I would have chimed in with the name of the soapland you mentioned in your post (and my own experience if I've been there), but I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out which soapland you visited. Note, there are two soaplands in Tsuji named Prime. One of these shops sits at the intersection of a four-way corner and has Soapland Splash across from its entrance (as you exit Prime). The other soapland named Prime sits between Soapland New Excellent club and Hotel Tropicana.

There used to be a place with a flower name (something like Marigold) that was down the street from the soapland Prime shop that sits on a corner. It was one of the few soapland places in Tsuji that had no English writing, but it is closed since that building was demolished and a new one is under construction.

So for me, it's hard to tell what you meant by, "one block ahead" and I can't seem to identify any specific soaplands there that have a pink facade. My best guess would be Soapland Himeya, which has a pink canopy out front, painted flowers on the sign, and the doorway sits between two pink colored soda machines (but it clearly has writing in English). How long ago did you visit that particular soapland and are you able to provide any more details about its location?

The base law enforcement doesn't patrol the areas, but if you are involved in an incident that can be tied back to the off limits areas you can expect the legal ramifications to come down on you. There are several places military duties patrol because there is a long standing history of misbehaving and these establishments agreed to allow the shore patrol inside. Finally took the plunge and tried out a soapie in Tsuji. I'm sure this has been stated before, but I'm just confirming there are soaplands that accept non-Japanese speaking gaijin.
