So here's a small field report for those interested.

Kyoto: Ring coerced 260 women into prostitution to pay bar debts.

KYOTO (TR) – Kyoto Prefectural Police have arrested four suspected members of a ring that coerced more than 260 women into prostitution across the Kinki area to pay debts accumulated at a bar in Kyoto City, reports Jiji Press (Jan. 16).

Between October, 2017 and November 12,2018, the ring is believed to have accumulated 73 million yen in sales for referring 262 women — including university students — to 39 fuzoku (adult entertainment) businesses in Osaka, Kyoto and Shiga prefectures.

In two cases that took place in January and March of last year, the suspects allegedly dispatched two women, at the time aged 19 and 21, to a "delivery health" establishment in Osaka City.

Thus far, have accused Kensuke Kishii, 24, Yohei Uemura, 25, and two male university students of violating Employment Security Act regarding harmful referrals. Uemura denies the charges while Kishii has declined to comment. The two university students admit to the allegations.

The bar employing Kishii and Uemura is located in the Gion area of Kyoto City. The arrested university students are among roughly 20 street touts who worked for the establishment, according to police.

The touts solicited young women on the street to come to the bar. While inside, they accumulated large debts. The suspects then dispatched the victims to the various fuzoku businesses in the Kinki area to work off the debts while also collecting a commission on their sales.

I was in Japan for almost three weeks back in October / November. After a week in Tokyo (see Tokyo thread for reports on activity there) I arrived in Osaka. I'm a middle-aged Caucasian American with zero Japanese language skills, so part of the purpose of my reports here to share some of the kinds of experiences that are available to people of that demographic with some research and experimentation.

I booked a hotel in the neighborhood just north of Shinsaibashi -- I found out when I checked in that my hotel didn't allow visitors. I had to sign a form that acknowledged that I wouldn't bring in a guest and that hotel staff used surveillance cameras of the lobby and elevators even when nobody was at the front desk. I never tested them to see how strictly they enforced the rule. In general I prefer to use love hotels anyway, so I didn't mind this so much, but keep this is mind when booking if you prefer to see girls at your own hotel. My hotel was about a 15-20 minute walk to the love hotel cluster near Nippombashi and the National Bunraku Theater. There might have been love hotels closer, but I didn't look.

I walked to the Nippombashi area and found a hotel. They were busy and I didn't have a reservation, so all that was available was a regular (not short time) room for Y8,3000, which is super expensive for a love hotel. Oh well, that's the price you sometimes have to pay for not planning ahead and not being able to speak the local language. Once I had the room number, I called the shop again and found out the woman I'd chosen was no longer available. The man helped me chose another thin woman he said was beautiful. I originally picked a non-smoker but I forgot about that during our second conversation, so I ended up with a smoker. Another thing to keep in mind if that's important to you.

The woman, Miyako, arrived about 25 minutes later. I would guess that she's older than the 49 years her page claims, but I could be wrong. I thought she was attractive. Of all the girls and women I saw over three weeks in Japan, she was the most passionate. *When I posted Part 1 of my Osaka Report, I forgot to mention that I went to a massage place in Noppombashi after I saw Milk from Profile Osaka in a love hotel. The place I went to was called Sepia Massage, it was on a side street near the National Bunraku Theater / love hotel district. Nothing super special, Chinese masseuse who spoke some English, Y10,000 all in for a massage and HJ finish.

After two nights of delivery health fun (MILF and then young hottie), I visited Matsushima Shinchi on my third night in Osaka. For my fourth night in Osaka I was ready to try another delivery health shop. There weren't any girls available, or at least none that would provide service to foreigners. They said it was a busy night or something and I should try the next evening. Well okay then.

One of my goals for this trip to Japan was to visit the Ogoto soapland district. I've read reports of foreigners who speak Japanese being denied entry and others of foreigners being admitted. Not sure what all the variables were in those situations, it could depend on how busy they are, the mood of the guy working the door, and the appearance and behavior of the person trying to get in. I'm a middle-aged Caucasian American who doesn't speak a word of Japanese but I arrived clean shaved and neatly dressed. Using Google Translate I told the guy I understood the rules of the place- I'm not sure he even read my message, he just waved me in and showed me the rules and price list on a laminated sheet written in English.

They have two systems at and Cats: the simple course is for a simple BJ, the more expensive course includes kissing and fondling above the waist plus BJ, so I guess that's like an Oppai Pub experience with a BJ. This second option was what I wanted and pointed to, but the guy shook his head and pointed to option one. Ogoto is about a 2 k walk from the station. You have to walk down the hill to the main road then turn right on it. There is an abondoned soap building then a marina and then the main area. Don't go down the streets they are VERY unfriendly. But you might be able to get into one or two along the main road. I was quoted a price of 20,000. I didn't go because Juliana in Kobe is 13. But, the girls at Juliana can be much bigger than you might expect in Japan. I have no idea what the girls will look like in foreigner friendly Ogato shops or if the shops will be friendly when you go. The train line is a bit slow and expensive and city Japanese and country Japanese are quite different. I don't really know if it is worth the effort, price, experience to go there as a foreigner.

OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted the largest recruitment company for the commercial sex (fuzoku) industry in the Kansai area for allegedly tricking a woman into engaging in prostitution, reports Nikkan Sports (Oct. 16).

In March of last year, Kazuya Ueda, the 37-year-old representative director of Kizuna, and three other streets scouts allegedly solicited a woman on a street in a business district of Osaka's Chuo Ward for work as a prostitute at a parlor in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture while falsely claiming that the place of employment would be a bar.

Kizuna employs around 200 street scouts in nine divisions. They patrol the streets of entertainment districts in Osaka and other areas of the Kansai region.

A police investigation revealed that the group provides commissions to scouts for the supply of women to the fuzoku trade (1,750 yen per day of work for hostesses and between seven percent and 20 percent of the earnings of a prostitute). For the adult video industry, scouts receive up 40 percent of the performance fees of an actress.

In the Amagasaki case, police had arrested nine employees at the parlor, located in the Kannami Shinchi area, for violating the Anti-Prostitution Law.

According to Nippon News Network (Oct. 16), police are probing possible ties between Kizuna and organized crime.

Stick to the places that have been reviewed by many posters over the years. There are many scams and criminals in the Japanese sex business. Phone based services will take your credit card# and exchanging facebook with the girl can get you extortion. Imagine if the prostitute sent photos to your wife or family.

OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted the management company for dozens of web sites that on the surface sought the companionship of women while concealing the fact that they were to work in the sex trade, reports the Yomiuri Shimbun (Jan. 10).

On Tuesday, police accused Koichiro Kusabiraki, the 36-year-old representative director of Rek International, and three other employees of violating the Employment Security Act regarding introductions to harmful businesses. None of the suspects has commented on the allegations.

In January, a woman, 20, who responded to a "rental girlfriend" advertisement on the site of the Japan Girlfriend Agent Center, which is managed by Rek International, wound up employed at a "delivery health" out-call sex service, according to police.

The Employment Security Act designates work at fuzoku (adult entertainment) parlors as harmful, making introductions to such businesses prohibited.

The content of the advertisements on the Japan Girlfriend Agent Center indicated that women were to be paid 3,500 yen per hour to go on dates with men with no sexual contact being required. However, the women were later told that providing sex would be necessary to get paid during interviews with the suspects, police said.

The women were then referred to sex businesses. The suspects are believed to have received a portion of the sales accumulated by the women as commissions, police said.

"I couldn't refuse".

The matter came to light after women lodged complaints with police. "This job is not what I thought it would be," one woman said. Another was quoted, "I couldn't refuse to work at the sex parlor. ".

Rek International established about 150 similar sites, the majority of which used the same kind of advertising to refer hundreds of women to sex businesses.

In the end of Janury I came back to Osaka for the second time. Went to Tobita Shinchi and compared to two years ago I found a higher quality with alot of young eye candy, seems more girls are happy to have a session with western guys now.
