Have a few catch up reports to submit over the past few months.

2) DO NOT stay near the airport. Book a hotel DOWNTOWN (you can spend in range 70-100 USD for a 5 stars, and in range 30-50 for a very good 3 stars). Do you know hotel booking sites? You can be in your room downtown at 11pm.
3) Go to a club (read here what are the best ones, and what to expect) OR go to a spa (again, full of details here: read what are the good or decent ones, and what to expect).

Hotels are reasonable, with a 5 Star hotel being around $80 US.
You will have better luck in the city than near the airport.

CD.As mentioned by someone else, the airport is in the middle of nowhere. Its literally in the midst of some palm plantations. However, you can take the "Espress" shuttle train direct to Sentral (yes that's how you spell them) for a modest fee and there is even a 48-hour transit pass that lets your ride most (though not all) of the light rail lines that service the Klang Valley. Ask for the "KL Travelpass" at the ticket to the Espress train at the lowest level of the airport. If you don't like cabs, you will at least appreciate KL's modern and mostly efficient, urban rail system.
For mongering, KL offers a plethora of options that are largely unknown to Westerners, because it caters to locals, and in some cases is exclusive to certain ethnic groups. Much of the action is scattered around the Klang Valley and away from tourist areas, because of its focus on local mongers. Though some good deals exist if you are willing to take a trip. The variety of different ethnic groups of available girl is quite large, if not unrivaled in SE Asia. Many outcall services offer a variety of different groups, including some "white girls" (East European). However you will pay a premium for certain groups like PRC Chinese, local Malay (kind of rare) and the aforementioned generic "white girls". Rooms and the waiting area at Windsor are new and not as dingy as other places. Size of room at Windsor was huge and a very clean shower. I'm not one to eat much or drink for that matter so I cannot comment on the f&be at either place. I understood that Brickfields have some Indians but I am to scared to go there at night based on all the safety issues they seem to have there. I am reading lots of comments about lower-tier locations such as Petailing houses or ACE. Not really my kind of places, but if you really like dirty, cheap and seedy, I would suggest to go explore the nightlife of Chow Kit. Maybe something is still there.

KL actually has quite a lot of mongering options, though they are spread out around the Klang Valley and almost always are oriented to Asians. Where are you staying might be a better consideration. But I think it goes back to there just being a lot of fiction being posted on here. Either that, or somebody can't figure out how to get to a Chinese MP and thus, decided they were just too downscale for them.

#4 Alternative to BKK is Macau. Gorgeous Chinese girls especially plus a lot of Viets and other nationalities, but very, very expensive. If money is of no concern, spend a week here.
I don't consider KL for more than a visa run long weekend visit from Thailand because it consists of mostly imported girls that I can find a better selection of and for less money elsewhere. Depends how you plan to have fun. If you read those all old uncles, yes it's costlier than Thailand and Phil's. But if you are young enough at least from heart and ready to devote some time, nothing is better than KL for a free night and game of chase and choose. Kl does not have to go bars but a real nice scene of night clubs where the exotic Malaysia gals go and party. You can but it easily if you are right with words at right time. (you know what it means). If you just like to pay and play Kl is not a right place as it can be as costly as anywhere in the world.

I've searched a bit and cannot find much related info here. So I decided to start this to collect as much data and tips for exchange. I'm assuming you are coming into KLIA, which is way down south in a Oil Palm plantation. Its an non-urban area. But, the express train ride is a pleasant ride, just under half an hour, and shouldn't be an obstacle. I've made it round-trip, twice. Getting across town to a mongering location could be an equally time consuming task. Unfortunately, this isn't like Frankfurt, where the airport trains takes you to the Hauptbahnhof, just blocks away from a few, large Laufhauses.
In the unlikely event you have your layover near Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, which is the older airport now serviced by budget regional carriers, its a different story. You are 15 minutes cab ride from Kota Damansara.
That said, if you are going onto another destination with good mongering options and more free time, you might pass on this opportunity. However, it this trip would otherwise be a "dry run", then I'd say you should definitely go for it.
