No one will help if you go and ask for the building named OM Niwas- from the station bridge when you walk towards the traffic junction you will find one building under construction with a green clothing covering the building, the Om Niwas building is just ahead of the building being constructed. I had been to NL last week. I had checked with Kancha if the place is operational. It was.

This is a suggestion. Offer 5 K for the first & show no interest in the second. You should get the second for 5 K if you play your cards correctly.Very true buddy. I always try same trick at Pune with SP, normally he sends about 7-8 pics.
