There are red-light districts around but I wouldn't recommend it. They are low-end places. Some areas are also not so safe for you to venture in to.

Singapore is more open on sex and we know prostitution is illegal in Malaysia. Geylang is a popular places even for foreigners (I mean caucasions) and you feel safe to walk around in those Lorong. But in Chow Kit, even a local like me will have to think twice if I want to walk in those streets whereby there are famous for drug addicts also, who knows, if you are unlucky, a tiny needle will lead you regret for the whole life. But Chow Kit is also popular for foreign labours, I mean cheap labours such as Bangla, Indon, Myanmar (no means to discriminate them), this is because the price is very cheap compare to going to HC or local spas. So, the risk is higher in Chow Kit. I don't deny that in Geylang there are also foreign labours who frequent the WL but I guess the awareness of those WL is higher than those in Chow Kit, they know how to choose customers.
To those caucasians, I would not advice them to go this place unless accompany by a local people but it still does not guarantee safety as gangsters also found operating over here.
I would defintely visit Geylang again if I go there, missed out the Indon girls in Lorong 12 :D

Maybe it’s the closed circuit security cameras at the entrance, the OKT or the smoky foyer and beer on offer (a HEALTH spa? ) Anyway of late I’ve tried to experience some variety and decided to try some ‘Traditional Massage Palours’, typically found in shoplots rather than malls.
Reports from this site suggested some areas to target would be Cheras and Pandan Indah. These seemed as good as any place to start. First impression is the fact that the surroundings give little indication of the quality of service. Below are some specific reports, from Pandan Indah. Obviously the specific ML I had on any particular day has a big influence on my level of satisfaction, so I’ll focus more on the facilities:
Pandan Indah. Orange Traditional Massage. This shop is found on the first floor of a shop lot, the door has electronic security where you are buzzed in (by the way this a good sign). The foyer has a small lounge, and while it’s taken time for me to learn, it’s poor etiquette not to remove your shoes. Therefore if you see a shoe rack full of shoes and it’s not a shoe shop, then take the shoes off. Soft mood music, maybe the sounds of a water stream is good, local TV bad). While old, the place is well maintained, a clean coat of paint and clean (not always the norm). The massage rooms offer little privacy, curtains separating the cubicles and I’m sure the entrance curtain was see through, though each had nice soft mood lighting. On this particular day I had a Lily, a local Chinese 30yr, while no stunner (a little on the plump side), she was friendly, professional and gave a strong massage. Price RM50 for 1hr of oil massage and RM50 for batin.
Pandan Indah – Diamond Traditional Massage or something like that. Apologies for the ambiguous name but there was no sign and the business card was all Chinese to me (literally). In terms of cleanliness this was a step down from Orange (but they did have the TV blaring). Massage area was a large open room again with curtains. The massage girls seemed less professional here, chatting between cubicles and talking/SMS on hand phones. The ML name was Joy, I think Thai, she slapped the oil on and basically rubbed it in. I agree with bro Araya, if you paid her for sex, can you 101% sure she wouldn't do it with other guys, which I doubt so. Why worry whether she is pregnant or not ? My personal doctor sais that a STD (eg HIV) test is only for 100% sure if you do the test after 6 months after your (last) BB contact (and all of the BB contacts have the same risk).
I read a lot of times of people who get infected who blame one of the last contacts, but it could be one of the many many contacts of the last 6 months you had because only after 6 months testing after the LAST contact you are sure you did not get anything.
I read also a lot of times that guys are glad if a working girls accepts a BB.v

And both you and she can think for 100% that they are clean (just did a test) but in the meantime you and she can be infected already for lets say 4 months (because again the STD test is 100% proof after 6 months).

For future reference, there are safe and effective medicinal ways to terminate a pregnancy. The most popular, RU486 - do a search on Wikipedia - has a 90%+ success rate, and I would imagine is less traumatic than the surgical option. There's also the morning after pill, which as the name implies, is for when you wake up and have no recollection of the girl next to you. The window of effectiveness is very small, 1-3 days after coitus, but hey, it'll save you ass after drunken nights!

Your going to get lots of advice here. But I think the best you can do is use the net to get some proper information about terminating a pregnancy. If you did a test at a doctors, he/she should also be able to tell you how many weeks she is.
You have until about 20 weeks to do abortion. The legality varies form country to country.
But do remember mate that you are dealing with a womans life and her ability to bear future kids. Medication might affect that. But too be honest, I don't think there are pills and potions that work to create an aborted effect, without at least some side effects.
I had to have a gf have an abortion a couple of times, but did it in a proper place in Hong Kong where its quite legal etc.

Pills are supposed to prevent fertilization and proper implantation but not necessary can be used to terminate pregnancy. However, it is not a sure thing and for some cases the pregnancy is not aborted and thus will create more harm (since now the embryo and the womb is maltreated with the chemicals).
Are you familiar with Jalan Ipoh? There's a clinic there that can assess and identify the best way for terminating a pregnancy (most popular being D&C). However, must consult the doctor first obviously as he will need to assess the condition first before proceeding.
Brought a few of my ex-s there and so far, no negative effects after the D&C procedure. And it just take around 1/2 day. Budget around RM1k to be safe.

Ok so March is nearly at an end and in my company we always do a summary of where we are compared to budget, etc.
And so I thought Id do my own ISG sumary here. Not bragging, not boasting but its been a great first quarter.
Year started well with a trip to Thailand where thanks to some well planned web chat before I went managed to have 3 new freebies, and even spent 48 hours with one of them. 28 and happy to be naked all the time. Total cost, one bikini. (I don't count the existing ones, as lets face it, many of us are hunters always seeking fresh meat)
From there I had a memorable Sunday in KL in late January at a Subang hotel where I had one from 11-2pm then another from 3- 6. Sadly they were both overweight and that was the first and last time I've popped either of them.
From there a trip to Manila. Where I had a 20 year old freebie and then a 35 yr old the next day.
Somewhere in February I encountered Miss 36D. And they really were huge. Sadly tho despite the fact she was incredibly flirrty and easy, she was also much larger than I like. So she was a one time pop only in Cabana Inn.
Last week found a new one who also got to experience the Subang hotel. And shes the right size. So she will be good for some repeats.

THE spa in Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah, Pudu, that had been raided 16 times for vari ous offences, had appealed on Monday for City Hall to consider approving its operating licence.
The spa was raided by the I'm migration Department last Thursday for hiring illegal foreign women and for offering sex services in their premises.
In the three-hour operation, dubbed Ops Sayang, the department arrested 37 women, com prising 33 Chinese nationals, two Laotians and two Indonesians.
City Hall director-general Datuk Salleh Yusof said it had decided to reject the spa’s application after the operator was found to have carried out immoral activities at the premises recently.
"City Hall will not approve any application from operators found to be involved in vice, " he said.
"Those with operating licences will have them revoked. "
Salleh said its enforcement officers have been ordered to check all nightspots in the city to en sure that they are licensed.
"City Hall will work with other agencies to clean up Kuala Lumpur of immoral activities, " he said.
"We can close down all entertainment outlets in the city that flout the law. Just because they are an attraction for locals and foreigners doesn’t mean they can flout the law, " he said.
City Hall, he said, had stopped issuing licences for massage par lours in the city due to the numerous complaints that such businesses were fronts for immoral activities.
"We have closed down almost all the massage parlours in the city. Only those with valid licences are allowed to renew it, subject to inspection. "
Salleh said the same applied to reflexology centres that offered ‘extra services’.
He added that City Hall would check all applications and visit the premises.
"If we receive information that they were already operating while waiting for our approval, we will close them down immediately. "
He said only businesses cat egorised as ‘low risk’, such as boutiques, are allowed to operate while waiting for their licences to be issued.
"Entertainment outlets are only allowed to operate once their li cences are approved.
"Those who start operating be fore they get their licences and are involved in immoral activities will get their applications can celled. "
The Malay Mail had yesterday front-paged a report questioning why City Hall had not acted against the same spa when it had received a letter from Kuala Lumpur police three months ago, recommending that action be taken against the operator.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief Senior Assistant Commissioner II Ku Chin Wah said police faxed the letter after numerous raids were carried out against the same premises since last year.

sorry to say but after hearing your story. I cannot stress that I too went there a few times and had a major scare last year. At this point I was given a bottle of acid to wash my penis and was told to avoid using soaps for about 2 weeks. So for 2 weeks I had to wash it and it got better and I regained my now resolve to never again do stupid and half assed things like getting unprotected oral sex from anyone ever again. Then last month I noticed small dots around the penis head and I visited my skin specialist again. He had a look and confirmed that it was blocked oil glands. Phew. So I did a blood test again and everything turned out fine.
