Hit Joe Bananas just after 10. 00pm. Getting busy and a flood of Thais come in. Its ladies night. A small group of four sit beside me at the bar and one of them makes all the conversation but I have eyes for a very pretty girl who tells me its her first visit to HK. Her English was not so good but she was a total stunner, and just like "the girl next door". I was sorely empted but she was attracting a fair bit of attention and I was happy to get a phone number. The talkative one of the group soon let it be known that the standard price of $1500 for ST still stood. Too much for me.

Called in at Neptune 111. Busy and getting busier. Betty from Last year makes a play but I don't recognise her at first. Embarassing. Then I remember her and am interested but even after a few tequilas I can't get her below $2000 for LT. When I am about to leave she drops the price to $800 for ST. Too late. Joy from last night turns up but appears to have company althought she promises to phone me when she is free. I'm still waiting. That's her off my "will do it again" list.

Tries Borocay. Have seen more people in a phone box. Enough said.

Its 1. 00am and New Makati is on the horizon. It was like a conveyor belt in there. Girls coming in whilst others were leaving with their conquests but nothing turned my eye. I decide to cut my stay short and head back to the hotel for a much earned break.

An interesting side attraction was a dispute on the corner involving the Police and a drunk Chinese guy who was having an altercation with one or two others. Common sense would indicate you don't start fighting the Police but he obviously did not have any and he was soon hucked off in a wagon. Silly man.

Looked into a few of the bars mentioned in earlier reports - Bar 109, Old China Hand, Queen Victoria etc but all almost completetly empty about 2.00am.

Looking on the plus side, a considerable financial saving, making up for last night's expensive sortee.

Oh, of course, I am on GG's (fairly extensive) ignore list because I don't agree with his blinkered thinking. Must be my loss.

Oh dear oh dear. The weakness of the flesh. I have just finished my earlier report and am tucked up in bed (alone) when Betty phones. She agrees the $800 and 10 minutes later I am meeting her in the lobby to bring her up to my room.

I should have noticed that the attention she was paying me in Neptune 111 (all over like a rash) was diluted quite considerably in my room. The warning bell should have sounded but I did not hear it. Cut a long story short, she was the worst shag I have ever had. Less than 1 hour later she was off. I should have remembered from last year she does not kiss. A turn off for me. I considered reducing the payment but decided to cut my losses.

A bit of business means I can't get to the flesh pots of Wan Chai until 11. 30pm. I am tipped off by PM that the Navy is in town but that it must be a small ship as the effect is almost neglible. Certainly no signs of them in the strangely quiet streets. Even the usual pavement crowd outside Les Ami is not there.

Like a creature of habit I make my way to Neptune 111 which is surprisingly busy. The mamasan tells me the Navy have been in in small numbers but are now away. They must have an early curfew. I am asked if "I want a girl" but I politely decline. Mamasan Pearla and her assistant, Aiko, are forever trying to hook up customers. Must be good for the drink business. For those who frequent the place, there is always a selection sitting at the tables on the LHS of the bar as you go in.

A beer is kindly put up by papasan Sam and I am minding my own business but spot a very attractive girl sitting on her own. I make the journey of 2 steps over to her to strike up a conversation. She is wearing the traditional Philipina national LBD which stops half way down the thigh. Very nice. But she hardly speaks any English, and combined with the noise of the band, it's a struggle and I reluctantly give up and go back to the bar.

Lo and behold, Joy sidles up, full of appologies for not having phoned last night- she had run out of load. She too is in a LBD which turns me on and I forgive her but, playing it cool, tell her I am only out for a beer and I might see her later. Off she goes to the end of the bar on her own. I start thinking about depositing another kind of load and after a while invite her back to join me. A couple of tequilas later at a staggering $150 each and I have made up my mind. She is keen to make amends for last night. We leave just after midnight and suffice to say I had a very nice GFE night. She had to leave no later that 4. 00 as she started work at 6. 00. I let her go early. I'm badly in need of sleep. And pay the DH rate of $500 which she is happy to receive.

Neptune 111 was packed one minute and half empty the next, as if a bus comes in and leaves 10 minutes later.

I make up my mind that I must broaden my horizons tomorrow and see what the other places have to offer. I have a feeling I could get "tied down" by Joy, nice that she is.
Watch the price of the ladies drinks as I notice they are mostly now getting doubles and this could run up a tidy bill at the end of the night. Important to make the deal before you spend too much!

Spent the week in Wan Chai. All was well. New Makati is buzzing with some pretty young Indo's (and some not so young or pretty ones as well!)

Rather than bore you all with a full account just a few observations:

Navy impact was low although it brought out the girls many of whom I suspect have arrived early for the rugby. New Makati was busy last night with Navy guys but was was more interesting was it was packed with girls outnumbering men 2 to 1 I would say. My regular was saying there were a lot of new faces.

QUESTION: There is a group of hot Indonesians led by a tiny little girl who usually wears little shorts, great dancer. What is there game? They brush off most approaches and I have seen them spend all night dancing together with none going out. Anyone know them and their 'status'? I have never approached them because too shy and don't want to be rejected in front of the crowd.

Tuesday met a lovely filipina in Amazonia. She said she usually hangs out in Escape. I bought her a couple of drinks and we chatted for about an hour. Quoted a stupid price (LT $5, 000!) so I demurred. Later that night stumbled across her again in Neptune 2 while on my way back to hotel. She said lets go and we went back to hotel. Very good night and a significant (I. E. 80%) reduction on her original price. Don't know why and don't care. Was a night to remember. Some real gems out there

I'm usually anti Navy but last night even though there were plenty of them in NMak it was still a good place to be. Maybe I have misjudged them in the past or because I was with my regular I could just watch their antics without having to worry about the impact on the availability of girls.

Overall a good week. Wan Chai was fun and lots of great girls to enjoy. Glad I won't be there for the rugby crowds though.

Chantik. You must have left NM before I visited the place because it was heaving when I went in about 11. 00pm and there were far more girls than boys!

I was at the tables just to the right of the dance floor and was interested in a young good looking girl who was quite chatty. We had a couple of drinks but conversation is difficult because of the disco noise. She did tell me however that it was the wrong time of the month so I cut my losses. Before NM I went to Joe Bananas. Busy and I stood outside. I was approached by a stunning beautiful Thai girl just arrived in HK. She would have eaten me alive but I had a good laugh with her and after a while, pointed her in the direction of Escape. I dare not ask her fees but did get her phone number. I don't see myself using it.

Left NM and went to Neptune 111. Very busy and lots of girls. I speak to Joy but lie and tell her I am looking for a friend and leave after a beer. She was looking good however and keep my options open for later if need be.

Had a quick visit to Insider. Almost empty but a cute looking Colombian offered her services for $1500 without me even asking. I declined.

Called in at Borocay. Crap as usual. Looked into Escape. Fairly busy but lots of guys there. Neptune 11 next on the list. Again guys outnumbered the girls. The navy was around but not presenting a problem, or even any competition.

Returned to NM. Was not in the place 2 minutes when a horny Indoniasian DW literally latches on to me. A couple of drinks later and she is asking me to take her to my hotel. I duly oblige and find that for the second time in my life I have met a complete nympho. She just could not get enough of it and would have gone all night if I had not insisted in having a break. Poor English, reasonably good looking and a lovely smile. Her employer is on holiday for 3 weeks and have left her to fend for herself without any wages. She lives in an agency boarding house in Monkok. No mention of money and I feel bad just giving her the going rate of $500 plus a $100 tip when she leaves in the morning. She wanted to stay with me all day but the lack of her English would have been a strain. I promise to meet her tonight.
Question. Why is it that just as the girl leaves your room and you are standing there in the buff, that the hotel maid walks by?

Well, it sounds like a lot of this gang was there (Friday night). I was there from about 10:30-midnightish and it seems like there were many more dudes than usual, but hardly impossible odds. I did not see the Navy boys pulling much action, but then again I wasn't all that interested in them.

I have also observed girls not looking for customers and have experienced it firsthand. There is one intriguing girl, tall and slender Indonesian with features I would say seem Malaysian (or reminds me of a Malaysian girl from waaaay back. Says her name is Rea. I have on occasion spoken briefly with her but generally get the brush off, so I don't know if she's just trying to run up drinks or whatnot. She tells me the reason she doesn't like me is because I don't buy her drinks. I laugh and tell her she's got things backward. I earlier posted about a LuLu / Ruby and her stalker-looking "boyfriend / whatever". Saw them again together there last week. So to sum up, you just never know what you're going to get. I like the vibe at NM but generally drift over to Neptune II, where it's mostly allllll business, if a bit hardcore.

I was wondering about visiting Harrys Bar, before doing a tour of the clubs Fenwicks / Neptunes and then finishing at New Makati. Does that sound a reasonable plan? Is there anywhere else that you would recommend?

What about Sunday afternoon? Are any of the malls worth visiting for DH on the prowl? I think that I went to Neptunes on the Sunday early evening and it was very lively, so I'll head that way again.

To assist in your deliberations, I would look into Neptune but there are some recent reports in the last week or so, on which I agree, that it is more "Pro", lesser quality / talent and an older crowd. It certainly has deteriorated in recent years as most posts seem to indicate.

Hari's bar would not be on my list. Expensive take out prices and a restricted number availalble.

Try a look into Neptune 111. It is right accros the road from Escape, which used to be Fenwicks. Again this has gone downhill over the years, particularly after it reopened as Escape. Prices tend, for some reason, to be higher in there. Personally I think Neptune 111 has improved since it opened.

For Sunday pm, you can't look past NM.

Just my personal thoughts as you can always get lucky almost anywhere these days. Joe Bananas for Thais if they rock your boat.

PeterI think people fishing at Harry's Bar are a different league of Wanchai and so are the girls. I mean price wise and expectations. You can of course do both, but if you are ready for Wanchai, I do not see the point of going to Harry's other for browsing the scene around. That bar only be more expensive. A situation similar to Singapore's Brix and OT (where even girls commute from one to the other).

But when I was there around 11:30 on a Wed night, there was some talent. No SYT's and the prices are high and not very negotiable. But drinks are 2 for 1 before 9.

Kowloon side is more for saunas, massage joints and SW's it seemed to me. I do happen to like Sticky Fingers a lot because the music is great. You'll get a few girls in there but not too many.

Had a drink with friends in the shadows. Both places were a little quiet for a Friday. Seemed to be an even amount of girls and guys. Many Columbians in Escape.

It is Neptune II and Neptune III (Roman numbers) which translates into Neptune2 and Neptune3 (There was once a Neptune I which closed over 10 years ago).

Anyone asking for directions would be asking for Neptune two and Neptune three, not Neptune eleven and Neptune one hundred and eleven as it appears to be written. At least if they were fron the West, they would.

Not a lot to report as my nympho DW from yesterday wanted to see me again and, being a gentleman, I did not refuse. I did reject the 7. 30pm meeting request, settling for 10. 00pm in NM. True to Indonisian form, she arrive at 11. 00pm. The place is busy but the men outnumber the ladies. Lots of rugby shirts present. After a drink she asked to go to Forrest as the smoke in NM was getting to her. What a surprise I got! It was jumping with lots of talent on show. The quality looked a few notches up from NM. The streets were packed. There must have been several hundred outside Delaneys, spilling right onto the street with the same outside Mes Amis. The Navy is present but no problem, and no competion. Most seem intent in drinking. Big guys and I would not like to tangle with some of their women either. Come 12. 30 my DW want to see my hotel room again and all I will say an enjoyable night (and morning) was had by all.

I get a twinge of conscious parting with a measly $500 plus a tip.

A fellow ISG punter sent me a PM asking for her phone number. I have a rule I don't give out information such as names or phone numbers on DW's as she is not a WG and she has a job and you have to be careful. Sorry, but you know who you are. You can always go to NM, where there are plenty DW's hanging about there. You are unlikely to fail.

On Sunday afternoon I go for a walk. I go into NM at exactly 3. 30pm. There are 8 girls and no men. I head over to Forrest. It is busy, lots of girls and you have to fight them off. I am not interested as I am truly done in from the trysts of the last two nights. After a beer I head back to my hotel but take another look into NM. It is 4. 30pm, one hour later. The place is jumping! The flesh is weaker than I thought as a girl at the bar next to me persuades me I need company for an hour or so. I give in and agree. Funnily enough she asks for $700, I say $500. She says $600. I say $500. She says OK and off we go.

Wow! What a turn she is and lots of GFE. But I have difficulty performing and its only after a blow job that I am to it. Pity she only has a Sunday off as I would repeat in a minute.

We were mobbed by DHs as the place was packed with DHs and a couple old geezers. Ratio was like 20 girls to 1 guy. Nowadays, as my eyes fade but I have the Sight from hobgoblin spit, I see more WGs than DHs. There are also a lot more youth challenged guys.

I can say that today's batch of WGs in Wanchai have not look as good for a long time. For the past several months, there were so many aesthetically challenged gals that I thought there was an epidemic or crack down somewhere. It is a relief to see that the problem has passed.

Wanchai was hopping today. I heard it was also a zoo last night. So enjoy and play safe.

The only explanation I can think of is that Chantik must have seen me and is being too polite to say that I am too old, too fat and / or too ugly. (I am not too poor, so that can't be the reason. LOL.)

How JTL2 was able to meet ChantikLOL. Stephen Hawking is said to spend several hours a day thinking about and trying to understand women. And it still eludes him.

Maybe Chantik counts the number of weeks one spends in Wanchai. Hence, JTL2's one week with 5 tags per day (JTL2, excuse me if I am underestimating, heh heh) still counts as one. That might yields an annual count of 3. While UG's weekly jaunts down to Wanchai brings his number closer to 50, regardless of whether his take home is a kebab or a long black hair.

ThanksYou can search for Japanese on 141, the expensive hotel reservation girls are really Japanese I believe.

141 is legal.

A bit of of genuine work related business/dinner keeps me occupied until 11. 30pm. I decide a walk is needed before I retire for the night. My first port of call is NM and there are still plenty of available girls, but of course, I am in denial. Next stop Forrest. Totally empty.

A short update as nothing new to report.

Hit the steets at 11. 00pm. Strangely quiet. Called into NM. Busy, but plenty room. Getting to see and recognise the regulars so you have to assume they are mostly WG's.

I go out with a bang!

I phone my Chinese hotel-massage girl from my last visit and she comes over from Kowloon where she lives. She greets me as if I was just about to give her the winnings from a lottery. Reverse report from Singapore.

Took a quick sightseeing trip to Orchard Towers last night.

Few points.

- so many girls

- Lots of Vietnamese.

- girls are aggressive.

- drinks in Ipanema are expensive, SING $20 for a whisky and coke.

- Not many guys drinking. Not surprised.

- OT is a true meat market, may not suit many girls.

- Popped into Lucky Plaza tonight for dinner. Full of girls on the street and lots of Indian / Pakistani / Bangladeshi / Sri Lankan guys.

Stooooopid Sevens bastards, making for an absolutely miserable scene in Wan Chai Friday night.

All the clubs are packed, most to the point of being fire traps, even more dangerous considering many of the Sevens crowd are total drunkards spoiling for a fight. NM was a total sausage fest, and quite possibly the collective IQ was hovering around that of a bratwurst. Either the regulars had been taken by 11 or were avoiding the place.

Lines outside Nep II so did not even attempt to get in, and the elevator to get up to Forest and Traffik had a long queue, so did not try. Even the ladyboys by the Irish pub were getting some interest (not that there's anything wrong with that, cough). Went home alone and without a drink. Hell, even the Filipina who has been texting me about loving me and wanting to marry me is probably on her back, mounted by a flabby, sweaty, bad-teethed rugby fan atop.

If there's not enough negativity in my report to steer you clear of this place until the event is over, well, you are a glutton for punishment or simply interested in getting a good bruisin'.

In reality there is no real attempt to stop the flesh trade in Wan Chai. The plain clothes police are like a a ring fence around the WC bar scene just keeping it under control. If there was a determined effort to wipe out the bar scene it could be done easily through stricter immigration checks, tougher relicensing for bars, frequent raids etc.

A similar thing happens in Singapore. Police tackle the fringes of the industry to keep it with limits acceptable to them (e. G. Orchard Towers) but don't actually try and close it down.

Basically Wan Chai and Orchard towers are part of the economy for thses small city states. The bar girl industry goes hand in hand with the casinos and conferences and tourism. Police actionwill remain an annoyance rather than a major threat as long as these economic factors remain in play. In some countries this get mucked up by other factors (e. G. NGO's in Cambodia) but I don't think this will impact the first world cities.

Just my thoughts.

I wonder if the British undercovers would sell their souls far enough to identify themselves as American just to be successful.

While it was crowded, I certainly had no issues finding talent in WanChai. Most of the blokes could not find there own dick as they were so drunk. Nep II was charging 160 cover with 2 drinks, but had a line down the block. Who knows why guys were waiting. Traffic and Forest we're both sparse (I hate that damn lift anyway). New Makati had loads of talent on Sunday night. I had great fortune at Escape plus meeting girls on the street in between bars. I had more approach me, than me them.

A Phili on Friday, Viet on Saturday, and a Phili pair on Sunday for a nice three way with some light G on G action included. All were 7-8+, making it a draining weekend. Think there are about 30 or 40 Gwailo's left in the HK Police Service.

The police 'pick ups' have been going on for years. You can see posts back in 2008 discussing this very issue. In reality there is no real attempt to stop the flesh trade in Wan Chai. The plain clothes police are like a a ring fence around the WC bar scene just keeping it under control. If there was a determined effort to wipe out the bar scene it could be done easily through stricter immigration checks, tougher relicensing for bars, frequent raids etc.

A similar thing happens in Singapore. Police tackle the fringes of the industry to keep it with limits acceptable to them (e. G. Orchard Towers) but don't actually try and close it down.

Basically Wan Chai and Orchard towers are part of the economy for thses small city states. The bar girl industry goes hand in hand with the casinos and conferences and tourism. Police actionwill remain an annoyance rather than a major threat as long as these economic factors remain in play. In some countries this get mucked up by other factors (e. G. NGO's in Cambodia) but I don't think this will impact the first world cities.

Just my thoughts.

CTI fully agree. At OT in Singapore it is not unusual to see a police car in front of the main entrance or a couple of officers inside. Especially in some peak periods.

Even a blind can figure out what is going on, so that police is there for soemthing else: make sure there is no trouble, no foreigner is disturbed and if there is any over drunk guy (as it often happens) , he will be taken care of.

Yea, I am getting psyched up for Jakarta. I have heard many great things about the city and I have been doing my research. There are a lot of places I want to check out and naturally, like a kid in a candy shop, I want to go everywhere. I am going to spend 6 nights here, but 'best laid plans of mice and men' if you know what I mean. From experience, I know I will probably hit maybe half the joints on my list. Somewhere, somehow, somebody, or something is going to slow me down. But that's fine. If I like Jakarta as much as I think I will, I know I will come back for more.

On Batam, you may be right. But, I felt that since I was in the neighborhood, I should check it out. I am thinking it is roughly comparable to AC. I know I will manage to have a good time there no matter what. I have been to a lot of shit holes much worse in my travels through Central and South America. If it is a place I will want to go back a 2nd or 3rd time, remains open to question.

Jakarta. Great choice from saunas / massages / parlours / independents in bars etc. Probably pay around 1m rupiah (about 900 HK) for short time. This is a starting point with independents. Prices drop depending on the time of the night. Don't expect A levels.Not sure where you go but satu juta is NOT the street price or asking price for ST for independents. What you need to understand about Escape. Still does good business. Is that about 70% of the guys are business travellers / holiday makers. Not many HK residents go to Escape to find hookers. They have other options. And some believe there are too many ' white women ' in Escape. HK residents ofter visit Escape with visitors / friends. As it is a ' famous bar'. And some go there for a drink and to look at the girls. Business travellers are the main punters in Escape.

AFAIK Neptune 2/3 are doing OK, not great, Amazonia is doing very well and Joe Bananas in the last 12 months has welcomed back a few hookers. And Makati has many customers. Can't be sure how much money they make because the ladies get free drinks all night long.

Summing up. Wanchai has been a bit quieter in the last 3 months. But the ladies don't only get customers from Bars.Yup. I'm one of those business travelers that would go to escape. It seems that there are lot's of trite, simplistic and rather obvious posts appearing on the board lately and starting to creep into the photo board as well.

As far as useful info goes, for the more adventurous among you, there are several underground bars clustered around the bottom end of Castle Peak Road in Yuen Long that attract large numbers of DH on Sundays, who are keen for extra fun. Look for the Mc Donald's next to the phone store at the bottom end of Castle Peak road and walk a couple of blocks down towards the bus station at the bottom end of the road. You will smell the crispy pata around the same time as you hear the music. Take the alleyway behind the shopfront and follow your nose.

Two or three of what you would call unoffocial venues in Tsuen Wan with music. Open Sat and Sun afternoon. Usually at the back of an Indonesian grocery stor.

Some will tell you stay far away from Wan Chai so the girl does not get tempted to leave early. The key is to be in control and not let them leave early. I always stay at the Wharney on Lockart Road. The date is May 17. The bar staff tells me the guys get free drinks ("only one at a time," says a bartendress) from 7 to 9 pm.

Not a lot of new talent on Tuesday night, but it is an agreeable group of girls. Also checked out Escape and Neptune II, but did not buy. Guess I am getting particular in my old age, but then again the girls at Escape are just a big pain in the ass. The Russians / CIS really don't look too good to me, ditto the Colombians. A rather sad selection, so I did not seek pricing information (and sorry for that) , but based on the location I'm guessing a premium is sought for their, ahem, exoticism.

At the front door of Escape was the usual Indian arguing about why he was being discriminated against ("why you tell me I have to buy ticket? You didn't make me buy ticket last time!") Well, pal, the management of the place is just shit. One example: I paid $70 for a $62 beer and change was not brought back. Now I would typically give the change back, but that it was not returned, to me, is exceedingly bad form. Bad attitudes of the staff, bad attitudes of the WGs and I'm scratching that hole off my list, United Nations of Poontang or no UN of poon. (Report also a horde of Northern Sisters, some nice tall ones, if you're into the look; one who sorta appealed to me looked a bit like the porn star Asia Carrerra at her prime, pre-boobjob, though I suspect she was strung out on something.)

Nep II had a lot of familiar faces, including the funny little Indo who wears the white short-shorts, G-string, (tattoo above the butt). As I cannot envision what she would look like with the mascara chiseled off and the five-inch eyelashes removed, I demurred, but what a spinner. She's been around a while. I was offered $1K as a "special" from an Indo I had taken a few weeks back, promised a nice massage, but as she had complained that she was tired doubt there would have been much of that (which, frankly, I could've used more than a shagging).

A waitress cleaning up the mess is told about the accident and she summons a manager who brings another beer. Then he held out his hand for my payment. I calmy explained what happened, pointed at Frenchie. At that point the manager did a 160-degree swivel to take the beer back to the bar. The Thai girls at this point were screeching in indignation on my behalf, god bless the cuties. I marched over to the manager and told them,"Look at this face. Have you not seen it here before? Many, many times?" So the guy relented and handed over the beer (which would have been dumped down the drain). Then again, it was not the bar's fault that the beer was spilled. My strategy in the future will be to guard the brew. And nurse it so that I halt turning over too much of my hard-earned cash to these joints, with lousy service to boot.

On a parting note, I would solicit some advice for payment for a regular Indo. Nice girl Miss Y, whom I had taken to dinner and a nice conversation at stanley, stayed overnight, two shots, CIM, just a great lay. She was an "up to you" on payment girl the first time I rented her services a couple months ago. Our day out was a nice GFE, though as it always turns out with these WL's you get the tales of woe, the child back home, the shitty husband (she says she is separated, not divorced, but has been in HK for five years. Also a story about a month or so in HK jail on a visa violation (the review: food not so bad, and she got to spend time with other Indos, as they are segregated). Strange thing is that she said she was given a 3-year visa to stay, but cannot work. That is a bit contrary to commonsense, so I do not know how much of it to believe. Had the odd drink knocked over and was replaced without being asked and sometimes even when I refused the offer as it was close to my quitting time.

I am a local and there was a great group that used to hang out there. On Sundays, if we were early, we would start with 109. Then around 4:30 head over to Makati for free food. By 6 it was time for Laguna. I even met my long-time Indo GF one late night there.

Physically it was not very nice. It had ambiance, but I am not sure how to describe it; maybe just well worn. But it had a great energy, a flow. Kind of like the Cheers of Wanchai. I find that almost all of the women in Wanchai fall into three categories: Helpers looking for a their own entertainment and maybe to make a friend, working girls and those who will go either way depending on whether they like you. Laguna had a nice mix of all three. And there was never a night when you would not meet a great woman, of one sort or the other. It had a great balance.

I have never really felt that in J Forest. I rarely bump into people I know there. In fact, most of the times when I have checked it out, J Forest it has been almost empty. I have on the odd Sundday found a good crowd there, but not regularly.

As for Fenwicks, it never was my cup of tea, and like Traffic, it always felt too commercial with only working girls. I remember Traffic ran the free standard drinks promotion from 10pm. It got my mates there a few times, but the place just felt like you were being hustled from all sides. If you were not there to buy a lady, or wanted to have a great night first, they have no time for you. The women were all business. I can't believe that promotion helped at all. The Bar did not make any money, the bar tenders didn't get tipped and who wants to pay $100 for a ladies drink when regular drinks are free? You can feel the hustle.

I still have not made my mind up about Escape. I quite like the renovation. The bands are quite good. There are lots of beautiful women, but rarely do I meet someone I like. Mostly there I find pure working girls, though there are exceptions. On the other hand, it is a fun option to bring someone I met elsewhere – it feels slight more upmarket.

I always liked the music at Amazonia and, am embarrassed to say, at Neptune II. So Neptune II's band was not bluesy enough. Not hard enough. And, they did play Dancing Queen too often. Anyone remember Annie, Neptune's female singer a few years back? She was terrific. Listening to her always made me horny, and in need of a GFE of the Filipina sort. And now I miss Dino. Anyone know what happened to him? You could always count on Dino to tip his hat to you as you walked in, then to come greet with a big smile the woman who had grabbed your attention for the evening.

I am increasingly finding Neptune II to my liking on Sunday afternoons, and even on Saturdays. With the Helpers looking to blow off some steam, it is a great time. On Saturday afternoons there is not a big crowd, but it is enthusiastic and seems to be growing.

Unfortunately, at night though I find the smoke in Neptune II unbearable. Some nights it is like pre-2009 in there. No Dino and too much smoke, so I rarely go at night anymore. There are plenty of girls elsewhere.

Which brings us around to New Makati. Home sweet home. I find that without Laguna, I don't often make the run down the bars of Lockhart Road, and just stay put in Makati.

I have not mentioned money. That is well covered I think elsewhere. Being local I am on a slightly different tariff. In fact, I can't remember the last time it cost more than a smile, a few drinks or dinner.

Saturday morning: got up early, either work to catch up with the work I did not do during the week or, better yet, go to California to hit the machines. No, that is not right either. Stop at Bridge on the way to California, for a different work out. That girl who caught your eye at Neptune II Friday night, she will probably be at Bridge just waiting.

Saturday afternoon: Makati for free food at 4 and DH-lite day. Around 6pm move to Laguna where Saturday evening rocks. From 9:30-10, bounce around Wanchai and LKF. 5am head to Bridge, where the laws of the known universe are suspended, at least till the windows open around Sunday noon. Then move to 109, where debauchery is made real, then Makati, and back to Laguna. As I remember, when curfew hit Sunday night, it was time finally to crash. At least until Monday morning, before going to work, when it was time for a bit of the hair of the dog at Bridge.

So without Laguna holding the whole cycle together, the whole thing lacks a coherent cycle.

Saturday afternoons are still pretty good at Makati. The food is still just as bad. Chicken wings still at 7pm. There can also be just a bit of opportunity at Neptune II as well. The crowds are much thinner there, and almost exclusively Filipinas. But since with their opportunities also less, they are quite enthusiastic. I think Players is picking up the Bridge early morning tradition.

Did I mention Carnegies on Tuesday night? Not much opportunity for mongering, but a crazy, well lubricated crowd. After all, vodka drinks are only $10 all night! Great opportunity to get economicaly hydrated before heading back to the normal haunts. It is an opportunity to chat-up a totally different group of women. Though I suspect some may still be in high school. An enjoyable bar game here is to drink on the sidewalk and watch the early migration of girls from Makati to Escape. You will see some of your favorites pass by.

Saturday morning: got up early, either work to catch up with the work I did not do during the week or, better yet, go to California to hit the machines. No, that is not right either. Stop at Bridge on the way to California, for a different work out. That girl who caught your eye at Neptune II Friday night, she will probably be at Bridge just waiting.

Saturday afternoon: Makati for free food at 4 and DH-lite day. Around 6pm move to Laguna where Saturday evening rocks. From 9:30-10, bounce around Wanchai and LKF. 5am head to Bridge, where the laws of the known universe are suspended, at least till the windows open around Sunday noon. Then move to 109, where debauchery is made real, then Makati, and back to Laguna. As I remember, when curfew hit Sunday night, it was time finally to crash. At least until Monday morning, before going to work, when it was time for a bit of the hair of the dog at Bridge.

So without Laguna holding the whole cycle together, the whole thing lacks a coherent cycle.

Saturday afternoons are still pretty good at Makati. The food is still just as bad. Chicken wings still at 7pm. There can also be just a bit of opportunity at Neptune II as well. The crowds are much thinner there, and almost exclusively Filipinas. But since with their opportunities also less, they are quite enthusiastic. I think Players is picking up the Bridge early morning tradition.

Did I mention Carnegies on Tuesday night? Not much opportunity for mongering, but a crazy, well lubricated crowd. After all, vodka drinks are only $10 all night! Great opportunity to get economicaly hydrated before heading back to the normal haunts. It is an opportunity to chat-up a totally different group of women. Though I suspect some may still be in high school. An enjoyable bar game here is to drink on the sidewalk and watch the early migration of girls from Makati to Escape. You will see some of your favorites pass by.Did you forget about J Forest. It fills in the Laguna gap.

i used to visit hk often on business a few years back and was very much a regular in laguna. very good, accommodating place, and almost guaranteed to find someone you would like / would like you.

I am back in Hong Kong for a business trip and I would normally have defaulted to heading over to 37 Dundas, but decided to try the Sunday D / H routine in Wan Chai.

Chantik's directions to The New Makati were spot on. I got there about 3:45 and by 4:00 the place was filling up with Indos and the place was throbbing. Many girls sat or stood around the perimeter, while others danced together in the center of the dance floor. The majority were attractive "keepers".

In short order I was approached by a very direct girl, but she started at 1, 000 and wouldn't budge below 700. I declined.

Then, another came over to talk to me. She asked if I wanted to dance. I told her that I wasn't really interested in dancing. We concluded the deal and were out of there quickly, and off to my Kowloon hotel.

This D / H was in her early 30's but very cute and doing what she could to give the GFE effect. She was holding hands on the way to the taxi and resting her hand on my upper thigh while we rode.

She got frisky in the elevator once everyone was off and then turned loose as soon as we hit the room. We had a great, enthusiastic hour or so. It was certainly more spontaneous than what I would have gotten at 37 Dundas!

The Dongguan thread is quite active, though many of the postings are from "insiders" in the sense they are mostly, but not always, from guys with Cantonese or Mandarin skills. Which is why laowai / gweilo will most certainly need to hire help to navigate the system. As mentioned by a Dongguan (also frequently referred to as Changping) poster, it's not like a Westerner can go to CP and look for sign that says "*****house" or a spa that will specify full sex availability on a billboard. It's a dusty, noisy town with few frills, though there is a movement to create golf courses and nicer facilities to cater to businessmen due to its proximity to Shenzhen.

It takes about an hour by train (HK Hung Hom station) and you will, naturally, need a Chinese visa. Duh. I spent the equivalent of about $500 US on a 1. 5-day visit. This covered a KTV party with a short-time girl from the KTV place (had negotiated it as LT, but this often happens with KTV girls, a growing point of concern with CP mongers. The bullshit level with those girls is really amped up these days.) , hotel with included buffet breakfast at a 3. 5/4-star place, the CP Peninsula, three meals, a fabulous legit massage and a BBS girl and the train ticket. It really cannot be said to be cheap outing, though on purely sex basis is considerably cheaper in Macau. My feeling is Macau is better for the sex, unless you like stupid dice games and getting touchy-feely with girls.

The claim of 1000's of girls is a vast overstatement, though many of the KTV places have a few hundred. I have not experienced the wilder places claimed by Dgpro, though I understand they do exist.

There are better established guides to Dongguan, and I recommend Big Swinging Dave, who can be PM'ed. Another fellow, a Singaporean from my understanding, is ISO 9000. Guess my point here is to say that it is not the most easily navigated places for a non-Chinese speaker. But it is worth experiencing. My current preference is the Indonesian girls at New Makati. I do not believe you will hear the words "up to you". In Mandarin, Cantonese, English or otherwise. From a Chinese girl. Nor will you necessarily get a blowjob, let alone CIM. More and more, I find myself saying "Yes!" to Indonesia.

Well, I wasn't on the lookout for one nationality or another. I was looking for a cute girl that wanted to go back with me. I saw only a few Chinese, and from there, I don't know what the rest were. Keep in mind that this place is dark.

The girls I talked to spoke English. Keep in mind that when they come up and put one arm around you and rest the other on your thigh, the only communication needed is agreeing on the price.

I've learned that the worst place to negotiate is back at your room. If you negotiate a price at that time and the girl feels it is too low, then you are going to get an "attitude" and no GFE. It's always better to get that out of the way before you head to the hotel.

One other point to keep in mind. The girl and I left NM at about 4:15 pm. My hotel was in Kowloon and traffic at that time was heavy, so it took 30 to 40 minutes to get to the hotel. And like you say you might not get the service you want from the girls from the KTV, but you can definitely get exactly what you want at the massage palor / spa place if service is what you are looking for.

Just got back from a long weekend in HK. Stayed in a non-GF friendly hotel in Kowloon with eleveators that required a key to use, so avoided the walk of shame and took a walkabout in Jordan on a Sunday late morning. Had good dim sum at a restaurant directly across the road from the Temple Street Market. Got back on the MTR and went up to Prince Edward Station.
