Way back when, I had my first adventure as a noob at U-Time. They have standard prices for standard services. All the girls working there are required to speak a little bit of English so if you need to have a conversation with your masseuse this place is ok. The lobby area isn't discrete at all so if you don't like to be waiting with and gawking at other guys that's about to pay for a stroke hoping to get lucky, its best you go during the earlier hours. LOTS of AD uses this place as well so don't think you're going to get the 'good' treatment unless you have put in some time and / or big tips with the same lady. The only downer is that the drink menu is extremely limited and a bit overpriced. If the bar was ran right, the massage ladies would be out and about, mingling with the costumers while they get a little tipsy and then come on back for a little relaxation and boom, you night is complete. Any way, the crew has become pretty stable because the owner of U-Time, Haven and Gekka Bijn has picked it up. The daytime crew is only two ladies, so an appointment would be helpful. One is a slightly older lady, maybe five years younger than the Mermaids lady, but the body is nice and tight with some nice C-cups. The other is about mid to lower 30's. Her breast only exist as nipples so there's no amount of imagination you could use to change that. The former gives the best massage and its possible, wink wink, to get more.

The night crew mirrors the U-Time crew in looks but there's always a THICK one on staff. The ladies are all easy to get along with, so making that instant connection is easy and as usual, a little bit of Nihongo will get you a long way. The place is clean and has good habits. I had pretty much the same experience and wrote about it here back in June of 2012. I had the older one with a few tattoos on here in the evening and she gave pretty good service. Overall, a nice place to visit if you are starting off, or to end up after a night on the town and didn't get a chance to pull any "free action."

Checked out one of the rub and tug places in yoshi a couple weeks ago, after not being able to find anyone there. Price was 4500 yen for 30 minutes. This was the place almost at the end of the corner, right across from the bar that sells the habusake shots (don't know if that helps they have a sign in english). As soon as I asked if a foreigner was ok, the girl said "no touch, no sex", then the guy came from behind the desk and showed me the menu. He said the same thing,"no touch, no sex".

Massage was sub par, no talking or flirting, no small extras, had me turn over started the stroke a little 2 hand action and that was it, if I woulda known it would be like that I wouldn't have wasted my money, could have gotten better at whisper alley (maybe an overstatement). Def won't be back.

1. since there has not been any more major updates from the japanese press, that leads me to think that the woman in question may have been a sex worker. don't get me wrong, it is still wrong for those guys to have done what they did, but if it is a sex worker, the japan press will let it fade away. a few years back when it was a case of an innocent girl being forced, it was a daily broadcast on the news. then more recently with another navy guy there, it was on the news daily until they found out that the girl in question had a reputation of hanging with the americans, and was what one would refer to as a sex worker. not the shy innocent type that gets good press coverage and so the story was dropped.

2. same as number one, but if it was a filipina as was the another case a few years ago, same thing applies. the japanese press will go full bore until they find out it may be another foreigner, and then they drop it.

3. since the guys involved were there on tad, new rules have been put in place for people tad to japan, so that now it is not even worth it to come here.

4. don't know how long this imposed curfew will last but here's a big hint, with the holiday season approaching and many organizations having command parties, it will get lifted since it will be the mwr clubs that take the major brunt of loosing business. if everyone has to clear out by 2300, why bother going.

if i were a young sailor again, i would just save my money, take leave and buy a plane ticket to singapore every three months and enjoy myself away from the prying eyes of the navy. i would say go to the pi, but you can't even go there unless you have family there due to fp concerns (i. e. that means to keep you out of trouble from going to angeles city).

but, all that means is that the next time that there is an orphange that needs painting in oki, there will be plenty of volunteers to cover it just to get some good press.

What makes it worse for those on mainland Japan is the fact that there in Okinawa, your lurking activities are relatively close. Guys here in Yoko will have to beat feet to places like Tokyo or Kawasai or Yokohamajust to lurk, and then try to get back home by 2300. Also read where the CO / XO, and several other Department Heads on a ship were canned because of drunkeness in a port visit to Vladivostok, and you can get the feeling that it will be felt all over with restrictions. If you've never been to Vlad, just imagine going to Austrailia whith a bounty of white women.

I agree with your assessment, Japan is going to turn into another Korea in regards to liberty. Makes me glad I am retired now. If I were still in, I would simply hold up every weekend for 3 weeks a month, and that fourth week, just fly out to PI or Singapore and have a good time. But with the ever intrusive leadership, young sailors can't really do that now without facing charges of doing something illegal.

I requested Miyu the other day and it was a bit disappointing. First off, the picture is not representative, because girl is way chubby. So I thought I'd share my nights' experience with all of you. It started off with a drive to C-Clove which was supposedly open until 3am.
