Dear Shambhu, When I visited Shillong last year (October 2007), I stayed at the Polo Towers. It is very GF and so are a couple of other hotels there, like the Alpine. The staff are friendly and you can get them to guide you to your needs. The taxi fellow who drove me from Guwahati airport to Shillong was the most helpful, spoke English, and even took me for "tea time snacks" with some Khasi girls.

Guwahati has changed in recent months and I would not venture out much after sunset. I have never been to Patna.

Hello Adi, after reading your query I asked my two Dehra Dun based colleagues about the mongering scene. They both said that the situation is the same as most major "hill stations", people who come here for short visits either do without or bring their own. Whatever one may find is mainly around the Christmas to New Year season when the town gets swamped by people from Delhi taking their annual breaks, which may bring "providers" here for making a quick profit.

Mysore, like any other historical and tourist destination, remains a mongering hot spot. Culturally, it has become as modern as Bangalore, but MPs offering extras and independent providers may be hard to find. Ask the bell hop and auto rickshaw drivers. Many pimps (from Rajasthan and Mumbai) operate from lodges and the traffic is pan-Indian (usually from Mangalore, Ooty, Kerala, AP, Orissa, Bengal). Quality and cost is mostly mid-level, though escorts, 5-star and filmy types can also be found or brought from Bangalore when sought. Tibetans and NEs can be found upcountry (towards Coorg), if you wish to try your luck.

Street action (locals) can be found through out the day between the city and suburban bus stands, which includes the city center and market areas. Sex workers are quite well organized here, with aid from several NGOs. So LE is more vigilant too. Customers are rarely targeted but take the usual precautions.

BD67About four years back i went to that area (coastal Andhra) and boy that entire belt Rajamundry-- Kakinada----Peddapuram was one of the easiest places to monger. Peddapuram is about 50 KM from Rajamundry and if u have the time thats the place to visit. If you hire a cab, the driver will automatically understand your need.

Local Rajamundry also you will get some action.

Well, the little village town of Peddapuram is well known to everyone in the city of Rajahmundry, and lies on the road from there to Samalkot. You could also go there from Kakinada, but then you go about 10 Km past Samalkot to get to Peddapuram. You can hire a taxi and hold him with you for the day.

Once you get there, it is absolutely easy to get what you are looking for, with a wide range of prices (from INR 100 to 1K) and if you use safe sex practices you will have a good time. As informed to the fellow monger and all our friends on the forum here, Bangalore was not as good for me as it should have been. The reason being none of my friends were in town. (All of you know who). I did meet a mutual friend.

I have pretty good experience in Chandigarh so here is what I recetly experienced

1. First provider was so so, not as hot as I wanted but for 6k for 2 guys was not bad.
