I recently went to Nishi Kawaguchi and I have good and bad news. Unfortunately there is more bad than good. Recently some have posted about two clubs in NK, Hustle 2 and Hokuto. Both offer cheap prices, about 9,000 for one hour with mostly Chinese women. The good news is that they will accept foreigners Hokuto's door man was even kind enough to take his time to explain to me when certain girls were available. The bad news is that both of those clubs are extremely popular. I went to Hokuto early on a weekend afternoon twice and got in once. The first time I went, the only girl I could get was Yukari, who was extremely new, but a great GFE. She even forgot the timer and I overstayed for about 10 minutes. The second time I went it was completely booked. As for Hustle, I've gone there twice and decided to skip the wait. Unfortunately, I got the gaijin cold shoulder there. Never even made it into the door. I found that curious because I was wearing a suit, was polite, and speak passable Japanese. I've never had much luck in the Nampa department. I read all these intriguing reports in that section and get all fired up to try, but have never been successful. With the frequent crackdowns, I see few acceptable SWs these days. The market seems to have gone largely online via mobile comms - even for foreign girls. Went to Sugamo for the first time since there were no more happy times to be found in good old Seiki. Then after the shower, which you take on your own, and 20 minute towel massage, "sabisu" (service) is asked for at 10K. They'll go further too as you witnessed. Been there, done that and it stinks, I know. Ikebukuro is notorious for that stuff. I did it drunk out of my mind at one time myself, so I know the experience, but had a pocket full of socks (side of my leg). The girl liked me so much, she let me stay for 2.5 hours. Absoluletly no business at that time.I claim the only way you won't be scammed by them is if you know them as a regular customer, in which you've already been scammed once, OR, you tell them upfront, this is what I'm paying, this is what I want. At least then, they will give you what you want at that point. I recommend avoiding all Chinese esutes, unless you know the girl, and go for the KMT (Korean Massage Parlors) listed on the board. There's so many esute's to choose from and they provide exactly what you want upfront with a girl washing you. Most KMTs accept foreignors that don't cause trouble and have a real good understanding of Japanese. You may just get away with a little English.
