Here is the review of my mongering trip to Thailand last month end.

If you are in karnataka airtel network and sm1 calls you while you phone is switched off or busy they get an automated msg in kannada, while if you travel to Punjab and use the same sim card anyone calling you will start getting these automatef msgs in Punjabi. Now if you get intl. Calling actived and move to thailand, it is highly likely that the automated msgs are in the local language. The best approach should be to get an intl. SMS pack activated on your phone and bar intl. Calling that ways when you are in thailand you will keep getting the critical OTPs etc for your bank accounts but no one from office will be able to call you.

Few office calls do not bother me. So the answer is that if I put airtel sim, they will be able to communicate with me, but only issue could be that, some messages in thai may come. So this is dangerous. It will disclose my location.Don't buy any international roaming plan because if you buy a roaming plan and if you are not able to pick the call or not reachable then the announcement might be played in Thai and the caller might find out that you are not in India. Better to just inform in your office that you are going to your hometown and will be busy in some family functions so will not be able to take call but you will be able to answer emails and wa msg messages in night or whenever free. If very urgent then plan to call on WhatsApp only. To your friend and family members you can tell that you are going out of country for official trip and will be able to take calls on WhatsApp only. Another way will be to inform your boss and colleagues that you are going for a tour with friends to some other country and will be able to take call om WhatsApp only.

Its quite strange that Hotel Front Office cross verify the name with Social Media Account!
In normal case nobody follow this route especially if its a good hotel chain. How ever it depends on person to person who is in charge of front office at that time.
Reputed hotel chain never entertain such activities by the staff, its totally breach the privacy of their guest. You should report this to that hotel top management.
Also please name the hotel chain for the benefit of all other members.

Almost all good hotels are under CCTV surveillance, they can easily access to your movement in hotel from front office / elevator / corridor / restaurant / bar etc. (doesn't matter whether you are alone or with a girl). Good hotels won't do all these cheap things to mint money from their guest. For them reputation of the hotel is most important and their business runs on these guest and not on blackmailing or cheating. If any particular employee is responsible for this sort of activity, surely the management will take care of this issue and support the guest. But you should address this issue to the management.
And in this first scenario, there is nothing wrong from your side, it can be clicked from anywhere from your office or college or mall or any other public place where you are with your friend or colleague (girls).
And in second case, no issues in normal situation. But if any raid conduct in that hotel due to some unusual death or any fire accident, or any vip movement or any terrorist threat in city like bomb blast. Then LE may check the guest records and if they verify the authenticity of all ID and if they found your ID is fake, then it would be a problem. Its not sure that hotels peoples check all the ID with Adhar Data base on routine basis.

Now the research part.
Few afros are brought here offering a job but they are forced to work like wg here. So majority of them who quoted less price will get very bad and low type afrs. When you arrive at location they wil then send you to low type gals. But if you have agreed to the actual price, they will send you to nice gal. In the same near by location they keep 3 to 4 types of ranges. They are being utilised for dirty hard fun for secret afrs night parties. Because it's not easy for an African man to get beautiful non African women. .
(This is only when the grp is maintained by bigger afr team).

That's a simple solution. Additionally, clicking photos is not easy and finding a person through Adhar in social media is difficult. If you are still concerned, change the name of all social media accounts which should be different than what's in Adhaar ID.
Regarding 2nd situation, I don't think any hotel wala will be made an Adhaar administrator who has Adhaar admin account. That's not easy to obtain and govt doesn't make stupid people Adhaar admins. They won't be working in hotel in first case.
