Hi, in my experience PRC and English skills are contradictions :) Can't help you there. If you are looking for taking to your room, I would try some of the escort agencies. At least then you can talk to the manager and mention your wish. Nothing in Mid Valley as far as I know. Also tried Green Elephant Health Spa in Butik Bintang. Service charge was 258RM again for full service. However, in both places, time allowed is only 45 minutes to an hour. Quality of girls is quite average and service provided is by younger (in the 20's) Chinese. They are too mechanical.
I tried the Green Elephant similar experience. Girl was not happy doing her job. Slightly better service at nearby Deluxe (Federal hotel) and slightly higher price, but also a factory operation. One simple tip, reach this area and ask the passerbys, they can easily point you to the exact location.

Firstly, like to say a big thank you to Fastcome bro for the number. I lost it and only discovered when I needed the number on Saturday. Fixed time with her and she said she would wait.
Reached there, surprised. No customer in (around 2pm), it was my first time to have her service and she knew I did not go there for sometimes as she is in Malaysia already 3 months. Over all, she is younger than Ms Yang and Ms Tang. Info that I got is that Ms Tang has gone back to China (which I know it's not true) and Ms Yang has passed over her phone to Xiau Hung. There are going to open another center at Pudu (beside the Pudu Police station, the dangerous place is the safest place, I guess kuah: the). I heard it will open on 5 Aug and the environment will be better. Another new PRC will be joining them at the end of July. Xiau Hung will station at the old place as Ms Yang ask her to take care of the old place while she will go to the new place to take charge. She also told me that MIB was there one time to check their working pass and lisence and left after they produced to MIB. So. Seems it is a safe place here.
Another thing I can be sured is that Xiau Hung place safe after CIM. She went out to rinse her mouth with Listerine. When she came back to the room, the smell was there. At least I can be less worry for this.
By the way, any brothers here went there about 2pm to 3pm, I heard few guys were asking for her service but too bad. I got her first. : the. I got the work done about 3. 15pm but although she knew she got another customer, she did not rush her service, which I am very happy of it. She got quite big nipple and very GF. I beg to differ on the pricing of Rich City KTV. The last time I went there, they didn't even have happy hour rate. All charges were according to the hours stayed there on butterful basis.

The worst thing is they cheated me on the bill. The business manager and mamasan said that I didn't have to pay tips the the GRO if they are booked during the butterfly thing. Ture enough she was booked and I was more than happy to see her go.
However, the mamasan told me a different story about the tips when I was about to view the stocks again. Said I will have to pay for Pin Pin's service since she had been sitting with me for quite sometime !! I argued with her indicating they were cheating customers but did not want to turn the scene into an ugly one as I was afraid of being thrown out by the bouncers. No mood already. Asked for the bill and left the place with an angry look.
It was a real expansive adventure considering my hands never went further than her waist !!

J'KTV is outdated already. Last time it use to be a very very nice and budgeted place. But now all the top gal not working there anymore. Last time a top gal name may is working in Golden Horse in kl plaza. This gal is really fantastic. Sunway butterfly KTV just renovated but the gal all so so only and the charges is very expensive not worth it. Rich City KTV in jln pasar pudu charges is resonable. And all the gal are very sportting.

Other places with Malay GROs would be D'Boss and Deswan which should be in your price range.

Sunway Butterfly visited twice in 6 months but did not see any GRO's (I went there at 730pm-ish. Must open many jugs and area is open. (no covered rooms). Visited and left.
Used to be nice. 2-3 years back when they have rooms.
The best bang for buck will be Chili now but only prc, viets or cambodians. (they are like forced to work, don't like that attitude)

One more suggestion would be D'Boss. It is about the same as DeSwan.
