Tried 37D for the first time and returned for a second visit. The directions found here on this thread are great. I actually walked there from my hotel and had no problems finding it. My second trip to 37D started the same as the first. It was afternoon and not crowded. The lineup was four girls.- different girls from a few days before. All attractive and under 30. I went to a place with the entrance just in Woosung street and just 10m in from Jordan. I don't know if it was the famous K Pressure or not, I just saw the letter K on a yellow sign with a slogan something like "It is a mans paradise. Enjoy yourself."

I'm planning my 2nd trip to Hong Kong for near Christmas and am debating the Cosmopolitan or Cosmo Hotels. I've read that both are GF but are the hotels too close to Wanchai?
Last time I stayed at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford and felt cut off from the Wanchai action (that's a long cab ride at 2 in the AM) but I don't want to be so close that the LT girls get up and leave and go back to work in the middle of the night.
And how close are the Cosmo and Cosmopolitan to the MTR stations? The reviews make it sound like they are far; the Grand Stanford was a brisk multiple block walk which I got used to quickly.

I've always liked the metropark in causeway bay. It's got this modern look to it. It's been recently built only about 4-5 years ago so it still feels new. It's about a 2-3 block walk to the MTR.
One of my favorite hotels to stay at. Cosmopolitan is right next to a cemetary, so it don't really like it's location. You have to walk a little further, crossing streets and sky walkways to get around, which could be cumbersome in my opinion.

Cosmo and Cosmopolitan are basically right next to each other. Cosmo being the lower quality hotel and Cosmopolitan being the higher end hotel. Both had a face-lift about 2-3 years ago, so it's relatively new. They are a bit far from the MTR. And getting around is a bit confusing. Although they say it' sin wanchai, it's at the border of wan chai and Causeway Bay. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Times Square in causeway Bay. Fairly far if MTR is a concern. However if you are taking a taxi, it should not matter. Hope you don't mind living next to a cemetery.

I stayed in the metropark wanchai for now 3 times, and I realy liked it.
It is very close to the action and very convinient for all other activetys and business. 1 time I sayed in a standard room, this is a bit to small, and I did not liked this very much, ti was clean and ok but to smal.
The other times I had a executive rool and this was very good. It was GF and I never had a problem to get some visit. Wonderful. I got a phantastic rate abote 80 euros per night. Very good location

How about the Ice House? That's serviced apartments and it sounds decent and the price is good.
Is the Metropark Wan Chai *too* close to the action? Could be good as the last time, I had to take my girl from East Tsim Sha Tsui in a cab to Wan Chai the next morning to get her clothes when she decided to stay with me for another day.
Cinta J (spelling?) is a good restaurant in Wan Chai, if a bit pricey. And I spied some Thai places there that looked promising.
This time, I'm spending less on food and staying closer for sure.

And they sound farther away than I thought.Try the Charterhouse Hotel in Wan Chai Road (near Times Square). Its GF and you don't sign in girls at night. Its 5 mins from Causeway Bay MTR and only 10 mins walk from the heart of Wanchai. Get a superior room as the others are on the small side, particularly as you are there for 3 weeks. I am staying there myself in November for 2 weeks.
The Cosmo and Cosmopoilitan Hotels are fine - nothing wrong with them. Get a room at the front if the cemetary at the back bothers you. I have stayed in them all. There must be some slow walkers in our midst! Come out of the Cosmopolitan Hotel and there is a underpass right outside of the front door. Take it to the other side of the road, turn left and go up past the entrance to the football club. Pass it , turn left at the end of the road and walk down to Times Square past the Cricket Club on your LHS (its now a bowling club). It takes 5/6 mins to the MTR. From memory, the hotels run a courtesy bus to Times Square during the day. A taxi to Wan Chai is only 5 mins and costs about HK$20.
There are dozens of good eating places in the area - depends what you are looking for. I would not stay right in Wan Chai - too near the action!
I have stayed numerous times in the MetroPark, Wharney, and the Comopolitan.
I will say I like the MetroPark the best, but it is close to the action if that matters to you. The rooms have all been deep cleaned, after the H1N1 thing a few months back. (I lucked out, because I was in the hotel 3 days before the lockdown, that would have been hard to explain. LOL)
The Cosmopolitan is nice, but the room I had was really small. I had no problem bringing my girl in with me, although I did have the same girl both nights. And it was worth it.
I also used the Empire in Wanchai, and that was a good hotel as well. I wound up with two girls in the room, when my girl had the key to her place and her friend couldn't get into their apartment. She came to get the key, and wound up "joining" the fun and spent the night. It did cost me an extra breakfast.
The only thing that really bothers me is the extra charge for internet. I have booked all three using Agoda.com and have been satisfied with their service.
This is probably already reported to death but I went there for fun and for only $390 HKD you get full service with great attitude.
Oh, and do not be shy to keep rejecting the girls. Their style is to usually lowball you with below average girls, hoping you are too shy to say no. Just keep saying "no" and then say "maybe I'll return at another date" and they will usually relent and start sending in the good girls.

Also, for you shy guys, there is no walk of shame as the main desk is one floor up from the ground floor, and if you happen to see a security guy, he could care less. Best price is on Agoda.

i was in hk for business recently and arranged to stay at the empire, having checked out this thread for tips on hotels and the scene in general.

Arrived by Taxi around 10 PM and got out at the corner of Lockhart and Fenwick. Near the corner a tout calls us in to this bar – well, more of a strip club. There was a stage with chairs along side. I like what I read about the Metropark Kowloon but it seems far from Wanchai!
I will end up spending $11 a day on cabs back from the clubs in Wanchai and that will add up to another $200 by the time my 3 weeks are up I'm sure.
I'm guessing that the Metropark Wanchai is too close to the action to be safe.

No, those aren't the prices. Many, many girls will ask for that amount. Some (as in the case of the Viet girl) will get it. Also, the later it gets, the more desperate the girls get so prices will very. If one counters a $1,000 offer with a $900 bid, the girl is going to know she'll get the offer rate. That's part of Asian negotiating - counter low enough to let them know you mean business and not too low so as to offend. Either that or know what the 'fixed price' is and stick to that.
The 'fixed price' should be in the $500 range for Short Time (which can be up to a couple of hours) to $1,000 for Long Time. Yes, some girls will not go for that and you will lose them, but it's not like there are not a lot of girls in Wanchai. The Africans and South Americans (latter of which I have had no experience with in Hong Kong) hold out for more, but I do recall taking two Africans out for short time for $500 each (the experience wasn't worth that much but, I was drunk, it was late, and they were ... anyway).

Globe Spinner is being quoted hefty prices. Why dont mongerers read the forum and stay clear of the girlie bars which are simply rip-off joints - HK$3000!!! No way. Having said that, HK$1500 for 2 Pinays for the night is not too bad.
I am coming next month and I have never paid anywhere near these prices. Basah is a lot nearer the mark - HK$500 ST and HK$1000 LT. I have always paid in this region without a problem. Ok, they start higher but within a few seconds they are down to commonm-sense amounts.
Paying these inflated prices is going to kill it for everyone.

There is nothing wrong about with the Cosmopolitan - you dont sign anyone in. There is a guy at a desk near the elevator after midnight and he simply ticks your name off on a list he has. I am a long time reader but virgin in terms of posting. So want to post some of my old experiences.
Go to those bars if you want to drink beer only.
And don't get in when you feel drunk or even a little drunk. Say I want to check inside if I like I will stay. Then order a beer and refuse all lady drinks. Prepare for bad treatment and some cantonese or tagalog cursing.
They will leave you alone and ignore you. Then get out as soon as you finish your beer. Sure they won't let you to order second beer. The beers are really cheaper when compare to other bars. But that is all.
You can grab a girl from these bars on weekdays at late hours at reasonable prices. But don't expect high quality girls left inside. But sometimes worth to check late at night. Once I take out a very attractive girl for 1.200 HKD and it was 1 am.
Her looks and skills were top of the hill. But next time when I try to take her again her price jumped to 3000 HKD. Thank you very much. Maybe previous day the business was so slow and they want to close the bar early.
Be prepared to hard bargains in any bar. And don't make rookie mistake. If someone asks for 1000 HKD for LT or ST. Don't say 900 HKD. Better ask for 600. 700 HKD. Don't ask for lower too. But if you ask 900 HKD these girls know that you are into the deal but just wanting some more discount in which case they won't accept to dicrease the price.
And never but never order a LD in any bars at first. Even you are a newcomer or newbie act as if an old dog. Tell things about 3-4 years earlier about HK. How old fenwicks was the place etc.
And tell girls they have to deserve the LD. At that moment the girls will get closer to your small brother. Try to have fun as much as you can over there.
Don't be shy at all. Those girls know why you are over there. And you know why they are over there.
PS I tried 141 2-3 times and never satisfied with the result. The girls are very middle in quality and service. Better to give a little more and get a girl from Wanchai. If some people know hidden treasures then I will appreciate their advices but untill then I won't try 141 any more.

Last year I stayed at the Wharney Hotel in Wanchai. It was very girl friendly. I brought a young lady through the lobby and into the elevator and the desk clerks hardly even look at me. In the tiny elevator a man remarked that Hong Kong is a wonderful city. I heartily agreed and later was entertained by my very attractive and young Thai guest whom I had met at the Neptune. She first wanted to dance. I couldn't figure out why, but just went along and shuffled a little. Then after a shower she got down to business with a massage and then a bbbj (cost: US$100). Then she left presumably to go back to the Neptune and I had a nice sleep.
In about a week I will be returning for the Hong Kong Gift and Premium fair and will be staying at the Harborview Hotel on Harbor Road in Wanchai (very close to the convention center). I am wondering if this hotel is gf. Also, can I expect to bring back a girl ST for US$100 or less?
I have stayed numerous times in the MetroPark, Wharney, and the Comopolitan.Stayed at the Cosmopolitan once and was not happy about it.
Small and smelly room and on two consecutive nights they did register the part time girlfriends. The one on the second night was a regular domestic helper and she got the shits about beeing registered as a WG with the LE. She was nervous all night long and accordingly did not perform as expected.

Hi all. I arrived in HK earlier today and needed to head ot for some action. I decided not to do the Wanchai thing today as too tired.
So I decided to go to Mong Kok for a massage and extras.
There's a place on Portland street it's called Massage Place. I have been there a few times before in prior trips and always have a good time. Same as most sauna's you get taken to the shower room where you get assistance changing. You take a shower and then chill out in the lounge in chairs watching TV. I had a coke and one of the workers explained the menu. You can have a massage only for $350, massage and HJ for $500$, FS for $700+. 4-hands massage for $839 which is what I opted for.
You are taken to a room where your girl and an older women are waiting for you. You get a 90min massage where both ladies give you a nice proper massage. After 90 mins the older lady leaves and you do your thing with you 20 year old Chinese lady. I have been there 3 times so far and have not been disappointed with the looks and skills of the lady. The one I had today even kissed me full on, which is unusual in HK sauna. You get an hour with your girl and one pop. Any time left over she will massage you and finally she will clean you up with hot towels, which is nice.
You then get taken back to the shower room to wash and then you pay your bill and on your way.
To get to this place you turn on to Dundas Street, off Nathan road, you walk past the famous number 37. You take your first right and you on Portland street, you keep walking and this place is on your right hand side. It has a big board on the front saying massage place and there is usually a desk on the street with someone sitting there who is more then happy to take you inside.

afterward she said i better leave first if you don't want your picture taken, there are probably people waiting outside. i was about to get pissed again but i figured just let her leave since i didn't want to be around her anymore anyway.

Well, I am determined to book my trip xmas trip in the next week.
The package sites (Expedia, etc) have good combos that are within my price range involving the Cosmo and Cosmopolitan but the very idea of signing in a girl makes me reluctant to book there.

So, the big question is can I survive 20 days in Hong Kong? I figure my expenses including the "habit" will be somewhere around $200US or $300US a day.
What are my chances of getting a freebie? I'm a nice, clean, but 50 pounds overweight middle aged non-smoking white guy.

You have made a good choice and your rate for 20 days is not bad - I am there in November for 14 nights paying about HK$700 per night that includes taxes and breakfast. There is a safe in all the rooms. Changing bed linen every 2 days is not a problem - slipping the maid a few dollars if you are that fussy and she will change them daily. I had to get the maid one day to strip the lot after my "friend" took her periods and made a hell of a mess - blood everywhere. The maid never even batted an eyelid. Money talks here.
The location is excellent - come out the hotel, turn right and straight down the road to Times Square in under 5 mins. You pass through a fish market on the way - fascinating! There is a massage joint right across the road from the hotel in a basement and Jennifer will come over to your room and release tensions for about HK$350 - I met her one morning at 1.30am when I was going back to the hotel for more money and she was still up for it!
Leaving the hotel, turn left and 10 mins walk you are in the middle of Wan Chai. Its only 5 mins by taxi - about HK$20.
I have to be honest however - you will have a problem living on only $200/300US including the "habit" each day. Personally I think $1000LT is the norm. It could be that Bonzo always goes for the cream and I did meet a few providers who wanted more but don't pay 2000 or even 1500 for LT.
The rare girl who can command such a fee is not often interested in LT and will try to leave early and still get the dough.
For the average and even good Thai or Phil provider I either don't even talk price or offer $1000 saying that is what I always pay and leave in no doubt you mean it (which I do), I think my last trip 2 months ago I did not get any that wanted to insist on more.
You also have to balance out the high price $1000 (admittedly LT) with the alternatives. $200 SW in Jordon, $400 YS or $350-500 141.
That is probably the secret to keeping within your budget, don't always go for the high price ($1000 plus lady drinks) option. Have a bit of the cheaper variety as well.
I think if u follow this $US200-300 is enough assuming you weren't including accommodation in the figure.

I agree with BJK and his approach - I offer HK$1000 making it obvious that is my limit and 99% of the time it is acceptable. A lot depends on the time as well - later in the night and it is easier. Another "ploy" is to watch what is going on. There are plenty girls sitting round the bars who never seem to be approached by punters - and there are some good looking ones there if you keep your eyes open. Many are actually there on their own with few friends. Be nice to them, treat them with respect, buy them a drink and often you win a watch. An absolute stunner in Fenwicks one night came back with me and in the morning told me she never went out for less than $2000 and when I asked why she came with me - she said because I was nice to her!
I have to be honest and say that paying HK$1000 - 1500 for ST is far too much but if Bonzo 1 feels he has to, then fair enough. Each to his own.

I didn't bargain during my 3 visits to Neptune's and I did pick "normal" looking but pretty girls.
I quickly learned a few things: the friendly thing will work wonders.
As the girls have to trust you to leave w/o first getting paid (I didn't pay anyone until the next morning), they have to feel safe with you so being friendly will help here. And I was drinking water which may have made the girls feel more comfortable since most of the guys I saw there were a bit drunk already.
I didn't haggle over price. I assumed I would have to pay $1500 LT and I did. My first girl, I bought her a drink and her friend a drink and then asked and the price was said and we were off; the deal was sealed in under 10 minutes once I approached her. And she was not eager to leave the next morning and she's the one that came back with me for the final two days.
BUT it was well after 12:30 on a crowded Saturday night.
On the Sunday, I got there early, had a lot of rejections (which turned out to be because it was too early and girls didn't want to commit to LT so early AND there had been some kind of bust in there that morning and the girls were nervous). And I rejected the beautiful Cambodian who approached me because she asked for $2K LT and I didn't feel like I was up to it.
I was so dejected and it was now getting near midnight and I turned and saw this 24-year-old, 90 pound normal looking Filippino girl in glasses and I was smitten; I'm sure that my face registered my utter delight at finding such a little cutie in there. We chatted, $1500 LT was mentioned once, and we were gone in less than 10 minutes.
I think I'm making this trip not so much to find her again but to find many versions of her over the course of 20 days. I feel like Humbert Humbert looking for his version of Lo (though, of course, this girl was well past the legal age).
My friend took me to see the Indonesian women on their day off on that Sunday morning in Victoria Park (see picture) but I was trapped with friends that Sunday night so I am definitely looking forward to going to Laguna on Sunday afternoon to perhaps find a freebie or something special.
So I think I'll be booking the Charterhouse this week. Good news on the safe. Will my laptop be safe in the room?

"The Massage Place" on Portland Street, Mongkok was mentioned on here last week, and since my work took me up that way I thought I'd give it a try. I went at about 8pm on a weekday.
First of all, the previous reviewer gave the impression that it was close to 37D (i.e. practically in Yaumatei), but it's not. It's almost as far up as Langham Place. If you're going there, use Mongkok MTR, not Yaumatei. Look for the KFC on the corner; it's right there.
There was indeed a flunky waiting outside to guide me in.
Complaint number one: the changing-area coolies were hopeless. They failed to hand me a towel while I was disrobing, leaving me bollock-naked and exposing my modesty. Then after my shower (excellent showers, by the way) there was nobody in attendance to swap my towel for shorts and a robe. After the service, when I arrived for my exit-shower, again there was nobody to hand out the towels, I just fetched my own off a pile and abandoned my slightly stained shorts to the floor. And then the final indignity, when I was towelling myself off, the changing-room coolie materialised and just stood and watched, and watched, and watched..... it was creepy and awkward and in the end I was obliged to tell him to fuck off. I still dropped $20 in the tip box as insurance against future locker-thefts, but it was with great reluctance.
Now, the main event.
I was promised $829 for a "very young girl", full-service first, and then an hour's massage. Not cheap, but not too bad, either.

I am delighted to see that my post has generated a flurry of posts about what are sensible prices in HK. My apologies if, in apparently paying over the odds, I have inadvertently contributed to inflation; I will know better next time.
I did spend quite a bit of time reading the forum before I travelled, but it was surprisingly hard to get an idea of what should be the standard. Lots of prices quoted refer to 141 which I guess is a different beast, and one or two posts (even in the recent flurry) suggest that while what I paid was high, it was not outlandishly so. Perhaps this was also influenced by the time of night (fairly early) -- I had an early flight the next day so did not want to wait around 'til the WGs got desperate!

I’ve just returned from a fantastic 3 week trip to the Philippines which was book-ended with a couple of nights in Hong Kong either side and hence my initial post here …
I stayed at the Wharney Guang Dong Hotel on the way out and at the Empire on the way back. Whilst both these hotels were OK (with the Empire probably being the better of the two) and had the advantage of being close to the Wan Chai action both suffered from being so close to the action as to make it just too tempting for the girls to go back out for some repeat action despite the deal that you may have struck beforehand. Also neither were that security conscious and the girls could pretty much come and go as they pleased.
37 Dundas
As soon as I arrived in HKG, for my first foray out I decided to visit 37D which I found easily enough through the guidance of the many posts here.
Now I’m not sure whether there are two establishments at this place or just the one (perhaps one of the local experts could clarify) however there is one entrance with a staircase directly next to the shop and another flashier sign-posted entrance a little further along and this was the entrance that I took and then took the lift up to the 2nd floor.
The deal here seemed to be $465 all-in and as it was my first visit I wasn’t sure what to expect. There was no line-up as such, I was just offered a drink and then escorted into a small room to wait for the girl(s) to arrive. The girl who arrived wasn’t the best of specimens but was just about OK and as I wasn’t sure whether I’d indeed get a choice and the body language was OK I agreed and off we went.
Unfortunately things started going pear shaped from there on in and in the event it turned out to be a fairly poor session as the SP evidently had boyfriend troubles and it was fairly comical as first I had to keep quiet in the room whilst someone was calling out her name, then we had to move rooms then the session was interrupted while she took frantic phone calls etc. etc. She did have the good grace to apologise but for the interruptions but the mood was completely destroyed by then.
Verdict: Reasonably set-up but the particular SP was just far too to pre-occupied for the session to rate as anything other than mediocre.
Neptune II
After the afternoon’s somewhat unsatisfactory encounter in the evening I decided to do the circuit of the Wan Chai discos carefully avoiding the entreaties of the door girls of the more brazen rip-off clubs.
I checked out : New Makati, Laguna, Joe Banana, etc… before finally deciding to check out Neptune II which was easily the best of the bunch. That said, it was slightly annoying that I got charged a door fee on my first visit which I subsequently found out was negotiable. By way of clarification I should mention that I’m black guy and when the “door” men pointed out the entry fees it seemed that I’d have to pay $500 before they decided that I’d qualify for the Forces rate of $150 which apparently entitles you to one free drink but is still daylight robbery. However, knowing no better I paid up.
On my next visit I happened to enter the club closely after a group of white guys and I pretended to be part of that group and surprise surprise the entry fee was waived in this case! On my final visit on my return to Hong Kong I just brazened it out and said that I was a regular visitor to the club and so again got away with no entry fee. Thus my strong recommendation is not to have any truck with this blatant discrimination and just argue the toss.
Anyway, after surveying the scene and getting a few rejections I eventually struck a deal with a Thai chick and we agreed $1000 for a short-time encounter which we agreed would be 3 hours. When we got to my room she demanded the fee upfront but I’m too wise for that game and so after a brief discussion and mindfully that I didn’t want to destroy the mood altogether we settled on 50% up-front. There followed an entertaining hour but when we were done she began the subtle attempt to try and wheedle out of her agreed 3 hours pleading that it was her last night in HKG and wanting to go back out and make a bit more cash and so eventually not wanting the hassle I decided to accede and paid her the balance of the cash but no tip.
Verdict Good club, good band, good music, nice mix of girls but definitely a cattle market
There followed a shag fest in the Philippines but keen to keep up my stats of at least one “encounter” on every day of my trip on my return to HKG I decided to have another go to see if I could get better service at 37D and this time tried the first staircase. However, when I got to the club entrance at about 18:30 the mama-san told me that they were full and that I should maybe come back later.
K-Pressure
Given the throbbing in my trousers I wasn’t keen to wait and so I decided that I'd go and see if I could find the infamous K-Pressure which I eventually found on the corner of Woosung Street and Jordan Rd, next door to a 7-11 and opposite Yoshinoya.
The deal here is $390 for the session and $110 for the short-time hotel next door.
I much preferred this place to 37 Dundas and by now of course I had a much better idea as to what to expect. I rejected the first girl offered as it was immediately evident that we didn’t get on and accepted the second girl - Su Zen (no doubt the wrong spelling but that’s what it sounded like) - who proved to be an excellent choice and who, with her great enthusiasm, turned what in other circumstances might be a fairly routine production line service into a great session.
The standard service here is a 45 minute session comprising:- Thai style body slide massage, interspersed with some BBBJ, then after towelling down some more BBBJ, anal rimming both enlivened with some neat use of ice followed by sex in a variety of positions.
Re the anal rimming it always struck me as one of the ironies of life that some folk get to kick arse for a living whilst others get to lick it either metaphorically or physically, Speaking for myself I know which side of the fence I prefer but fair play to Su Zen she’s a master of the art!
Verdict: Definitely the best experience I had in HKG and the club also has the benefit of being a stone’s throw away from an excellent open-air seafood restaurant (Aberdeen Seafood Restaurant) and the food there proved to be a good way of recharging the batteries
Repeat visit to Neptune
This time round, after initially being given the run around by a couple of fit looking Thai chicks who I wasted a lot of time and drinks on, I eventually hooked up with a Pinay chick at around 3am and this time we struck a deal of HKD $1000 for 5 hours, this was after I’d first rejected the patently ridiculous request for $4000! Fair play to her as she more than honoured our deal and after another morning round, some breakfast and a bout of shopping (for me not her) I waived her off at around mid-day and tipped her an extra $250.
Verdict: A much better encounter although it was slightly galling having to pay 5 times the price that I’d been paying in Filo not to mention the extortionate cost of drinks but c’est la vie.
Having by now checked out of the Empire and with about 10 hours to kill before my flight home I did what any self respecting monger would do in the circumstances and paid a repeat visit to K-Pressure and rendezvoused again with Su Zen. We both laughed when we saw each other given that it had been barely 24 hours since my last visit. She clearly (and correctly) had me down as an addict! An equally good session was brought to an end by the untimely sound of the telephone calling to tell her that my time was up. On the way out the Mama-san saw me off with parting words of “See you tomorrow” – sadly it will be a little longer than that before I make my repeat visit more’s the pity

Imagine my surprise yesterday when the flight and hotel I wanted was suddenly $400 less on expedia than ever before. Of course, my most recent masssive payment on my card had not posted, so I missed the boat as the price went back up by $500 this morning.
So I gave up on that and booked The Charterhouse. On the whole, the reviews are good for the place with the only negative always being the "rooms are small" or something similar. I watched a video on the hotel's website and it looks better than I expected.
My fingers are crossed. I know that the location is good for food and shopping.
I sincerely hope that the Charterhouse is not too close to the action as to be tempting for the LT women to leave in the middle of the night.
This fat, 42-year-old white guy will be back in Hong Kong beginning on 17 December.

That is where most of the 37D reports come from. On up one more flight to the 2nd floor (3rd in USA), and you are at the other establishment (I haven't sampled them). Up one more flight of stairs and you are at the hotel where the girls from 1st floor (and maybe 2nd) take the customers. Hope this clears up things.

No, it is not at all impossible. There is still lots of talent around for everyone.
However, Wanchai starts to resemble a bit of a zoo, with far too many people in the area. Also, the young sailors are out letting off a lot of steam, and they are way too loud for my liking. They are just enjoying themselves, but I prefer a quiet drink rather than sitting in the middle of a drunken pep rally.
Yes, us older guys can indeed outspend the sailors. And many girls do keep their eyes firmly focussed on the almighty dollar.
A couple of words of caution - don't for a second believe that old line - which a lot of our members fool themselves into believing - that the bar girls don't like the navy. In fact most of the bar girls LOVE it when the navy is here. They enjoy the company of guys their own age, who generally are in great physical shape. Not at all surprising.

Nope. The port stop has been scheduled now for Thursday 29-Oct until Sunday 01-Nov. Halloween in Wanchai will be a complete zoo. Word is that the George Washington is visiting - that will mean 10,000 in total.

Just a note ... Bridge is a regular bar from basically around 9am in the morning until about 4 am the next day. From 4:30ish the shades go down, and anybody that is still out and wants to stay out goes to Bridge. On Sunday's, the difference is that it stays 'dark' until about 12, and all the domestic helpers go there when they get out of their curfews at around 7:30.

Having not been in HK for 6 months, I was keen to hit the town. Arrived into the Wharney Hotel, which has had good and bad reports. My first stay here and it was fine. Clean, good sized room in a great position.

For what it's worth, EVERY Filipina working in HK is working to get money to send home to her family. And while she may be telling the truth about her family being affected by the Manila flood, the reality is that there's always a disaster/medical crisis/school fees/other excuse used to justify why a Filipina needs to send money home. Every Filipina I've ever met seems to have at least one relative who needs eye surgery, etc.; one Filipino whom I work with in the US supports over 50 relatives (in 4 generations) back home and he's unable to retire even though he's in his late 60s, single and childless himself.
Over 6 million Filipinos (maybe 9 million?) work overseas and send their remittances home; it's one of the largest sources (if not the largest) of foreign exchange for the Philippines' economy, and it's even been encouraged by the current President of the Philippines. A couple of years ago the International Herald Tribune did a series of articles on the negative effects that this is having on the Philippines, including the reversal of traditional gender roles (the majority of the overseas workers are female, many of them mothers) and the fostering of laziness by the family left behind - why work for the equivalent of US $100 a month when Mommy/Wife sends us $200 or month every month?

To expand on my points. Last time I was in hk was walking towards Neptune from Laguna when i passed two good looking filipinas heading in the opposite direction. Was there the last nights and I was a bit disappointed as it was quite empty, while Neptune and Traffik had been full with people. Yesterday it was quite full. To say it in short words, from the inside it looks different than Fenwicks. The atmosphere is more cold inside. While Fenwicks had some small corners it is now one big room with the bar in the middle and some tables at the sides. Give it 2 or 3 more weeks and it will be the same like Fenwicks. At least concerning the people inside. The old side entrance of Fenwicks is now the main entrance.
There is one thing what will be different. Most Colombians will not be there. They have to give their bags at the entrance to the bouncers what makes them quite pissed off. All other girls are allowed to take their bags inside. Might be a tribute to the drug stories from Fenwicks before. Also inside the restroom they put some signs that using drugs will be immediately reported to the police

It is basically the whole area from including Shanghai Street, Portland Street to the other side of Nathan Road including the ladies market and Sai Yeung Choi Street from Dundas Street to Arygyle Street and beyond until you hit the Caltex Service Station in Prince Edward. Of course there are various concerntration of shops depending on which block you are standing on. Once you learn to recognise the yellow signs places you will know what I mean.

The other identifying mark is the florescent light strips - usually a pinkish colour, but sometimes a rainbow of pink, yellow and blue. They are all (or almost all) walkups. You are on a security camera as you walk up, so they know you are coming. They will either have the door open (it will be the mirrored jobbie) or somebody usually opens it for you.

I dont think they put the opening on the arrival day of the Navy. All "non white" had to pay entrance fee in Fenwicks. Therefore you only found a few Navy guys inside. There where they could enter without paying they stood together, they drunk and they danced. The choice of girls was same as before and I didnt see many of them leaving the bars with a Navy guy. Wanchai was of course crowded, but more outside on the streets. Only N2 was difficult to enter because that plave was really overloaded. Next to the Navy all bars also celebrated Haloween and a lot of tourists moved to Wanchai.

Do any of you Wanchai regulars see any softening in prices lately? I will be there this week and do not want to pay more than I have to.

OK all, the correct name for F2 is "Escpape on Fenwick". Now has different owners Brit, Chinese and Nepali. Colombians discouraged, very quiet this arvo but obviously not on the Sunday pm circuit. OAH, prices still seem firm tried $400 on a tourist for ST today and got rejected, I've had LT for $600 recently, you've just got to shop around, when you consider Dundas or KP at $500 then ST flipper prices plus you have to pay for a room is not such a good deal. The cheapest I found was the Ya Mau Cha Sauna. I am not sure if I spelled this correctly, but for HK $ 508 you can get everything. I don't know specifically where it is, but if you get off of the MTR Red Line and exit the A Exit, turn right, then turn right down the first street, you will run right into the Sauna, which is in the basement. It is pretty well advertised towards the end of the street. Also, tried to experiment with Club Paris and those Saunas in Tsim Sha Shui area, but found it too pricy and walked. Maybe I walked into the wrong place, but if anyone has any experience with this area, please share.
One thing I learned from an employee at the Ya Mau Cha Sauna was about all of the signs that advertise women that have the words OK on them. These are Bars or Kareoke Bars that let you sit and drink with the women and take them home if you want to. I have been around Hong Kong for 7 years. I have concluded that K Pressure is a great deal because:
Its convenient to get to (MTR literally down stairs).
Its big and clean compared to some of the other service establishments around town.
The girls are rotated regularly.
Soapy massage.
They are gweilo friendly.
The girls deliver every time because they are told what to deliver.
They pay attention to customer input (no pun intended).
You can do K pressure on a 4 hour airport layover (again no pun intended) no problem.
141 is an adventure safari. But the results can be surprising or spotty.
Wanchai girls are over priced so save your ammo if you need fast relief.
Street walkers are always street walkers.
You don't need to be a boy scout to find K pressure.

Every Filipina I've ever met seems to have at least one relative who needs eye surgery, etc.; one Filipino whom I work with in the US supports over 50 relatives (in 4 generations) back home and he's unable to retire even though he's in his late 60s, single and childless himself.
Over 6 million Filipinos (maybe 9 million?) work overseas and send their remittances home; it's one of the largest sources (if not the largest) of foreign exchange for the Philippines' economy, and it's even been encouraged by the current President of the Philippines. A couple of years ago the International Herald Tribune did a series of articles on the negative effects that this is having on the Philippines, including the reversal of traditional gender roles (the majority of the overseas workers are female, many of them mothers) and the fostering of laziness by the family left behind - why work for the equivalent of US $100 a month when Mommy/Wife sends us $200 or month every month?
Also I had just finsished a week in BKK and was sexually exhausted so it was not easy for them to get me off.

This little Mong Kok venue has received a few write-ups, mostly favourable, so I went to check it out. My verdict: don't bother.

Oct. 24, 25, 26 I stayed at the Dynasty Grande on Soi 6. I hesitate to recommend it because it will become too popular, but hey, for you guys I will. It's reasonably priced, near the action but not right on top of it and good value for the money I thought. First night went to Soi Cowboy with my friend and his gf. Fist went to Baccara and enjoyed the view, then went to Tilac. I barfined a cutie there and the four of us went to Bangkok Beat on Soi 7/1. I like this place. I'd say almost zero Chinese girls.
They seem to want US $200 for even short time. The first night I took a Viet. Donated about half that. But I don't particularly like the Viets there. Very mercenary. Always talking about money money money. She talked money all the way back to the hotel, wanted it up front, etc. If she wasnt so cute, I'd have just walked away once we were in the lobby. But. I DIDN'T. LOL.
Second day I made a mistake. I went to the Fuji building instead of H2p's recommendation of Hop Yee Bldg. To me they were both short walks (10 minutes) from the Empire hotel. I'd done some research on Fuji and some Japanese looking guys were in the elevator so I kind of followed them up and got out at the 16th foor. Long story short. She trie to charge me 2000 HK. When I was expecting 500 hkd. Now, she did start and try for a second pop and I let her. So it was partly my fault I suppose. Hey, I thought maybe she just really liked me. LOL. She ended up calling some dude and eh talked to me and said "the girls said you there two hours (it was more like 1 hour) and said you owe here 2000. Well, I gave her 800 and walked out and got in the elevator. I guess she was satisfied. But.
DON'T GO THERE. TAKE H2P'S advice adn go to Hop Yee instead.
I also took a Gray Line tour (I know, I know) but I really enjoy touring as much as the extra curricular wherever I go. Saw the Peak, etc. Etc. Was fun and broke up the time nicely. BTW, Empire hotel is a great location. Close to the subway. In fact, I took the subway at night to the Night Market in Kowloon and bought a bunch of stuff. Highly recommend it. Only about a 10 minute subway ride from HK Island side.
Ok, where was I? So Wed night I went to Macau. I stayed at the Holiday Inn. Took the ferry. Easy. Walked around by the hotel and explored. H2p had recommended East Spa in Waldo Hotel so went there and got prices, etc. And then at 5:00 went back. It was great. Had the cutest China doll type. No English but she knew exactly what to do. Fire and ice, rimming, toe sucking, etc. BJ in shower. You name it. She was great. It was expensive and the massage extras I got from the girls before and after made it cost more. I also had 3 beers, but the food is free and it's pretty good.

Hit the Beer Garden for Saturday afternoon delight. And found a cutie for a Sunday morning delight before my flight back to SFO. Oh, on Saturday went to Vientiane Kitchen off Sukhumvit. Forgot the soi. Maybe in the 40's? It's Isan food. Be a good "date" place. Performers, etc. Was fun.
Also met with one of you on Sunday morning to swap stories, etc. Not sure if he wants his name mentioned so I won't.

Was in Hong Kong a couple of days last week.

Checked 141's nearby hotel, went to see lily at James S Lee Mansion, 33-35 Carnavon Rd, Kowloon.
Pluses
Service: no complaints. Carefull shower includes BBBJ, on the bed followed a rimm job then excellent BBBJ. I couldn't take it any longer and BBBJ to completion in the mouth.

Try Kimberly Road in TST. There's lots of Japanese nightclubs and some Korean stores there. The girls who work the nightclubs live in the Kimberly Road/Austin Ave area and you can sometimes see them heading to work all dolled up.

I agree. The bars are a delight without all that smoke. But there are bars that turn a blind eye and let the customer take the risk of being fined. I've seen patrons light up in Amazonia and the bouncer heads towards the patron. Patron sees bouncer and stubs out his cigarette, and bouncer does a u turn and heads back towards the door. This is repeated a couple of times during the evening.

She motioned toward the end of hallway and I walked to the end into an okay room. It was not Ritz but it looked clean! White clean sheet on the bed and decent lighting and a clean looking shower area to the side. Then I hear her yelling and comes to the door and says "No! No!" and motion for me to follow her! We go back half way down the hallway and she stops and opens a door. I walk in and was shocked! Cheers NickcHari's Bar at the Holiday Inn is quite unique. The bar is in the middle of the room instead of against a wall so easy to make "eye contact" across the bar. There is a band at one end that actually shuts up in between breaks (Neptune's music seems almost louder when the band stops) and there is a lounge area where you can sit for a quite chat. Almost like the perfect place.
The toilets are located out near the elevator so you can have a discrete chat if necessary, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn you can even slip up to your room without anyone knowing what you're up to. Seriously, they layout is perfect.
Always a good cross section of working girls, they seem to come in tour groups and so there is a bunch of one kind plus a mix of others but come back a few weeks later and it's all "new".
On the down side... drinks are expensive, pretty girls are expensive, you will usually (I say usually) have problems getting less than HK$1,000 for ST. I have seen guys pay HK$2,000 - $3,000 often which can make it tough for everyone else. You can sometimes get a good deal if you are staying at the hotel, but then the girl is tempted to run back down stairs for a double header.
The Chin Chin bar at the original TST Hyatt was a good place to find WG but since that went I am not sure of others. I haven't been to the new Hyatt or the HI on Hong Kong side yet so not sure of the set up.
Sticky Fingers on Mody Road in TST East (opposite the Royal Garden Hotel) is good for a Wan Chai style experience in Kowloon.

In general, other than some language issues, Mongkok is a place where gweilos are pretty well accepted, and certainly much better accepted by the girls than most girls accept Chinese guys in Wan Chai.
As for 8MK the place is a disgusting dump and I will never go back. Unless you really want to have an 18 year old and do not want to pay up for it the place should be avoided. I think it is by far the most disgusting walk up that I have been in around the Mong Kok area. And I mean by far, nothing else has come close to its poor level of hygiene and cleanliness. I am not sure if it makes a difference but she was not from around these area since she spoke Mandarin and as you know with the exception of Shenzhen, most around here speak Cantonese.
As far as "gweilos" being accepted in Mong Kok, I have had mixed reactions a few years back when I did a lil bit of play here. The 'pleasure island' is located in WooSung Street off of Jordan. The total damage was $400 on the lady and $110 on the hotel room. The alloted time is 45 mins. PeterMacau is more worth "overnight" :) Certainly there are things to be visited daytime, but if you want to enjoy the Macau' sauna, you should account visits after sunset:) Even if saunas are open 24hrs a day.

Try the Empire Hotel in Wanchai. You should get it for 60 or 70 euros. It's a very good location and I think it's good value in HK. The Cosmopolitan is ok too, but I prefer Empire.
Re: Macau. It depends. If you're only in the region for a 4 or 5 days, I wouldn't. But if you're there longer then yes it's worth a visit.

Yes there are many real hotties at the KTV's in East TST but your top dollar comment is correct. They are very pricey and you are lucky if you can find a girl with decent english, unless they give you a flipper in which case you might as well be in Wan Chai. It is an experience worth trying on occassion but be prepared for your wallet to be significantly lighter or better yet go when it can be expensed. By inlarge I would not recommend it for the average punter. If you've got lots of money then it can be OK.
For the money one is better off going to Macau.

You are right! I once had a girl who has one of those visitor's visa to come to HK every month or something. Basically her Boss has to watch her like a hawk. Supposedly, they pay for her Visa fees and they are responsible to house her and driver her to each appointment with each monger. They even give them a time frame in which they have to finish off the guy in, usually 30-40 mins. They watch them like a hawk because they usually only come to HK for 7 days or 10 days so they want to completely maximize their money while the girl is here. Make sure that the girl is not freelancing on the side, while the are left out of getting a cut of her freelancing.

Yeah i would love to go to Macau to experience the KTV there. I've experienced it everywhere else but Macau. Some of my friends say...if you want the prettiest girls...follow where the money's at...and apparently Macau is the place with lots of money flowing into that place.
I believe that any monger should experience some high class excitement once in a long while. We can't always end up doing the cheaper venues all the time, variety is the only thing that keeps things fresh.
In Wan Chai, i heard it's pretty easy to get some Filipino or South East Asian there, but I'm just more turned on by China girls. i don't see many Chinese walkers in Wan Chai or at the Bars...they are mostly filipinos from my experience.

I'm glad that you had a good time with KK. Perhaps you seem to have better luck than me. But 7 out of 10 times I go visit 141 girls, I always get a girl that I feel that not to my liking. Perhaps it's because I have high expectations, but I'm just more use to girls being young below the age of 24. But every time i got see a 141 girl (apartment ones, NOT hotel ones), they are always 30+ years old. Sure there are great looking girls even at 30, but it's just not the same. When they get to be in their 30's their skin looses it's elasticity and over all they just don't look all that fit and attractive.
I have similar experience going to those Sauna places in HK as well. I went to Victoria Sauna in Causeway, Sands Sauna in Jordan or Mongkok, can't remember and many more. 4 out of 5 times, all the women who work there are just old. I sometimes stop and ask myself why I'm doing this in HK, when in China there's tons of younger and prettier girls to choose from.
The only good experience so far is 141 girls with Hotel Reservations. I'm more satisfied with those girls as they tend to be prettier and younger. However, once again there's a downfall...they always try to rush the service they give you.
Nothing's perfect, I'll try anything once. But still seeking for new and unexplored territories in HK that I haven't been to yet that perhaps might be good potential experiences.

I normally have a great time when visiting Hong Kong but this time I strayed.
Heading for 37 Dundas Street I found a place in Portland Street with a big hand written sign about how great their selection was.
Turned out to be a small cramped and run down place. One girl took my eye so I paid HK$350 and was dissapointed. Without her sexy dress she was skinny and with strech marks.
The action was uninspiring with no GFE at all. So never again there.
Next trip, back to where I know I will get quality such as 37D

Hi guys. I am passing through Hong Kong in a couple weeks. I previuosly had a 22 hour layover (two years ago)and got a room at the Empire and had great time at Neptunes and enjoyed the little Philipino girl I met there. Thanks for all the tips. This trip however; I only have an 8 1/2 hour layover and its from 5:30am until 2:00pm. So not much time and some pretty lousy hours. Is there any action going on around the 7:00am to 11:30am time frame? Are the bars open at this time? Is there a reasonable hotel thats worth getting a room for only about 4 hours in the Wan Chi area, ecspecially at this time of day? What do you all recommend?

After a long-haul flight I still could not wait to get back into the Wanchai area, and being impatient, hit the road too early. At 10.30pm Amazonia was very quiet although it never has been in the same league as N2 or the old Fenwicks (now Escape) for finding freelancers. The band is (and has always been) good however. A visit to nearby Borocay and the usual rush of pushy young girls meets you at the bar. Still too early to make a selection but I got the phone number of a cute flipper called An who might be worth a second look. On then to my favourite place – Escape. Still quiet but the usual selection and a lot of Viets now. The viets are certainly better looking than most (IMHO) but previous reports would indicate they are very money orientated (I know they all are but some show it less) so this puts me off but it certainly does not stop them from pushing themselves forward. I have said often before – you can’t fail in here. The problem is getting a few minutes to yourself! I like the place even better than the old Fenwicks and now there is a smoking ban, its even better. Beer is expensive compared to others – HK$55 a bottle
On to Neptunes – getting busy (Tuesdays are “quiet” nights). Not much talent around but plenty variety including African (not my scene). Again – you don’t get a minute to yourself.
Then on to Galaxy – not everyone’s favourite place as it is never as busy as the other places but I have had good hunting there before. By this time the dreaded drink is kicking in and I get caught buying too many lady drinks. I learned later that there is a small group of about 6 girls who will promise the earth when you are buying them drinks but when the time comes to leave they are not interested. So - beware – strike the deal earlier than later or it might cost you. I also was asked to pay for a round I had not ordered (HK$414) Luckily I know the bar managers from being a regular in the past and the drink was taken back. Then bumped into a girl I knew from the past (flipper called Enri) but had never taken out and within a few minutes she and I were off. No mention of money and she certainly showed me she was glad to see me. To think I missed her out before. HK$600 for the night was good value. No sooner had she left about 5.00am when Marissa (flipper) called me at 8.00am. She wanted to see me. When I asked. In 20 minutes. Sure enough she turns up at the door and wasted no time in telling me she wants to f….Marissa is now the wrong side of 35 but still a good grind. A few dollars for her taxi and she was off to work with a smile on her face – she is a HK resident now but she floats about the clubs for extra cash.
Wednesday night comes and commonsense prevails – don’t go out until about 11.30pm. Escape and Neptunes jumping and really busy. Plenty girls available but in Neptunes Tricia (about 24 years) from Thailand turned my head – she was just leaving when I literally bumped into her. Very nice smile, face and a good body – black minis turn me on as well. I don’t like to jump into bed with complete strangers so suggested we go for a drink first. Went to Amazonia – packed at 3.00am- where she had a glass of wine. She would be an 8 in my book and I am difficult to please. A request for HK$2000 for the night was quickly batted into touch and we agreed HK$1000 LT – I never pay more than this.
Got back to the hotel and it was downhill all the way – can I be paid now? The answer was the usual “No”. No kissing and very reluctant to allow fingering. DATY was a problem for her but she got over her initial reticence and seemed to quite like it as the night worn on. I get put off when there is no kissing although she did come round a bit later when she got into the swing of things. The usual positions and I had to clear her out about 7.00am – I was knackered. Would I repeat? No.
Its Thursday now and my old friend that I will call Miss M that I met (and fell in love with) a couple of years ago phones. Can she see me? No problem – arrives at the hotel early afternoon and I ask her to go at 8.00pm having had an unbelievable afternoon. I’m a friend now, not a customer, so no payment but I give her taxi fare with a bit extra. She only goes to Galaxy and if anyone is interested pm me for details. Treat her well - she deserves it. She is now 35 but does not look it (none of them do) so if you are into younger girls she is not for you. Incidentally at 35 she could easily be my daughter.

Im in the Charterhouse Hotel which I use regularly. I have seen a lot of requests for hotel information lately. Charterhouse is difficult to beat – its handy – only a 10minute walk to Wanchai and HK$18 in a taxi on the way back.

In Wanchai, you'll want to go to Bridge which is on Lockhart Road past Mes Amis. Things get going there around 5:00/5:30 and the place gets wild.
There are two short time hotels down the street from Bridge, Ming Court and Villa Victoria ~ about a three and five minute walk, same side of the street, walking towards the overpass (i.e. head left out of Bridge).
Mongkok you'd get a bunch of yellow sign places still open at that time - I like the one that's up by the Metropark Hotel by the Prince Edward MTR station, but there are lots around. About $380 for 45 minutes.

I realized that I could spend an entire week in AC for what I could spend in 2 days in HK (once you combine travel, hotel, food, drinks, and ladies), so I'm AC bound.

I'm joined by 4 colleagues who have never been to HK before. We head for Escape at about 11.00pm. Place is jumping. They think they have landed in heaven. Talent abounds and its not long before they are all experiencing the rubbing from the girls and all that is associated. Some nice - some not so nice. Then onto Neptunes - they could not believe it. Place is packed and as soon as they are in they are accosted. The African sector (right hand side of the bar) is in full swing.
Then onto Amazonia - place is packed and jumping - they cannot believe it. The bands in all 3 places were out of this world, particularly in Escape. Kept to my game plan - nobody tonight because of the state I'm in. Got a few numbers however. Jhovie (flipper) looks a good bet and might try tomorrow pm. By this time I have lost my mates but when I last saw them they were having a good time.
