So finally tried the TNagar Hotel Spa. Thanks for all friends who had provided the name of the place. So went there and acted as if I'm a regular. They double checked and it seems that I acted really well. They believed and asked 1.5 k (seems like they charge more for the newbies there).

Well with not having too much information about spas in Chennai (since I'm not from here and I am not always sure of the answers to clues), I decided to take a chance at a Spa near the Gardn Shr Hotel. Also the main word in the name means 'to turn on something'. So was hopeful.
Got a therapist from Burma, Miss V. She was chatty and didn't move the disposables around too much until I turned over. Hands were kind of reaching places but not completely. Attempt 3 - now took a auto and thought park hotel lounge / dance floor could be a possibility. They refused stag entry, so when inside the hotel. There was a entrance fee for lounge 1 k. May be because its a spl night tonight. He said I get 500 drinks. I walked in and it was the worst. The place had may be 6 sofas and 10 losers and 1 female. I walked out in the same pace and said am leaving. He tried convincing saying that people will come and there is more space at the back. I just ignored and left. Thought Taj might be a better lounge and decided to walk.
Was about 200 feet on the opp side of city ATM. Saw an auto with about 4 girls and auto driver standing right in front of the ATM. I was a bit excited that I was going to get lucky. In a true dramatic fashion, a LE pulled ahead of me and called for the guy. He must be just about 20 yrs I guess. I just continued walking and as I walked past the LE vehicle, I heard "seri sir, seri sir" and the LE vehicle started moving away. Even before I could turn around and go, the auto took off towards the US consulate. I was waiting there for about 20 minutes hoping the auto will come around, but it never did. I would say at least 1 girl whom I could see was attractive. May be worth another try.
My understanding from these is that the LE seems to be aware a bit and try to just chase them away instead of trying to do anything else. But I don't know for sure.
Seniors. Please guide / pm any other potential areas or home based options please. Am not into MP and SW seems like a huge roll of the dice.
But Chennai is so much more now active and that's a huge plus!

Thanks to the encouragement provided by Rarelogin and PeterPatros, went to this spa for the second time. The lady at the reception immediately recognised me. Struck a deal for 45 minutes full body massage for 1500/ Lady S was assigned for the massage. Who though on the heavier side was presentable. She asked me to put on the disposable which I refused. She was OK with it. I asked her to close the door. She was cooperative. I asked for powder massage with soft touch. She was massaging at the right spots. The indications were very clear. Started touching her. She requested for good tip. 500 for HJ and 1000 for TL+HJ. Came out satisfied with the experience. It appears that this spa does not provide extras in the first visit. The other SP status was saying Russian AVL, when called him he was a pukka local guy and asked me when do you want and I replied immediate. He told me that one is AVL in a star hotel. Check the WP for pic and I pinged him but no response.
Is this the normal way for SPs to behave and we need to run behind them?
