For meom the best places are

Kota kinabalu scene are mostly filled with phillipines, indon and prc. rate are between rm60-rm250 for st. and rm150-rm500 for o/n. you can check the fr at sabah thread for more info or you can ask help from any from the sabah brothers. i'm sure they're more than willing to help.
