Check out Locanto / Mumbai, SEA & GFD. In GFD, safest is to go by the verified ones & preferably independent. Better method is to go by their login. If it is an Ad dated 2011 or earlier, my suggestion is do not try. Not that they are no good, but better not when you are a bit new. Like I have posted earlier Kyra, Pri*4U, Jh*Sh, Kirti, Ish* Ka, Jazz are independents. Ish* Ka* Jazz do not negotiate & expect 20 K for ST. The others are negotiable & are not expensive. Once upon a time not too long ago Bombay was such a liberal and forward place and it was Delhi where you could not even get a drink in the evening except in 5 star hotels. It is like drinking and driving. I used to feel damn confident even after drinking that I used to drive perfectly and park in a very limited space in dark of night perfectly than when I do in sober. But one thought that what if somebody on road makes a stupid mistake and falls in front of your car. You can't avoid this. With this thought and of-course the naka-bandi I strictly follow no DnD. In s3x I used to do it when I go for full and session. Start early and after 1st round go for something less than your normal quota. So that you can have subsequent session actively. Tried the famous spa at charni road near station got a coupon frm a deal site

But there is no uniformity whatsoever in the distribution of wealth, which is probably what confuses you. You could say that we have real capitalism here. The argument re per capita income and mongering spend in India compared with the US is not quite valid. The rates you mention are not what average citizens would even think about paying. Bombay has a lot of people whose income far exceeds that of the average New Yorker and some of them are quite willing to splurge. So went to Panvel, unfortunately every club was closed already, they close at 10. If you want to get there by 7-8PM you will need to leave Mumbai at least an hour and half before. Thanks to Mongers Luck7 & Simla, got few lead for my one day stay in Mumbai for an expo.
Since had very little time, called the one whose reference (N*SHA) was provided by Luck7 (Thanks mate).
Was very friendly & arrived dot on time for night. I had a booking for single so told me to tell at reception that one of friend is arriving & they will charge extra ( 1400). She was clean & we did everything possible during night from BBBJ, Missionary, Doggy, RCG etc. Didn't do any Nakhras & was ready for anything. Only dampener was lack of booze since Hotel staff didn't permit bringing alcohol from outside during night & she wanted it.
We did 3 shots in the night & total damage was Rs. 7K. She infact called again in the evening next day to enquire whether I'd reached my destination safely & if faced any difficulties with Autowallahs in Mumbai.
Thanks again to LUCK7 for a wonderful session & too Simla as well for sharing the digits. Hope to return the favour in Delhi.

With time on my hands I am actually having a report diarrhea. More than 3 reports in one day. But then I do not get time to login immediately after the act and, well. I am lazy. Contacted my SP, Rahul. Last time I had ended up paying almost 5k for a 3k gal. All thanks to him leading me to some shady guys in GR.
