttle bus from Hong Kong or Kowloon stations, so that's not an extra charge you need to worry about. You can get the list of hotels here: http://www.mtr.com.hk/engtxt/airport_express/complom_free_bus.html

-If this is your first time to Hong Kong, I would advise against taking the local bus directly from the airport. I'd say only about 20% of the buses have electric signs onboard that show you the name of the upcoming station, and if you don't get one of those, you're going to be hardpressed to get off at the right place if you don't know what to look for. Plus, if you're going to Kowloon or HK Island, the bus trip would most likely take you over 2 hours, as opposed to the Airport Express, which can get you to the center of town in 24 minutes.

-Depending on your budget/unwillingness to transfer or get lost, there are also "Airport Limousine" buses, a private operation. They have booths right next to the Airport Express counters. It's about HK$150, and the buses are *really* nice (big deluxe leather business-class type seats), and they'll drop you off at whatever hotel you want.
