Been to Goa multiple times. It was disappointing to realise that Goa's MPs are strict and don't provide any extras. I burnt my pockets trying to find one.
Heard from a few of my friends that some MPs also monitor the activity inside using CCTV cameras.

South Goa Scene.
Many of the spas give extras for regulars (the money spent on being a regular will sponsor a trip to thailand).
MPs in south give extras I am a regular at 2 of them. Can help with contacts to those in need. But don't expect hygiene and hot chicks there are south indian or Mumbai girls who are shabby. There are occasional gems but only in terms of service and not looks.
Avg cost per release is 1.5 k+ 1 k (HJ+tl+ DFK in some cases only) but I avoid DFK even if available.

Itz memonger.Tourist season starts winding up by April beginning and completely shuts down by mid April. Only those foreigners who do not have jobs back home and have made goa their home stay back. Rest of them go back in March itself since winter ends in eastern europe and russia by then. If you do know that there are russians ready for quickie for the right incentive, then you should also know where to find them isn't it? Even if it's hearsay. 99% of the time you cannot hit off a conversation with Russians unless you know the language. Believe me. But then if you do know the language.

You'll find a lot of Russians in Small vagator and Arambol beach. I was there in December and had a conversation with many Russian and Italian girls. But it was a pure, friendly conversation. Wasn't in a mood for anything else. And don't know whether I could have got anything had I been in a mood.
Also, One evening while at Vagator beach, met a group of Russian girls and got an invite for all night part at curlies (Thursday party). I don't do drugs / smoking so had to part ways. Girls were mind blowing, around 20-21.
And if you are in Anjuna beach shacks during the 'party', you can convince a girl or two to go with you. This happens at arnd 1 pm and these girls are high on drugs usually. Use your senses and moral meter while mongering there. It may end with good sex or only inflated bill.
People / localities often tend to offer you Russians at a Club or MP. They are mostly cheats. They take your money, you dance with girls or get a good (if you are lucky) massage and that's it. These bars / clubs only inflate your bill and you are left with DIY at your hotel room.
If you are a charmer, you can seduce a foreigner or an Indian easily. But that is true for every city, Ain't that true? But the time and money needs to be invested with no guaranteed return most of the times.
All experience are first hand. Would advise to enjoy booze, food, clubs (if you like) and beaches of Goa if you are there for a short trip.

Just a suggestion:
Goa is a tourish-pro state, so tourists are taken care of by the locals. However, mongers are looked down upon and are very easy targets for the clans of people working the streets with WGs, etc.
Be very careful when working alone in such areas. Try and have at least one friend accompany you in such cases (I know, I know, it's easier said than done, but still).
Always keep the number of a local person (a person who you know there) handy in case of emergencies. Calling someone in another state during an emergency will not work as they will not be able to come for a quick rescue.
Not to scare you as such, but Goa is scary if you are going into the Russian, CIS arena.
My views though. I am sure there will be several people who have mastered the art of being "The Bachelor" and scoring nice chicks there.

Best,For what its worth, avoid Galgibaga, there's a huge intercontinental hotel right on that beach,mainly IN business types frequent there, and also many Russians in season, I been to south Goa many many times for long periods so I'm pretty clued up on the area, saying that, I've never really gone there for mongering purposes but will always keep an eye out for opportunities,head out towards Chaudi village from Patnam beach road, at the T junction turn right and then immediate left, about 200 metres turn right again and head towards Talpona,ask any local how to get to the iron bridge, it crosses the Talpona river, keep heading straight once over the bridge, you will arrive at Talpona beach,long beach with lots of secluded spots towards the north end of the beach, even in season this place is quiet,was there myself in season so I know its still relatively unspoilt and very chilled especially out of season, you may spot the odd local fisherman wandering up the beach but that's it, if its peace and quiet and seclusion you want then Talpona IMHO is the best by far.

Rooms were only half and everyone was roaming around.
Massage started and therapist ask for tip in advance!
I said only after massage is over tip is given on which she fumed and said then massage will be according and started his tantrums.
Massage was non existent.
After few min she said massage is over and get out!
I talked to his handler and he said just walk away from here.
I thought better to run away from such place as everyone was expelled one by one.
It was just a scam to lure tourists.
So guys better to stay away from mongering while in Goa.

I am not sure what has transpired between you two, but I too second Ssdel's opinion that this forum is certainly for the exchange and sharing of information. Well it is to ones own discretion how they would like to disseminate this info. Basically all communication is a 2 way phenomenon. FS.While I may not be able to help directly with a contact etc, but am curious why would you want to eat all your meals in the villa when out on a vacation? Even if you are on a budget there are enough bar and restaurants and fish thali joints in all nook and corners of goa where you can have a meal for about 100-150 per meal per person at the least. Are you guys planning to sit in the villa and drink all day or if with girl company go on a marathon without gooing out? Surely not.
If the villa has a furnished kitchen, then usually the villa owner / managing agency will themselves organize a cook for you. Did you check that? Also not safe to hire a random cook from unknown sources. He may steal valuables / cash etc and scoot. Have you thought of that?

Next day, that friend and two more were too much in the mood of some action, so they called Rocky, who managed to convince them to meet him at the cafe that we were sitting in. Told them that it's not a good idea, they said what's wrong in trying.
Came in Rocky, and he took us to the mentioned spa. I went with my friends as to see what's the scene. Showed us some pretty good options to choose from, johnny went mad after seeing some really good options, and overpowered the brain. We asked for some time to think, so they started to get slightly aggressive, saying: "Either take decision right now, or leave. Don't waste our time. " All of us were now in the mood of some action, so agreed for 6. 5 k for 4 people, FS, everything, out of which. 5 k were for Rocky. Too good of a deal right? Something had to be wrong.
Took cash from ATM, and handed over 6 k to the spa owner, and. 5 k to Rocky. We agreed that one of us should be outside just in case, but the spa owner then started shouting: "All of you have to go together, others are waiting as well. You all have paid for a 4-people package, nobody can stay outside". That moment I realized we are already duped. Still, went in. Came the chosen girl that was there in the options. Asked me to strip off to underwear, no dispo provided. Did that, and she started off with the massage. About a minute in, and was just looking at the ceiling, when I noticed a CCTV camera, pointing towards the room. F stopped the massage, sent the girl back, put my clothes on, and went out to ask about it.
Spa owner, now declining of any deal being made for FS, and pretending to not know who Rocky is? Called up all my friends from adjacent rooms, and we started arguing about the CCTV and Rocky. Comes in some big black guy, fat, but muscular. Seemed to be the bouncer. Heated argument started, and seeing this, the two people waiting for their turn after us also realized what was happening. Meanwhile, any attempts to reach Rocky were, ofcouse, unsuccessful. The bouncer, in the heat, slapped one of my friend. Seeing this, we and the other two people decided to call the police.
After about 5 minutes of waiting for the police, spa owner calls us and the one of the other two people to settle. The other two people were offered their refund after deducting. 5 k for each, but for us, he clearly told, let the police come, we have your CCTV footage of taking massage, so you have took the service here, and no refund would be provided now. Other two people didn't take the service, so they got the refund.
Realizing that either we can go on and spoil our time here, or just go from there and move on, we decided to leave from there, called the police that it's settled, and just decided forget about it.
I, knowing that there's nothing like this in Goa beforehand, still got duped in the heat of the moment. Came to realize the power of johnny here. It's not at all the money that hurts here, but it's the blindfold that was put by me even when everything was crystal clear to me.
One question though I wanted to ask here is, Are CCTV cameras legal, or illegal in spas?
I (Solo) am in Goa for two nights this weekend, would be thankful if anyone can share details of genuine SP or direct contact details.

True dude. Goa is dry now and it is not worth visiting there just for the deed. In that case, it is better to avoid such things in any touristy place.
Till last decade, some things where available exclusively only in some places and people will go there to get it. At present, you get everything everywhere.
If you fail to get any, and once you become desperate, you will start listening to your Johnny rather than your brainie thus mostly ending up in a bad experience or getting looted.
I do't know from which city you are, but, if you are from any Tier 1 city, then you have lot of options in your place itself.
All you have to do is spend some quality time for this to get a birdie. Once you have one, you can exchange it with your fellow mongers and increase your opportunities.
Finally, it will be waste of time and energy roaming in Goa streets in this scrotching summer in search of these things.

Have stopped visiting spas due to that reason. There could be a hidden gem somewhere but it's more of a rarity.
At best you could get lucky in south Goa where some beach side spas at times offer extras.

And answering your questions.
1. I'm not sure about this. But I've been to two. Both were kinda okayish.
2. Entrance fee was 900 at first one and 600 at the second (You'd be given four glasses of drink). It might vary within this range based on the club.
3. Both the places had the same price for drinks for girls - 500.
4. Its up to the girl you pick. The right thing to do would be to wait a while so that a girl approaches you. And talk to her about things she would allow you to do. Only after that pay for the drink. There might be some girls who would just dance with you, nothing else. But most girls would accept top access, kisses (not on lips) and slight touchings here and there.
5. Yeah its right. Just a few girls get drunk. Make sure if you pay, you hold on to the girl quite a bit. She'd try to give you reasons and move away from you to lure the next guy.
Basically it's worth a spend of up to 1.5 k, not even a penny more than that.

Recently my friends has visited Goa and they went to Titos lane, In group of my friends 2-3 guys want to go out girls. As they entered in lane some guys approached them and they ready to go. The guy asks my friend to give 1500 first and 1500 at the time and they ready. That guy guides to go in that room and they got girl. My friends went to the room and they shocked that the room is dark and no one in as they returned down that guy already gone. This is what happened at titos lane.
