No you don't need to put second guest name.

3 separate guests on 3 different days is no problems. But I am not sure of 2 different guests on the same day. But I think if one guest comes during the day they should not have a problem as he / she will not be staying and is only coming to meet you.
Though I would advise you to first call the hotel before booking and confirm.

1 is fine.
Almost all oyos allow 2. Only your name at the time of booking, and second guest can provide ID during check-in (or you can say they will check-in later in the evening).
On 3, Depends on facility to facility. I would suggest you call the hotel before booking and confirm. Some oyos allow while some don't. Anyway you will have to pass through reception when you bring guests, better to ask upfront. On my last visit, the reception guy was doing chulli because an old uncle had brought a thai chick at 11:30 pm, who was his second guest for the day. I'm sure the reception guy took some cut later and allowed, but why go through the hassle.
Also, book for 1 night and extend later if you like. This way you can bail out if there are any issues.

Two pointers before the FR -.

2) Quoted Rates are not it line with standard market rates. These are more of bulk Commodity buying rates of Sadar Bazaar.

Someone had posted here about a sureshot FS spa in Sector 53 noida so tried to research it. There are 3-4 spas in a single shopping complex in this sector.
First visited a 'high' spa but got regular B2B and HJ service at 1.5 k.
Next tried another spa on the same floor. This was was a hit- the guy at the counter assured you of 'co-operation'. Went there, paid 800 counter charges then 2 k to the girl (mid 30's, long hair, big belly but otherwise proportionate).

TL; DR. This is a sure shot spa for B2 be and HJ at least (all therapists offer B2 be & HJ, some may offer more but I am not sure) but the 2 therapists I saw were past their prime age.

Wanted to try something new, so searched on google and went to this place. It's right next to a police check point, didn't have much expectation.

PM is active.Unfortunately on most Sohna Road MP's you will find only this quality, maybe ALC is an exception as they have multiple branches so can rotate girls. Flip side is, it is cheap and in max 1500 you can get FS too. For better experience try DLF or MG Road malls.
