Before I come to the point here is what happened to me and a group of friend:
We were staying in one of the 5 star hotels in Candolim and were looking for adventure. We were 4 of us and all our friends suggested that if we want to do mongering, we should prearrange girls from Delhi / Mumbai but we did not listen. We were desperate after reaching Goa and started exploring Locanto and Google. Got few contacts, and ordered 2 selected girls. They came with the guy and asked for money before getting down of the car. We were hesitant but when they did not agree, we gave them 30 k as agreed. The girls got down and we went inside. The guards stopped us as the guests were not allowed at night. We got them registered as triple occupants and once it was done they refused to get in saying we have wasted their time and started walking out. We told them it was all Sorted and we can go in. By then we were already on the road. We tried all tricks, some extra money, threat what not. They did not budge and threatened to complaint to the police. By this time the broker was also not taking calls. We had no option but to give up the money, the girls as none of us wanted trouble. Lesson learnt.
Best to pre arrange it from your various city, pay some extra and have surety. Or just enjoy the tantra massage offered by some Russian girls- expensive but a unique and satisfying.

I was in Goa last week for some work. My colleagues took me to the Strike Casino at Grand Hyatt Goa. Am not a avid gambler so was just roaming around and seeing people. It does seem that there is a bit of pimping going on inside the casino. Some things were being held in corner areas neer the teen patti tables and the payments were being done in chips. During our recent trip to Goa my friend wanted action. We tried searching, on MP in JD said they could provide when we asked what the name of the place, he said it's "Russian Thai sandwich full fun spa", red flags, dropped the number.
Next day I contacted a SP (Bangalore) I know who is expensive but has good looking girls. Asked in if he can arrange in Goa, he said he can. He sent just one Russian photo and said only she is available. We said we can wait for a day, after an hour he sent 2-3 Indians. He deiced on one girl. He quoted 13 K per shot, he said its hard in Goa and blah blah. Given my friend wanted this we negotiated to 10 K, in call to our BNB. Next day other messages me get the details, time and place. Girl was there on time, we said cab can't wait there, he said cab will go off but cab is waiting a km away apparently (only my friend was our BNB we all went to bar close by).
Based on his experience. She is a model based out of MP, on vacation in GOA, Fair, in shape and nice. Only negative is she kept on getting calls in between. He asked us to send the flight details too, we lied saying that we came by car. Once he got the bookng details, he sent the pics of few beautiful Russian girls. He quoted 10 K for 1 shot and 2 hrs. There was no negotiation. He gave us a hotel name and asked us to book a room there and then send him the booking details. We were not ready for that. We talked to the hotel guy and said that whether he is ok to bring friends to room. He immediately understood what we are up to. He said, visitors are allowed till 7 AM provided we give the IDs. I forgot to post my experiences which were similar to HiThereAloha but nonetheless I decided I would rather share my mistakes which would help others. Don't do stuff I did. I have lot a decent amount and finally have come to my senses. Goa needs planning and sheer caution.
Mistake 1: Massage Parlors. (Visited directly).
Yes classic no service massage parlor stuff. Paid somewhere around 15 k just to go in and try talking for extras but oh boy they didn't even talk well. Johnny was depressed to the core. At one point I was hoping and praying that at least the MT would touch my groin area or bum but never was it done.
Mistake 2: Massage Parlor (agent took me there).
Another mistake of trusting a person since I usually travel solo. I just took a basic phone and 2 to 3 k cash and went with the guy. The agent said and listed the services which were available and the counter guy agreed to it. Paid 2 k for FS and waited for my turn. After 1 hour I was allotted a NE MT who said no extras and pointed to camera. Agent didn't pick up phone. Counter guy sent a goon to throw me out because I created ruckus. I asked the goons boss to at least let me get a massage which he said OK. (I was terrified but used local language) The MT was very friendly she waited for me to sort issue and did not go to do massage to anyone else. (Yes there was a huge rush of fools like me). Massage was good but for only 30 minutes. She did 45 minutes in spite of the counter guy sent goon banging on door saying times up.
Mistake 3 : Paid money to a pimp in advance who I met for 5 minutes.
Yes never give advance I was too drunk to think by my brain and Johnny did all the thinking. Contact was given by a college friend who claimed the pimp was his close buddy. Pimp quoted 10 k for a pop and 15 k for two pops plus 5 k hotel and 2 k his commission. This was done at 3 am since I was trying to get a bird since 10 pm yeah 10 frigging pm. I gave into the johhnys decision and handed over 22 k just because he was a 'trusted'person as to what my college friend claimed him to be. Till. 4 am he was in contact that hes arranging for girls and done booking in a lavish hotel. 4 am number block switch off and I went to sleep frustrated.
Mistake 4 : Paid money to locanto contact in advance.
Yeah frustration makes you do a lot of desperate things. This was sheer stupidity. Locanto Contact. Chatted on whatsapp for bird pics. Told hotel name. 5 k advance for whole night. Said girl will come in short while and ill call you. At specified time no call. I called back. Shady guy says girl asking full payment beforehand. Desperate me gave remaining 5 k. Yes it was 10 k whole night. No girl no replies from locanto. Cursed my luck and went to drink on the beach.
So guys do not do what I did if its too good to be true it always is not true. I spent what 50 k to get my eyes opened. Never take decisions under the influence of alcohol. That's what got fucked me up. Also you always have an inner voice telling you not to do stuff. Listen to it. Don't be stupid. Just my two cents. (All events have happened during May 2018 to Oct 2019).
Tldr; Spent close to 50 k for nothing. Got scammed and cheated. Been a fool then. Better to go prepared and or exercise caution.

Just a piece of advise on the Black scene in Goa.
Off late there are a lot of black girls Available mostly on the internet and apps and also seen around on beaches and pubs.
1. 99% of the time their profile pic is not the real pic. Ask for a video call to confirm looks.
2. No matter what. Never pay advance. Even if you are meeting them face to face in a public place, never pay any advance. money to be exchNged in the room only behind closed doors. They will also ask Money when they sit with you in the car / bike. Again, make it clear that money only in room.
3. Preferably choose a girl who has her own place.
4. If you get a feeling that the girl is with some other black people around especially guys, stay away. Mostly these are scammers working as teams.
5. When talking to them make them realise that you've tried other blacks along the beach belt. They will quote ridiculous amounts like 7 k. What you should ask for is max 3 k. Their rates here are actually between 2 k-3 k. So however desperate just say that you've already tried for 2 k-3 k and leave the discussion. Or even better state a price and tell them to take it or leave it. Very high chance they will grab it. By No means go above 3k- not just waste of money and increasing their demand but also you are showing that you are an idiot who can be taken for a ride.
So don't be afraid to say no and search for the next one. Once they realise you are a seasoned monger, things will automatically fall in place.

I have been to Goa twice and both times my heart was broken.
I always thought that Goa was the paradise land of India.
But it's the opposite of that. Everybody is a sweet talker and everybody is a cheat.
First time I went with my friends in college. 5 guys. 3 of them have not touched a women in life I'm sure.
First day we drank, partied. Next day we went to a very shady place'34 steps'.
I gave 3 k to a Russian girl and a NE girl to dance with my friends. We danced for 30 min. There was a lot of groping and grinding and kissing and the girls were OK with it. It was a real good experience.
I took the Russian girls no. But she told she doesn't fuck so not to call her for that.
Then we went to a dance bar kind of place with a suspicious looking guy. We paid 15 K for 3 girls but as soon as the guy left he switched off his phone. You know your cheated after 10 min because the girl will dance with you and let you touch like but as soon as she gets a signal she will stop and tell you that you have been cheated. The bars, the brokers and the girls-everybody is involved.
And everybody is a sweet talker.

I forgot to post my experiences which were similar to HiThereAloha but nonetheless I decided I would rather share my mistakes which would help others. Don't do stuff I did. I have lot a decent amount and finally have come to my senses. Goa needs planning and sheer caution.
Mistake 1: Massage Parlors. (Visited directly).
Yes classic no service massage parlor stuff. Paid somewhere around 15 k just to go in and try talking for extras but oh boy they didn't even talk well. Johnny was depressed to the core. At one point I was hoping and praying that at least the MT would touch my groin area or bum but never was it done.
Mistake 2: Massage Parlor (agent took me there).
Another mistake of trusting a person since I usually travel solo. I just took a basic phone and 2 to 3 k cash and went with the guy. The agent said and listed the services which were available and the counter guy agreed to it. Paid 2 k for FS and waited for my turn. After 1 hour I was allotted a NE MT who said no extras and pointed to camera..Dude,
I am bookmarking this answer to show novices what the final form of stupidity is.
For novices, these are some guidelines for planning a gos trip with my mini trip as a benchmark:
Rule 0. Never pay the girl before you are in a closed room with her.
Rule 1. No matter how despo, avoid brokers.
Rule 2. Goa is not a good place for mongering. If you want to monger get a girl from outside Goa, like we did.
I once came to Goa on a 2 day trip, and while I couldn't explore Goa much, I did have fuckathons with this beautiful NE, I had leased from Bengaluru. Her flights, lodging, food, and services all cost me 30 k, and I had epic sessions.

Rule 4- Goa has an epic seafood cuisine. I couldn't enjoy it all the last time I was there. I will make sure that I get it all this time. Will go for a one week long trip soon.

This is to share my experience in Goa 2 years back. I know its very old, yet don't think the scam would ve gotten old at least for newbies like I was then.
I was visiting with my colleagues and we were all men. We had visited calangute beach, while walking back to the parking space 2 guys approached and asked if we needed massage. He also added we will get anything we want. We just took their numbers and left. Later 4 of us decided that we go for some action. We were all newbies in this act. We somehow ditched our group. Called up the number and enquired. They quoted 2 K for 1 HR nude massage. We agreed and he asked us to come to a certain location. It was in mid city but a non bazaar kind of place, it was around 7 PM. Within few minutes of reaching, one guy came in bike and asked us to follow. He drove through residential area and to place where there were lot of people in front of a resort kind. The crowd did not look good. Not sure it was a coincidence there were minimal light as if power cut. Area was not well lit. The agent took us in, we were able to hear 'BOOM BOOM! Sound like in pubs. There were bouncers at entrance like in pub. We got doubt and asked the guy again, he said yes its inside the pub you have to go in and massage is in upstairs. He asked us to pay 2 k per person at the entrance, we were stamped on wrists and given a chit. He said give this they will massage. We went in heard very loud music. Though the outside looked like typical pub, inside was a cheap bar & dance floor setup. Even for a pub it was a super duper scam. The guys were of low wage types. They were dancing fiercely. There were plastic chairs on one side with lots of disposable glasses scattered. We got disappointed, still thought only a dingy place like this can host massages. We walked through the crowd to find a different entrance to stairs. Very soon we realized there is no other exit from this room. We called a crossing waiter and asked "Where do we get massage?" showing the chit, he said there is no massage here you give the chit and get a peg of any drink. Looking at our faces, he was like if you still wish I can massage you. We showed him "Namaskar" sign and walked out. The place was such a shit, we did not care to grab drinks at least for the money we paid. The agent was missing when we came out, in fact we could nt even recollect his face with the less lit area. Looking at the crowd and kind of people around we decided we don't mess anything. 2 k per person is gone, better we leave the area. Later I have tried few spas in Goa all were professional. So in my further visits I decided never to monger in Goa. The scene was loot better for a person like me in Mumbai and then in Bangalore.

Tito's is the paramount reason why the night-time got extended in the famous Baga lane. Tito's is the sole reason why all the similar outlets crept up in the lane (Mambo's, Kamaki, Get High, et al). And Tito's is the best chance of you to hook up with the opposite sex even if you are the most hopeless man in the world. With the unprecedented concept of a 'Ladies' Night' every night, this place attracts the largest amount of female population each night without fail; and that acts as a quintessential bait for single males. If you are smooth enough, my man, there is a fair possibility of your sharing a drink with a fine woman. Curlies, Anjuna Beach: This is heaven on earth as I know it. Not Kashmir, not Switzerland, not Paris, but this. Curlies defines Goa if it could be done with a tangible joint. Hidden in a secluded corner on Anjuna beach, Curlies boasts of a life of its own. Always swarming with foreigners (mostly Russians), this IS the place where you can easily break into chitchat with a friendly firang over a Kingfisher. Curlies is absolutely sublime with two large floors of permanent wooden shacks and trippy lighting throughout the light. But the absolute best part about this place is the recliners on the beach facing the sea. One could just lie down with a beer and a new Turkish acquaintance there till the end of eternity.A late post, but I couldn't help noticing Tito's to be extremely overcrowded and looked like a fleece shop. There were women inside but didn't seem remotely interested in the men around. I doubt many of the Russians are actually paid to attend there aka club girls. Curlies on the other hand though I never stayed for more than 15 minutes seemed absolutely amazing and the crowd perfect. Wouldn't mind going there everyday if I had the choice with or without the chance of making a Turkish friend.

Wanted to share my bad experience so that you people can avoid getting upset.
3 of us visited goa for the first time of our life a couple of years back.
We stayed at 5 star resort in south goa. We wanted to get massage / services from Russian.
As we were newbies we search for massage services in google (1st mistake).
We found a contact and called him, he shared his location and it was in north goa near Anjana.
It was Un functional resort opposite a oyo.
They were just running this massage spa. The agent showed pictures of Russian and Indians and we selected 3.
He said they will give us a room and send the girl for massage for 5 k.
If we need FS we need to talk to Russian and pay her.
They asked for advance and we paid (5 k as advance for 3 of us combined, basically 1/3 of we were supposed to pay).
Then they sent us to a room which had cabins side by side, and they said Russians will come (2nd mistake, should have understood by then).
Some average Indian came and said she will start it and it will be taken over by WG we selected.
She had a phone in her jeans pocket and camera pointing towards me. I understood she was taking video (not in the moment but later I realized). She just wanted to capture that she gave me a massage (by then I was without shirt) . So applied oil for formality and asked for tip to start the deed.
I said am not going pay and started to creating fuss (3rd mistake, I should gone ahead to by understanding it was switch bait).

I would suggest people to bring your own WG from your place to goa.
Or ask for outcall and no advance payment.

He told me 2500 rs for everything and showed us some pictures of models. We went in and paid 5 k in advance and later we saw north eastern girls coming for massage. She asked for a advance tip. I gave her 1000 bucks. Later she was only doing dry message nothing erotic nothing special. I got cheated for almost 6000 rs and we got nothing in return. The bouncers were laughing at us even the girls. Owner was scum and he refused to give back the money. I had visited goa a decade back and we used to get gals on road side drink joints. But now even a HJ in MP is hard.
I don't want to stay watch beach drink eat only.
Day is incomplete without a body to explore.

I have only came across frauds and scams whenever we have tried looking at options is Goa. Eventually gave up on that and now we only prefer flying girls mostly from Mumbai for a day or two. Economical and VFM only in a group of 3-4.
