Never tried this place, but googling the katakana-ization of Citrine and the kanji for Ebisu I found the following web site: http://www.c-citrine.com/. Not sure if this is where you are referring to but it seems to fit the bill. However, right on the top page they claim "This shop is not Fuzoku". But then they would, wouldn't they? I didn't try the number but the web page seems to be up and running.In my experience places referring to themselves as "relaxation" massage/este/etc. tend to be legitimate massage places without extras.
