I attribute my somewhat acceptable fitness level mainly to juicing, despite alcohol binges etc. I used to have a fatty liver which wouldn't go away for a year despite medication, abstinence, and a mostly vegetarian diet. It cured itself in 1 month when I started juicing and now I drink as much as I want to and eat red meat nearly everyday- it's all kept under control because of the juicing. Combined with some exercise, you don't really need anything else to be in good health.
The best libido enhancing concoction I've found so far is onion & beet juice. 3 onions + 1 beet, and perhaps an apple to make it palatable. Drink this daily for a week and your balls will be bursting at the seams. The slums in Mumbai were beyond comprehension in their sheer squalor and abject poverty, dilapidated inner city ghettos in the United States did not even come close in wretchedness..

In Bombay live in these shanties. Slums by the western definition mean squalid apartment buildings, not a tarpaulin or tin roof in the ground without running water or plumbing. The most dilapidated & run-down "slums" of Overtown, Detroit etc don't even come close to the horrible conditions here. Heck, most of our streets look like they were just bombed and are dumping grounds with all the rubble and trash. This is "real Mumbai" once you venture out of the Colaba, Breach candy- Andheri west belt. Even the street where Congress house is is just disgusting with that overflowing dumpster at the corner.
The poor are the majority but by no means the only version of Bombay. There are at least 4 or 5 different versions of the city. Nevertheless every westerner should see the slums if they venture here. It's a humbling experience. But I would never label them as subhuman. Live in their own shit as they may, there are a lot of extremely motivated people & success stories. Their sheer numbers make me uncomfortable at times. It's a ticking time bomb for a revolution or civil war if one can appeal to their benefits & deliver.

I had some work in Delhi. Most of my mongering is in Mumbai, Pune & Hyderabad when in India.
